A suspicious blog is reposting all of my posts

I am not sure what to make of this. Another ‘blog’ has reposted, all in one day, more than a dozen of my posts (I know because I received the notifications as comments).
For example:
http://www.lukor.net/2012/07/25/the-rainbow-is-deadlong-live-the-rainbow-part-2-a-rainbow-puzzle-2/
http://mycarta.wordpress.com/2012/05/28/the-rainbow-is-dead-long-live-the-rainbow-part-2-a-rainbow-puzzle/The website seems legit enough (no illegal activities) but by browsing around it looks like that is all they do, reposting very many posts from other blogs. I can’t see any original work, and the about us page is empty.
I imagine even if I mark all the comments as spam, these posts will still be appearing on that blog. What are my options, any advice? Thanks, Matteo
