Community Pool

The Community Pool is for those of you looking for input, whether on post ideas, writing, blog design and layout, or anything else. If you have a post, page, or idea you want to bounce off someone, leave a comment. Your fellow bloggers can then click through and offer input either on your site, or in the comments here (feel free to indicate which you’d prefer).

Read on for the ground rules and to leave a comment . .

  • You’ll get the best feedback if you can be as specific as possible about what you’d like people to respond to or where you’re struggling.
  • Please keep all comments civil and constructive. We’re here to help and support one another, not to beat anyone down.
  • If you haven’t looked at our Commenting Guidelines in a while, now might be a good time.

      1. As I am a medical student so I can easily relate to how you’ve written certain psychological conditions and stuff. These posts will help me with my studies as well.

    1. Hi, content is intense in a good way. Interesting concepts. One thought is that if you break up the formatting into paragraphs it will be easier to read. The background is not easy on the eyes, but the content is impressive. Deep. : ) good luck.

  1. Hey bloggers,

I am very new to this whole blogging thing. Created my blog the other day I only have one follower! I would love a few more followers or even some feedback on what I have done so far. I have just posted analysis of Denzel Washington in Training Day. Thanks in advance guys, it is really appreciated!

  2. I just started blogging 3 months ago and I still feel like a newbie as I write about social behaviors, emotions, memories, feelings, my sketchings and just a few paintings. I am a partial poet as well.
I would rather like suggestions and open criticism on my blog so that I could improve and do better.

  3. Wow, I’m so glad to find this community. I am going to go back and have a look at all your blogs, and although I am a novice, I will give you any feedback I can. As for me, I would be very appreciative of the same. I have hit the ground running with a story or essay a day for the last two weeks. Not all published on WordPress as yet. The only feedback I get is from my Facebook feed, and in the first few days they were very supportive; but since have gone quiet. They read, but don’t comment or follow. Truthfully I am grateful that someone reads my work at all. I would love to figure out how to get more people engaging with my sight. Any and all feedback much much much appreciated. Kindly! http://www.Submittedbycmarshall.wordpress.com peace out!

  5. With all the sad news about Phillip Seymore Hoffman making headlines, I wrote an article about actor Joaquin Phoenix and how he lives a different life then the typical Hollywood we hear so much about. Please let me know what you think.

  6. Would appreciate any help you can give me on how to add 1) Pinterest referral button so readers can share on Pinterest and 2) hovering Pinterest buttons on each picture so that readers can post pics to Pinterest. I’ve read directions from both WordPress and Pinterest, even copied buttons to media. No luck. I’m definitely doing something wrong!!!
