Di tempat yang full digital ini, saya beserta 28 orang lain digodok untuk menjadi pelatih bagi guru-guru lain agar dapat menerapkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Dengan bantuan dan backup fasilitator Bli Wayan Muliana, S.Pd dibantu Drs. Kenthut serta Drs. Jansen berjalan dengan lumayan lancar serta bantuan Balai Teknologi Komunikasi Pendidikan Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah.

Akhirnya keisengan untuk menggunakan wifi sebagai saluran koneksi internet terus berlanjut hingga besok. Bener-bener melegakan bisa mengapdet blog ini pake saluran gratisan, walaupun di rumah tetaplah bayar :cry:

semoga dapat mencapai hasil yang diharapkan.

Masih dikedepankan menggunakan e-dukasi.net, membuat media presentasi dengan bahan dasar yang disediakan e-dukasi.net, media audio dan radio dalam pembelajaran, pendayagunaan TV Edukasi, strategi penerapan TIK dalam pembelajaran.

Bahan-bahan cukup banyak tersedia di http://www.scribd.com dan www.slideshare.net berupa pengembangan bahan ajar berbasis TIK dan lain-lain.

Pe blogul Scribd a apărut o ştire interesantă legată de platforma Posterous, care îţi permite să postezi imagini, articole, filmuleţe, documente, folosindu-te de adresa ta de e-mail. Practic, trimiţi un e-mail la post@posterous.com, în care, la subiect, treci numele articolului, iar în corpul e-mailului ceea ce vrei să scrii (sau pui un link de filmuleţ de pe YouTube). Iar dacă vrei să uploadezi ceva, pur şi simplu ataşezi la mail ceea ce vrei (fotografie, document, filmuleţ propriu).

Şi mai interesant e faptul că toate documentele pe care le ataşezi la mail sunt convertite automat în format iPaper, formatul revoluţionar lansat de cei de la Scribd. Iar toate astea fără să ai nevoie de vreun cont sau de înregistrare. Din mail faci totul.

Cei de la Scribd laudă facilitatea oferită de Posterous şi spun că e cea mai interesantă inovaţie de la Twitter încoace. Rămâne de văzut. Totuşi, facilitatea oferită de cei de la Posterous, de a-ţi permite să publici şi de pe mail (pentru că poţi avea şi un blog găzduit .posterous) e o facilitate care pentru mulţi se poate dovedi folositoare.

Uploading a file is very easy, the web upload provides two-way to upload, either using flash upload that support multiple file at once, or you can using a single file uploader. Scribd also has a tool that allow its user to upload files directly from their computer without using a browser, its the Scribd Uploader support both Windows XP and Vista. Amazingly, Scribd does not limit filesize for uploading (as far as i know...) even though e-books normally does not exceed 100MB in size.

Scribd also has other features such as marking the books that you like, placed it in your favorite list and also a download link if you want to save the e-books on your computer. Scribd is not just a file sharing site, its also a community site, contains features similar to MySpace such as adding friends, submitting comments, joining groups and a discussion forum. Each user is rated by how many times his/her books(or images) is viewed by others, higher number of views will make you to the Top User list. You can also adding the books you uploaded into your profile to be featured in any groups of the same interest.

Scribd is a Silicon Valley startup creating technology that makes it easy to share documents online. You can think of Scribd as a big online library where everyone can publish original content, including you! Part of the idea behind Scribd is that everyone has a lot of documents sitting around on their computers that only they can read. With Scribd we hope to unlock this information by putting it on the web.

However, there's always sumthin not perfect in every FREE service. Here some that I have found:

• You must be a member to download files, direct reading by anyone.
• It limit the number of files you can download everyday (I think its around 40-50 file per day).
• Uploader can forbid you from downloading, only allow for reading it from the site.
• Scribd will delete copyright files if they found it. Even though until now there still a lot of copyright books being shared.

Mai întâi de toate aveţi nevoie de un cont... în Scribd. După ce vă faceţi cont aici puteţi descărca aceste cărţi pe care noi vi le prezentăm cât şi altele, pe fiecare zi fiindu-vă alocat un barem de download de câteva zeci de cărţi pe care puteţi să le preluaţi.

Când ajungeţi la limită, la limita de download a unei zile...reveniţi a doua zi şi...aveţi acelaşi cuantum de descărcare de cărţi ca şi în ziua anterioară. Şi dv. puteţi să ridicaţi la nivel online cărţile pe care vreţi să le împărţiţi cu alţii!

Anything you put in a Dropio box will be easily opened up in Scribd, and there is no need to sign in or sign up for an account. Interesting--it addresses the issue that is most often complained about, which is having to register for an account yet again on another application.

Dropio's PR says that the drop box has been historically used to share photos from family events and auctioning farm animals.

It's like mailbox meets online library. While I like the Scribd function to see all files in PDF, which avoids storing things in my cache, I would stay tuned to see if this has changed anyone's life yet.

This and other apps like Box.net are good indicators that storage is moving online as well, which can quickly make 2 GB USB pens obsolete. This is also good news for the server and storage folks, as data clustering in the cloud becomes the upcoming trend.

Using iPaper@Scribd is drop dead simple.  To get started, cc: ipaper@scribd.com in your outgoing email attachment and fire off the email.  As a result all your other recipients will receive a link to the Sribd hosted document a few moments later.  Alternatively, you can just email Scribd your document and forward on the link when you receive it back from your web service.

If you use the first option mentioned above, it may really annoy your email recipients.  This is because they'll receive two emails - one with the original attachment and a second Scribd email with a link to their version of the document.

On another note, considering you're uploading business documents to the Internet, we would not recommend putting up business sensitive documents that may contain proprietary business information.

Scribd has been used to display business documents on blogs for a while and I think it will be a great tool for people who wish to share documents in a very easy manner.

Its a story about cancer but its written from the perspective of a skin cell in the body. Its my first long piece so Tell me what you all think.

Chào cả nhà. Sau 1 tuần tạm ngưng viết bài vì phải đi công tác. Hôm nay, admin xin giới thiệu với pà kon 1 trang web upload cho phép lưu trữ dữ liệu với tốc độ upload file rất nhanh, đặc biệt có khả năng chia sẻ với mọi người trong cộng đồng. Đó là Scribd (http://www.scribd.com/) .

Lưu trữ dữ liệu trên Scribd

Đầu tiên, pàkon đăng nhập vào địa chỉ trên, tạo cho mình một tài khoản (việc này rất dễ dảng và nhanh chóng). Sau đó, dùng tài khoản vừa tạo để đăng nhập vào trang web. Pàkon muốn upload dữ liệu lên thì chọn thẻ Upload (menu phía trên cùng bên phải).

Việc upload rất đơn giản, pàkon có thể upload cùng lúc nhiều file bằng cách nhấn giữ Shift hoặc Ctrl trong lúc chọn file. Scribd hiện hỗ trợ các loại file tài liệu của Microsoft Office (doc, docx, ppt, pptx, pps, xls, xlsx), Open Office (odt, odp, sxw, sxi...), PDF (pdf, ps), các file ảnh (jpg, jpeg, png, gif, tiff) và thuần văn bản (txt, rtf)...

Tốc độ upload rất nhanh so với nhiều dịch vụ trực tuyến khác. Admin đã thử nghiệm upload file sách IQ Test theo định dạng pdf có dung lượng 11,2 MB lên Scribd chỉ mất 20s với đường truyền HomeE của Viettel. Đặc biệt, pàkon có thể upload trực tiếp từ một link tài liệu trên mạng (yêu cầu phải là link có địa chỉ url trực tiếp). Đặc biệt, Scribd không hạn chế dung lượng tối đa mà 1 file có thể upload. Sau khi upload xong, pàkon nhấn chọn Approve để hệ thống chuyển sang phần Publish để chỉnh sửa tài liệu như tựa đề, mô tả hay thêm các tag để quản lý dễ dàng hơn. Trong trường hợp upload nhiều file, bạn có thể chỉnh sửa hàng loạt hay là từng file một.

Tuy nhiên, nếu thời gian Upload là khá nhanh chóng, thì thời gian chờ đợi khi chọn thẻ Approve lại khá lâu, nên dễ làm nản lòng pàkon (tính ra thời gian upload lâu hơn và hỗ trợ ít định dạng hơn so với thằng mihd.net và box.net nhưng bù lại pà kon dễ dàng quản lý file, chia sẻ file và không bị giới hạn dung lượng).

Trong quá trình Publish file, pàkon chú ý một số tùy chọn như Mark as private (chỉ 1 mình mình nhìn thấy địa chỉ tải tài liệu về) và Assign to Category (cho phép chia sẻ với cộng đồng).

Sau khi quá trình Publish kết thúc, hệ thống sẽ thông báo đường link để pàkon chia sẻ tài liệu, hoặc nhúng tài liệu đó vào các trang web để thể hiện ngay nội dung của tài liệu trong trang web đó. Đặc biệt, nhấn vào View this document, pàkon có thể xem ngay nội dung của file đúng như bản nguyên gốc ngay trong trình duyệt web mà không cần các phần mềm hỗ trợ. Chính vì vậy, pàkon có thể xem được các file Office 2007 hay Open Office (dù trong máy tính của mình không có cài đặt các chương trình trên). Nhờ đó, pàkon có thể copy nội dung của các file Office 2007 trong Scribd để dán vào Office 2003. Tuy nhiên, thời gian mở file rất lâu, đòi hỏi pàkon phải kiên nhẫn (nhất là các file có dung lượng lớn, admin đã mở thử file IQ Test (11,2MB, 387 trang) vừa upload lên thì phải mất đến 12 phút mới xem được nội dung.

Thú vị hơn khi pàkon có thể phóng to, thu nhỏ tài liệu, cũng như tìm kiếm cụm từ trong văn bản, nhất là phóng to để xem toàn màn hình của trình duyệt web bằng nút Fullscreen. Đặc biệt là khả năng chỉnh sửa trực tuyến khá tốt.

Chia sẻ tài liệu cùng mọi người

Với Scribd, pàkon có thể nhanh chóng gửi tài liệu qua email đến tất cả bạn bè (hình 2). Đặc biệt hơn, Scribd có khả năng nhúng (embed) tài liệu vào trang web một cách rất chuyên nghiệp.

Nhấn vào link Advanced để mở ra cửa sổ tùy chọn. Với tính năng iPaper Embed Code, pàkon có thể điều chỉnh cửa sổ xem tài liệu cho hợp với ý mình một cách rất trực quan. Sau đó, chỉ cần copy và paste mã HTML vào trang web là pàkon sẽ có một khung xem tài liệu như ý.

Tính năng chia sẻ của Scribd không chỉ dừng lại ở đó. Không những giới thiệu tài liệu đến mọi người, Scribd còn tìm kiếm tài liệu từ những người khác. Scribd chia tài liệu thành từng phân mục nhỏ như máy tính, sức khỏe, khoa học... giúp bạn dễ dàng tìm kiếm những cuốn sách thuộc lĩnh vực mình cần. Ngoài ra Scribd còn sắp xếp tài liệu theo các tiêu chí như được xem nhiều nhất, được yêu thích nhất, thậm chí là cả ngôn ngữ được dùng trong tài liệu.

Một tính năng cực kỳ ấn tượng của Scribd chính là Groups, giúp pàkon trao đổi với những người có cùng mối quan tâm hay chia sẻ tài liệu để cùng làm việc với nhau. Pakon tạo một group cho riêng mình với 3 mức độ quản lý khác nhau là Public, Magane và Private. Là admin, pàkon có thể upload tài liệu, mời thêm thành viên hay phân quyền cụ thể cho từng thành viên một.

According to Vauhini Vara of the WSJ, lots of people at Harvard now want to 'Be Like Mark.' Mark Zuckerberg that is, as in Facebook. Vara has a nice piece that explains that Harvard is new to the entrepreneurship game (compared to MIT, Carnegie Mellon, Stanford, etc.) and that Facebook's explosion has led to a cultural change on campus.

The piece profiles a handful of Harvard campus entrepreneurs and their ventures and explains how the school has had to revisit many policies regarding student run businesses over the past few years. From the piece,

Now, Harvard is taking steps to get ahead. In 2000, the university loosened a rule prohibiting students from running companies from dorm rooms, but it still required that start-ups notify the university of their existence and "gain approval." Last year, it discarded the notification-and-approval rule, although some restrictions still exist.

In the past eight years, Harvard has introduced more classes, clubs and contests for entrepreneurs. Mr. Bottino says those decisions weren't directly related to Facebook, but he acknowledges that Facebook's success has given Harvard students a more-entrepreneurial bent.
