  1. Thanks for sharing the video. It is very true, there are always excuses…. They are the easiest things in the world to make. But, if we don’t stop making them, we will never have the chance to make much else.

  2. Awesome. As I was viewing this I thought the athlete was some NFL player (even though he was dribbling basketballs; yes, I know the NFL is football; the athlete just seemed to me to have a better NFL frame. Anyway…), and was amazed by the last seconds of the clip. Wow.

  3. Thank you so much for posting this. It’s one of my favourite motivation clips. Never fails to make me feel guilty about not doing things I should be doing. It was a perfect timing too, as I’m sitting at home coming up with the reasons to skip the run tomorrow. Now that’s out the window. 🙂 Thanks.

  4. Thank you for sharing the film can you tell me why your so up beat and not off in some beaten trance. As I watched your video I thought nothing was wrong and was ready for some rap. You instead with your rapid fire words and spirit showing gave a surprise at the end. You need to continue to be the inspiration for others especially those young people coming home from the war with deep wounds they need to overcome. I hope you continue to make a good life and a wonderful father. thank you god love you and thank you

  5. Good one! My dad used to say, “No excuse is a good excuse!” That’s what this guy said, without saying those words. Thanks for sharing. And by the way, I’ve been doing pretty well on the Posting Daily – never thought I could do it. Proving something to myself helps my output ….

  6. That was great! The “I’ve got a headache” excuse reminded me of yesterday. I had the worst headache I’ve had in months, but I posted twice! I was able to in part because I had written one of them the day before and started the second one the day before. If you always have at least one ready to go, there really are no excuses! Peace, Linda

  7. THANK YOU! I just got home from teaching that tough Friday night crowd and I needed this! (They think I don’t have anything else to do myself?) The excuses are so dramatic, I would give out creative writing awards, except that so many of them are true. ALL my students have a dozen reasons not to be there, not to care, not to do the work, not to pull their weight in their group–and so do I. That’s why those who do pull it together inspire me so deeply. That’s why I’m there. I look forward to sharing this with them.

  8. Incredible video on motivation and excuses. It is always a pleasure to watch or read information that feels motivational.
My posts on my web sites are similar and try to help people gather motivation from looking at a picture and reading the material however your video is exciting and more fun than just pictures and text.
    Keep up the great work.
I will recommend your web site to my friends.
