Mashable article on Post A Day

  1. The comments ARE a bit off base, as far as I can see. They are looking for content as readers, and I am looking for a platform on which to write. If you read me, great. If not, I’ve gotten what I wanted to out of my brain and on to a virtual page, whether I make somebody else think along the way or not. Blogging has been exactly what I needed, and the impetus to write every day energizes me.
I like jaycruz’s reference to the about the “angry old man, get off my lawn” comments. Perfect!

    1. I feel the same way, Mary.

The superior attitude from some of them is a bit irritating. Who really cares?

  2. Mashable’s article is more than “similar” to the CNN article. I’m pretty sure it is the exact same article, word for word. I didn’t compare them side-by-side, but I have this uncanny ability to remember when I’ve read something before, and I have definitely read this article before. I also agree that comments were pretty negative. There seemed to be the assumption that quantity and quality could never go together. I read plenty of quality daily blogs. I’m hoping mine becomes one of them. Peace, Linda
