Carl Edwards started the race opting for a similar strategy as Johnson, hanging towards the back of the pack. He used some interesting pit strategy, staying out when the leaders pitted to avoid trouble on pit road. Ironically enough, when Edwards did pit with the leaders, he left his pit stall a little too hot and spun out. For much of the race, Edwards drove around the back, barely earning a mention on TV. He was doing exactly what he said, staying out of trouble. On lap 174, Carl Edwards was pushing Roush Fenway Racing teammate Greg Biffle to the front. As they entered the corner, Edwards was bumping Biffle. Biffle got a little bit loose, and Edwards bumped him again, turning him into teammate Matt Kenseth. Biffle then slid back up the track into Edwards and Earnhardt Jr. Several other cars were collected including Chasers Kevin Harvick and Kyle Busch.Edwards finished 29th.

Greg Biffle started the day quietly, staying the middle-to-the-back of the pack, keeping himself out of touble. Towards the later stages of the race, Biffle start running towards the front, and showed that he had a car capable of running up front. In the closing laps, Biffle made his move to the front with Edwards pushing him. As Biffle entered the corner, Edwards was bumping him into the lead. As the two got into the middle of corner, Edwards bumped him and sent him spinning into Kenseth, and back up in Edwards and Earnhardt Jr., effectively ending his day. He finished 24th.

Jeff Burton had a realatively quiet day, running in the back, in the middle and up front. He went virtually unnoticed, though he did lead some laps, until the closing laps. He started the green-white-checker in fifth place. He managed to break Aric Almirola from his Dale Earnhardt Inc. teammates Regan Smith and  Paul Menard. However, he could not mount a charge in the closing laps, and he wound up finishing fifth.

Clint Bowyer had a quiet day, much like his teammate Burton. He ran in the middle of the pack, and never led. He did manage to stay out of trouble and turned a mediocre day into a repectable sixth place finish.

Kevin Harvick had a decent car. He too led some laps, like his teammate Burton. He was working from the back of the pack to the front, to the back and to the front again. His day was pretty up and down, as can be expected at 'Dega for anyone. Then, on lap 164, Harvick made slight contact with someone and spun into the infield grass. He didn't hit anything and was able to keep going. But, 10 laps later, he was caught up in the melee that was created when Edwards and Biffle got together.

Tony Stewart started the day hanging in the middle to the back of the pack. Then, as the race got closer to half way, Stewart started flexing some muscle and was running up front. At lap 80 he took the lead for the first time. He would hover around the front, waiting to put himself in position to win in the closing laps. A caution brought out by Jamie McMurray on lap 184 sent the race into overtime. Stewart led at the green-white-checker. He had Dale Earnhard Inc.'s Regan Smith, Paul Menard, and Aric Almirola behind him. Those cars were strong and Stewart seemed like a sitting duck. When the green flag flew, the cars stayed single file. Stewart took the white flag, with Smith and Menard behind him, Almirola got shuffled back. On the final turn of the last lap, Smith look outside. Stewart blocked. Smith looked inside, Stewart drove all the way down to the yellow line. Smith drove below the yellow line under him, and passed him to take the checkered flag. But, because the move was deemed illegal, Stewart was declared the winner.

Jeff Gordon had a decent car, moving from the front to the back to the front again. On lap 53, David Reutimann blew a tire. Gordon swerved to avoid him and made contact with Jon Wood, and turned into the outside wall, ending his chances at a win. His team fixed his car and got him back on the track to turn some laps. On lap 183, his engine expired. He finished 38th.

Matt Kenseth drove an unevenful first half of the race. He ran near the front, but was relatively quiet. He lead early, a couple of times. But, his day ended early when Edwards and Biffle made contact, on lap 174. Biffle slid down the track into Kenseth. Kenseth slid up into Earnhardt Jr. and Edwards and hit the outside wall. Then Jr's pushed Kenseth across the track to the infield where both cars came to rest. He finished 26th.

Dale Earnhardt Jr. started in the back after having to go to a backup car due to engine problems and a blown tire. He hung towards the back for a few laps at the start of the race, but flexed his muscle early, leading early and often in the race. He proved that he had one of the cars to beat, pushing people to the front and then passing them as if they were standing still. He narrowly avoided trouble on lap 68, when Brian Vickerss blew a tire and took out Martin Truex Jr. who was running second at the time. But, on lap 174, Jr. wasn't so lucky when he chose to move to the outside lane shortly before Edwards and Biffle got together and he was collected in the aftermath. He finished 28th.

Kyle Busch managed to avoid major trouble that plagued him early in the Chase. He ran in the middle of the pack, sometimes moving up into the lead, then being shuffled back in the pack. He sustained some damage in the Edwards-Biffle melee, but still managed a positve finish compared to other Chasers. He finished 15th.

Denny Hamlin had a strong car early, pushing people to the lead and leading himself. But around lap 97, he reported a votage problem and the team was concerned the car wouldn't start on pit road. But, that wouldn't matter because one lap later, his right front tire exploded, sending him into the outside wall hard. After getting out of the car, he was put on a stretched and taken to the care center for evaluation. He was awake and alert and was transported to a local hospital. Reports are that he sustained an ankle injury. He finished 39th.

Carl Edwards had a pretty eventful day. He started 34th. On his first pit stop, he and Brian Vickers made contact. On his second stop, he got together with Dave Blaney after Blaney made contact with Jeff Burton. He had to come down pit road for a second stop to get sheet metal repaired. But, by lap 167, he took the lead for the first time. On the final lap, he attempted to use a slide job on Johnson. Edwards said he knew he was going to hit the wall, but he didn't think it would slow his car down as much as it did. When he hit the wall during the slide job, Johnson drove under him and passed him for the win. Edwards finished second.

While he never led, Greg Biffle had a solid day, running near the front for most of the race. On lap 251, Biffle began struggling with his racecar. On the final lap, Biffle and Jeff Gordon drag raced off turn four, with Biffle winning the battle to finish third.

Jeff Burton started the day at the rear of the field, following an equipment change. He made some contact on pit road with Dave Blaney early in the race, but managed to recover. By lap 112, Burton was up the second place. He ran near the front for most of the day. He wound up finishing seventh.

Kevin Harvick had a quiet day, running around the top 10 all day. He avoided major incidents and finished sixth. Harvick's finish was his ninth consecutive top 10.

Jeff Gordon was battling illness this weekend and had Brad Keselowski waiting in the wings, if Gordon needed relief. Despite his illness, Gordon ran up front all day, managing to stay out of trouble. On the final lap, Gordon battled Biffle for third spot. Biffle won the drag race and finished third, with Gordon finishing fourth.

Clint Bowyer passed cars before taking the green flag, and as a result was black flagged. After serving his pass-through penatly, he remained on the lead lap, just barely in front of Johnson who was leading. By lap 121, Bowyer rebounded from his earlier penalty and was up to second position. But, on lap 221, Bowyer was penalized for too fast on pit road. He recovered from the penalty to finish 12th.

Dale Earnhardt Jr. had a quiet day managing to run up near the front and in the teens. He managed to finish 13th.

Matt Kenseth led a couple of times early, but suffered from a mistake on pit road on lap 76. He had a loose lugnut and had to come back down pit road. On lap 122, Kenseth made contact with Casey Mears and got sideways. He didn't make contact with anything. He managed to recover to finish fifth.

Denny Hamlin had a quiet day, despite his Joe Gibbs Racing teammates having major issues, Hamlin managed to stay out of trouble. He ran up near the front and in the teens. He managed to finish 12th.

Tony Stewart started in 41st position and in nine laps was up to 27th position. On lap 118, Stewart's trouble began. He was penalized for speeding on pit road. On lap 129, Stewart made contact with Vickers, and spun through turn 4. On lap 190, Stewart went a lap down and pitted to fix his splitter, which was missing multiple braces. He lost five laps. He finished 40th seven laps down.

Kyle Busch had trouble for the third week in a row. On lap 24, Busch reported problems with the car and he dropped to 27th position and was loosing spots. Ten laps later, he was off the pace. He faded to 36th. Busch led at lap 52, as a result of staying out. The team planned to ride out the problems. If they got a caution, they hoped to change the carburator. On lap 72, Busch was in 34th, but the team thought they fixed the problem. On lap 94, the team got back on the lead lap. On lap 118, the team was on pit road, trying to diagnose the problem. Despite all of his problems, the team finished in 28th position one lap down.

With the victory, Johnson assumed a 10-point lead over Carl Edwards, who finished second.

Top 5: Johnson, Edwards, Greg Biffle, Jeff Gordon, and Matt Kenseth.

Rounding out the top 10 were Kevin Harvick, Jeff Burton, David Ragan, AJ Allmendinger, and Elliott Sadler.

Kevin Harvick has won the Coors Light Pole award for the Kansas Lottery 300 Nationwide Race.  With a time of 31.354, Harvick earns his 17th pole in 211 Nationwide Series starts.  This is Harvick's first pole in 2008, and in his 6-race Nationwide Series career at Kansas.

Mark Martin sweeps the second place qualifying in both the Nationwide Series and Sprint Cup Series.  Martin, who qualified second yesterday for the Sprint Cup Series race, will roll off outside of Harvick, after timing in at 31.433 second.  This is Martin's second top-10 start of 2008.

David Stremme qualified third with a lap of 31.472 seconds.  This is Stremme's second top-10 start at Kansas Speedway.

Carl Edwards (31.499 seconds), David Reutimann (31.508), Matt Kenseth (31.518), Jeff Burton (31.577), Kasey Kahne (31.596), David Ragan (31.636), and Kelly Bires (31.644) round out the top-10 starters for Saturday night's race at Kansas.

Bryan Clauson was the fastest qualifying rooke, he qualified 11th with a lap of 31.685 seconds.

Kyle Busch qualified 18th, but will have to go to the rear of the field to start the race, because of a steering issue that has caused the Braun Racing team to change several steering related items.

The race is scheduled to begin later this afternoon at 3:30PM ET on ESPN2.

This week, the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series makes their way to the midwestern prairies of Kansas for race 3 of the 10-race Chase for the Sprint Cup.  Greg Biffle rolls into Kansas, where he won last year, on a two-race win streak -- winning Dover and New Hampshire the last two weeks.  Biffle is trying to become the first driver since Jimmie Johnson to win three straight races in the chase.  Johnson won four straight races last year on his pursuit to his second straight championship.

The Kansas Speedway was opened in 2001, and hosted their first Sprint Cup Series Race on September 30 of the same year.  The track has produced six different winners in seven races.  Jeff Gordon is the only driver to win two at the track, winning the first two in 2001 and 2002.  Hendrick Motorsports and Roush Fenway Racing have won two race each, leading the other organizations.  Of the seven racing at the track, four of them were won from a top-10 starting position.  Tony Stewart won from a 21st starting position, which is the furthest back a race winner has started.

Carl Edwards leads the point standings by 10 heading into a Kansas, where he has one top five and two top-10s.

"I’m really excited to race at Kansas this week," Edwards said. "It’s my hometown track so it will be neat having so many family and friends there. Plus I am excited to unveil the winner of the ‘Official Small Business of NASCAR’ and have the winning company’s logo on the race car. I think we have a really good Office Depot Ford Fusion for this weekend. Kansas is a really fun track to drive and I think we’ll be able to have a good run there. It’s great to be leading the points and running as well as we are, but we’d like to get back to Victory Lane. Hopefully we can accomplish that this weekend.”

Johnson is currently in a tie for second in the points standings with Biffle.  At Kansas, Johnson has one top five, four top tens, and two poles.  He owns the second best driver rating of 115.6.

"Based on Chicago's run and what we did at Fontana, the whole team's excited about Kansas," Johnson said. "It's been a good track for us and we've been able to finish in the top five there several times. I'm excited for it. I think it's a great race for us in The Chase. Hopefully we can come out of there with the points lead or, if not, get a bigger gap from the top three guys that have broken away to that next group behind us."

Biffle is the defending race winner at Kansas, and he owns three top fives to go with it.  He has the series-high Driver Rating of 118.5.

“Kansas is a fun track and I have always enjoyed racing there," Biffle said. "The win last year was pretty cool but I would love to get to victory lane again there this weekend. The feeling that we have together as a team right now is indescribable. If we can keep it going, which I think we can, we will be unstoppable. As a driver, you dream of having a team like this at this point in your career. We’re not finished winning and I don’t see why we can’t make it three in a row at Kansas this weekend.”

Jeff Burton has had eight starts at Kansas, which produce 1 win, 3 top fives, 3 top tens, and 1 DNF for an average finish of 11.0.  Burton is currently fourth in points, just 82 points out of first and 72-points ahead of fifth place Kevin Harvick.

“I’ve had good race cars at Kansas but it just seems like we have things go wrong there," Burton said. "Last year, we had a couple of things get in the way of a good finish and I’m hoping our bad luck turns around this weekend. My approach for this race is to make sure I hit my marks and be on line in every corner, every time. The track is slick, especially for a fairly new race track, and requires a lot of concentration and focus to make sure that every lap is where you need to be.”

Harvick is coming off of a very successful points weekend, taking advantage of the troubles of Dale Earnhardt Jr., Kyle Busch, and Denny Hamlin last weekend to jump five spots in the Championship racing to fifth, just 101-points out of first.  Harvick has made seven starts at Kansas, producing two top tens and one DNF for an average finish of 16.1.

“Kansas is a little bit different than Chicagoland," Harvick said. "I know on paper they are supposed to be the same but the corners are a little bit sharper, and the exits of the corners are a little bit sharper. Coming off turn four, it seems like the wall comes in on you as you come off the corners. It’s definitely a little bit different than Chicago.”

Clint Bowyer gained three positions in the Chase for the Sprint Cup battle to sixth, 106-points out of first.  Bowyer has made two starts at the track, wheeling his way to a top ten in both starts.

“It’s always fun to go back to Kansas," Bowyer said. "It’s an important race track for me. You always want to go back and run well in front of the hometown crowd. I’m looking forward to getting back there and having some fun.

“We’ve been struggling all summer on those types of race tracks. We had a really good run and saw the light at the end of the tunnel a few weeks ago out in California. I know it was just a 10th-place finish but after the finishes we’ve had all summer long on the mile-and-a-halves, that was a big sigh of relief and a good step in the right direction."

Tony Stewart stayed neutral in the points after Dover, as he stays in seventh place 113-points out of the Cup.  Stewart has made seven starts at Kansas, extracting 1 win, 5 top tens, and 1 DNF for a 11.1 average finish.

"We were able to win a fuel mileage race there where we really weren’t in a position to win, but because of our situation in the point standings, we were able to gamble and go for it," Stewart said. "Somebody else that day lost a race they should’ve won, and last year may have been one of those for us. But it all comes out in the wash and it all averages out eventually.”

Jeff Gordon gained three points in the Chase for the Sprint Cup standings, moving up to eighth -- 188-points behind Edwards.  In his seven starts at Kansas he has 2 wins, five top tens and 1 DNF for a 10.6 average finish.

"I mean, this year you can throw everything out the window," Gordon said. "You're talking about a new car, different tires. Even though Kansas is the same racetrack, what it takes to be competitive there, other than having the fastest car, is going to change a little bit. We've really been searching this year on the mile-and-a-half's. That's what I said. I feel like the testing that we've been doing at Kentucky, especially this one we did last week, should pay off or at least the things that we learned should transfer over to Kansas better than any track we go to.

"I feel like Kansas is a little bit flatter mile-and-a-half track, similar to Kentucky. Kentucky's got a lot more grip. I'm really anxious to get there and see if the things we've been trying and learning will pay off there. That's purely just balance and speed and grip. As far as driving the track, you know, I'll probably drive the same line and approach the track the same way that I did even with the older car. Just not going to be able to push quite as hard, just not quite as much grip. And that track's been changing each and every year. The groove's been widening out. The racing just continues to get better and better. "

Earnhardt Jr. dropped 5 spots in the points after tire troubles placed the most popular driver 129-points behind Edwards in ninth.  Junior has made seven starts, producing one pole, four top tens, and one DNF for an average finish of 17.1.

"I think a lot of people were arguing the fact whether we would make the Chase this year," Earnhardt said. "And we felt like we would make the Chase all along. We made the Chase easier than I anticipated. It was a relief, but you can also take that as a confidence builder. We have an everything-to-gain-and-nothing-to-lose mentality. It gives you a lot of confidence."

"The Chase sort of splits the series up between drivers with a shot to win the title and drivers without a shot to win the title. And there is a lot of pride and a lot of cockiness in a way to being in that (Chase) group. You try not to be a jerk or be cocky to a fault, but you want to use that to hold your confidence to a certain level."

Matt Kenseth jumped up two spots to tenth in the points, 167-points behind of his Roush Fenway Racing teammate -- Edwards.  In the seven starts Kenseth has made, he has one pole and two top ten finishes, giving him the average finish of 22.1.

“We’ll be at Kansas this weekend with another shot at an intermediate track," Kenseth said.  "So far this year, we’ve had the majority of our success on these-type tracks. Kansas is a lot like Chicago, and we were very competitive there earlier this year.

“Last weekend was a welcome change for us. We qualified well, led a bunch of laps and ended up with a good finish. Obviously I would have rather won than finished second, but as a whole our team performed a lot better than it has been. Hopefully we’ll be able to build on that this weekend and leave Kansas with a win.”

Hamlin faced some troubles at Dover last weekend, dropping his five spots to eleventh, 193-points behind Edwards.  Hamlin has made three starts at the track, and has not produced a top ten, holding an average finish of 26.3.

"The first time I qualified a Cup car was here at Kansas and my first lap was really quick, top-ten at the time, then I went for a second lap because I thought I could get more out of it and I ended up piling it in the wall," said Hamlin. "So, that is a pretty vivid Kansas memory for me. Not the best start, but we ended up alright. I tested at Kansas before the race there and I was really nervous because things were happening so fast. I was just getting comfortable in the Busch car and then they came to me and said they wanted me to test with the #11 Cup team and I wasn’t sure if I was ready. I went out and was turning good lap times but at the same time I was on the radio telling Mike (Ford) how I was just getting up to speed, asking him to give me some time, be patient with me. So no one on the crew told me that I was as fast as the other cars. They left me out there wondering, but it probably helped in the long run. The rest is history - this team has been together ever since and we've had three good years."

Kyle Busch has went from first to last in the chase in the matter of two weeks.  Busch has four starts at Kansas, and only has one top ten, and holds the worst average finish of the top-12 drivers of 26.5.

“I think it goes without saying that Dover was really disappointing," Busch said. "But at this point, we just need to go out and win races and get back to doing what we’ve been doing all year long. There’s really no sense in looking at the points right now. Lots of things can happen between now and Homestead (Fla.). This M&M’s team has never quit all year long and we’re not going to start now. We’re going into these last eight races with absolutely nothing to lose. There’s no pressure, really. Every week, when we unload at the track, we’ll be looking for nothing else but a win.”

Of the four Chase races held at Kansas, only one was won by a Chase driver.  Mark Martin is the only chase driver to win in 2005.

Jimmie Johnson had a top 5 car all day, but he acknowledged that he didn't have much for those Roush Fenway cars. He narrowly missed a spinning Patrick Carpentier in the early part of the race. He stayed out on lap 188 to become the leader, hoping that a caution would come out sometime after that to get him back on pit cycle. By lap 239, Johnson gave up the lead to pit under green. Johnson inherited the lead on lap 277, when green-flag stops cycled through. After a restart, Johnson is attacked on all sides by the Roush cars. He holds off Kenseth, but not Edwards or Biffle. He ran the rest of the race in the top 5 and managed to finish fifth.

Greg Biffle complained about his car early on in the race, telling his crew at one point that he "can't even drive it!" After a restart on lap 16, Biffle drove from 27th up to 13th by lap 53. By lap 130, he was up to sixth and said that he liked his racecar. On lap 267, he took the lead when Carl Edwards pitted. The next lap, he gave up the lead to pit. By lap 301, Biffle took the lead by passing Jimmie Johnson. By lap 328, he thought he might have a tire going down. The car got loose and he started dropping back, losing a couple of positions. On lap 350, Juan Montoya hit the wall, bringing out the caution. On the restart, Biffle passed Mark Martin for third. As Matt Kenseth battled Carl Edwards for the lead, Biffle caught and passed Kenseth. He challenged Edwards for the lead. As they battled, Kenseth dove inside and passed both of them. When Edwards' tires began to fade, Biffle pulled up to Kenseth's back bumper. With nine laps to go, Biffle uses an outside pass to take the lead from Kenseth. The two bumped, but both held on, and Biffle pulled away to victory.

Jeff Burton had a very quiet day. By lap 95 he drove from his 21st starting position to 12th. He ran in the bottom half of the top 10 and the low teens for most of the day. He wound up finishing 9th.

Kevin Harvick also had a decent day. He ran near the front and had a fast racecar. On lap 268 he took the lead when others pitted. He gave up the lead to pit on the next lap. While he never contended for the win, he had a solid sixth-place finish.

Clint Bowyer, much like his two teammates had a quiet day, as well. He ran about the same as Burton and Harvick, flying under the radar for most of the day. He stayed out of trouble and wound up eighth.

Tony Stewart was pretty quiet as well. He managed to avoid a spinning Paul Menard early in the race. He started back in the field and was running in the 21st to 17th range in the early going. He, too, stayed out of trouble and finished 11th.

Jeff Gordon had a decent car early and led the early going of the race. He led the first 30 laps, before Jamie McMurray passed him on the outside for the lead. He ran well for most of the day, but never led after the early part of the race. He finished seventh.

Dale Earnhardt Jr. struggled with an ill-handling race car all day. He started 10th and ran ok for the early part of the race. By lap 60, he dropped back to 16th. By lap 79, he was 20th. By lap 103, he was 25th. He went a lap down around lap 140. Then, his right-rear tire blew, and he spun. He managed to avoid hitting anything, but his fender sustained heave damage from the tire. He ended up finishing 24th, three laps down.

Matt Kenseth ran well and up front for most of the race, challenging for the lead and the victory. As Biffle and Edwards battled, he dove to the inside to take the lead. But, with nine laps to go, Biffle passed him on the outside, bumping him and then pulling away to victory. Kenseth ended up second.

Denny Hamlin started the day decently. He was running second on lap 6. On lap 67, though, he was penalized for speeding on pit road. Around lap 173, Hamlin's team was on pit road, dealing with a rear-end issue where old was leaking. On lap 220, he was running 10th, but cars around him were complaining of leaking oil on their windshields. On lap 242, things went from bad to worse, when Hamlin had to come down pit road, with a flat right tire. He headed to the garage area because his car had no power. The team replaced both axles and the driveshaft. He returned to the race on lap 287. He finished 38th, 38 laps down.

Kyle Busch, the one time favorite to win the Sprint Cup, had mechanical problems for the second week in a row. On lap 141, Busch's car began to smoke, as he told the team on the radio that it was blowing up. On lap 146 under caution, Busch drops from 11th to the back of the pack to avoid causing problems on the restart. He runs in 22nd when his crew chief Steve Addington tells ABC that Busch will drive the car until it dies. They believe the problem is a broken valve. On lap 172, the engine finally gives way and Busch's day his done. He finished 43rd.

Kenseth and Edwards finished second and third respectively to make it a Roush Fenway Racing 1-2-3.

Top 5: Biffle, Kenseth, Edwards, Mark Martin, and Jimmie Johnson.

Kevin Harvick, Jeff Gordon, Clint Bowyer, Jeff Burton, and Michael Waltrip rounded out the top 10.

Notables: Tony Stewart (11th), Dale Earnhardt Jr. (24th), Kasey Kahne (26th), Jamie McMurray (36th), Denny Hamlin (38th), and Kyle Busch (43rd).

Give a call to Michael Waltrip Racing. Waltrip finished 10th and ran in the top half of the field for much of the race. He was competitive and looked better than we've seen him look out there. David Reutimann also had a decent run going in the top 10 when he pit outside of his box with about 48 laps to go, ending his hopes for a good finish.

Still, both teams had strong cars and were running very well.

Also, give a call to Jamie McMurray who also had a very good car. His car was just as competitive as those of his Roush teammates and was capable of a top 5 finish. He ran up front until lap 161 when Robby Gordon got loose, forcing McMurray high into the outside wall. McMurray suffered heavy damage and was no longer a factor after that. He finished 36th.

WOW, I can't beleive Kyle went out like that. Does he have a chance ?? I really thought that if Kyle didn't win the chase it would have been because he was driving to aggressive and crashed in a few chase races to get the DNF's that knock him out of contention. I would have never guessed that equipment failures would be the cause. I would have bet money that equiptment won't be the problem. He ran 26 races with very little or no equiptment failures then the first two chase races and it's over, maybe. Is it karma, bad luck, or both.  Can he pull out of this, I haven't check yet but is it mathematically possible for him to bounce back ?? I sure hope so, he and his team preformed better than any other driver/team for the first 26 races. I think they deserve it.

I am really dis-appointed in Red Bull decision to release A.J. Almendinger for Scott Speed. It's going to be another 2 years now before the no.# 84 Toyota will be competitive. I believe its going to take Scott Speed the same season and a half it took A.J. to get comfortable, is Red Bull going to change again because they don't understand they're competing against team that have been around for 10 + years and it takes years to gain the respect and knowledge it takes just to be a weekly top 10 team. Drivers respected A.J. he was starting to come into his own veteran status. It looks like Ganassi is going to be the beneficary of Red Bull's hard knocks. Red Bull made a mistake and I can't believe Jay Frye was part of that decision, I know the big wheels in Austraila don't have a clue but I really thought Jaye knew better.
