A matter regarding hacking and death threats ignored by staff?

    Hello I wrote regarding this matter now 15 hours ago asking if there was somebody to speak to somebody regarding this matter.

    The member of staff who kindly replied did not respond to my request but said he was closing the thread as someone else had responded. (to keep the conversation in one place) The original thread is closed so how do I get a response?
    Do I need to ask the Police to contact somebody in my next meeting with them? The website has been compromised. Is there nobody willing to look into this matter. A response would be appreciated thanks.
