Do you think you can add a feature that changes the default writing template? For example, I’d like each of my posts to automatically include my subscription block

This can already be done if you’re using a block theme, which is a theme that uses the Site Editor.
You would go to Appearance > Editor > Templates > Single Posts, and then edit the template to add the Subscribe block wherever you want it, at the end of the post content.

Good idea but wished this had happened a lot sooner. To change my current layout for a more personal one now, would be a lot to change. Maybe at a much later date.
