Payment & missing posts

    Hello there.
    I’m contacting you on behalf of the owner of the above blog. The previous years she paid annually about 90€ for her plan. But a few days ago she noticed a transaction of 22€. The message she received said: [redacted by staff] Is that the correct price?
    Also it seems that some of her posts are missing. The reason she decided to buy a plan was to have more space for the posts. Is there a correlation between the lower price and the missing posts?

    Η χρέωση των 22€ είναι για την ανανέωση του domain theanos.blog. Αυτό γίνεται κάθε χρόνο και δεν είναι η πρώτη φορά. Το domain ανανεώνεται ξεχωριστά από το ετήσιο πλάνο.

    Επίσης παρατήρησα πως έχει προβεί σε αμφισβήτηση χρέωσης στην τράπεζα. Αυτή η ενέργεια είχε ως αποτέλεσμα την αναστολή του site τους. Για να διορθωθεί αυτό, πρέπει να επικοινωνήσουν με την τράπεζά τους και να ακυρώσουν την αμφισβήτηση της χρέωσης.
