Sudan alip sogumasini bekleyin. Havucu soyup rendeleyin. Pirasayi ayiklayip jülyen dograyin. Her ikisini de tavuk suyunda 3 dakika haslayin. Pistikten sonra içinden alin, tavuk suyunu atmayin.<br />
tavuk etini  seritler halinde kesin. Tuz, karabiber serpin. 5 dakika yagda kizartin.<br />
Firini 225 derecede isitin. Patatesleri uzunlamasina kesip içlerini oyun. Maydanozu yikayip dograyin. Çikardiginiz patates parçalarini sebze, tavuk ve maydanozla karistirip tuzlayin. Tavuk suyunu 150 gr krem peynirle karistirip sos haline gelene kadar pisirin. Karabiberle tatlandirin.<br />
4. Karisimi patateslere doldurun. firin tepsisini yaglayip patatesleri içine dizin. Peynir sosunu üzerine döküp firinda 10 dakika pisirin.</span></b><span style="font-size:14pt;font-family:Arial;"></span></p>
