This wasn't what bugged me, it was more her thinking she owned the whole store. Multiple times I watched her get angry with somebody who didn't instantly jump out of her way. She even got into a mild shouting match with some punk thug. It was quite amusing. So anyway, we were heading toward the milk when she pulls past an aisle, stops, throws that scooter in reverse, reverses a touch, then starts going forward again. It's like the lady couldn't see down an aisle until she was almost past it. Granted, I know she didn't have the best viewing angle but she did that on six of the remaining eight aisles. That drove me absolutely nuts. Anyway, I get done with my shopping, finally, and as I head out of the store guess who I see. Little Miss Scootermaniac. I watch her park the scooter, stand up, and walk out of the store. She didn't even need it at all. That really pissed me off but I just let it go -- hoping she'd get hit by a car outside.. Just kidding.. Kind of. So it leads me to the fact that stores need to regulare who gets the scooters. My solution: Get rid of them. If you absolutely cannot walk around the store, there can be wheelchairs. Those things don't have motors.

The next topic will probably make you think I'm a cold, heartless bastard -- I'm not. It deals with the ESPYs and the fact the Kevin Everett won an award. If you don't know his story it breaks down pretty simple. He was a Buffalo Bills Special Teams member that got injured executing a rookie mistake in the first game of the season. This also has to do with the ESPYs, although not the same thing. If you weren't aware, Tiger Woods won the ESPY for "Best Male Athlete." That is quite comical. Are we prepared to call a golfer an athlete? I mean, I know the guy would completely wreck me at golf, but I'd get wrecked at the World Series of Mah Jong as well. I'm not really going to delve too deep into this one, it's just something that made me laugh. Mr. Woods won the award over Tom Brady and Kobe Bryant. Who the hell voted for this?

The final piece of rantworthy information is a touch tasteless, really. It's good 'ol friends with benefits. Now I'm not Mr. Player, nor am I Mr. Attractive, but I've had my fair share of sexual encounters. Both with girlfriends and with just friends. The reason I bring this up is because one of those encounters, just a friend, has recently been bugging me for favors. Nothing of the sexual sort, just things like rides (car rides you sicko) and to get her cigarettes. Now, I absolutely HATE cigarettes even though my parents smoke. So I'm not going to support a filthy habit, especially with a girl that only seems to talk to me anymore when she needs something. So what does she do? First I saw myself in the pages of this chapter.  The author really understands what I face when it comes to searching out that quick dieting fix.  He clearly explains what I have been needing to hear - what weight loss reality is all about.  No more delusions, gimmicks and fads that don't work!  There is easy, fun to read and sound advice in this book.  Where has it been all my life?

Hey, you know what???  This book is really going to save me money!  I just realized that with every gimmick and fad that I tried, I dumped truck loads of money into the diet industry, then purchased new clothes to fit my new svelte size, then gained the weight back again only to go out and buy MORE clothes to fit my now much bigger size.  Each time I gained the weight back, I added even more pounds on!  UGH!  I couldn't even fit into my old "fat" clothes.  What a vicious cycle!

Thank you F.A.T. Balance Diet for your sound advice!  The best part about the advice, is that it was written just for me!  This is the first book I have read that I can actually identify with.  There is no lecturing going on here.  The author knows what my struggles are and the best way to face them!

I can't wait to get to Chapter 3!  I feel so amazing about this change in my life!

Et voilà, d'ici un mois et quelques, nous serons tous ou presque aux quatre coins de la planète... D'ici là, préparons le terrain, et rapido parce qu'il y en a qui sont déjà partis !

Voici donc un p'tit blog tout simple où écrire nos grandes aventures. Quoi ? Vous n'avez pas la fibre littéraire, facebook existe depuis 3 ans et puis les journaux intimes mouais bof sans plus ? Ben on s'est dit pareil, l'autre jour chez Fanny. Mais on s'est aussi dit que ne garder aucune trace de l'année à venir était tristou. Et puis on aime faire les moutons : tous les erasmus créent des blogs, alors nous aussi (et nah). 

Mais puisque nous sommes quand même des flemmards, on s'est aussi dit qu'un blog par personne, à visiter souvent et à alimenter régulièrement, vraiment, c'était au-dessus de nos moyens. Et puis l'égocentrisme a du bon, mais à trop forte dose le risque d'inflammation du nombril devient trop élevé. 

Pour résumé, ce blog se veut "participatif" (qui a pensé "ségo" ?) : chacun peut écrire dessus, y laisser un petit article sur sa vie au lit avec ce bon vieux Erasmus. En gros, un seul blog pour tout le monde, plutôt que 50 blogs pour trois personnes. 

Dernière chose, je sais, l'adresse est pas canon... zebigtrip.wordpress.com, on a vu plus inspiré. Mais c'est de ma faute, peut-être, si lescopainsjeveuxvousracontermaviederasmus.wordpress.com était déjà pris ?
