La persona que la va atendre li va comentar que no la podien donar hora amb cap altre metge, i que el dia que necessités anar-hi havia de trucar pel matí, i la inscriurien a les visites d'urgències d'aquell dia amb qualsevol altre metge.

I la queixa que ella em va comentar i la vaig engrescar a transmetre-la a l'ICS no era tant per les molèsties que això li suposa, sino perqué "qualsevol metge" la visitarà? Qualsevol metge que no sap el que ens passa i al que se li ha d'explicar tot un altre cop des del començament? És totalment comprensible que un metge de família es posi malalt, tothom ens possem malalts. Però potser seria convenient posar-li un substitut que es pugui fer càrrec de la seva consulta, no? Aquest tipus de metge no és un especialista al que vas potser un cop l'any o a la vida. Estem parlant d'un metge d'assistencia primària de primer nivell i realment són l'única referència que tenim quan anem a l'ambulatori. Si això desapareix, què ens queda? Doncs explicar cada cop que vas al metge la mateixa història, els mateixos mals, i tot plegat, per fer-li perdre temps al metge i al pacient. És impossible que un metge de capçalera que s'ha de fer càrrec de les visites d'un company ens pugui despatxar en 10 minuts. Si 10 minuts és el que trigues en posar-lo en antecedents!

D'altra banda, la Consellera Geli potser s'hauria de fer mirar el tema de les urgències. Perquè quan t'apuntes d'urgències, el primer que fa el metge que t'atén és preguntar-te quina és l'urgència que et porta. Bé, en el cas explicat no és cap urgència, sinó un control d'una medicació que la meva dona ja ni se'n recorda quin metge la hi va receptar, perquè en dos mesos n'ha passat per tants. Tots de capçalera, això sí, però cap que l'hagi vist dues vegades seguides. I quina serà la seva urgència? Doncs cap.

D'aquesta manera entre tots col·lapsem els serveis d'urgències perquè d'aquesta manera sembli que s'està atenen a molta gent amb molts metges, quan la realitat va per un altre camí: jubilem a 1.000 professionals i després s'ha de contractar a extrangers sense convalidar la titulació.

1. Although AEGs is a toy gun, we still apply the norm of real gun on airsoft gun. We have to unload airsoft gun first after shooting or combat.
2. When we don’t use the airsoft gun, we have to release the magazine and change fire mode to semi-auto. Point the gun toward safety area and clean the pellets remaining in barrel by shooting two ~ three times. Then push the forward assist knob to release piston and spring.
3. Pushing the forward assist knob when the fire mode is still in auto may cause the broken piston. As it mention above that there are four possible stop points of the piston after automatic shooting. If the piston happens to be at the forth position and players push the forward assist knob, No.3 gear will reverse too fast because of the inertia and rebound which result from the tension of spring. The reversing No.3 gear will hit the last teeth of piston and may break it. This situation gets worse with more powerful spring setting.
4. The proper way to use forward assist are first, release the magazine, Second, Point the gun toward safety shooting area and clean the pellets remaining in barrel by shooting two ~ three times. Finally push the forward assist knob to release piston and disassembly battery plug. Then store your airsoft gun into carrying bag. Forward assist knob is not for using at any moment. The proper timing of using forward assist knob is after shooting or combat and all the unloaded processes are done.

Here's some quick background, then I have a question for those who have experience in dealing with this topic. In March 2003, the Department of Homeland Security created a National Incident Management System (NIMS) that required all response agencies to use the Incident Command System and its communication function, the Joint Information Center, when responding to an incident when multiple government agencies were involved.

While ICS structure and training has been pretty much standardized, the Joint Information Center (and its procedural definitions sometimes referred to as Joint Information System or JIS) has used several different and evolving models. This has been simplified (in my mind) with the introduction in Nov 07 with the FEMA PIO Guidance Manual-which very closely resembles the NRT JIC Model which in my understanding has been the primary guidance for most involved in JICs since it was introduced in 2000.

The JIC has one overriding function and objective--to be the single voice of the response. That means, according to all plans except ESF15, all communication to all audiences about the response is managed by the JIC. The one complication under this model was the "Liaison Officer" function who had responsibility for communication with those from other agencies not on scene or immediately involved in the response.

This "one voice, one message" to multiple audiences was a key component of the JIC and PIER's (full disclosure--PIER is the communication management tool used by many PIOs and JICs around the country to help manage JIC functions and I am the founder and CEO) benefit was strongly related to the single button concept whereby all audiences (neighbors, elected officials, executives, media, investors, employees, etc.) could be simultaneously informed of the latest info. Efficiency is one big benefit, but more importantly is the understanding that each of these audiences are very demanding of the information and to manage them separately means that problems will occur relating to timing and perception of favoritism.

ESF15 defines the JIC not as the voice of the response, but one part of the External Affairs function that includes 7 different components. The JIC is restricted to dealing with the media--while the responsibility of dealing with tribal concerns, community relations, private companies, legislative matters is removed from the JIC and divided up with different people responsible and presumably a different organization for each group. Even more surprising to me, the job of information gathering and message strategy is also pulled out of the JIC and a separate organization with separate leadership is required for this.

ESF15 is the law of the land. It absolutely defines how the federal government will deal with a large scale response. There are some very positive aspects to this, but my concern, since we are deeply involved in this business is how do you transition from a JIC defined in the FEMA PIO Guidance Manual sense to an ESF15 structure.

Here is where I would like some help. If any of you dealing with this subject have insights into how this works--particularly how it actually has worked in a large scale event or even drill, I would be most interested in hearing about it. Mark Clemens from WA State EMD has been very helpful in showing how his department prepares for this transition. Essentially, as the event scales up, a liaison person is designated as the lead for each of those critical groups I mentioned, such as tribal and community relations. That person not only coordinates closely with the JIC in communication and issues of concern to the group he/she represents, but is well positioned to transition to the federally appointed person to head that function.

I can see this working and is very helpful, but I remain very concerned that the very efficiency of coordinated communication management being built into the technology will be undermined by the natural human desire to protect turf. "What do you mean you sent out the latest fact sheet update to the community leaders? How could you do that? That is MY job!" And I guess that is my real question. Given the natural turf wars that unfortunately seem to me to built into the new structure, how should those be managed when what is most critical is getting the right information to the right people right now?

I'd love to hear your thoughts, and I apologize for the excessively long post.

Albrecht discusses topics such as political activism online (does the net actually spread activism?; not really, though it provides new forms for it), the situational advantage of the digerati, and hypotheses about the lack of social cues (unreliability vs the levelling out effect). The paper then approaches the main problem through a case study carried out in Hamburg in November 2002.

But what's most important is not really the answer to the question in the title - the point is that the answer is quite vague, and it is most useful if we look at it as an incentive to ask further questions. As the main concluding point, Albrecht proposes a new theoretical model to conduct research into online deliberation; in the model, four sets of factors are considered to determine who participates (participation) and what is communicated (representation) in instances of online deliberation.

Said sets of factors are:

(1) determinants of political participation (economic background, education, age, political interest...)

(2) determinants of internet usage (ec. background, education, age, gender, online skills [computer literacy]...)

(3) mediationg factors (cultural practices of technology use, communication's embeddedness in political context, the usability of particular web services)

--> these three help to establish who participates, and

(4) properties of large-scale communication (news factors [="factors that determine the chances of a news item appearing in varios news media"], economy of attention, rhetorical forms etc.)

--> this determines (in my view, rather influences than determines) what is communicated; but of course the "what" and the "who" are not independent of each other.

I definitely like this holistic approach.

The ICS AK74M Kalashnikov is a brand new designed assault rifle from ICS. It is improved from the previous version of ICS AK74. In order to provide more choices and perfect guns to its customers, ICS discards the plastic internal and external body design. This new productions has the same production process of the real AK74, steel stamping. ICS also utilizes precision lost wax casting materials to increase similarity to the real rifle.

First, you need to make sure you have the right Ubuntu packages installed:

sudo apt-get install subversion build-essential

Now do the following in a terminal:

svn co http://synce.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/synce/trunk/usb-rndis-lite
cd usb-rndis-lite/
make
sudo ./clean.sh
sudo make install

That should be all you need on the Ubuntu side. On the phone, start ICS. There's no shortcut on the Start Menu, so use the File Manager to browse to /Windows and look for IntShrUI.exe. To make things easier, you can click Menu>File>Create Shortcut and create a shortcut in Windows/Start Menu. Once you start ICS, click the left soft key ("Connect") and plug in the USB cable. That should be it.

I know this works, as I am posting this via ICS and WM6.

The ICS is accused by Israel of funding the Hamas movement under the table, and in recent years, the ICS has been raided several times by the Israeli Army who seized computers and paper work from their offices. Now the Israeli government wants to take property owned by the ICS and has issued a court order to this effect. Bassim the director of the Hebron orphanage for girls says that the Israeli officials came and inspected a sewing work shop in the basement, a project set up to give local women whose husbands are in gaol a means of earning a living.

The official forbade any one from working in the room he photographed and made an inventory of all sewing machines and related equipment in the basement.He forbade Bassim from moving the workshop elsewhere threatening him with a prison sentence of five years were he to do so, he then said that the army would come and remove the equipment after the 26th of April 2008. The Christian Peace Maker teams were concerned about the effects of such a raid on the children so began to sleep over night in the orphanage. At one in the morning on the 30th of April the army drove three trucks into the playground of the orphanage, one equipped with a winch for hauling heavy equipment.They sawed up the metal table for cutting fabric with an angle grinder, and seized everything from the workshop including the stock of clothes sewn by the women.They swept the floor and left taking everything leaving the room utterly void.The Christian Peace Maker Teams tried to speak with the soldiers about their actions, but they refused to engage and completely ignored them.

IP Gateway dan DNS dikosongi karena otomatis mengikut konfigurasi dari LAN Card iNet, jadi tidak perlu disii.
