Wróciłam wczoraj.

Punkt 7:00 samolot wylądował na lotnisku.

Sorrka, że nie napisałam wczoraj, ale byłam zmęczona, po za tym odwiedziłam Wujka i Magdę.

Magda mnie wkurzyła... Zrobiła coś, czego ja bym jej nie zrobiła. A było tak...

Przez cały czas gdy ja byłam na Rodos, Magda pracowała na Recepcji. Ja dostałam 5 stów za 2 tyg. Ona pracowała 4 tyg i dostała 1000 złoty.

No  i Magda w pracy miała dostęp do internetu. Zadryndała do mnie na Rodos. I poprosiła o mój mail. I tak się zaczęło nasze mail'owanie. Ja chodziłam do kawiarenki, a ona z pracy mi pisała. Poznałam na tej wyspie pewnego chłopaka, o imieniu Alexander . Ale szybko się skapłam że to podrywacz i debil. I napisałam jej o tym w mailu.  A ona głupia czytała go w pracy akurat kiedy Wujaszek wparował do recepcji. OK. Gdyby sam się dorwał do kompa i przeczytał to bym się na nią nie złościła. ALE ONA MU DAŁA GO PRZECZYTAĆ!! DAŁA! D-A-Ł-A !!!! A JA TAM NAPISAŁAM, CYTUJĘ:

"(...)Alexender to debil i podrywacz, wyruchał by wszystko co się rusza(...)"

Nie wierzę, normalnie nie mogę w to uwierzyć. Boże! Przecież się przyjaźnimy, a ona coś takiego mi zrobiła!! Jak ona mogła. Do tego dowiedziałam się o tym po odwiedzinach Jej i Wujka! Teraz wstydzę się mu pokazać na oczy(Na szczęście wyjechał dziś na dwa tyg. do Hiszpanii). Najgorsze jest to, że nie chciała bym się z nią teraz spotykać . Przez jakiś dłuższy czas. Ale po jutrze jest koncert Iron Maiden, a sama na niego nie pójdę. No i DUUPA -.-

A co do Rodos. Było nawet całkiem ok. Poznałam wielu wspaniałych ludzi, z którymi naprawdę się super rozmawia. Między innymi takiego Antka. Naprawdę w życiu z nikim jeszcze tak dobrze mi się nie rozmawiało. I nie traktowałam go jako mój obiekt westchnień, bo ja nic do niego nie czułam, ale naprawdę, to koleś z którym super mi się gada, o wszystkim, autentycznie. Ostatniego dnia  od 20:00 do prawie północy. Non stop, bez przeryw, siedzieliśmy na krzesełkach i rozmawialiśmy. Później przyłączyło się do nas parę osób. Wspaniały chłopak, nie myślałam, że na świecie są tacy świetni faceci. A tu spotkałam jednego z nich :) A prócz tego, to co dzień grałam w billard, tenisa stołowego i chodziłam na basen. Dwa ostatnie dni zepsuł mi tylko okres -.- I nie mogłam pływać. Najgorsze jest to, że podpaski itp. kosztują tam, w przeliczeniu na nasze, 15 zł. Do tego tak trudno je kupić, bo tam jest masa facetów. Prawie w ogóle nie ma babek. A jak są to bardziej w głąb wyspy.

Na polowanie na podpaski, pojechała mama. Ja miałam jeszcze 38 stopni gorączki, bo mnie słońce poraziło, na windsurfingu.  Kiedyś na takie polowanie wysłałam tatę, to kupił mi jedno maleńkie opakowanko. I stwierdził, że to starczy na kilka okresów... innym razem zrobił mi przypał w Rossmanie jak napakowałam tego mase do koszyka, żeby STARCZYŁO na KILKA RAZY, a on się zaczął wydzierać po co tego tyle. Jak to opowiedziałam mamie, powiedziała, że jej też zrobił taki przypał... -.- Ech... Dodaję kilka fotek z Rodos.

In my other assignment about NPM (New Public Management) I try to discuss the enhanced web tools (web2.0) and the way they can challenge old mindsets and put forward an improved, along with a much inexpensive, value proposition to the public sector. In this regard, I think the acknowledge is a step closer to this goal .. but there is a long way to go still.

What has this to do with e-government? Its back to the current practice of describing citizens as customers! By talking about customer need, satisfaction or whatever I would contend that we are in danger of offering them 'bread and circuses', and forgetting to associate it with the privilege of citizenship and all it entails, such as the duties.

This was captured in a Canadian document of 1996, 'A Strong Foundation - Report of the Task Force on Public service, Values and Ethics' from a group chaired by John C. Tait QC. Tait's task force picks up on the tensions between treating citizens as user, customer or client and makes a number of important points such as on page 36:
"In every public service transaction or activity, the true public servant must be alive to issues of equity and fairness to a degree that is rarely required of private sector managers."
Tait's report also identifies the conflict between New Public Management (NPM) and public administration but importantly does not state that we mustn't use the expressions but be actively aware of the tensions they introduce. We can call the citizen a customer but ensure that both the public servant and the citizen are aware of their respective duties and obligations.

With government's concern over active citizenship I purport that it is time to focus on the expectations of citizenship and that this can be used to encourage feedback on services and assistance in improving or developing them.

EGovernment derives from another notion, differentiate it self on different points, that is growing from the idea that IT is capable of democratizing a sector, meaning giving it back to the citizens, including them in various processes. I guess this i said to be a evolution/modernization of the public sector as we knew it, now applied with modern tools, processes reflecting the new paradigme that the internet brought to the world, feeding on the will of the people to take part. 

My question to you, reader: is this a "correct" way of picture it og is it too controversial? Im aware of the parts where the two notions share common grounds. Is this to black and white? Or is it simply the case, that the two can't live without one another? Maybe the one is alive due to the other.. could it be?

If this is somewhat the case, I see why P. Dunleavy et.al (Digital Era Governance) and others say that NPM is "a dead fish in the water", and that we need to look further .. to get to a governance model capable of holding the emerging technologies and their benefits.

The key area of interest is whether of not NPM is the right governance strategy for the public sector.. or would it be a good thing is somebody found a new paradigme. My thesis, for now, is that NPM is old news or a dead fish in the water (Dunleavy) and our beloved public sector needs a revitalization of some sort. DEG could be a great answer.

Also Im still curious to know if you have some experiences or knowledge about New Public Management or (as I see it) the new paradigme / optics of doing eGovernment, namely, Digital Era Governance, as proposed by Patrick Dunleavy et.al.

In de Bel20 was Agfa Gevaert de uitblinker. Het Mortselse beeldvormingsbedrijf ging 3,85% hoger tot €5,13. Op twee kwam dexia met een winst van 3,07% tot €18,78. Ook Fortis ging 2,50% omhoog en sloot op €16,80. Kbc kon slechts 0,79% winnen tot €86,53. Van de 4 verliezers was NPM de zwaarste daler, zij het slechts met 0,55% tot €49,23.

Op de brede markt won Tessenderlo 2,11% tot €28,51. Option verloor dan weer 1,37% tot €6,49 en ook Metris deed er 0,56% af tot €8,85.
Op de Amsterdam Exchange was Fortis met een winst van 2,44% tot €16,82 de grootste winnaar. ArcelorMittal ging 2,36% hoger tot €54,74. Er waren slechts twee zakkers: Unilver eindigde 1,62% lager op €21,27 en TNT verloor 0,04% tot €24,84.

In Parijs steet Alstom 3,91% tot €142,10. Ook Air France - KLM ging 3,09% tot €19,70. EDF was de grootste verliezer met 1,70% tot €59,52.

Een mooie start vanochtend. De Bel20 ging unaniem in het groen. Ondertussen zijn er nog dertien van de twintig die winst kunnen vasthouden. Grootste stijger is Albert Frère-holding NPM dat om 12u 3,7% hoger gaat. Het slechtst presteert Agfa Gevaert binnen de Bel20. Het aandeel zakt 0,6%. Op de brede markt zijn er mooie vooruitzichten voor Telenet (+1,9%) en Option (+3,4%).

Option begint stilaan in aanmerking te komen als goede investering, zo lijkt mij. Het aandeel is zwaar ondergewaardeerd en de vooruitzichten zijn goed na de tabula rasa-operatie die het management het laatste jaar heeft doorgevoerd. Option bedient ondertussen vier van de top10 computerproducenten en ook nog een aantal kleinere spelers. De communicatie is fel verbeterd de afgelopen maanden. Kortom, het Leuvense bedrijf lijkt klaar  voor een heropstanding.

In Amsterdam zakt TomTom alweer. Niet hard momenteel, zo'n 0,2%, maar het is opmerkelijk hoe veel van de waarde is verloren. Eind oktober noteerde het aandeel nog zo'n €67,7, terwijl het momenteel €30,4 noteert, 55% lager op vier maanden.

Avondupdate

Al bij al een goede dag. De Bel20 kent slechts 3 dalers: Mobistar -0,38% tot €55,05, UCB -2,53% tot €28,95 en natuurlijk Agfa Gevaert -2,85% tot €5,795. Agfa werkelijk onbegrijpelijk slecht bezig, werkelijk een Bel20-aandeel onwaardig. Het is natuurlijk ook enkel door een farçe eind december met een artificiële koersopstoot dat het bedrijf haar Bel20-positie heeft kunnen behouden.

Grootste stijgers in de Bel20 waren NPM (+6,68 tot €47,40), Solvay (+3,37% tot €83,68) en Umicore (+3,13 tot €34,88). Op de brede Brusselse markt was er 4,91% winst voor Option dat afsloot op €5,56. Telenet kon na een zware terugval in de namiddag toch nog net positief besluiten op €14,62, een stijging van 0,83%.

In Amsterdam is TomTom uit het dalletje gekomen. Het aandeel noteert nog altijd enorm laag, maar steeg vandaag met 1,44% tot €30,90. Op de AEX was Unibail-Rodamco de grootste stijger (+5,71% tot €173,91), gevolgd door Wolters Kluwen (+421, tot €17,08). Het enige verlies op de AEX was voor Tele Atlas, -0,22% tot €27,20.

De CAC40 kende slechts 2 dalers: Veolia Environnement -1,60% tot €55,35 en Electricité de France -0,55% tot €58,32. Grootste winnaar in Parijs was buizenproducent Vallourec dat 7,49% klom tot €146,22.

Laatavondupdate

Wat in de VS een feest leek te worden eindigde heel anders. De indices gingen vlot de hoogte in op Wall Street, tot om half 8 onze tijd Ambac met haar herstelplan op de proppen kwam. Ze willen een miljard dollar ophalen door aandelen uit te schrijven en nog eens $500 miljoen door private equity. Dat was duidelijk onder de verwachtingen van de markt. In een minuut dook het aandeel van $11 naar $9. Uiteindelijk daalde het aandeel 18,84% tot $8,70. Het verschil tussen het hoogste punt van de dag en het laagste bedraagt 30,5%!

De val van Ambac trok alles op Wall Street naar beneden. Op de eerste plaats natuurlijk Mbia, zoals ik gisteren al zei volg5en die twee elkaar altijd. Mbia klom in de loop van de avond 12,8%, maar viel samen met Ambac terug en eindigde -6,09% op $12,19. Een andere verliezer was Garmin. De gps-producent zakte 1,24% tot $57,28.

Een aantal aandelen kon de winst ook na de Ambac-val vasthouden: Google steeg 0,70% tot $447,70, Yahoo deed er 2,17% bij tot $28,67 en NVIDIA steeg 1,15% tot $21,17.

A co u mnie? Bigos dojrzewa, siostra jeszcze śpi, tata na zakupach... Wigilie mam o 17:00. I oczywiście wg rodzinnej tradycji idę dziś na Pasterkę. Nie mam nic przeciwko temu. Zawsze jest tak fajnie, Msza w nocy(na czuwanie nie chodzę i nie mam zamiaru zacząć-.-)Spotykam kumpele, pogadamy trochę("trochę" heh) i ta cała atmosfera. Po mszy dzielimy się opłatkiem, nawet z obcymi ludźmi. Wiecie u mnie w Kościele niedawno "wybudowali"(bo trwało to kilka miesięcy) nowe organy. Te kolędy...zagrane na takich prawdziwych, a nie na elektrycznych jak co roku... (czytam ostatnie zdanie i czuje się...dewotką-.-)

Co roku, zżeram szybko i niechlujnie, a następnie popędzam innych żeby otworzyć prezenty(rodzina nadal ze mnie tego nie wypleniła). U mnie prezenty leżą już od wczoraj. To takie wredne. Idziesz, widzisz karteczkę "Gosia" i nie możesz tego otworzyć. Nienawidzę tego.

Wracając do tematu "Striptiz". Dla facetów też coś mam. Filmik pt. The Bitch is Back. Piosenka którą śpiewa Elton John(mój ukochany piosenkarz) Pamelą Anderson tańczącą w tle na rurze.

Co dziś jeszcze robię? Siedzę trochę wściekła, bo minęło NPM (napięcie przed miesiączkowe), a wiecie co po tym następuję -.-. No i tyle. Pozdrowienia i WESOŁYCH ŚWIĄT!!

Dziś nastąpił przełom. Poszłam do fryzjera. Wreszcie coś się dzieje.

Zapisałam się an godzinę 14:00. O 13:30 wyszłam z domu. Za 10 byłam już pod zakładem. Wpakowałam się, i ... mnie ostrzygli -.- Tak, ten wielki przełom nastąpił równie niespodziewanie jak się skończył. Po powrocie do domu nastąpił następny. Mianowicie napisał do mnie Maciek Maciek A. Chłopak z którym chodzę. Pogadaliśmy trochę, wymieniliśmy trochę ciepłych słów, i on poszedł zabić karpia, a ja posprzątać dom. Jak się poznaliśmy?

Maciek w szkole jest od miesiąca, a od jakiś 3 tygodni ze sobą chodzimy.

Pierwszego dnia Doszedł do naszej klasy. Oczywiście podobał się wszystkim dziewczyną. Na przerwach nawijały: jaki on przystojny sexi itp. itd. Mnie jakoś nie ruszał. Drugiego wieczorem była imprezka. Pomyślałam, czemu ma spędzać piątkowy wieczór sam. Podeszłam i zapytałam się czy przyjdzie na imprezke, nie chciał bo twierdził, że nikogo nie zna. Zaczęłam mu nawijać, że na pewno wszystkich poznasz, spójrz na dziewczyny, widzisz ich tępy wzrok? Podobasz się im. I to bardzo. Możesz mieć każdą. Później przegadaliśmy cała przerwę. Siedzieliśmy i śmieliśmy się. Dziewczyny patrzyły wilkiem. Oczywiście nic do niego nie czułam, uznałam, że jest bardzo fajny, i że mogę się z nim za kumplować :) A o tym by z nim chodzi? Nawet nie myślałam. Po pierwsze traktowałam go jako kolegę, po drugie podobał się każdej dziewczynie, więc nawet jak bym na niego leciała nie chciał by mnie.

Następnego dnia, po szkole gdy dotarłam do domu. Wbiegłam do pokoju i zaczęłam szukać ubrania na imprezkę i kosmetyków(autobus się spóźnił, i zostało mało czasu). Przebrałam się, umalowałam i wybiegłam z domu. Na szczęście brat akurat jechał do dziewczyny to mnie podrzucił na imprezkę.

Było super, wywijałam, tańczyłam i wszystko czego dusza zapragnie. Odbijało mi. Z resztą jak zawsze na imprezkach ;p Nie widziałam tylko spojrzenia Maćka. Tego jak na mnie patrzył. Za to widziałam wściekłe dziewczyny. Niektóre próbowałam wyciągnąć, na parkiet. Żeby zrobił się tłok, bo wtedy najfajniej :) Ale wściekle mnie ignorowały. Myślałam że im odwala, albo NPM (napięcie przed miesiączkowe). W końcu ktoś puścił wolny. Rzuciłam się na cole, ja podczas wolnego nigdy nie tańczę, bo to zawsze dziewczyny są proszone przez chłopaków. Mnie traktują bardziej jak kumpele, nie jak dziewczynę. Bo wiecie, gram z nimi w CS'a w nogę. Mam z nimi niezły kontakt, z dziewczynami też, ale nie z nimi spędzam 6h dziennie na CS'ie.

Wracając do wolnego. Wypiłam cole i usiadłam na krześle. Zmęczona tańcem. Zamknęłam oczy ze zmęczenia po czym, gdy je otworzyłam zobaczyłam przede mną wyciągniętą rękę:

-Zatańczysz? -Zapytał Maciek

Jasne :) - Odpowiedziałam to z takim spokojem... Niestety spokój nie trwał długo. Zaraz urosła mi wielka gula, która uniemożliwiała mi rozmowę z nim podczas tańca. Tylko kiwałam głową.

No wiecie...Z jednej strony wściekłe dziewczyny, które gdy usłyszały krzyk WOLNY!!! Zaczęły się ślinić na myśl o tym, że mają szansę zatańczyć z Maćkiem, ale tu taka Gosia tkwi w jego objęciach, a z drugiej jego śliczne i męskie dłonie (to jest właśnie to, uwielbiam to u mężczyzn) które obejmują moją talie. I te oczy... I ogólnie, cały on. Normalnie rozpływałam się. Było tak słodziutko. Później zaczęłam się jąkać i idiotycznie uśmiechać, i przestałam widzie dziewczyny, był tylko on :)

Po imprezce żadna się do mnie nie odezwała. Wracałam z Mackiem, gadaliśmy i ogólnie było fajnie. Drugiego dnia się do niego nie odzywałam, nie odpisywałam na sms'y. Musiałam ochłoną. Nie spałam do 1:00 w nocy. O 1:01 wysłałam sms, że bardzo Cię lubię i że chcę z tobą chodzić (bo mnie o to prosił w sms'ach, później pisał że przyjedzie do mnie z kwiatami jak mu nie odpisze) Najdziwniejsze było to, że on tez nie spał i zadzwonił. Gapiłam się jakieś 10 sekund w ekran komórki. W końcu się ocknęłam i odebrałam.

-Myslałem, że już nie odbierzesz...
-Emmm...Zatkało mnie, że dzwonisz:)

I przegadaliśmy jakąś godzinę. Do szkoły przyniósł mi róże. I od tej pory jesteśmy razem ^^ Jestem kompletnie zakochana :)
