How, then, can it be that the shelved Rehorick report, written by four experts, cost $30,000, while the Croll/Lee report cost <span style="text-decoration:line-through;">the Dept. of Education</span> the taxpayer $180,000?</p>
<p>Gosh, I wish <em>I</em> were Kelly Lamrock's friend. (Though admittedly, that possibility is looking less and less likely.)</p>
