Capoverso is a minimalist theme with strong typography, designed for those who want to make a bold statement in a simple way. The unique Front Page template allows you to display a large Featured Image of your choosing, overlaid with brief introductory text and a custom menu, allowing your readers to focus on your content by presenting them with the bare essentials. You can further customize Capoverso with a background, logo, or widgets.
Front Page Template
Capoverso includes a Front Page template with a prominent Featured Image as the background and a sleek Custom Menu for all your navigation needs.
To make this your front page:
- Create a new Page, and assign it the Front Page template under Page Attributes.
- Set the page you’ve created as the Static Front Page one by going to Customize → Static Front Page.
Sidebar on Pages and Posts
To visually distinguish between Pages and Posts, Capoverso displays your sidebar widgets to the left of the content area on Pages, and to the right of the content area on Posts.
Capoverso supports the following features:
