If you had a third arm, where would you put it?

Topic #184:

If you had a third arm, where would you put it on your body? Would you put it underneath one of your other arms? Or somewhere more interesting, say, the top of your head, so you could reach really high things? Or would you put it behind you, so it’d be a makeshift tail?

P.S. I have a third arm and I typed this post with it.

    Now, its time to practice creative visualization.
    If I had a third arm, I would put it behind my back so that it will look like a tail. =) And when I’m going to comfort room to release BM (bowel movement), there is already a built-in hands. Isn’t it cool.

  8. My third arm? I will put it right by my neck, to give me constant support especially those times and days when one feels like ones head is about to fall off due to various worries, problems etc

    Anyway, since I’m already here… I’d probably amputate one of my arm so that I could place there the other extra arm. I don’t really like to look weird with that extra arm dangling on whatever part of my body.

  16. I’d keep my third arm on my desk so it can help me cut, sew and stitch all the strange new patterns for new clothing that would accommodate those with a third arm!

  22. Ok I think it’s impossible for a person (you) to have a third arm unless u were MAJORLY deformed when u were born. And if I had a third arm, I would put it either on my side below one of my other ones or on top of my head, like you said

  25. That is a little far-fetched but impossible things happen to impossible people . I’d guess I’d put it on my head, too since I am kinda small and things would be obviously easier. Then again I would be called a freak.

  27. I’d put it just above my hip bone on the right side so I could use it as a spare right hand. Hopefully it would be linked so I can scratch up the middle of my back where the other two won’t reach.
