Oh, the things I have learned about this passed year in writing my blog has been many…but, mainly I have learned about myself…I have learned I have lots to say, ha,ha!…and enjoy expressing myself so much…and I hope others enjoy reading it too…Thanks for the Opportunity!mkg

I learned I have more of an interest in photography that writing! Apparently my “writing” is more pictures! Just starting, it evolved and I figure it out as I go along…still learning. Muchas Gracias.

To expect a lot of myself – but not too much. I’ve been overambitious in the past and it just causes stress and disappointment. I’ve finally learned to accept my limitations, and to work both with and within them. And I’m so much happier for it!

I decided to write about this topic as it fits into my mindset today. I need to work on posting at least once a week, but my health does not always allow me to do what I want let alone what I need to do in a day.

Well, it might sound a bit ‘duh!’ but I’ve never one to really speak out when things bothered me, but I’ve been trying to do so more this year. and it’s working. So I guess the lesson is that, speak out and you’ll feel better.

75 days into the year of 2011, I learn yet again that resolution is hard to keep, blogging can be challenging, talking is easier than listening, the world is full of surprises. I am also mindful that life is about hope, being persistence, peace of mind, caring for others and doing what we can, not matter how small to make tomorrow slightly better than today.

My biggest lesson: There is always time to do things that YOU REALLY WANT TO DO. Blogging is for one. I participated early this year in WordPress’ Post A Day initiative, tried by best (but I guess wasn’t good enough!), and still find my self with backlog entries. With 9 more months, I can still work on that 🙂

Hv learnt to operate the computer first till month ago I did know how to open the net, on just clicking buttons I stumbled into this site & I subscribed. Now the thing in the morning is to check wat has come & answering the topic. Still have lot to learn but gradually getting the grip & feeling happy about it. Luv u all out there. Life is too short to hate.

After giving a recent speech on the Catholic App – Confession (on an iphone) I have learnt that Confession works, IF you do it properly.
And if you’re not truly sorry and truly resolved, nothing will ever same. And if you’ve made a list of your Pet Sins, you will go on committing them, as predicted on your iPhone !

I wrote one post covering this topic and that about the ancient castle. They both involve writing. The biggest lesson so far this year, is that I’ve discovered that my joy of writing is even more joyful than I thought it would be.

I’ve learned to stop restricting my horizons and see what IS possible instead of wondering what something might be like. My New Years resolution for 2011 was to try handgliding, hasn’t happened yet but I fully plan to do it!

eu muitas vezes confundo as teclas do meu teclado, ansiedade não me falta, em um novo tópico, WordPress.com 2011, é emocionante compartilhar a interatividade com outros escritores, e tempo e inteligência acabo teclando de forma correta , com ajuda desta atual pagina .
quanto a lição , minha maior é sobre mim percebo diferencia quando comecei a escrita no WordPress.com e vejo a diferença hoje , você percebe !

I’ve learned, (a bit – but not totally), to not be afraid to say what I think, and that I’m okay – I don’t need to try to seem smarter or more sophisticated that I really am. So what?
I also have seen how much grammar, spelling, and punctuation I have forgotten since college, and found that I need to work harder to “re-learn” them than I did in the first place.
(Plus I am feeling that it would have been a good idea to learn to type in high school.)

That I’m stronger than I thought I was. After losing my husband this last year to cancer ( he was 46 and I 49) I thought I would never even be strong enough to get out of bed again, let alone live life. But, faith in God, His strength, and His gifts of wonderful friends and a faithful big sister, have helped me to bear this load and to be a comfort for our three children. It isn’t fun and it isn’t what he and I had planned, but I will keep trying. If I learn no other lesson that this , I will not feel a failure.

This is a continuing lesson, throughout my life, and it is to keep my mouth shut. I have no problem keeping confidences. That’s easy now. But, when things concern myself, I am learning that it’s better to not reply to nasty remarks, not to open my mouth when I think I should say something, such as a reply to a weirdo at work, on the street, in a store.

~After reading several philosophical books& quotes, I’ve learned that i should be happy every day not to worry& hurt myself for wasting my life, in short way i ‘ll just say : Don’t worry, Be happy & Smile… ;D cuz life is interesting& short ;P
