Both are super cute, don't you think?  She picked the purple, I would have too to be honest.  And this morning I got up super early to make it for her.  I thought she would want to wear it as soon as possible, I would.

So do you think she will be happy with it?  I almost didn't write back to her and simply kept the little set for myself.  I think that when my new site goes online, in less than a month, I shall have little sets like this for sale too, what do you think is that a good idea or do you think its too much of a good thing?

After that I also had the time to make a few little bags or purses, before heading off to work. I've not had the chance to go to my favourite market to buy new zippers for ages, so I've had to use some zippers that I kind of bought by mistake a while back.  They are kind of short, so I made the little purses a little smaller. They are rather cute though, I hope you will think so too. I particularly like the one with the purple flower and back.

The one with the key ring is actually a special request, it matches the Red Messenger bag that I had added to the website a few weeks ago.

Today's new bags are my little 'Day bags'.  I love the shape and size of these. They are so girlie yet still practical.  The size is perfect to go out with for a walk in town or a date.  For any occasion really. You can fit a wallet or purse, mobile, keys and a few bits of make up.  Everything you need really. I think that my favourite is the brown one with the flowery flap, I used this same material as lining for both the brown bags actually.  It's a little 50'ies I think.  I just love it!

I also soooooo love the red ones!  Oh, it's impossible to just pick one!!! I actually got all the pretty ribbons as a birthday present for my sister who still lives in Canada.  When I saw the 'Bavarain' one (right-hand bag) I had to get them for her, the idea was that she could use them on her next bag collection.  But in the end I just HAD to use them myself.  Sorry Sis!  In the end I got her something else! ;-)

Here's a close up of both of them...  They are really nice quality as well, they aren't just printed, but rather woven.  I should really have bought more.  Oh well, I will learn eventually, I tend to always make that mistake.

Unlike yesterday with the make up bags I can't pick a favourite one.  Though I really, really like the little mushroom tab on the red polka dot one. They all have matching linings, so they are all just as pretty as the other one.

Well to be honest when I bought the material I thought it was orange denim but the longer I look at it, work with it and try and match it to other orange tones the more confused I become...  Is it orange?  Is it red?  Is it coral???  I'll let you decide for yourself.  All I can be sure of isthat I love the next orange/red/coral bags!  Though it was rather difficult to match it with other materials; I think I managed and I'm quite proud of the results.  If I can say that without sounding too big headed! ;-)

Left:Orange denim triangular bag with decorative buttons. This could be used as the coolest school bag ever, the top is wide enough for DIN A4 (European standard writing block). Plus it has two pockets, one inside and another underneath the flap; offering enough space for wallet, keys, mobile and pens.
Right:Orange denim round handbag with fun black stripes. This bag is sporty yet feminine, I like it!  It's as simple as that!  It's great for any occasion; a simple day out on the town shopping, a day at the office, a long walk along the river, whatever!  It's happy and summery and practical.
Bottom: Orange denim day bag with bright yellow and turquoise!  How cheeky can you get?!? This fun little bag has a yellow zipper under the flap and two yellow buttons.  The lining is bright turquoise, as is the decorative stitching!  Super festive!!!

Left: funky little day bag, perfect for a day out with a sexy little summer dress.  It's just large enough for mobile, wallet, keys and a few bits of make up.  What else can a woman ask for?!
Right: green tote, perfect for shopping.  The fun stitching really makes it something special.  The lining is of the same flowery material as the decorative strip.  Who wants to go shopping???

Left: summery round bag!  Oh, so lovely!  The back and strap are made of the same green denim as the others which makes it more robust, for the woman who want to carry a bit more round.
Right: green and yellow messenger bag.  For those who like colour!  This bag is full of little hidden details!

Bottom: green and black wristlet, for that evening out on a warm summer evening.  This will look great with a little black summer dress, or a denim one, or a white one, or a bright yellow one, or a pink one...

Actually it's funny because I wrote to her yesterday asking if I should add a few things or just wait until next week, when I'll have to go pick up the fliers anyways.  She emailed back, saying that next week would be fine.  Then she sold three of my bags!!! So I decided to pop over when I had made enough little purses, in order to stock up the little display box. I also added a round bag and a large triangular one.  The box is full again now, to be honest it doesn't take long . 

One woman fell in love with my little mobile pouches and purses but she owns one of those HUGE things that you can flip open for a full keypad.  She said she had looked everywhere for a pretty little something to protect it but hadn't found anything so far.  So she asked if I could make her one, just for her.  Of course!  She liked the yellow material the best, so I measured the phone and promised to make her something nice. I think it looks really cute.

The other order is a birthday present for a man. Basically his girl friend had borrowed his camera and thought it would be nice to have a protective case especially made.  Something that no one else would have.  She popped around to my workshop yesterday so we could pick the material.  It went really quick, she like the green right away.  It was rather difficult to make, anything small is much more difficult to work on than large things.  But I think the end result is quite cute and practical as it is heavily padded.  I'm not usually very good with manly things so I had to make a big effort and held back, not adding too many details.  We decided on Velcro, becasue this way the camera straps can still be used.

She picked the last option and to be honest I'm so glad she did as it looked so cute!  And I was keen to see it completed. Here are some pictures of it finished with its little matching purse. To be honest I LOVE it so much that I am thinking of making something similar for myself.  Though I prefer the larger shaped bags myself, especially living here in Germany where you don't get plastic bags when doing the food shop.  I simply find it more practical to have more space for everything.  Saying all that every bag is a one-of-a-kind, so I could use the same basic idea but it could never be the same! I just hope that she will like it as much as I do! And hopefully you will see a picture of her here on my blog wearing her cool bag with the title of the entry being 'Another happy customer!'
