Woke to a lovely warm sunny morning, had coffee and then went out on my bike for a hour, it is the kids first day back in school today and it was a bit of a struggle after 6 weeks off getting back into the routine, work was busy but managed to get out for a walk at lunchtime, came home cooked dinner and then heather and I went and checked on the horses, spent the rest of the evening watching TV till lynne finished work, then went and read in bed once Lynne had her dinner
