   there are several changes going on at CampCarbaway. 

       CampCarbaway is now a private free site by invite only with each member (inside camp already) allowed to invite 10 new folk in. This should eliminate the back log of applications waiting to be vetted.

       Owner of Campcarbaway and former Kimkins PR director Jeannie AKA TippyToes has handed the reins of CampCarbaway over to Heather and Brain. She will stay on as an admin in Campcarbaway. As the new owners Heather and Brian are not making any changes at this time. The website is financially sound and paid for until 2009. 

         Since everybody wanted to know if Kimmer paid for Campcarbaway and if Campcarbaway is the back up site for Kimkins.com when it goes down I'd like to address that.
         CampCarbaway is a place folk who are inside kimkins can go, but Kimmer is not financially connected to the camp in any manner. Camp was and is paid for by Jeannie, AKA TIPPYTOES,  with the money she was paid as PR director of Kimkins. This money was reported to the IRS by both Jeanie and Kimmer as salary paid to Jeannie, not an investment in a new website.  Nor is the Kimkins.com diet being taught in Campcarbaway.

        I'd like to wish Heather and Brian the best of success in keeping camp a safe place for kimkins victims to heal, find a safe low carb eating plan, and achieve the healthy smaller body we all work our low carb plans for.

I understand folk will need quicktime plugins to view it and it is almost 10 mins long but it is a wonderful piece about the fraud and dangers with doctors nutrtionists and folk who are not getting paid to sell kimkins talking about the issues.

In the diet it clearly says lean protein

lean protein is defined as less then 3 grams of fat per ounce of food so a 4 ounce serving of protein will have at most 12 grams of fat in it.

When one is making a kimkins menu that means using the egg directions of 1 whole egg mixed with 2 whites and then have 4 ounces of lean ham as   breakfast would have only 11 grams of fat .

add chicken breasts  bonelss skinless to lunch and dinner and for the whole day I have  17 grams of fat. Since Kimmer was promoting the salad spritzers as dressing and they are fat free even adding a pat of butter to the pan to cook the eggs and not a spray of PAM my total fats for the day are just 21 grams.

This is why so many bloggers are asking the folk who are not following the plan (such as DANA in my comments section discussing the fats in her foods) to please call their healthy eating plan something other then kimkins. Cause as we all remember reading Kimmers posts if your tweak it ( don't use lean proteins) it isn't Kimkins.

              there are many, many folk working hard outside the lawsuit to stop the kimkins.com affiliate marketers, to convert the kimkins bloggers, and to inform the masses searching for kimkins info about the dangers of the plan being sold on kimkins.con by
Kimmer .  There are many digging up articles that are really ads for kimkins.com and contacting the hosting sites to get those removed. There are even folk working to make the search engines not find pro kimkins sites first.

       The battle with the  kimpire  is like a giant forest fire being fought on all sides. Yes the planes dropping the chemicals and water get all the news coverage because it is spectacular just as  the million dollar class action lawsuit against Heidi Diaz and kimkins.com is, but there are groups of folk back lighting fires to stop the spread in other areas by digging up facts on Heidi Diaz like the new house, the fake plumbing company, and looking for Heidi DIaz's new other site.  At the same time there are individuals and  groups of folk checking on hot spots to keep them from reigniting by rechecking the old found blog and article sites and making sure they are still 404 errors and page not found. There are crews on the ground beating out the flames of the kimpire as best they can contacting sites and recruiting other caring folk to do likewise to remove those fraudulent articles from where search engines will find them and misinform new to the weight loss Internet sites. All work is helping even if it isn’t visible to all.  Some are caring for those caught in the fire and needing to be educated on the dangers of the diet plan they are doing and shown a new eating plan and forum to join like the stubbord home owner refusing to be evacuated from a fire zone cause it is their home, Some are quietly clearing the brush from the zone so there isn't any thing for the fire to feed on by influencing the search engines to report the antikimkins pages first. And still others are in the fire towers quietly going about their business watching and filling out paperwork reporting all suspicious sites to the IC3 clearing house for federal and state investigators to see.

                    Yes some times we have to ignore past deeds of some in order to accomplish a bigger goal, but even forest fires have prison crews working for the better good of the whole community. Nobody has been granted immunity from any criminal prosecution. John has agreed not to sue some folk for their cooperation, but that does not grant them immunity from any federal nor state crimes they may have committed during their time as a part of the kimpire.

   All fronts are being attacked vigorously right now even if you can't see it. Very few post in the facination topic, nor the other forums yipppeee so and so's blog is down or such and such article is no longer on Enzine but it is happening all over the net little by little keeping fuel away from the reaches of kimkins.com and Kimmer

              Please folk don’t give up on this  battle because you feel other folk are not fighting it the way you want them too. I know you are weary, but just think how much more weary Kimmer is cause in numbers we have strength and are hitting Kimmer hard all over. As Kimmer said in her legal papers filed just this week she couldn’t do the big Jan advertising campaign cause Kimmer's kimkins.com funds were locked up by the lawsuit. Score one for our side. Now to keep the funds locked up we and I mean everyone who isn’t on Kimmer ’s side needs to join the lawsuit if they bought a membership on kimkins.com  from Kimmer because if it gets certified class action, which it hasn’t yet, then there is reason for the judge to keep those funds locked up to pay off the whole class. Without class status there will be no legal reason for the Judge to keep all kimmer's money tied up to pay the class and with those millions Kimmer will be able to do anything she wants in her new scheme until once again she is outed.

I recieved an email this morning and with permission from Jeannie would like to annouce kimmer has been sent the following

This letter serves as notice to cease and desist using the name of Jeannie Baitinger, success story, and any image of Jeannie Baitinger, for advertising, marketing and selling of the Kimkins.com program and website.  Ms. Baitinger is convinced the owner and operator of Kimkins.com AKA Heidi Diaz and any assigns obtained the release fraudulently, under false pretenses, now subject to criminal and civil fraud allegations.   Therefore, it is null and void.  This cease and desist applies (but is not limited to) the following:

Success story rotation including Jeannie Baitinger
Front page images or write ups of Jeannie Baitinger
Affiliate links obtaining images of Jeannie Baitinger
Any and all use of Jeannie Baitinger's name, image, or story in promotion of kimkins.com or anything related to Kimkins.com. 

This will serve as your legal notice to cease and desist all further actions described above.

Further usage of Jeannie Baitinger's images or name may be subject to inclusion within a civil class action lawsuit. 

Those reading my blog know I have been discussing with Jeannie AKA Tippytoes the short comings of the kimkin.com eating plan.  When I saw that post I contacted her about it since she had assured me she was in no way affiliated with kimkins.com nor Kimmerany more before we engaged in the discussion. I received an email from her about it which she said I was free to post. however I feel her reply on that site says it better so here it is

Lets look at this logically and with the added context of events that preceded Kimmers comment on that site.

There was a post by becky made in anger slamming everybody by her choice of words who posts on LCFs  and those posting in the fascination topic of which she herself has posted. this was addressed on the site she posted it and in many blogs and on the fascination topic in mid Dec.

Becky apologized for her words and many folk moved on.

Some dug up more on her and it is discussed in blogs and on forums.  Jeanessa who was the initial party in the lawsuit against kimkinsstarts getting emails from those who had joined to certify it class action saying they want out unless becky is removed. Jeanessa posts about it. And folk discuss it. Jeanessa reveals she doesn't have enough folk yet to get class action status in her opinion.

 Kimmer, who we all know reads the fascination topic, sees a way to keep her $2,000,000 in frozen assets and gets to work.

Out of no where the above comment signed by Kimmer appears on a site those working to shut down kimkins.commonitor. Remember this notice appeared only on that site, no pro kimkins sites, nor inside kimkins.com neither, only on that site and only after a comment saying Jeannie had left kimkins.com and was no longer working for kimmer.

the comment gets picked up by the forces fighting to shut down kimkins.com and is posted on the LCFs fascination topic and discussed. is tippy a mole? is she really still working for kimmer? distention in the ranks. will more folk not join the suit? will more folk demand Tippy be removed or they want out?  

If I'm getting sued and my right hand man is now a trusted member of the other side's case do i really want to tell the other side "hey stupid Jeannie is still affiliated with kimkins.con, is still promoting my plan, and is still my right hand? Not on your life. I'd be running her into the ground as a back stabbing lying traitor to maintain her cover.

so lets do the math and look at another possibility.

  right now we know with the $400,000+  house, the cars and the $1.6 million dollars in cash frozen by the judge Kimmer stands to lose over $2,000,000 when the class action lawsuit gets certified and she loses.

BUT if folk keep pulling out and refusing to join if certain folk are on their side in the case then only the folk already listed on the lawsuit get to be part of the case. Assuming everybody there now is it, based on Jeanessa's post and if everybody paid the max for their membership that is less then $60,000.  So for the 30 seconds it took Kimmerto write that comment she has turned a potential $1,940,000+ profit.

Now does anybody really think Tippy is Kimmers right hand man?

Please folk if you paid Kimmerfor a membership to kimkins.com join the lawsuit. it is very easy all you have to do is click this link  , download the forms and print them out, get your siggy notarized and mail it back.

that is it. Easy isn't it.  you don't have to go to court nor testify against Kimmer. So are you willing to join, or are you going to let Kimmer keep that $1,940,000+ dollars she scammed you and all the other kimkins.com members out of. Or even worse create even more victims for kimkins survivors.

Remember there are only 2 sides in this lawsuit Kimmer's side and everybody else's side

ETA seems I have comfused several folk with the comment link. Kimmer posted her statements about Jeannie AKA TIPPYTOES as a commnet at the bottom of the rebuttal Jeannie wrote back in OCT in her capascity as PR director for Kimkins.com. that is where the above link goes. Dietsinreview.com moved it out to its own page here but again Kimmer posted it as a comment buried in a site only those battleing the kimpire have been frequenting lately so it would not be an ad for campcarbaway as some folk have suggested.

For the rest reading this I just wanted to make one thing clear. I do not believe the Kimkins diet is harmful if medically supervised and with proper supplements and calories over 800 (more is better). I am sorry if this is offensive but I just cannot lie about it. I have lost over 68 lbs on Kimkins in cycle rounds. What is wrong with Kimkins, in my opinion, is pushing the plan behind the plan, cutting calories lower and lower... This I do believe is extremely dangerous and I would never advise such.My problem with Kimkins is not the diet.

Lets examine the posted rules for Kimkins.com

As much lean protein as desired from the Kimkins Food List
0-20 total carbs per day(no fiber or sugar alcohol subtraction)
0-3 cups List 1 veggies per day OR
0-2 cups List 1 veggies + 0-1 cup List 2 veggies per day
Use minimal fat to make your menu work (careful, calories count!)
No alcohol or low carb products (sugar free candy, energy bars, ice cream, frozen meals)
Your appetite will reduce naturally after 3-5 days
Take a complete multivitamin each day plus other desired supplements.

Okay here is my daily menu following those rules.

Breakfast
1 whole egg mixed with 2 egg whites per the rules
extra lean ham 4 oz
cooked in a pat of butter
and diet coke since caffeine is legal on Kimkins 

Lunch
1/2 recipe KIMKINS Buffalo chicken
1.5 cup of salad veggies
low cal low fat Italian dressing

Dinner
 4 oz cod broiled with 1 T tartar sauce low cal
1 cup Brussel sprouts roasted

 According to fitday 

I have 5 total grams of polyunsaturated fatwhich is the type of fats the EFAs are but they only make up a fraction of the total polys in the food. My only food sources are the butter, egg yolks and fat from the chicken and cod. Using Controlledcarb's amounts in 100grams of each food (She has a real PhD in Nutrition in case anybody doesn't know) posted in http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/bbs/9091145-post236.html I'm not even close to the  daily recommendation for Women

Omega 6, absolute minimum for women (depends on age) 11g to 12g
Omega 3 absolute minimum for women 1.1g

Above and beyond absolute minimum gram intake in a calorie adequate diet n-6 should provide 5-10% of energy; n-3 should provide 0.6-1.2% of energy.

oh yes you did add that line about proper supplements so to get my EFAs I'd need to swallow  a handful of Omega 6 capsules and several Omega 3s also. Since the supplement companies assume we are getting too much 6 in our diet their isn't an Omega 6 nor Omega 3-6 out there with large amounts of 6.

And that just addresses the EFAs of course those supplements you mentioned adding to the plan will also need to cover the missing calcium and vitamins along with potassium and other electrolytes missing from the allowed foods until the person reaches goal weight,so I can see why you qualify your safety to say IF MEDICALLY SUPERVISED since the kimkineete now has to go in for blood work every couple of weeks to adjust those supplements. That is if you can find a doctor who is willing to medically supervise a patient following that nutritionally bankrupt plan.

And I didn't even go into the negative effects of high protein eating on T3 for hypothyroid folk  like yourself. But I'm sure you have discussed those effects as noted by Broda Barnes with your doctor who is supervising your Kimkins right Tippy Toes?
