This week, make some magic.
“Photography for me is a passion, a mixture of science and art that creates magic.” – Scott MacQuarrie
Children have the ability to believe without bias, to find wonder even in the most mundane of places and objects. As adults, we become dulled to the magic inherent to life, and perhaps we stop seeking it altogether. However, as photographers, we have an opportunity to reclaim it. Magic and beauty can be conjured in the simplest of photographs, which may then inspire wonder in the viewer.

Children effortlessly find magic in everyday things. Photo by Jen Hooks.
“A little magic can take you a long way.” – Roald Dahl
If you’ve ever been to a Renaissance Festival, you’ve probably noticed the fairies, who are usually surrounded by fascinated children. We’ve been to a few in different states, and at each one, the fairies give our kids a simple marble, covered in glitter. They elaborately draw it out of a pouch, and deposit it into the kids’ hands with a fantastical flourish, trailing glitter and enchantment. The fairies also share a quiet word with the children, and I’ve never quite figured out what they’re saying, but it is something about wishes and magic. And the kids believe.
For this week’s challenge, find some magic, and charm us with it.
Cool!

I think as adults, if we’re lucky, we dabble in our specific magic. Yes, we know how the trick is done, but we still love our little piece of peace.

Kids are our little angels who constantly inspire. However, as adults we are not too observant. So we lose the meaning behind the wonders they say, they see, they touch, and so forth.
It’s something extraordinary, when you are an adult is able to capture it. Even documented and distributed to serve as a reminder for others, that the beauty and the magic is near us. For invisible to the eye, it is necessary to find her conscience.

I’m still learning as well for this. I am a seller of goods for construction projects. Indonesian language. saya sibuk jualan. Jual geotextile lah, jual geomebrane lah, jual geogrid lah, jual kawat bronjong lah, menawarkan harga peredam suara dan peredam panas lah, menawarkan kayu lantai dan kayu dinding lah, and many more. Let us all believe in magic and try to view the world as a child does. Too often do we take the ordinary occurrences for granted.

I went on a trip and found extremely beautiful things along the way. Those that incite “that particular” feeling in us. And we don’t wanna lose them, somehow wanna keep them with us forever. And they do stay, as memories.
Magical moments, for sure. 🙂 Here, look at this sky over the mountains. Took my breath away!
