There’s a video that is spreading on the net showing these fucking Philippine surgeons and staff laughing and giggling while having a surgery of removing a 6 inch body spray canister in a male patient’s ass..

The hospital is in Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center in the central city of Cebu,a government run hospital.the stupid cheering crowd is composed of more than 10 people,including these professionals to be medical and nursing students.

The patient plans to file charges to these deepshits.To all those staff in the videos who were laughing at the operation,you were not supposed to be in that field.No matter what’s the case of your patient you should not make fun of it and worse film it for the whole world to see.May the patient win the file charges against you so you will lose your fucking licenses and to those students so that they will be expelled from school and do not continue anymore what your dream job would be.

My sister and a couple of friends of mine recently asked me if I’d seen the Youtube video of a hospital scandal. I just went to Youtube and checked it out. ( visited Youtube.com and search with the keywords. “vicente sotto scandal” It should return a number of related videos) I’m like, “Wow, another one of those” Dismissive or apathetic? Maybe. Or maybe, the lack of surprise is borne of an indifferent acceptance of that fact that yeah, SH_T happens here and it happens a lot.

My older sister is a nurse. My best friend is a nurse. My younger sister is almost a nurse. I’ve been around medical professionals a lot to know this kind of thing is pretty common in the Philippines and sadly, patients don’t always have a say in it. Medical professionals in the Philippines get away with malpractice due to a lot of things, but mainly because of the money issue. If justice is expensive in most countries, it is prohibitive in this country. Duh, don’t tell me about public attorneys; you wouldn’t trust them with your life in the swame ways as you wouldn’t trust Philippine public hospitals with your - ah - life, too.

This isn’t some crazy lunatic with a pathetic and sarcastic view of her own people and society. It is what is and it’s fact. Ever wonder why no public official in the Philippines goes to a public hospital or a public health center for treatment? Think about it.

Eto ang video ng sinasabing scandal ng Vicente Sotto Hospital, na indi lang pinaglaruan ang baklang sumobo ng spray perfume sa puwet. Indi ko alam if matatawa ako dahil sa dami dami na pwdeng gamitin eh bakit yan pa ang ginamit. Di sana tinawag niya ako at malugod ko naman siyang tutulungan. Indi ako no kung ano man ang madamuming iniisip nyo! Ang bastos niyo! Ako ang bibili ng laruang oten para sa kanya. Safe pa at mahaba. Is that what you called professionalism? Wag niyo akong subukang pa define yan, kasi hanggang spelling lang ako. Okies? Pero sa totoo lang, dapat nang pang sibakin ang mga putang nurses at doctors na yan at i assigned sa kalye para manglinis ng basura. Parang basura na din ang inasal nila. Indi katulad sa ginawa nila na kinunan ng video at pinost pa sa youtube. Buti nalang indi ako kumuha ng copy thru bluetooth.

Nakikisama ako sa lahat ng taong at nagsisimpatiya sa victim tawagin nalang nating Eagle man. Indi ko naman kasi kilala eh. Sana mabigyan ka ng hustiya at isa-isahin mo ding paglagyan ng coke in can ang mga puwet nila, i video at i send kay GMA, pa show mo sa Ayala with matching big screen and digital surround sound. Tiyak, tumba ang Titanic sa show mo. Ahe he he. Naaawa ako kanya sa totoo lang, dahil nakakahiya na nga ang ginawa niya, pinahiya pa siya ng mga taong supposed to be makakatulong sa kanya.

Sa lahat ng mga bakla, sana maging leksyon na to sa inyu. Wag gumamit ng spray perfume. Kung maari lang naman gumamit ng mahaba haba diyan para indi tuluyang bumaon. Meyron naman pong bomba sa inodoro, mahaba at safe pa kasi indi yun babaon kasi may stopper sa baba. Tignan niyo tuloy, indi na nga kayu accept ng lipunan gagawin pa kayung katawa tawa. Kaya please lang i muscle control ang libog. Indi pwdeng tapunan nalang ng asin ang puwet pag pumasok na ang canister. Ayush?

Cebu gay cries foul on hospital’s boo-boo

A 39-year-old homosexual is planning to sue a medical team after he saw in a cellular phone of a friend last Friday a circulated video footage of the operation to extract a perfume canister stuck in his anus during a sexual act.

The operation on the man, who only wants to be identified as “Jan-Jan,” was done at the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center (VSMMC) last Jan. 3 yet, but the video footage has been circulating through cell phones since then and was even uploaded in the video-sharing web site, YouTube. (The clip is probably removed by now — Empress Maruja)

“I trusted them. And yet they ridiculed me behind my back…Was that something a professional would do? I can’t even walk the streets without being laughed at by neighbors. I want my ordeal to end. And I hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else,” Jan-Jan told Sun.Star Cebu in Cebuano.

The video that runs for two minutes and 28 seconds shows an operating team of more than 10 people laughing, with someone shouting instructions while the operation was going on.

It captures individuals with mobile phones and cameras taking footage of the operation. A brief panning motion shows some of the faces of the people involved in the procedure. (There were actually A LOT of cameras in the operating room, not just those three. — Empress Maruja)

Loud cheering and shouting can be heard as the canister that someone describes as a “baby” is slowly pulled out of the anus. One of the staff even opens the perfume and sprays it around.

All the time, the patient whose face is not visible in the video, is unconscious.

This is a violation in many levels:

* The doctor-patient confidentiality ethic was not followed.
* There were more than enough people in the operating room (most of them were only there to record the procedure on their cellphones).
* The loud, childish jeers from the crowd after the spray can was removed was sickening. A clear disrespect for the patient.
* And the doctor had the gall of telling this to the patient, as stated in that same report…
“On Jan. 5, when Jan-Jan was scheduled to be released, his doctor approached him and asked if he wanted to earn money by uploading the video taken during his operation on YouTube. Ashamed with what had happened, he refused.”

Hindi question dito kung kasalanan ba ni Jan-Jan at napasukan siya ng lata sa puwit niya. Lumapit siya sa doktor para malunasan ang kalagayan niya, nagbayad siya nang tama, pero ganito ang itatrato sa kanya: parang laruan.

At ang nakakalungkot dito, hindi lang sa ospital na ito nangyayari ang kawalan ng paggalang sa mga bakla. Lumabas ka lang ng bahay at pakinggan ang mga batang nanunukso ng “Ah bakla bakla bakla!”

Sa video na ito napatunayan kahit papaano na wala sa pinag-aralan, o sa estado ng buhay, ang pagiging makatao.
