Slightly Chilled Porcupine
It’s easy to scroll through the black-and-white illustrations at Slightly Chilled Porcupine and lose track of time — at first glance, the drawings are simple, but the messages, while often quirky, are not to be dismissed. (Also, who doesn’t love porcupines?)
Danny Gregory

I would also like to recommend http://drawstringblog.wordpress.com/2014/04/11/north-india-explorer-sketchbook/ where the author has beautifully complemented his travelogue with sketches and illustrations as if in a movie.

I’m taking a year off from art school (funds! *shakes fists in the air) and I’ve been looking for some inspiration for the year I don’t “have to” sketch, draw, be creative. Not that that will be much of a problem, but it’s nice to see what people are doing and just feel inspired! Great post! Thank you!
