Minnie: The OP "Karma" is very catchy and gives off a Tales of the Abyss feel. Although I like the intro song of the game better, this one is extremely well-done with shots of the main cast and a couple of hints in the future that fans will catch immediately (the ones of Luke and Asch anyone?) And you must admit that wink of Guy's is very sexy in the opening. Haha. Even the antagonists are there! I love them too. And of course, watching the OP reminds me of how much I still hate Asch (please Asch fangirls, don't kill me).

Garrick: OP... the ToA... feel? I really wonder if that exists right now for me. -_- Anyhow, it's not bad. It's upbeat, interesting... not sure if the vocals I like much... but hey, that's easily overcomeable. I'll probably skip it anyway, unless it was awesome... (like Bouken Desho Desho) I can easily see Minnie'sposts being MUCH longer than mine.

Minnie: The introduction of Guy makes me laugh. He's still afraid of women like always! Of course, they wouldn't change that part of him from the game to the anime. Haha. Natalia is introduced so early as well. I love her. Guy's "I'm the perfect servant, aren't I" with a wink makes me so happy. Now, I remember why he's my favorite. Yes, I'm such a fangirl. Garrick/Koala is probably laughing at me. Natalia is still the high, might princess as usual, but that's what makes her later development so great. I like how they started Tear's first intro as well since it's different from the game. We only see it from one perspective in the game but here, we are given others, like how Tear sang the guards to sleep.

Minnie: And the plot starts off with the Seventh Fonon reacting to one another and transporting both Tear and Luke outside of the palace. I didn't expect monster battles though! Haha, the episode gives off such an RPG-feel right then and there. Is this bad or not? Every time I listen to Tear, I think of CC. They are alike in some ways but still, maybe it's cause of the VA? But man, Tear's VA here is 10x better than the one for the game since she sounds too old in the game for my taste. And of course, all ToA fans must know how hard it is to deal with Luke's arrogant personality at first. It's not as bad as I first imagine but it's still pretty bad.

Garrick: Ummmmm... I'm confused... I can't even THINK about the VA's right now, I'm so confused... But, what I can see is that this anime is BEAUTIFULLY animated. It's really quite awesome.

Guy is fun. That's all I can tell for now. Luke... hm. Not much I can say, either, although I DO like his personality, despite what you said. Tear is awesome. That's all I can really say. The singing seems a little bit too convenient, but what can I say? It works.

The whole loss of memory thing never goes well with me, so, I'm not sure what to make of that. Same with the sudden, without reason head pains. I've seen that in a lot of stories. All these terms and wars are confusing, too. I'm sure I'll get to know them, though, so nothing bad to say here.

Minnie: The ED "Bouken Suisei" is also pretty catchy and soothing with that first sketch of Mieu and a butterfly. Aww. The artwork at the end is very beautiful- I especially love Anise and her giant doll. More to add to that, while the song is playing, it shows shots of the next episode, including a priceless lovey dovey Tear (we all know what that means!) and Anise running around at full speed. That hyper little gold digger!

Garrick: The ED... Not sure what to say. It's nice, not great, not bad. The art that they used is nice, though.

Gisteren vierde het Sportpaleis zijn 75-jarig bestaan. De Antwerpse sport-, muziek- en showtempel opende op 1 oktober 1933 als hoofdzakelijk wielerbaan. Maar er is altijd al plaats geweest voor andere sporten (boksen, tennis, jumping), voor concerten, voor party’s (Studio 54, White) en andere shows (Holiday On Ice, Sinterklaas, Vlaams Nationaal Zangfeest).

Buurtbewoners uit Merksem, medewerkers en inwoners van de provincie Antwerpen en nog een resem anderen zagen De Kreuners, Soulsister, Milk Inc, Belle Perez, Clouseau en Natalia optreden. Tussen de muzikale acts praatte Carl Huybrechts de avond bijeen aan de hand van een historisch overzichtje.

Prima Puntata di Uomini & Donne, edizione 2008/2009. Si inizia con il trono femminile dove troviamo Natalia Angelini(nella foto a sinistra), una bellissima pugliese, con capelli mori e occhi chiari di 23 anni, e poi c’è Francesca Mari(nella foto a destra) una ragazza di 25 anni, capitano di una squadra di pallavolo di serie a, molto alta. Come avevamo già anticipato, nelle puntate del trono femminile l'opinionista donna è Erminia, ex di Giuseppe Lago. Già dalla prima puntate si è capito che non ha lo stesso carattere di Karina, la fidanzata di Sasà Angelucci. Si stuzzicano, invece, le due troniste che già hanno dimostrato un bel caratterino.

El encanto de Paris, para mi,no fue una noche de estrellas, Notre-Dame ni Montmartre, todo eso tenía casi o nada que ver con mi arraigo a la Ciudad Luz y mis dias de exilio lejos del Perú.

En realidad mi vida aquí, tenía un nombre y una sonrisa, una inspiradora de lo que me pasaba y proponia para mi pasado, presente y futuro : Natalia. La misma musa que ahora perdía derrotado por la imperiosidad de asumir cada uno su rol en la vida. Natalia estaba aqui partiendo, sin reproche, despidiéndose, dejando lo nuestro por un futuro en su carrera.

Desde el fondo del cuarto la miraba sintiendo que ella no iba a volver y que esa última mirada la iba a grabar para siempre en mi recuerdo. No habian palabras, no podian existir justificaciones, llantos ni lamentos, solo un adiós de acero, inflexible, que hacia daño.

Desaparecía de mi vida, abandonaba a nuestros amigos, los rincones preferidos, las caminatas, las lecturas, los dias de invierno, las preocupaciones por la renta y las horas más hermosas de esta romántica novela entre dos estudiantes latinoamericanos que terminaba.

Partia a una nueva vida me dijo, esa en la que yo no formaba parte, desde un escritorio en Bruselas, en un organismo internacional, que demandaba toda su dedicación y talento.

...Por esos días, había que tener talento para no morirse. No cabíamos en nuestros calzones ni en nuestro sueño, caminábamos sin mirar para atrás, fumábamos como si fuera un acto de lucidez y tomábamos café negro para disipar el espanto...

Natalia es muchas cosas: Es una novela corta de 200 páginas, de un escritor chileno llamado Pablo Azocar; Es un nombre de mujer, el más bello de todos; Es equivalente a primavera y a verano, al pronunciarlo se siente el suave calor del sol en el rostro; Es una casa llena de niños y animales y risas y comida; Es también la habitación de Poe y de Proust, pero en la versión cinematográfica de Ruiz ampliada en escala 1.5 veces su tamaño. En esta habitación las ventanas están abiertas y entra una suave brisa. Hay muebles, pero no muchos. Hay que tener cuidado de no pisar al perrito que juega por el piso. Hay visitas todo el tiempo, personas venidas de todos lados para quienes las puertas siempre están abiertas. En el rincón más soleado hay siempre un hombre que duerme en el sillón, aunque no siempre es el mismo.

Natalia juega a ser Natalia, como quien se sabe un privilegiado. Y lo es. Su habitación es un campo donde la memoria y la moral juegan un juego cuyas reglas desconozco, pero el talento y la excelencia contemplan el juego y vaya que participan. La audacia y el valor también participan, pero sólo en momentos puntuales...el sufrimiento participa, el dolor participa, la muerte participa, pero con la condición de que jueguen riéndose.

Para jugar el juego hay que introducirse en su mecánica que es equivalente a decir en su biografía. Las reglas no están claras, por lo que el juego no es fácil. Sin embargo, ella parece siempre estar ajena a esa mecánica, en ella siempre hay otra cosa: una propuesta, un juego, un crucigrama que te dice acércate al espejo y mira. Quien lo haya intentado sabrá de que hablo. Para quienes fracasamos queda el consuelo de la valentía atribuída al intento, aunque fuese fallido. Sólo queda levantarse del sillón, aún domnoliento y emprender la retirada, no sin antes hacer un gesto de buena crianza, levantar mi sombrero y hacer una reverencia, como quien se despide ante una multitud.

...lo único que me queda por hacer es tomar un tarro de pintura y tapar el muro con una leyenda que diga Natalia Natalia Natalia Natalia Natalia Natalia Natalia Natalia Natalia Natalia Natalia Natalia y nadie podría volver a anotar algo en las paredes de la ciudad, porque no habría nada más que decir.

Al cabo de un rato llego otra vez a la Casona y cuando estoy pensando que me encontraré otra vez con la nada del potrero aparecen Melania, Vero y Guadalupe y me abrazan apretado, me piden que no me vaya y que juguemos una partida de póker. Yo me dejo caer en la gloriosa pechera de Guadalupe, carraspeo como para anunciar lo que se viene, a modo de confesión les digo que estoy un poco cansado...y desde alguna parte saco una de esas sonrisas inconclusas del tipo Buster Keaton, y aplaudo un poco, y trato con una morisqueta, y celebro no sé qué, y me río un poco más. Todo está bien, digo, ya durmiéndome, todo está bien...
