I asked the class to find a story they deemed “newsworthy” and create a feature piece. The criteria were as follows: 1) the story has to be relevant to CCCC, 2) an interview must occur to accentuate the story, 3) two original pictures had to accompany the story in order to help the reader visualize the story, 4) express the excitement of the feature in 600 words minimum, and 5) create a GIF to capture the essence of their feature.  115 more words
