It looked like being a reality star is just like being a real super-star celebrity.

Last night, (Thursday, October 9th) Lauren Conrad and Audrina Patridge were spotted out in Los Angeles, filming for a new episode of their hit MTV show, "The Hills".

Audz looked super sexy and casually glamourous in a blue tube top with black pants and some black heels, while she made her inside into the "Winston" club, flashing smiles for the papz.

Meanwhile, LC, who was also joined by her new 'best friend', Lauren 'LO' Bosworth, also arrived for the night out.

Lauren was dressed in a super-cute white screenprinted tunic tank with glossy black leggings and black strappy heels.

Holly Montag continued to attempt to bring about peace in them thar Hills this week. Unfortunately, it has taken Holly the better part of the season to get to the deep truth that most viewers realized two years ago: Spencer is the problem. (Um. Duh?) At Holly's urging, Heidi wrote Lauren a pointless letter, along the lines of her pointless IMs and her pointless visit to LC's apartment last season. Anyway, Lauren seemed pretty unmoved by Heidi's heartfelt prose. Meanwhile, Spencer continued to be totally evil and Audrina went out with a new guy but ruined it when she couldn't STFU about Justin Bobby. 

So, on to that philosophical question posed by LC as she lounged by the pool: What if Heidi never met Spencer?

Well, The Hills probably wouldn't even be on the air anymore, for one thing. (Season One? Dull!) But putting that aside, do you think LC and Heidi would still be pals if Spencer never existed? And do you think Holly, with her blindly optimistic peacemongering, would make a good Secretary of State?

Have you ever heard of Lesley Roy?

Bottom line is, you have the opportunity to style her for her upcoming music video, thanks to some friends at Polyvore.

By the way, Lesley is Jive Record's up-and-coming 21-year-old Irish artist best known for her brazen track "I'm Gone, I'm Going." She's already had exposure on MTV's hit show The Hills with her single "Thinking Out Loud". 

Whitney Port is getting out of "The Hills" and into "The City!" The reality star has landed her own show set in Manhattan and scheduled to air on MTV next spring.

Port commented on her move, saying: "I am thrilled and honored to be in New York City, not only working for one of the most renowned fashion designers, Diane Von Furstenberg, but to be able to mature as a young woman both professionally and personally."

"The City" follows Whitney as she reunites with "a best friend from her past" and "meets a guy she's head-over-heels for," says MTV.

"In a city full of people with their own agendas, Whitney will have to quickly decide who she can trust and who to stay away from," MTV's release reads.

The Diane Von Furstenberg employee is about to begin a new adventure, "surrounded by all new friends, pursuing a fresh love life and starting to work in the upper echelon of the fashion industry is a lot to navigate for a new girl in the big city... especially one who has everything to lose."

Fabsugar has an early sneak peek at Lauren Conrad's holiday collection, and I have to say, it's about as boring as her first designs. The one-shouldered red dress is kind of cute but doesn't look as flattering or as adorable as the one-shouldered cocktail dress from Kate Moss for Topshop that was so popular last spring. Generally, everything looks like you could get it at Arden B or even French Connection. That's not always a bad thing, but maybe she should spend more time sketching and sewing than fighting with Spencer and Heidi if she wants to take her designing to the next level.

When you become a celebrity, there will be prices to pay, one of them including to be the countless shutterbugz that hound all over you.

Seems like Lauren Conrad has her share of being a celebrity because of her reality show status.

LC was spotted out and about taking a brand new silver Audi R8 for a spin yesterday afternoon (Wednesday, October 8th).

According to a source on the current scene, the "MTV' starlet had the $113,000 sports car delivered to her house first thing in the morning, and then she reportedly took it for a drive around her neighborhood before picking up her guy friend, Kyle Howard, for lunch at "Toast".

So heres the Behind the scenes video footage of that US Weekly Cover story with our fave gurl Lauren Conrad, alongside Hillary Duff and Taylor Swift.

There was always something very "high school" about this show, and the beginning scenes in this episode help me solidify my longstanding inclination:

"Thanks for helping me with my homework, Loey."

Instigator Lo asks about Stephanie, and Lauren instead tells her about her apprehensive plans to meet Holly for drinks. Lauren's worried Holly wants to play matchmaker to her and Heidi, but at the same time, Lauren "doesn't want to turn down a friend." Because let's face it: At this rate, Audrina's old guest house will be a kitty den.

Audrina tells colleague Chiara that she's got a date with this guy named Colin, and just a teeny part of her wants Justin Bobby to feel jealous.

Heidi and Holly are having lunch. This thing is sad because Heidi seems so genuinely remorseful about the whole thing, whereas LC has been steadfastly fixated on revenge and punishing people.

So Audrina's date doesn't look as wormy as he did in the previews last week and as expected. He kind of looks like Doug but with longer hair. But I still prefer Justin. Then she starts comparing Colin to Justin in the date. Colin compliments her eyes. 

Lauren, Lo, and Holly and meet for drinks. Lo can't think of anything else to say to Holly besides the fact that she reminds her so much of Heidi. Geez! Well, what do you expect from two people both from Crested Butte, Colorado, Lo? Lo is so devious. Clearly, she wants to be LC's only friend. Just hold tight, Lo. At LC's rate of banishing people from her life, it's bound to happen sooner than later.

At People's Revolution, LC brings her baggage into work, as usual. She makes Whitney read a letter Heidi wrote to her. But Lauren doesn't want Heidi's apology. No, no, no. It seems she only wants Heidi to be able to blame Spencer. I have a suggestion: Why doesn't Lauren just prepare a list of demands to hand off to the media? Poor Heidi. I mean, it's totally unfair how LC gets to befriend Holly yet Audrina catches major ish for chilling with Speidi. And I bet that if LC's sister Breanna ever comes to town, she'll be banned by LC from Speidi as well.

On Audrina's second date with Colin, he calls out her constant gabbing about Justin. Audrina indirectly tells him that it's all about Justin Bobby in her mind right now. I wish people were more direct.

LC: "I can't cook. I need a man who can cook!"

But Holly asks about Lauren's letter to Holly. LC admits that it's not about Heidi, it's about Spencer. Well, I just wish she would have articulated that sooner! Who does LC think she is to be issuing all of these ultimatums?

I thought Heidi was an AMAZING friend to LC. Like, when I saw the first episode of the show, I was blown away by how supportive Heidi was to LC as she scrambled out to her Teen Vogue internship. Being in LC's inner circle requires a lot of hard work and sacrifice!

Then LC ponders out loud to AUDRINA of all people how different things would be if Spencer had never came into Heidi's life. Well, that wasn't very nice because we all know that Audrina would still be a receptionist, auditioning for parts as a movie extra.

Audrina tells Justin Bobby about her date with Colin, and he's clearly distraught! Maybe we've finally made a breakthrough?

Holly discusses the letter with Heidi. Then Spencer conveniently walks in and asks why they're keeping secrets. Holly and Spencer go back and forth, while Heidi looks sad. I really like Heidi and I will never understand the abuse she puts herself through.

In spite of the obvious flaws, every Monday night you'll find me on our couch going on about how Lo is such a bitch, and how I can't wait for the catfight between Serena and Blair. 

While some might say the true victims in this situation are my brain cells, I must throw in a little shout out to the true heroes of the evening: the live-in boyfriend who, week after week, endures our tirades about people who either (a) don't exist, or (b) couldn't spell their way out of a shoebox, or spell "shoebox" for that matter.

Every Monday, without fail, it's the Eternal Couple Struggle for television supremacy.  We barter television shows like wares.  

"I'll give you two South Park's for Gossip Girl," etc.

Patrick, while he'll beg for me to wait until he's in bed to catch up on my shows, is overall a very good sport about the whole process.  

As a result, Patrick is beginning to suffer from what many men in his position suffer from: Unwitting Fan Syndrome.  No matter how loud he turns up the volume on his laptop headphones, or how into his game of Facebook Scrabble he gets, I'll catch him peaking up from time to time.  A furtive glance here, an interested gaze there...

This capturing of his attention is somehow vindicating.  I didn't ASK to be completely sucked in; it just happened.

Then comes the commentary.  The following occurred just last night during a viewing of The Hills.  Patrick was hiding behind his laptop, acting as if just one look in the direction of the television would infect him with some sort of TV-AIDS.  Then he opened his mouth.

"God, Spencer is such an asshole."

"I thought you didn't care!"

"I... well, I don't, but he's still an asshole. He's so controlling."

Maybe it's his way of coping.  I don't know.  For Gossip Girl it's become "The World According to Chuck Bass" for Patrick, although I've seen that trend among many guys I know, even if they won't admit it.

It's just nice to know I'm not the only one in our household who gets sucked in. 

Hell, even Horatio watches those shows quietly from the couch from time to time, ears and gaze at attention... and he's never quiet about anything.

Awww how could anyone hate Spencer Pratt? He put Heidi's sister Holly in her place last night when she wanted to voice her opinion about Heidi and Lauren possibly getting back together as friends. Hahahaa that was the highlight of last night, besides Justin Bobby getting pseudo-dumped by Audrina.

As you all know.. another feud in the Hollywood Hills is taking place again, and this time.. it's Lauren Conrad verses Audrina Patridge. Who's the winner of the new fight? Seems like no one can tell just yet. But, of course, people are betting on Lauren to come out on top again.. just like always.

While surrounded by drama everywhere, LC was spotted spending the day with daddy, Jim Conrad.. while the two were out shopping in Beverly Hills on sunday (October 5th).

After buying a few new things, Lauren and her pop headed off to grab a bite to eat at "Sharky's Mexican Grill" before calling an end to their father and daughter catch-up date.
