91-year-old stuck under car for 2 days

A 91-year-old woman who had crawled under her car to look for her keys ended up stuck beneath an axle for two days until her mail carrier noticed letters piling up, police said. Betty Borowski, of the Milwaukee suburb of Greendale, was found Tuesday and remained in a hospital in critical intensive care Friday, her niece Nancy DiMarco said. The hospital would not give an update on her condition. Firefighters lifted the car with a jack and removed Borowski, who was dehydrated and confused. Her keys were in the car door. Borowski appears to be recovering, DiMarco said, but may have suffered a minor heart attack while under the vehicle. "If it wasn't for people seeing a situation and following through ... who knows?" she said. "She wouldn't have made it about one more day."

Apparently the creative minds (obviously men) over at O.B. find it appropriate to suggest that women can use highly absorbent items for period relief. Thanks to tampons, absolutely nothing can escape a woman's vajayjay. Nothing!

Horrendous.

I mean, how in the World does the idea of thousands of gallons of chlorinated water in my lady parts make me want to buy this product? Most women would know better.

Almost everyday, someone will comment when they look at my feet, "Cool sandals, what brand are they?"

"FitFlops," I happily reply. Which will lead into the next question.

"Where do you get them?"

"I am reviewing them because I heard about these amazing sandals on the BlissWorld site. They are suppose to give you a little additional workout while you wear them, and they looked so great, I just had to try them."

"So, how do they feel?"

"Incredible. They are lightweight, but give a good amount of support and cushion. They are perfect to wear around town while running errands, and are great poolside as well."

"What about the workout feature, does that really work?"

"Actually, after the first day I wore them, I didn't notice any additional muscle action while wearing them, but that evening, when I took them off, I felt some butt fatigue like I had been doing some lunges or had just worked out. I think they are really doing something."

The Incredible Hulk Review

The Incredible Hulk is the epitome of summer blockbuster movies. Its fun, action packed, and most importantly consuming. The Hulk is such a great character for a summer blockbuster…he’s this average guy for the necessary scenes of character development that drive the story (which I found to my relief to be miraculously well acted out) but then three seconds later he’s flipping tanks and destroying everything, creating some of the best actions scenes I’ve seen this summer. I highly recommend this movie to anyone who needs something to do and has about $8 to spend. It’s not the best movie I’ve ever seen, but it’s the best summer movie I’ve seen yet.
The Incredible Hulk is Marvel’s second movie this summer, and I believe it’s the last Marvel movie for ’08; the first being the ridiculously publicized and over-hyped Iron Man that came out earlier this year. The Hulk and Iron Man share a lot of similarities into as how they were shot: they were both origin stories, telling the creation of two unique Marvel superheroes; both Hulk and Iron Man were played by well-known (but not scene-stealing) actors, Edward Norton and Robert Downey Jr. respectively…both putting on a perfect performance for their individual comic-book hero; and most importantly they both alluded to upcoming marvel movie The Avengers.
Ang Lee’s 2003 Hulk failed in that it delved too deep into the psychology of the situation and tried to make the Hulk a believable being. Louis Leterrier succeeded in making his version of the Hulk a tolerable, and good, movie. Liv Tyler, like always, was the weakest role. I really can’t think of a role she has played where she is anything more then a crybaby. Edward Norton as I mentioned before was great as Bruce Banner, Tom Roth and William Hurt provided to be interesting protagonists and kept creating enough twists and turns to keep the audience on their toes. And for a comic book movie to be nearly unpredictable that is something you don’t see much.
There was just something about The Hulk that had me enjoying it more then Iron Man. Oh wait, I know what it is…it’s the fact that The Hulk’s trailer was not forced into my eyesight every possible chance it got thus ruining the coolest parts of the movie. 8/10

Market the 'Green' aspect of the tower. Oh! And make the grand lobby space inaccessible to the public while you're at it.

Hello This is Flash Hacker here reviewing my favorite game ARCANE The Armor Collector by Hadar1989. It is one of the types of team shooters such as smileys war and unreal flash but medieval style. you use the awsd for movement and you try to shoot everyone in sight (except for your team mates) The graphics are good. The animation and programing is excellent. There are two types of play campaign and freestyle.

The free Style modes are:

Paladin mode: Slice the archers with you sword

Archer mode: Kill the melee warriors with your bow

Guard The King: guard the king while killing assassins

Greg promised badges soon so hang tight

In the game there are 20 levels 3 bosses over 50 different armor and weapons including swords,spears,bows,throwables,knives,hammers,mace, and more also there are10 fighting arenas 3 different freestyle modes and after a while you get three customizable teammates!!!!!!! how good can this game get?????? If they ever come out with a sequel I would be so happy!!! The only thing this game is missing is multiplayer.

The plot line goes:

One day while arcane was watching his father (acamus) work. They received a knock on the door from the GMGS (Great Midorian Gladiators School) bringing a letter that says that they accept him to go to the GMGS and he represents them in the 20 gladiator games!!!

Money - open cheat engine scan the number of money you have times 8 so if you have 1 scan 8 then win more money scan the number you have times 8 and when you can buy some thing buy it and scan your money times 8 now you should only have one value freeze it and change to 50000 and check the frozen box well theres the money hack

Max score - I dont see how this is usefull but if you have a great score like 2 to 0 search maxscore and change to one number above your kills then kill somebody

Money When Won - Search moneyif and change it to how ever money you want to win once you win a battle

So the rating Wow 10/5 That means the game is one of the best of the best

In this passage I am reminded that God has a much higher calling for me than what society would have me believe and often times what I accept. I have written on this many times in my daily devotionals and journal. The calling God has for my thoughts and actions can be overwhelming, but when it is attained it is incredible.

To have such lofty goals and boundaries, set by someone else, really pushes me to attain those objectives. I need to realize that these goals flow throughout my life. It is not only sexual purity that is at stake, but every aspect of my life. I am called to a much higher level of responsibility and judgment than I realize.

When will companies start doing superhero/comic-book video-game translations properly?

(BTW- Those who saw the movie know that it rocked, the game however.. doesn't).

O Incrível Hulk, dirigido por Louis Leterrier, é a tentativa de conserto para o que Ang Lee fez ao se enterrar no interior do personagem em Hulk, de 2003. A falta de rumo era evidente e o gigante verde nem mesmo enfrentava um vilão convincente. Sinal que Lee é péssimo diretor? Não! Ele apenas não simpatiza com este novo "tipo" de filme, à qual Bryan Singer (X-Men 1 e 2), Sam Raimi (Homem-Aranha 1, 2 e 3) e Jon Favreau (Homem de Ferro) pareceram se adaptar tão bem. Apesar do fracasso, Ang Lee continua sendo o grande diretor de Razão e Sensibilidade, Tempestade de Gelo e O Segredo de Brokeback Mountain, entre outros na sua "área".

Nesta nova estória, Bruce Banner (Edward Norton) está escondido no Brasil, onde persegue a cura para sua mutação após o acidente com raios gama. Assim, espera não ser encontrado pelo General Thunderbolt (William Hurt), que quer usar suas células como arma de guerra. Porém, ele é descoberto e precisa da ajuda de sua amada Betty Ross (Liv Tyler) para controlar sua raiva e tentar escapar das investidas de Thunderbolt. É em uma de suas experiências que o General vê escapar de seu controle o ambicioso soldado Emil Blonsky (Tim Roth), que se transforma no vilão Abominável. É nesta hora que Banner é obrigado a usar de seus poderes esverdeados para controlar Blonsky, agora um monstro solto pelas ruas espalhando o caos.

A principal diferença entre os filmes de Leterrier e Lee é que este novo produto cumpre o que promete: dá novo inicio e fôlego renovado a uma possível franquia. Ao contrário da metralhadora giratória de Ang Lee, em O Incrível Hulk temos a certeza de estar dentro do universo do monstrengo raivoso. Há até mesmo uma expressão que identifica o herói: "Hulk esmaga!". Vemos personagens conhecidos dos quadrinhos como o Dr. Sammuel Sterns (Tim Blake Nelson), que mais tarde deverá se transformar no vilão Líder. Como atual namorado de Betty Ross aparece o psiquiatra, ainda sem superpoderes, Leonard Samson (Ty Burrell), um personagem cheio de reviravoltas nos quadrinhos, sendo até amigo de Banner. Assim, fica clara a intenção de se armarem possíveis continuações, mais fácil até direcionar os detalhes da estória desta forma. Temos ainda pistas do universo Marvel sobre a agência S.H.I.E.L.D. e a participação especial de Robert Downey Jr. como Tony Stark.

É importante notar que, apesar de serem cinemão mainstream de mercado e produtos da cultura americana, personagens de quadrinhos como Hulk, Homem de Ferro e Homem-Aranha, são figuras interessantes por trazerem uma carga de conflitos internos. Isso não diz respeito a questões ficcionais como a mutação, mas está ligado à maneira com a qual as pessoas encaram seus desafios, suas incertezas e suas diferenças. Servem para criar uma similaridade entre os sentimentos de caras "comuns" como Bruce Banner, Tony Stark ou Peter Parker, com os de pessoas mais comuns ainda, lendo o quadrinho ou assistindo ao filme. Todos sabemos que em nossas vidas, com um grande poder temos grandes responsabilidades. O superpoder pode ser mais comum do que se pensa.
