L'uscita nelle sale cinematografiche dell'ultimo episodio di High School Musical è previsto il 24 ottobre negli Stati Uniti e si intitola High School Musical 3: Senior Year.

Il 13 luglio la Walt Disney ha trasmesso però un'anteprima del trailer di High School Musical 3 e si tratta di un omaggio ai numerossisim fans sparsi per il Mondo che possono così gustarsi alcune scene del nuovo episodio che vede ancora protagonisti Zac Efron e Vanessa Hudgens nei panni di Troy e Gabriella. Nel triler è possibile ascoltare anche una parte della canzone "Now or Never" che rappresenta la colonna sonora di High School Musical 3.

The wait is finally coming closer and closer. We have a little over 2 months, until HSM3: Senior Year is in theaters...and we're totally psyched! :)

A new peek at Disney's phenomonon, HSM in it's 3rd movie!

Depuis aujourd’hui, la bande-annonce du film très attendu, High School Musical 3, est désormais disponible. Ce film sortira en salle le 24 octobre prochain, mettant en vedette : Zac Efron, Vanessa Anne Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Corbin Bleu, Lucas Grabeel, Matt Prokop et Monique Coleman; et le film inclue aussi dix nouvelles chansons.

Synopsis

Cette année, Troy (Zac Efron) et Gabriella (Vanessa Anne Hudgens) termineront le secondaire. Les deux amoureux devront bientôt se quitter puisqu'ils envisagent d'aller dans des collèges différents. Ils décident donc d'organiser ensemble une dernière comédie musicale pour exprimer leurs fabuleuses expériences du secondaire ainsi que les espoirs et leurs craintes par rapport au futur.

Renseignements techniques

Le film est réalisé par Kenny Ortega et écrit par Peter Barsocchini. Ces derniers ont travaillé également sur High School Musical 1 et 2, qui furent projetés à la télévision respectivement en 2006 et 2007.

This move could, of course, make it even harder for boys to admit that they enjoy the franchise, but in general I'm for everything that raises the awareness of gay issues in the media. Evans is no doubt the most high profile fictitious gay character since J.K. Rowling outed Albus Dumbledore, and he is probably also a little bit easier for young gays to relate to, as he is neither 1) a wizard or 2) old as hell. One could of course complain that Evans, a soft spoken drama queen and a dancer, is playing to gay stereotypes, but in my view that is beside the point for two reasons: 1) Many gay guys actually like musicals and dancing, and 2) it probably was the easiest way to get this kind of character to fit in to family friendly entertainment.

Sadly, I don't think we can expect Ryan to be outed in the final High School Musical movie, set to premiere this October. If Disney were to endorse gayness outright, they would run a tremendous commercial risk, which I suspect they are not ready to take. But then again, I'm not sure how much it matters. Many people already assumed Ryan to be gay, and now that we know for sure, new light has been shed on both the previous movies, and the fall release.

For Lucas Grabeel, however, I sense rumours of his gayness will not die down anytime soon.
