I'm home from Majorca, and I have oodles to tell you so here goes:

First of all, our flight got delayed 5 hours. We had to wait in Bournemouth Airport all that time and it was for the stupidest reason. You know that chime sound before an announcement on a plane? Well that was broken and apparently we can't leave without it. I did get some people watching in the departure lounge though. There were two girls called Scarlett and Orla who I liked because they reminded me of my some of my friends. There was someone called Matt Newbery who came on PictoChat when I was online. PictoChat is this chat thingy on Nintendo DS. Richard and I tried to find him but we didn't see him and then he went offline.

When we were there a lot of funny things happened. First of all, my brother Rich got overly attached to a lilo called "Big Old Blue". Then Big Old Blue deflated! He was very upset about that, a little too upset for a thirteen year old! The pool made my Dad a bit crazy. First, he did a bomb dive in, then stole my lilo and paddled off with it! I think it made Richie crazy too, because when we were having dinner he jumped up on his chair and shouted "Hey big spender!". I joined in because he doesn't know any other words. He's like that: he only bothers to learn the chorus.

The beaches were fabbie. Richie continued to be crazy by being scared of some nudists on the beach. It wasn't a nudie beach, they were just a random nude family. He's thirteen. He's seen the PSHCE video, it shouldn't be that scary for him. The nudie family were really funny actually! I thought it was a bit odd how the lady nudist put on a sunhat. Like she was worried about covering up. Hmmm........

Majorca is good, but very weird. The bread company is called Bimbo, after all. You have to admit that's a bit odd. And there are dogs EVERYWHERE. They come to the gate and bark at you. No-one seems to have just one small terrier. Everyone has a giant dog. I'm not complaining. I like dogs :)

Prima noapte pe vapor, deci... Camera grozava, intunericul bezna, somnul dulce. De ce m-am trezit eu la 5:30 n-as putea spune, dar cum totusi am facut-o, am aprins o veioza, am aruncat un ochi pe ziarul de seara care dadea multe detalii despre ziua ce urma pe vapor si in afara lui, si am aflat ca soarele rasare la 6:11, asa ca mi-am pus un tricou si cele doua hanorace pe care le aveam pe mine, unul peste celalalt, am urcat cu liftul de pe puntea 6 pe 12 si am scos nasul la aer. Nu era asa frig, dar era vint, fiindca vaporul mergea cu ceva kilometri la ora. A, pardon, noduri!

Savona parea a fi un orasel mic si destul de plicticos, asa ca n-am coborit de pe vapor decat o ora, sa facem cateva poze in zona portului (care, mare noroc, e fix in oras, nu la 10 km departare, ca in alte parti), sa bem un ceai cu gheatza si sa-i luam sofiei o vedere cu orasul, pentru colectie. Ne-am intors pe vapor si ne-am petrecut timpul liber in piscina si jacuzzi. Si am facut un exercitiu de urgenta cu alarme veste de salvare :)

Barcelona, a doua zi. Musai sa mergem pe La Rambla, vestita strada. Mergand pe ea m-am intrebat de ce e asa vestita? A aruncat un ochi spre statuile vii sau spre cele de ceara si am cotit-o pe stradutele mici si interesante care impinzesc locul, pina am ajuns intr-o piata, apoi pe alte stradute, apoi la o catedrala in renovare :( , apoi pe alte stradute la alte cladiri pe care, probabil, cu o harta in fatza, as putea sa le numesc, dar ce rost ar avea? Oricum, am stat vreo doua ore pierdutzi pe stradutze strimte si am facut cateva poze, dupa care ne-am grabit spre vapor, fiindca ne-am amintit ca din port pina in oras era de mers si de trecut un pod maaare pe care am facut 45 de minute la venit. Doar ca la intoarcere am dibuit autobuzul si n-am facut decat 7 minute. :)

M-a cam dezamagit Palma, vazuta de aproape, prea n-avea plaje - mai mult stinci de pe care se chinuia sa coboare in apa cate un turist optimist. Plaje putine, oras mare, cladiri multe. Poate alte orasele mai mici sa fie bune de plaja in Majorca. Apa foarte sarata, pe asta am testat-o. Si pestisorii mici si nu foarte speriosi. Iar catamaranul mi-a placut si el, doar ca n-a mers cu pinze, cum ma asteptam eu, ci cu motorasul ascuns sub punte.

How is everyone? I'm good. We're going to Majorca tomorrow! Yay!

Just wanted to tell you that. The reason I'm confused is I remembered something Ellen in my class said. Tia wouldn't give her a drink and Ellen said: "You're just like the big bad wolf in Oliver Twist!". And I quote. Do you ever remember really random stuff like that? I do. It's just one of life's humungo mysteries, like does the iceberg in Club Penguin ever tip (I think not) and why is my Mum so obssessed with birds? And why are Disney fairytales so ick on a stick? We will never know......

I don't know what to write now. According to this book in the school library, writing that you don't know what to write is called blogoreah. Or something like that. I refuse to say that, because it is disgusting. Also, anything in the school library has to have a silly name, for some reason. It's not just the library, it's the  library and resources centre. It's not just the Library rules, but the Library Agreement, which we have to sign every year as well as the Smoking Agreement. The Smoking Agreement is optional actually, but if you don't sign it all the teachers know that you smoke. I don't smoke, but I know at least a quarter of the year do and they all sign the agreement anyway. The Library Agreement isn't much fun to sign, but it does make entertaining reading. Especially the last bit: "If you need any help, ask the friendly librarian." The friendly librarian is nice to me, but is crazily paranoid about people "pretending" to read. She actually kicks them out. Of the library! I got kicked out once because Leena (my hyper friend) jumped up behind me and I screamed! Leena scares me......

I like dogs. I really do. But my family don't. Rich won't admit that he's scared of them, and my mum doesn't like how they "drool and smell". Hmmm. I do not exactly have a family of animal lovers, although they do let me have pet guinea pigs, on the basis that they live in a hutch in the garden. Out of smelling and drooling reach, not that they do either of those things. So, I have done what every sensible dog-denied person does, and got myself a Nintendog from Ebay. I love my Nintendog! His name is Radley (after my favourite designer brand), and he is a Golden Retriever. He is much more like a real dog than the other pet simulation game I have, Dogz 5. I used to be utterly obssessed with Dogz 5 when I was about ten (four and a half years ago). Now I see that they that those "dogz" are not realistic at all. They have gigantic eyes and tiny heads, which isn't an attractive look, let me tell you!

Now, I want everyone to be very sensible and brave and don't cry about what I'm going to say next. I'm going to be in Majorca from the 4th to the 14th, so I'm not going to have a computer to talk to you on. It's OK, you'll be fine without me! Here are some useful tips for you to remember while I'm away:

1: If you wear blue eyeshadow, don't rub your eyes! I did that once and I looked very very odd.

2: Don't spray Impulse in your brother's room, or he will spray Lynx in yours and/or put pants in your bed. Or maybe that's just my brother being a weirdo.

3:When playing The Sims, always make sure your pool has a stepladder. Sims fans will know why.

4: For instant giggle-o-rama, get yourself a copy of the infamous Shed video we watched in PSHCE. It is the most hilarious thing I've ever seen.

That stuff is all I can think of right now. Tomorrow I will be taking the guinea pigs to Pet Hotel. Pet Hotel is not as cool as it sounds. It's basically a back garden with lots of hutches and exercise runs in it, and you can take your rabbits and guinea pigs there when you go on holiday. Obviously you have to pay but it's not a lot. It is fabbie! After I take them there, I will be going home to have a pack-o-rama before the flight. Yay Majorca!!
