The American culture has coarsened over the years. We are inundated with commercials pushing tampo

The American culture has coarsened over the years. We are inundated with commercials pushing tampons, feminine pads, PMS cures, male enhancement/enlargement/readiness, we're told we will be happier if we have a full head of hair or reduced wrinkles or larger breasts. The only way to connect with our spouse or children is by taking a cruise. We need a bigger house, better appliances, whiter teeth, a luxury car. And we need them now. And you can get it financed at a low introductory rate!

We get catalogs and magazines in the mail that show teens and pre-teens in unzipped jeans, waist bands sitting just above the rump, sweet pink sweatpants that proclaim Do Me! on the fanny, super-short shorts, see-through shirts, stiletto heels, that just outta bed (if ya know what I mean {wink}) rumpled look., that just scored some drugs, sold some drugs, did some drugs or killed someone gangsta look, I'm addicted to heroin but boy am I skinny in these jeans look. Our kids want to look like that...now.

We are subjected to movies and television, graphically bombarding us with topics that used to be considered private - sex, pre-marital sex, unplanned pregnancy, homosexuality, drugs, alcoholism, foul language, gangs, violence. The list goes on and on.

Our kids are fascinated by games - no, not Scrabble or Monopoly. Video games like Grand Theft Auto that feature rape, murder and mayhem. Our kids are listening to music that features foul language, violence against women, violence against law enforcement and more.

I'm not saying that any of these things in and of themselves make us coarse; but the constant indoctrination has desensitized us and broken down our resistance. We would rather accept than speak out.

Too many Americans have fallen into the politically correct culture. We don't say something is wrong because we 1) don't want to appear insensitive or biased or 2) we don't want to suffer the backlash that invariably comes when one says "that's not right".

The American people have become immersed in the go-go, gotta get it now, immediate gratification lifestyle. Even when we know that there's a problem, even when we are moved to act, it doesn't last long. Our leaders know this. Corporations know this. They count on it. An issue may create a furor, but they know it won't last long. The American people will be on to the next thing in a couple of weeks and they won't pay attention to the business as usual in our cities, states, and nation.

How worked up were the American people on the following issues?

Foreign ownership of American assets - Winter 2006

Americans said NO! to the concept of a Middle East company owning domestic ports. After the deal with the UAE fell apart, the public stopped paying attention.

Illegal immigration - Spring 2006

Thousands of Americans said enough is enough at the prospect of open border and amnesty for illegal immigrants. They resented the idea that people breaking the law would get a pass. That the American citizen was the interloper in this country. After the initial spurt of rage, American's settled back into to their lives.

High energy costs - on-going

American citizens were outraged at the incredible increase in the price of gasoline. They told anyone who would listen - including lawmakers - that something had to be done. After the cost of gasoline started to decline, the importance of the issue began to decline as well. The issue isn't solved, prices of gasoline, diesel, heating oil and natural gas will begin to rise again soon and we have done nothing, except lose momentum.

Inappropriate advertising to children - Spring 2007

Parents said ENOUGH at the sexualization of young people when Abercrombie & Fitch used increasingly risque ads in their advertising campaigns.

An initial victory resulted in Abercrombie pulling ads. Parents got complacent.

Abercrombie went back to business as usual.

Image from current Abercrombie home page.

Now it's the economy. Nothing else matters. We are single-taskers.

Americans used to be a hearty lot. Tough, strong, determined. We were multi-taskers. Able to deal with many things at once, because we had to. Willing to see a thing through. Too few of us are willing to see a thing through anymore. We wait until we are really riled up to demand responsibility from our leaders and our corporations and after initially pacified, we shut up. We are too easily pacified - gotta get it now; and once gotten, we move on to the next thing.

We do not keep on them for permanent change.

Perhaps the change we should be seeking is change within ourselves, not via Barack Obama or John McCain. Politicians are always politicians. They won't change. We need to.

NOTE: Kurt from Dancing with Fire wrote to suggest that I rewrite my original final paragraph above, fearing it might be interpreted as an endoresement for Obama's 'we are the change we have been waiting for' theme. So, to be clear, please refer to my post here and this edit to my final thought on this post.

An idiom of Barack Obama's has been "we are the change we have been waiting for". Change for change's sake is not always good. The change American's needs to make is individual - not dictated by someone else, not legislated by a governing body. A tagline in a speech will never effect long-lasting, meaningful change; Significant change it will not come via a political party or social movment.

Everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing himself.
-- Leo Tolstoi

Stand up for your values. Listen to your soul on issues of right and wrong. Make your decisions based on what's right, not what's easy. Refuse to be bullied into submission.

The unity of freedom has never relied on uniformity of opinion.
-- John Fitzgerald Kennedy

Take back your government; it has not served you well. Refuse to be deceived by their sleight of hand; refuse to be divided by party or issue or class. Take responsibility for yourself, and expect your government to be responsible with the power you give it. They work for you.

We must hang together or assuredly we shall hang separately.
-- Benjamin Franklin

A house divided against itself cannot stand.
-- Abraham Lincoln

I think that political correctness is a boil on the butt of our world right.

Glad I got that off my chest.

I specifically called out liberals on twitter, but this infection goes much deeper than liberals. It has affected every atom of our society. Let me give you an example.

Tonight I was watching a new show. It turns out that one of the political candidates' websites made claims that were not true. (Shocking, but stick with me.) The interviewer said to the person being interviewed, "So basically, (((insert name of candidate here))) lied." The person being interviewed said, "Well, I would never call someone a liar." C'mon buddy. If someone lies, that makes them a liar.

Last summer, my younger niece and nephew went up to the window at the little league and ordered sno cones. But they didn't have any money. And they were cognizant that in order to get the sno cones they were supposed to have money to pay for them. The person working the stand thinks that these two are cute (and I completely agree) and laughed off their bad behavior, gave them the sno cones for free. I was horrified. I told them that they had stolen food from the little league. At that moment in time, my niece and nephews were thieves. Let's just say that they've not done that since.

We have to hold people accountable for their actions. I'm a Christian and I should be compassionate, right? Yes. However, though God loves me (and every other person in the world) unconditionally, he is also a just God. That means that people are held accountable for their actions. Being compassionate does NOT mean letting people do whatever they want. It means helping people be the best people that they can possibly be. That means teaching--and expecting--people of all ages and professions (even POLITICIANS) to have integrity; to tell the truth and not lie; that stealing is wrong.

Political correctness forces us to make bad behavior sound pretty. That politician is not a liar. He told an untruth. They didn't steal; they were cute and I decided to give them something for free. It's not that guy's fault he's a child molestor, since he was born that way.

CUT ME A BREAK.

Take a look at our society and tell me where political correctness is helping. Our prisons are at full capacity. Our media takes stolen emails and makes them public. The US is holding people in undisclosed locations, with no charges officially filed against them, with no hope of release. Women are being kidnapped, forced into prostitution, and they are being arrested instead of the perverts who PAY TO HAVE SEX WITH THEM.

I'm fired up. And I AM NOT SORRY.

Apparently it is because he 'seduced' her. A 14 year old seduced a 39 year old.

No, I'm not kidding.

Daily Mail

A mother who had sex with a 14-year-old walked free from court today after the judge said the boy seduced her.

Sharon Edwards' husband, who suspected that she was having an affair, discovered that his love rival was a youngster from their two sons' school.

The couple's marriage was on the rocks when he began checking the 39-year-old's computer for MSN messages and found his identity.

He told the boy's mother who called in the police, said prosecutor Tina Dempster.

Blonde Edwards said that they had sex for the fourth and final time that night, and on another occasion it happened at her sister's home when the sister was away.

Miss Dempster told Teesside Crown Court that Edwards' husband Mark first became suspicious because she was exchanging 50 text messages a day with the boy.

The Edwards's marriage was rocky by the end of 2007 and they decided to try to make a go of it.

But it became apparent to him by the end of October last year that his wife was having an affair. When he confronted her she denied it.

He spoke to her about the number of text messages she was sending to the boy but she said they were just having a laugh.

Yeah, it's hilarious when female paedophiles get off scot-free. HAHAHA.

Deborah Sherwin, defending, said that a woman received a two year jail sentence for sex with a minor in a recent Court of Appeal case.

She added: 'The charges cover four occasions of sexual intercourse and related activity between September 2007 and January 2008.

'It has always been her wish that he was not put into a position of having to give evidence at court.

'Although he is only 14 it is clear from the video interview that the police carried out that he is a tall lad of six foot one and mature for his age in a number of ways.'

Here come the fucking excuses for this bitch.

Miss Sherwin said: 'She was a sad and lonely housewife, she was not working, her parents had moved abroad, she was stuck at home, her marriage was failing and this boy paid her attention and she was flattered by it.'

The Recorder of Middlesbrough Judge Peter Fox QC told her: 'You have been a very unhappy lady for a very considerable period of time when this 14-year-old boy seduced you and not you him both so far as sexual matters and as far as drugs are concerned.

'Of course you have responsibility as an adult to reject his advances in both regards.

No you fucking don't, because you've been let off!

You know, I try to write in a clean and impartial manner (really, I do) but I think I've just snapped. So fuck it. This is a combination of Marxism (turning society upside down, turning criminals into victims and the innocent into criminals) and femSHIT. Women are equal to men, and just as responsible (when it goes to high paying jobs) but not when women break the fucking law, in which case they're poor defenceless little pieces of scum shit that get that pussy pass. Of course, this legal case tends to give this 14 year male a higher level of responsibility to this selfish bitch. Goes to show these bitches have the mental maturity of fucking children. Pun intended.

And these filthy femcunts have the nerve to talk about oppression. Go fuck yourselves you pieces of liberal Marxist shit. When the revolution comes (and it will) I strongly suggest stringing up all of these fucking traitors and putting their heads on poles at London Bridge.

I'm about to start some shit.

Today is celebrated in the United States as Columbus Day. I happened to notice that my search engine of choice, at www.Live.com, has a striking image (courtesy of Bettman Corbis archives), as you can see to the left.

As always with the new (improved!) Live Search, there are several hover spots on the page, with pop-up queries about the holiday, "sailing lessons," Columbus's trip to the Bahamas, and "the caravel,' which turns out to be "a small, highly maneuverable, two- or three-masted lateen-rigged ship, created by the Portuguese and used also by them and by the Spanish for long voyages of exploration."

So I wondered if the politically correct folk over at Google are celebrating Columbus Day, or Indigenous People's Day as my friends in Berkeley call it. Off to Google's main search page, where I find that they have copped out by having instead a tribute to, honest to goodness, "Paddington Bear."

The hover-link on the modified logo gives a pop-up saying, "Happy 50th Birthday Paddington Bear!" The link forms the query, "paddington bear."

This doesn't appear to be a localization issue, or an issue of appealing to a global audience - both Microsoft and Google know my location, and in fact each is serving up a page targeted for me in the United States as I've already logged in (with a live.com and a gmail.com account, respectively).

Well, whatever (ahem) floats your boat....

I'm planning to submit this to the school newspaper (after some extensive editing) and I was wondering what y'all thought about it. My google-fu has failed me and I was wondering if any of you could point me towards people who have said this better (I know Angry Black Woman has a great post up about political correctness). My main concern is whether I should go into depth about the history of racism in Australia or whether I should just leave it short and sweet.

I've noticed a disturbing trend at this school in which racism is seen as something cool, new and edgy. This makes absolutely no sense when you consider that our entire culture is steeped in racism, even if we don't have an official White Australia Policy. Our television shows feature all-white casts, Muslims are vilified in the media and beige crayons are advertised as skin-colour. Racism isn't new, it is as old and mainstream as you're likely to get.

Some of you will be nodding your heads at this, having grasped the concept that racism is bad. But racism is everywhere and you just might be a racist. A racist isn't an endangered monster, easily identifiable by tusks. Racists are human beings, people you might even like, people that are funny and smart. If you stereotype based on race, you're racist. If you make a racist joke, you're racist. If you laugh at that racist joke, you're racist.

The "just a joke" defense gets a little old. You may think you have a right to laugh at the expense of others. So what? The fact that you find racism funny says far more about you than it does about the people who don't like hundreds of years of brutal oppression being minimised. Your jokes create a hostile environment for people of colour. When it comes to jokes involving race, err on the side of caution. Losing a few laughs is an easy price to pay for not being an asshole.

Yes, this school is tolerant and more diverse in comparison to some of the surrounding schools. It is better than those schools in the same way that a broken arm is better than a broken leg.

Don't accept racism. Speak up about it.

I wrote the article mainly because I needed to do something. If I do something, I want it to be effective, helpful and not inadvertently clueless. So, what do y'all think?

~~Posted by Grail Guardian

No, This isn’t an ad for Macintosh computers. I’m talking about the obnoxiously tepid concept of Political Correctness (being “PC”). Let me explain. Wikipedia defines the phrase as follows:

Political correctness (adjectivally, politically correct; both forms commonly abbreviated to PC) is a term applied to language, ideas, policies, or behavior seen as seeking to minimize offense to gender, racial, cultural, disabled, aged or other identity groups. Conversely, the term "politically incorrect" is used to refer to language or ideas that may cause offense or that are unconstrained by orthodoxy.

Ruth Perry traces the term back to Mao's Little Red Book. According to Perry, the term was later adopted by the radical left in the 1960s, initially seriously and later ironically, as a self-criticism of dogmatic attitudes. In the 1990s, because of the term's association with radical politics and communist censorship, it was used by the political right in the United States to try to discredit the Old and New Left.[1]

The term itself and its usage are controversial. The term "political correctness" is used almost exclusively in a pejorative sense,[2][1] while "politically incorrect" is commonly used as an implicitly positive self-description, as in the series of "Politically Incorrect Guides", produced by conservative publisher Regnery[3] and the talk show Politically Incorrect.

Some commentators have argued that the term "political correctness" is a straw man used by conservatives in the 1990s in order to challenge leftist social change, especially with respect to issues of race, religion and gender.

Although I appreciate the tip of the hat to Socialism in defining the term, I prefer these definitions in the Urban Dictionary:

1. politically correct : A way that we speak in America so we don't offend whining pussies.

Only pathetically weak people that don't have the balls to say what they feel and mean are politically correct pussies.

by Superior Intellect Oct 5, 2004

2. Politically Correct: 1. The laws of moral and ethical relativism; all systems of cultures and thought are equal in value, steming from a perceived guilt from white liberals who believe that the Western Civilization is the root of all evil to the exclusion of all else.
2. A powerful form of censorship.
abbr: PC

Political correctness has a basic flaw. If all views are equal, why do some who embrace this view feel the need to push this agenda as the "correct" one at the same time demonizing other views as "incorrect"?

by tradesman Mar 31, 2003

So here’s the deal. Somewhere back in the infamous “Me” decade, the far Left decided it was no longer proper to offend anyone in any way when exercising our Constitution right to Free Speech. So we all spent the last 20 years +/- trying to call people “African Americans” instead of Negroes or Blacks, and “Latinos” instead of Mexicans or Cubans or Puerto Ricans (a semantic difference I’m sure people within those ethnic groups would prefer be out in the open), and gender-neutralizing every position (Chairperson or Chair instead of Chairman, and of course the eternal conundrum of what exactly to call the person that makes your postal deliveries since Mailperson doesn’t really quite work). We corrected each other ad nauseum, and parsed our words carefully lest we offend some genteel minority that has less opportunity than we (due, of course, to our highly advantaged positions gained by the hard work and determination of our parents and grandparents to ignore the outright torment they received upon arrival in this country, simply because they thought it was worth it to be able to live free in the USA).

In short, there was no law passed, no national initiative launched by Executive decree, no movement with a spokesperson speaking to us as a nation. Just some Liberals who thought it was a good idea and began shushing us and correcting us publicly (with no regard to our own personal embarrassment). They used our own rules to change how we spoke (Hmmm, now doesn’t that sound familiar?).

Now here we are in 2008, and I have been called a racist, bitter, a typical white woman, and countless much less flattering phrases by the extreme Left. I was discussing this topic yesterday with my Dad, and I asked him a question that he couldn’t answer: “Why isn’t anyone ever worried about offending me?” He laughed it off, but we both knew that my question had some real gravitas. So I’ve been mulling it over in my head and came to the following conclusion: no one ever had any official sanction to start Political Correctness, so I guess I have as much authority as anyone to declare it over! So there you have it: no more parsing, no more creating neutral words that make you sound like a doofus, no more worrying about how some minority or disadvantaged person might interpret what you had to say through their filter of hatred and anti-white bias. You have been granted permission to stop by someone with as much authority as anyone else.

So what do I propose instead? How about this: let’s follow a written law that has been part of every major civilization and religion since before humans started recording history. It’s simple, elegant, covers all the bases, and is approved by some of the largest historical figures ever: Moses, Yeshua/Jesus, Mohammed, Buddha, Krishna, Zoroaster, Anu, Queztalcoatl, Viracocha, Confucius, the Great Spirit, Zeus, Dagda, Freyr, Mohandas Ghandi, the Dali Lama, Martin Luther King Jr, Albert Schweitzer, the list goes on and on. It’s got impeccable creds, universal backing in almost all printed religious doctrines, and it’s a basic tenet of life that would preclude virtually any other law or rule being enacted if only we would follow it. Guessed what it is yet?

Do unto others as you would have them do unto yourself

So here’s what I would have other do unto me, in no particular order:

Respect me. I have as much right as you to have opinions and ideas, and it’s ok if they differ from yours. That’s what makes the world such a diverse place. I will always start out offering you respect. It’s up to you to keep it. Once you lose it, it’s not easy to get back. I expect to be treated the same way, despite any differences we may have culturally, ethnically, spiritually, or ideologically. This doesn’t mean I expect you to accept every idea I have or statement I make; I just want you to listen to them and give them a chance. If you disagree, make a thoughtful and reasoned response. Please don’t shoot from the hip or go off me in an angry manner. I don’t like acting that way, but this election season has brought that out in me (all of us) and we need to stop.

Give me equal rights. I am fundamentally no different in anyone else when considering my physical body. It does not matter what color my skin is, what reproductive organs I have or don’t have, what family I was born into, what nation I come from, what disabilities or deformities I may have, whether or not I fit into some narrow definition of “beauty” (whatever that is), what I do behind closed doors with another consenting adult, how many chronological years have passed since I reached maturity, or what my beliefs are regarding the existence or lack of a higher power. What matters is what’s inside, how I choose to behave, and the efforts I make to be a contributing member to the tribe of planet Earth. No one was born a better human being than anyone else; all that counts is what you choose to do with what you were given to work with. Some of the most wonderful individuals I have ever met are what some among us would call “challenged”. They were born with a different path of synapses than most of us, and cannot master the idiotic things we consider important like spouting memorized passages or performing complex mathematical equations, but have the ability to look at life with a basic level of truth and innocence that we could all benefit from. Our pathetic competition and need to feel superior is consistently the downfall of humans. Stop for a moment and think how you felt about Americans on September 12, 2001. None of cared about any of this crap; we were Americans, we had been attacked, and we stood together against a horrendous event that changed us all. People of other nations around the globe stood behind the US in indignation and shock that such a thing could happen in this age. No one cared about national, racial, or religious lines except those that caused the atrocity and their supporters. The brotherhood that encircled the globe those next few days personified what we all deserve every single day of our lives.

Help me when I need it. I’m talking hand up, not hand out. Our nation has a rich history of reaching out to assist those that are suffering from tragedy and hard times, whether they be Americans devastated by hurricanes, South Pacific residents beleaguered by tsunamis, Asians left injured and homeless by earthquakes, Europeans battling tyranny and oppression by fascist regimes, Africans plagued by disease and famine, South Americans escaping mudslides, or children left orphaned by wars and disease throughout the world. This is a country that was founded on neighbors helping neighbors, families helping families, and strangers helping others not as fortunate as they are. I want that back! I am sick to death of this country being split into Haves and Have Nots. Circumstances can find anyone in dire straits, but we need to be there for each other. Look at the simplicity of the Amish or Mennonites to see what it is we have forgotten. Not the lack of technology, but the lack of envy and selfishness; these people help each other build their houses, farm their crops, cook meals for each other when people are ill – all the things our grandparents did and we forgot about. That being said, it’s time to end the handouts. And bailouts. No one should be left on public assistance for life unless there is absolutely no alternative. Yep, I said it. Time limits on welfare. Private foundations, family and friends could help even the most destitute among us once we get back on our feet initially. The system has been abused (as has Social Security) by people who don’t actually need it, and now those that do need it cannot get the help they deserve because others took government checks to line their own pockets when their pockets were already flush. I help my family and friends whenever I can. I want the same type of help when I need it, but I don’t ever want to stop contributing in order to keep on the dole. I have seen it first hand, and I don’t like the effect it has on people. They become less than they could be, merely because they are afraid of losing their support. It weakens individuals and weakens society. If people are willing to go back to work when they are able, let them continue to receive supplements until they are steady on their feet, but then it’s time to help someone else. The system needs to be totally revamped; it is broken beyond repair by those that would destroy America.

Inform me. The world is a big place, and the only way I can appreciate its grandeur is to be informed about what is really going on in it. We need an independent press that is responsible to no one; not the governments it reports on, not corporate owners, not political causes or organizations, and especially not groupthink. The media needs to be responsible to those who use it for information – namely us! There needs to be someplace everyone can turn to find out the events that transpire without the personal bias of the reporter or news organization attached as fact. Want commentators? Fine. Label them as such, and offer opposing viewpoints. And more than one. They typical 00:00:30 Democratic viewpoint followed by the 00:00:30 Republican viewpoint is BS! Truth is, most of us aren’t hardcore Democrats or Republicans, especially after this election cycle. We have 24-hour news channels, but all we get is 15 minutes worth of actual news regurgitated for 23:45. Perhaps non-for-profits are the answer; every government and every commercial media outlet should contribute to a fund that pays the salaries of real reporters that are accessible by all the media (similar to AP and Reuters, but with public funding and no scoops – all media have access to the same research and stories).

Give me a chance. I have no problem with Capitalism, as long as I have the same opportunities as anyone else to work for my piece of the proverbial pie. No nepotism, no affirmative action, no legacies, no special commissions, no favoritism, no golden parachutes, no bonuses based on contract negotiations rather than performance. Every position, public and private, must be justified by accomplishment and aptitude. Promotions and raises must be earned and justifiable. Bonuses may be based on contribution, and need not be handed out equally regardless of accomplishment. No one automatically gets more than me, and I don’t automatically get more than anyone else. If I get ahead, it’s because I earned it. If I fall behind the group, I am not rewarded with the rest. That’s real Capitalism. Let’s try it – we’ve never really done it before, no matter what people would have you believe (and you know I’m right). Oh, and by the way, that includes not getting ahead by destroying things for everyone else (like the environment). If I use a public resource, I must pay for it. If I destroy a public resource, same concept applies.

I could go on, but I think if we followed these 5 points we’d all have to agree the world would be a much nicer place. And we’d all have less to fight about. Who knows, we might even reduce or eliminate stress and actually be happy for a change; what a concept! As a footnote, for those of you who have been thinking “yeah, that’s all nice but what’s it got to do with the election?” I want you to take a few minutes and think about these 5 concepts (and the Golden Rule) and what a difference they would have made over the past 23 months. This is about as radical as politics gets; suggesting we eliminate the very idea of politics and return to dealing with each other as people rather than opposing tribes.

It’s just a thought…

By now everyone out there has heard and read all of the various stories about ACORN being investigated for election fraud. If you are paying attention you can't help but see the stories about 4000 dead people voting in Houston, of ACORN bribing the same man 72 times to register to vote with cigarettes and the list goes on and on. They are under investigation in at least 11 states.

Strangely nobody in the government has stepped up and called for ACORN to be de-funded, until now. House Republican minority leader, John Boehner, has stepped up to the plate and called for ACORN to be de-funded.

“The latest allegations of voter registration fraud by ACORN are further evidence that this group cannot be trusted with another dollar of the taxpayers’ money,”

“House Republicans took at stand recently to cut off funding to an ACORN slush fund created by their [Democratic] allies…but now more must be done,”

“The ACORN slush fund must be disbanded,” Boehner said. “Sources of federal funding through the Department of Housing and Urban Development or any other agency must be stopped. Contracting for services between candidates for federal office and ACORN, as Senator Obama has done, must end. Now that the taxpayers own Fannie Mae, any funding from Fannie Mae’s nonprofit foundation to ACORN must stop.”

It is about time that someone stood up and called for the de-funding of ACORN, a community organization, (which Obama has ties to, did I mention?), that specializes in registering hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of illegal Democrat voters. Thank you John Boehner for trying to expose this "non-partisan" group for the frauds that they are. It is a crime that you and I are paying these people to cheat the system. It is offensive to me.

The last of the conservatives are in the house, President Bush and John McCain both would do well by taking their cue from these Republicans, but it is too late.

In life, there are many things that we interact with each day that annoy us, frustrate us, or cause

In life, there are many things that we interact with each day that annoy us, frustrate us, or cause us great pain. Most of these things, like a long red light or a short green light, are things that we just have to deal with and accept. Then there are the other things that just plain piss us off, and that's what this post is all about.

So what's pissing me off right now, you ask. PCness, or political correctness. This is a general desire not to upset or offend others, even though it is incredibly stupid. Ok, actually this pisses me off all of the time, but here's why it's pissing me off right now.

Generally what pisses me off about PC is how we are supposed to treat everyone exactly the same, and the state of general wussification that comes from it. When I was a child, and those of you around my age will know this, I studied the food groups and the food group pyramid. At it's base was 7-10 servings of grains, and at its apex was 1 serving of sugar and like substances. Several years ago, the food pyramid was changed so that everything was vertical and equal. The rationalization was that we need to eat from all of the food groups to be healthy, and without one of them the pyramid would fall. Well the old pyramid actually would've fallen using the old pyramid, the new one is actually stable even if you remove parts of it.

What this pyramid actually is intended for is to say that everyone and everything is equal. So that means that I should eat equal servings of grains, fruits, meats, vegetables, and sugar. Now I love me some sugar, but I'm pretty sure that all of my teachers over the years, my dentists, my doctors, various members of the President's Cabinet, and my mom have all told me not to eat too much sugar. So which one makes more sense, the old pyramid or the new leanto?

THe next thing that pisses me off is the practice of grocery stores 1.) escorting you out with the cart so that you don't steal it and 2.) hiring mentally handicapped people to escort you. Seriously, these stores are afraid I'm gonna stick a big ol' shopping cart in the back of my car and drive off. Sure it means that they don't have to send 1 person out to collect a dozen or so carts every half hour, instead they have 2 or 3 people excorting every cart in and out. Come on guys, are you really saving money by having these carts escorted, or are you just causing the very price increases that you claim to try to stop?

Next is having mentally handicapped/developmentally challenged/retarded/[insert term of choice here] people escort you out. Now please, don't misunderstand me. I have no problem with mentally retarded people working in stores, I think it's great. It gives them a chance to earn money, interact with others, and become better able to exist in general society. That out of the way, the mentally retarded people that usually escort me and my cart out generally do not have the social skills necessary and are often times very counterproductive. On the flip side, the regular people that escort me out, typically high school students at the bottom of the corporate food chain, do have the social skills necessary to do this job in a responsible manner.

I'm not saying that grocery stores and other companies should fire all of the mentally handicapped personnel that they employ. What they should do is put them in an area where they do not interact much, if at all, with the general public, such as working in the back of the store or bagging groceries, but not taking them out to the cars. They would still have interaction with people, and not cause disgruntlment and disenfranchisement among the customers. I swear, one day I saw a lady running out of the store with her cart to get away from the mentally handicapped guy escorting her. Let's face it, they don't have the social skills neessary to do the job and we cannot pretend that they do.

That's all that's pissing me off right now, but believe me there's plenty more out there.

Hi peoples, I'm back and I'm eager to bite the ankles of idiots and morons. So, while my daddy is screaming at the T.V., a useless waste of time and energy in my estimation, I am going to do the posting today. Here we go:

THE FOLLOWING IS A LITTLE SOMETHING FOR THE MINDLESS MASSES TO MULL OVER:

So many Americans today have become so brain dead and and unable to rationalize and think for themselves that it has led to their being insulated from reality that they cannot imagine that America can suffer from attacks by treasonous politicians, corrupted elected officials, or from mentally unstable mental midgets from other countries without any real inconvenience to themselves. Far too many Americans today seem to feel that NOTHING can happen to the freedoms that we take for granted, after all they are in the Constitution, therefor they are guaranteed. Well I have news for you, just because your rights and freedoms are in the Constitution, does not mean that you don't have to be vigilant and prepared to fight to defend them.

One of the many threats to your freedoms is "Political Correctness", because political correctness causes one to turn a blind eye to the real threat to your very way of life. Consider the following actual events from history:

1. 1968 - Robert F. (Bobby) Kennedy was shot and killed by a young male MUSLIM extremist:

2. 1972 - Jewish Olympic athletes were kidnapped and brutally massacred in Munich, Germany by young male MUSLIM extremists.

3. 1979 - The U.S. embassy in Iran was taken over and several individuals were held hostage by young male MUSLIM extremists.

4. During the 1980's a number of American citizens were kidnapped in Lebanon by male MUSLIM extremists.

5. 1983- In Beirut, Lebanon the U.S. Marine barracks was blown up by male MUSLIM extremists.

6. 1985 - The cruise ship Achille Lauro was hijacked and a 70-year-old American passenger of Jewish decent was murdered and thrown over-board in his wheelchair, by male MUSLIM extremists.

7. 1985 - TWA Flight 847 was hijacked at Athens, and a U.S. Navy diver trying to rescue fellow passengers was murdered by male MUSLIM extremists.

8. 1988 - Pan Am Flight 103 was blown up over Lockerbie, Scotland by male MUSLIM extremists.

9. 1993 New York City - The World Trade Center was bombed the first time by male MUSLIM extremists.

10. 1998 - The U.S. embassies in Kenya and Tanzania were bombed by male MUSLIM extremists.

11. 9/11/01 - Four airlines were hijacked; two were used as missiles to take down the Twin Towers at the World Trade Center. A third was crashed into the U.S. Pentagon, while the fourth was diverted by the passengers and crashed in a Pennsylvania farm field. These hijackings resulted in the deaths of thousands of innocent men, women and children at the hands of male MUSLIM extremists.

12. 2002 - The United States went to war in Afghanistan against male MUSLIM extremists.

13. 2002 - Reporter Daniel Pearl was kidnapped and beheaded by --- you guessed it --- male MUSLIM extremists.

Do you see a pattern here? Believe it or not, but those on the Liberal left don't! So to ensure that we do not offend anyone, particularly fanatics intent on destroying us, the liberals have passed laws to make sure that security screeners at airports are not allowed to use profiling certain people to protect us. Instead, they MUST conduct random searches of 80 year-old men and women, little kids, airline pilots with proper identification, secret service agents, 85 year-old congressmen with metal hip replacements, along with Medal of Honor winner and former Governor Joe Foss, but they are to leave all male MUSLIMS alone lest they be guilty of profiling.

AND NOW FOR THE SUPREME ACT OF PURE STUPIDITY OF ALL TIME, the people of America want to elect, to the most powerful position on the planet, the President of the United States of America --- a YOUNG MALE OF MUSLIM DESCENT who is the most extremely liberal (i.e., socialist) senator in Congress (in other words and extremist).

HAVE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE COMPLETELY LOST THEIR MINDS OR JUST THEIR POWER TO REASON? I'm sorry, but my Daddy absolutely refuses to take a chance on entrusting the future of America to an unknown commodity like Barrack Obama. Wake up people.

Guido is saying "let's sit tight and hope it won't be worse than the buggers think".

David Davis

Right now as I type, the world of money, shares and commerce seems to be coming apart at the seams. Nobody seems to want to buy Banking shares for any money at all this morning - not surprising since people will only learn the full list of more horrors this afternoon. Then, the Prime-Mentalist is screeching at poor little Iceland "Och-aye, the Noo, Jummieh!!! Where'z ma f*****g money????" (Not helpful I should have thought.) And the Euro waits in the wings to see what its walk-on lines are going to be.

It's all very well for those clever people who were optimists-in-full-possession-of-the-facts a few years ago to say "we've bought gold!" But most people don't own more gold than is worn on one finger, and sometimes not all of that. There are other priorities for most families, like just keeping going.

The EU of course continues to steam on, rearranging its deck-chairs to suit the sunbathing bureaucrats...there is talk of measures to "regulate" blogging, for example (see post below) as if the Brussels machinery had too little to do in reality, which is probable. I think measures like this will get harmlessly swept away in whatever happens to the Euro in the next few weeks.

This is not to say that the (very, very much nastier) British pro-EU bureaucracy will not get-a-hold of draft directives, and merely implement them as is they were real ones, while nobody is looking. It's called "gold-plating" in political circles, I am given to understand. I would not put it past them even to ram stuff through even after the EU was dead (a nice thought) so great is their visceral hatred for English culture, tradition and institutions (why did we think they wanted to do the jobs they do? Why would someone want to be a "diversity outreach officer", or a "parking attendant", or this, or this? (that one's even an "Australian Government Initiative" - that makes it even worse, for the cancer has meta-statised elsewhere.) Why did real Germans and Austrians - and others - hurl still-living humans into incinerators? I don't see the moral difference really - we are merely arguing about degree.)

A tangible and to-be-wished-for benefit of this mess is that the EU will start to unravel also. The continental bureaucrats will probably live with that, continue to draw their salaries and lottery wins perks for as long as they can, and then retire to Tuscany or wherever, and pretend they are just jolly old folks who never really believed in the whole EU thing in the first place (they probably didn't, either.)

But we should watch out for the astonishimg vindictiveness and ferocity, which I believe will emanate from the UK's home-grown and now frustrated pro-EU establishment. This will come when it is found out that the whole shooting-match has gone belly-up overnight, and that these wicked, cruel and highly-motivated stalinists have lost their official authority to terrorise, erase, threaten, fine, regulate, confiscate and terminate.

Our problem will be what Frodo had, when he came home to the Shire, and found all sorts of riff-raff in charge.

The Wall Street bailout bill ( I refuse to call it a rescue bill) that was passed gave the treasur

The Wall Street bailout bill ( I refuse to call it a rescue bill) that was passed gave the treasury secretary $1 trillion and basically unlimited to do whatever he wanted to do with the money. This was supposed to stabilize the stock market and thus the economy but we have all seen what has happened to the stock market since the bailout was approved by the traitors in the house and senate and then signed by President Benedict Arnold in the whitehouse.

As you can tell this latest turn of events has me pretty pissed off. As if it wasn't bad enough that the mortgage industry and the whole free market, capitalistic, economic system has been taken over by the federal government in the guise of easing the nervousness of the American people, we find out that the Bush administration is considering, under the bailout bill, taking an ownership stake in certain United States banks.

The Bush administration is considering taking ownership stakes in certain U.S. banks as an option for dealing with a severe global credit crisis.

An administration official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because no decision has been made, said the $700 billion rescue package passed by Congress last week allows the Treasury Department to inject fresh capital into financial institutions and get ownership shares in return.

The administration, as well as Democrats and Republicans in congress are trying to scare us into accepting a socialist form of government and I am fucking pissed off about it. Whenever the president sides with the likes of Chuck Schummer nothing good can come from it.

I understand that the Democrats are socialists at heart and borderline communists but to see a president who claims to be a conservative Republican follow in lockstep with such a sellout of the whole free market ideal that America was founded on is just plain disheartening.

We have now nationalized the mortgage industry, the economy, and may nationalize the banking system, and it is only going to get worse once Barack Obama is president. America will then nationalize healthcare, big oil, and insurance companies (all of which I have written about in the past) and where does it stop?

America is headed in a dangerous direction between Obama's frequent attacks on the freedom of speech and of the press which I have written about many times but here would be a good place to start, and his true stance on the second amendment, and his Utopian view of America, coupled with the recent government takeovers of our economic system.

We are headed down a path to socialism and as we slide down that road I can't help but think that Ronald Reagan once warned about "losing freedom through installment", he just never would have guessed that it would be a fellow Republican that would have contributed so greatly in turning America in that direction. We are losing our country, or more accurately, it is being taken from us and I feel so helpless. I don't know what we can do or how we can stop it.

During the immigration reform fiasco I got a case of Bush Derangement Syndrome but I took some medication and got better, I think that it has returned. Somebody call me a doctor.

Sheriff Investigated after Using Barack Obama's Middle Name

Barack Obama and his campaign have an ever growing list of people that they are trying to silence

Barack Obama and his campaign have an ever growing list of people that they are trying to silence because they dare to disagree with Barack Obama.

We had the story of Obama sending out "truth squads" in Missouri to threaten and intimidate those who run television ads that the campaign disagrees with. He has actually convinced some members of law enforcement to join him in shutting down free speech in Missouri, to the chagrin of the governor, who said the following:

“St. Louis County Circuit Attorney Bob McCulloch, St. Louis City Circuit Attorney Jennifer Joyce, Jefferson County Sheriff Glenn Boyer, and Obama and the leader of his Missouricampaign Senator Claire McCaskill have attached the stench of police state tactics to the Obama-Biden campaign.

“What Senator Obama and his helpers are doing is scandalous beyond words, the party that claims to be the party of Thomas Jefferson is abusing the justice system and offices of public trust to silence political criticism with threats of prosecution and criminal punishment.

“This abuse of the law for intimidation insults the most sacred principles and ideals of Jefferson. I can think of nothing more offensive to Jefferson’s thinking than using the power of the state to deprive Americans of their civil rights. The only conceivable purpose of Messrs. McCulloch, Obama and the others is to frighten people away from expressing themselves, to chill free and open debate, to suppress support and donations to conservative organizations targeted by this anti-civil rights, to strangle criticism of Mr. Obama, to suppress ads about his support of higher taxes, and to choke out criticism on television, radio, the Internet, blogs, e-mail and daily conversation about the election.

“Barack Obama needs to grow up. Leftist blogs and others in the press constantly say false things about me and my family. Usually, we ignore false and scurrilous accusations because the purveyors have no credibility. When necessary, we refute them. Enlisting Missouri law enforcement to intimidate people and kill free debate is reminiscent of the Sedition Acts - not a free society.”

We then learned about a case where the Obama campaign is pressuring television stations to stop running ads that are sponsored by the NRA because he doesn't like what they are saying. He threatened their FCC licence if they do not comply.

Using those two examples it is not hard to imagine that the Obama campaign had some involvement with the anti-Obama writer who was detained in Kenya while on a fact finding mission. The writer was on his way to a press conference to reveal what he had found out about Barack Obama when he was arrested and detained by soldiers. Barack Obama previously funneled money to the Odinga campaign and now that Odinga is president is it that much of a stretch to assume that perhaps Obama called in a favor?

Which then brings us to this latest case of Obama's campaign trying to shut up the opposition in a Stalinist fashion. His only transgression, he used Barack Obama middle name in a speech.

"I am on duty 24/7 and 365 whether in or out of uniform. Like every other elected official, I am aware of from President to Governor to State Representatives, etc. We engage in political activities whether for ourselves as candidates or for others. As of this writing, I am unaware of having done anything to generate all this attention other than using the senator's full name."

Feds are now investigating him to see if this was a case of him using his authority to influence an election. Apparently Obama is so sensitive of his middle name that is is no longer acceptable for someone to utter it in public.

Talk about using authority to influence an election. Isn't that what Barack Obama is doing by continually trying to silence the opposition? Is this a precursor to how Barack Obama is going to operate as president? I believe it is, and it is a scary thought. If Barack Obama is already trying to silence through intimidation and threats those that oppose him what lengths will he go to as president when he actually has some power?

Reinstituting the fairness doctrine is a good start, and rest assured he will start there, but it will only be the beginning. After conservative talk radio and blogs are shut down what's next? Government run television? Government run radio? Where does it stop?

Barack Obama has shown a willingness not to debate the opposition but to silence them. Evidently he feels that because he is right that if you oppose him not only are you wrong but you don't deserve a voice. You don't deserve a platform to voice your opinions. He will decide what can and cannot be said.

We have already seen many cases where the left cries racism when people try to speak out against Obama. Rather than debate what is being said they try to discredit you through illigitimate claims of racism. This is nothing but another attempt at silencing rather than debating.

I end this post with this little gem from the book 1984; "Don't you see that the whole aim of Newspeak is to narrow the range of thought?"

There are pieces that a a blog author may quickly put together that end up being more commented upon than those long tome like essays that we sweat blood over and that we really want to be acknowledged my Spurious Complaints piece yesterday morning was one that i thought little off but it was the most commented upon for the day.

[caption id="" align="aligncenter" width="350" caption="STANDING proud ... Aaron Wilson in front of the flagpole at his Eagleby home.

A PUBLIC outcry has forced a Queensland local council to back down on its decision to make a former soldier pull down his Australian flag.

As reported on couriermail.com.au yesterday, Logan City Council ordered former Digger Aaron Wilson to take down the flagpole outside his Eagleby house, after a neighbour complained it was "offensive".

A furore broke out yesterday as patriotic Australians voiced their support for Mr Wilson, whose friends fought in Iraq.

Only hours later, a council spokeswoman said they would work with Mr Wilson to help him relocate the flag.

The 5m flagpole is in breach of building regulations because it is only 4.5m from the kerb, rather than the required 6m. The council says it is concerned it could blow over in high winds.

But Mr Wilson is refusing to move it, saying there are other flagpoles in the area that are closer to the road than his.

"If the council is going to target me then they should target everyone with flagpoles," he said.

"I think this battle is a fought and won one for the little man. It's all become rather embarrassing for the council."

The council has caved in because ordinary Aussies made their displeasure well and truly known that any government entity would stand between a citizen and their right to proudly fly the flag.

A win for the people Comrades
The Conserva

...that makes about as much sense as Glenn ever does - why does CNN pay him, again?

The Conservative columnist that is Glenn Beck is about a neutral as driving a Corvette in over-drive - but that has never shut him up. Glenn always tries to come across as a person who has common sense - and fails at each hurdle, he would have to be pitted in the paralympics because he could reach the top of a hurdle if is was laid down on the track.

Mr Beck says that voting against Obama isn't racist - well DUH! No it isn't - you can vote for who you like - but it is interesting that he says this in the first place. Why would you do a piece on racism in politics directing that piece to be about NOT voting for Obama because his is black - which, when you look at the facts, Barack is neither white nor black he is mixed race - he is both white and black.

Barack's mother was white and his father was black - so that got me to thinking. You would only make an issue of NOT voting for the 'black guy' if you were trying to push some issue. If Glenn, as he seems to be trying to say, wants people to vote for whomever they chose - why make an issue about the skin colour of one of the candidates?

But, you see, that ISN'T what Glenn is getting at - it is who Obama has associated with in the past. Glenn wants, like so many conservatives, you to think about Bill Ayers and not the economy - he, like most conservatives, wants you to forget that the US economy is in the tank and concentrate on associations or the guilt thereof.

Omitted from this piece is McCain's associations - now we have to ask why?

Glenn is using CNN to promote his own agenda - if they were as unbiased as they say they are Glenn would be looking for a new job right now - but he is given free reign to say the things he does - in the guise of impartiality. Not quite true if you ask me.

Where is the 'Left" answer to Glenn's piece? Why doesn't Glenn tell you about Abramoff?

It is amazing to me that by NOT bringing race into this you do bring race into it because, by inference, you have said what you don't want to say.

"Sorry but because Barack is black I am not voting for him because he is a Democrat" - Not the same as "I am not voting Democrat because I don't believe in their policies".

No code, Glenn? I assume you got your Code Ring from the Cracker Jack box before you wrote that piece.

With the current financial crisis still at the forefront of everyone's mind and wallet, this is a telling tale that needs to be told and then told again.

Why any rational thinking individual, given the facts that we do know, would continue to allow those individuals and members of the Democratic Party, continue to oversee the problem that they allowed to occur is beyond belief. Then to support the leader of the Democratic Party, an individual with minimal political experience, no executive or management experience, an ongoing history of questionable judgement and integrity, is simply adding fuel to the fire.

74% of CEOs Believe Obama Would Be Disastrous for the Nation: "

If a recent poll found that almost 75 percent of America's top business leaders felt that a McCain presidency would be disastrous for the nation, with some even stating that his proposals if enacted would bankrupt the country in three years, do you think media would have reported it?

Probably every hour on the hour until every American had heard about it, right?

Well, on Wednesday, with the nation in the middle of what is being regularly portrayed as the worst financial crisis since the Great Depression, Chief Executive magazine released its survey of 751 CEOs finding that 74 percent fear 'an Obama presidency would be disastrous for the country.'

Some CEO's went so far as claiming '[Obama's] programs would bankrupt the country within three years, if implemented' (emphasis added, h/t Jazz from Hell, photo courtesy Time.com):

Chief Executive magazine’s most recent polling of 751 CEOs shows that GOP presidential candidate John McCain is the preferred choice for CEOs. According to the poll, which is featured on the cover of Chief Executive’s most recent issue, by a four-to-one margin, CEOs support Senator John McCain over Senator Barack Obama. Moreover, 74 percent of the executives say they fear that an Obama presidency would be disastrous for the country.

‘The stakes for this presidential election are higher than they’ve ever been in recent memory,’ said Edward M. Kopko, CEO and Publisher of Chief Executive magazine. ‘We’ve been experiencing consecutive job losses for nine months now. There’s no doubt that reviving the job market will be a top priority for the incoming president. And job creating CEOs repeatedly tell us that McCain’s policies are far more conducive to a more positive employment environment than Obama’s.’ [...]

‘I’m not terribly excited about McCain being president, but I’m sure that Obama, if elected, will have a negative impact on business and the economy,’ said one CEO voicing his lack of enthusiasm for either candidate, but particularly Obama.

In expressing their rejection of Senator Obama, some CEOs who responded to the survey went as far as to say that ‘some of his programs would bankrupt the country within three years, if implemented.’ In fact, the poll highlights that Obama’s tax policies, which scored the lowest grade in the poll, are particularly unpopular among CEOs.

Despite the poll's findings, from what I can tell, even though this study was disseminated by PRNewswire, it has garnered very little mainstream media attention.

Think that would be the case if these business leaders were so negative about McCain's economic policies?

No, I don't either!

The political statements will stop (for now) and I will try my best not to use this blog for my own

The political statements will stop (for now) and I will try my best not to use this blog for my own point of view, But I must admit, it felt good!

Sometimes doing something just for the feeling of it is a great thing. Now I am not advocating drug taking or drinking to get drunk as a thing one should do, just because it feels good. But I am advocating that we sometimes need to do something just because. Like my blog from yesterday, it just felt good to let all my anger out, all my fears out. Maybe I changed a few minds, or made people think, but really that want not my point in writing it, my point was, I needed a release, I needed to get it out in the open. So if I offended anyone, or made anyone feel uncomfortable, so be it. Sometimes that’s ok also. My point of views will not be everyone’s, and in today’s Politically Correct worlds, we all too often hold things in, and that can have a very negative effect on ourselves and others.

The effect on ourselves, I think most of can understand, but on others… That may be a little bit harder to understand. How can I being politically correct affect others in a negative way?

Easy, if I am not true to myself, how can I be true to others? If I hide who I am, do I really look for the truth of others? We may fool ourselves in thinking we do, but if you stop and really think about, we can’t. We cannot look or see in others that witch we hid in ourselves. If we find something so hideous in ourselves that we hide it, we don’t look at it, then we will do the same with others, we will not see it, it would be a reminder of what we do not want to see in ourselves.

Now I am not saying that all Political Correctness is bad, but I do think that the fact that we have taken it too such extremes is, the fact that we have no tolerance for others point of views that goes across the grain of the current correctness doctrine is. In today’s PC world, one cannot have a view that is not that of the collective, so my political statement was my way to let it all out, they represent my true feelings on the current election.

So sometimes is a good thing to let it all hang out, and sometimes is not a good idea, each situation offers its own unique opportunity to discern the response needed. And yesterday I discerned the need to state my fears of the up and coming election, today, I discerned the need to explain myself, and tomorrow who knows what I will discern. But I can promise that whatever it is, it will be the true me. The one not afraid to let it all hang out, now just how I let it show, and what I choose to show will depend on the current state of being. So stay tuned… You never know what will come nexts.

Whoever the moron was who reported this to the police in the first place should hang their heads in shame. They probably won't, though; most likely they think it was the right thing to do because "even the pretence of violence towards a child (he was 17) is unacceptable" or some such tosh.

Received via email -

I'm Watching This Dreadful Debate

The McCain-Obama debate is a dreadful exercise in Communist propaganda. And every knowledgeable person knows that Communism has always been an exclusively Jewish Phenomenon - and guess who controls the 5 Big TV Networks? Answer: Some of the most ruthless operatives in the NeoCon Jewish Crime Syndicate. (See the documentation" link on the home page of wagthedog2008.com).

The audience is strictly screened - and then the brain-dead drones agree to ask a question that is pre-approved, -- and many of them read "their" question off a card word for word, stumbling over some of the words. (Obama and McCain then insult our intelligence AGAIN by telling the questioner what a great question they just asked.)

Everything about the audience is controlled by the Gestapo-KGB type goons who enforce the anti-American rules at these highly contrived "debates." (Just as such thugs did at the GOP-McCain National Convention in Minnesota - they were confiscating any Ron Paul buttons or signs from the Ron Paul delegates!!! This is Communism, pure and simple. This is how these ruthless Trotskyite Jews think: they didn't want ONE RON PAUL SIGN TO SHOW UP ON TV. Communists.)

And how low are the policemen and hired security who follow such orders? These men do not deserve the name of American.

And let's not forget who chose which candidates would participate (only McCain and Obama; no Chuck Baldwin of the Constitution Party; no Ralph Nader; No Bob Barr of the Libertarian Party). Who decided this? The fraudulent "Presidential Debate Commission", begun in 1996, and consisting of a person appointed by the Democratic Party and a person appointed by the Republican Party. And what is their standard? Whether a candidate reached the 15% threshold in their Big Media polls. But how is someone to reach 15% in the polls if the Neo-Con Jewish Big Media won't cover them? Where would Obama be if he had not received BILLIONS of dollars in free publicity from the Neo-Con Jewish Big Media? He would be unknown.

Of course, this Neo-Con Crime Syndicate would just falsify the polls if a third party candidate reached 15% in reality. They only want a third party candidate in the debate if they want to split the vote (Ross Perot) for a weak candidate (Clinton) that they want to make "believable" as a winner when their computers give us the "result" on election night.

And, what is American about excluding a qualified candidate who is on the ballot and reaches a reasonable pre-agreed bar like being on the ballot in 50 states (Buchanan of the Reform Party in 2000) or 40 states (Howard Phillips of the Constitution Party in 1996 and 2000) or even 35 states (like Ralph Nader of the Green Party in 2000).

Jesse Ventura was not high in the polls when he appeared in the Gubernatorial debate in Minnesota in 1998 - but after the debate, he won. So maybe a candidate that actually SPOKE LIKE AN AMERICAN in one of these debates would go from 1% to 55% in the real polls the day after the debate.

The evil Neo-Con Communist Jewish Crime Syndicate is determined to NEVER let this happen. This is why we need mass arrests of the key operatives in this crime syndicate in New York City and Washington DC - followed by a quick and fair trial - and the penalty for treason as specified in the Constitution.

Tom Brokaw, a whitened sepulchre who has sold his soul to the company store a long time ago, probably from his first day on the job - asks only pre-scripted, dreadfully boring questions so that no real issues are brought up. Brokaw has made his career out of pretending important issues don't exist, and that unimportant ones "loom large". His JOB is to lionize the Banksters' candidates and treat them like really historic people. Same goes for the rest of the official Washington and New York Press Corps.

The people who are in the audience have been provided by the local GOP and Democratic parties. People are chosen because they have proven over years that they are good little "party members", and always stay within the lines drawn for them. The Party leaders would never send even one person into these Presidential Debate audiences who MIGHT be even a little bit of a Maverick.

What I would give to see a massive demonstration blocking the building where such a Presidential debate were to be held - and hopefully the demonstrators would break through and occupy the stage so that the debate could not begin.

Near the end of the debate, some bald brain-dead military veteran asked this question (paraphrase): "If despite your best efforts, Iran attacked Israel - would you commit troops to defend Israel right away, or would you wait for UN approval?" --- If we do not have military men and police of a higher caliber than this guy - then America is probably going down. THE REAL QUESTION SHOULD HAVE BEEN: "What steps as President are you going to take to stop the nation using the name "Israel" from attacking Iran and perhaps starting World War III?"

But such questions, or much better questions -- are never asked - because these Presidential Debates are an insult to every alert American.

I know there is a lot of things to be demoralized about, but I submit to you the MOST EFFECTIVE thing you can do in the next month is to help me reach millions of Americans via the Biggest Radio Stations in the Midwest with radio ads hitting the NeoCon Jewish Crime Syndicate that is man-handling our nation, and the other issues the radio ads cover. You can hear and see them at wagthedog2008.com -

If we only raise $4000 in the campaign - or whatever we raise - I will put it into radio ads to try and reach as many Americans as possible. More than ever are wondering about what is going on. Maybe we will reach the man who will eventually mount the "white horse" to lead the charge to save our country. In any case, I'm going down fighting for our country.

More tomorrow.

At least one scientist is talking about the positive effect that the economic crisis will have, an

At least one scientist is talking about the positive effect that the economic crisis will have, and no I am not talking about the foreclosed properties that people are now going to be able to buy at very affordable prices. I am talking about a topic that is an old friend of mine but one which I haven't written about in a while.

Global warming. Paul J Crutzen, a Nobel prize winning scientist has just admitted that while the economy may be hurting people it is saving the planet.

It's a cruel thing to say ... but if we are looking at a slowdown in the economy, there will be less fossil fuels burning, so for the climate it could be an advantage," Crutzen told Reuters in an interview.

"We could have a much slower increase of CO2 emissions in the atmosphere ... people will start saving (on energy use) ... but things may get worse if there is less money available for research and that would be serious."

I have long held the belief that global warming is not really about saving the planet but rather about subjugating the American people through taxes, fees, regulations and restrictions. All of these things would hurt the economy and now we have a scientist admitting that a hurting economy is good for the planet.

I have said it before and now I am going to say it again. Every solution that we have heard to stop global warming contains at least one of the following; more taxes, more restrictions, or more government control. All three of these are actually one in the same however. More taxes means less money for the people (which hurts the economy, and means less freedom because of the lack of extra money), more restrictions means less freedom; less freedom, less money, and more restrictions mean more government control. (Did that read right, it sounded right in my head.)

All of this is bad for the economy, raising taxes and fees always hurts the economy. So in reality all of the solutions for global warming hurt the economy, and with a bad economy comes more people looking to the government for help. The government will be implementing the tools that force the people to look toward the government to help them.

We have just come full circle.

Jerome Corsi, who wrote an anti-Obama book called The Obama Nation, was in Kenya investigating Oba

Jerome Corsi, who wrote an anti-Obama book called The Obama Nation, was in Kenya investigating Obama's connections to Kenya. He was to hold a press conference in which he was going to discuss what he had found.

There was a little surprise waiting for Corsi as he made his way to the press conference, though. It was the Kenya's immigration department. They swooped in an arrested him before he could make public his findings.

Corsi had promised a news conference today that would "expose details of deep secret ties between U.S. Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama and a section of Kenya government leaders, their connection to certain sectoral groups in Kenya and subsequent plot to be executed in Kenya should Senator Obama win the American presidency."

Somebody didn't want this information out there. Here is some of what Corsi was going to reveal:

Corsi was set to show Obama and Odinga have been in direct contact since the senator's visit to Kenya in 2006. He was to claim Obama advised Odinga on campaign strategy and helped him raise money in the U.S. for the Kenya presidential campaign.

Obama was raising money in the United States and sending it to the campaign of a foreign election. But what about that campaign strategy that Obama helped Odinga with?

Corsi was to report Odinga's 2007 presidential campaign strategy called for exploiting anti-Kikuyu tribal sentiments, claiming victory and charging voter fraud even if the campaign knew the election had been legitimately lost. Odinga, Corsi said, also was willing to fan the flames of ethnic tribal tensions

Ethnic tribal tensions? Could this be equivalent to the class warfare that the Democrats love to use in America as a campaign strategy? But the kicker to me is that Odinga was prepared to claim voter fraud occurred even if he knew that the charges were unfounded and untrue. That is straight out of the Democrat playbook, and foreshadows what can be expected from Obama in the extremely unlikely event that he loses the election.

So somebody wanted Corsi silenced, was it Odinga or was it the Obama campaign that made the call to collect on a debt for the campaign money that was funneled into Kenya? In order to answer that question we must once again look to Barack Obama's past.

Barack Obama has already admitted that he is in favor of silencing the people who do not agree with him and I am not only talking about his approval of re-instituting the fairness doctrine to shut down conservative radio and blogs. That would have to wait until he was president, he is already in the game of harassing and threatening those who oppose him with the "truth squads" that he sent out in Missouri to intimidate people who run commercials that are critical of him. He is also pressuring television stations not to run ads critical of him by the NRA. Is it really too much of a stretch to think that Obama had a hand in this?

But Obama's defiance of the freedom of the press and of free speech, isn't where his disdain for the constitution ends. As director of the Joyce Foundation he worked hard to undermine an individual's right to keep and bear arms using the court system, and will continue to do so once he assumes the presidency with his judicial nominees. Regardless of what he now says.

And of course no discussion of Obama's past can be finished without talking about his association with William Ayers. Obama's campaign likes to say that Obama was only eight when Ayers committed his terrorist attacks on the Pentagon, but Obama'sassociation with Ayers is much more recent than that. As director and co-founder with William Ayer of The Chicago Annenberg Challenge he helped fund William Ayers and his radical teachings in Chicago.

Which then leads us to Reverend Jeremiah Wright and his radical, race baiting, hate mongering, anti-American sermons that Barack Obama attended for twenty years. And brought his children to.

Obama's past is filled with associations to people unfriendly with America and with ideas that are contrary to the constitution and the rights of speech, press, and the right to bear arms. So again I ask, is it so hard to believe that Obama had a hand in this writers detainment in Kenya?

All of these associations and beliefs are just too conveniently coincidental for me to believe. Barack Obama has a pattern here, it is a pattern that we are supposed to ignore. If you dare to ask about Obama's past you are accused of either engaging in the politics of personal destruction, or of personal attacks, or of being a racist. Or all of the above. We are supposed to believe that Barack Obama's past is not relevant to the campaign, but who a person is today derives from who he was and what happened to him in the past. Barack Obama's past is just too damn shady and I can not ignore it.

Obama's past does matter today, especially when the associations that he claims were long ago were allot more recent than Obama cares to admit.

But why was Corsi coincidentally detained just as he was headed to his press conference? Was it just another coincidence? Or was there more? What was Corsi going to reveal?

Just one more question, could it have been a birth certificate?
