To be sure, GH has many benefits beyond satiety and reduced fat syntheses. Thierry Hertoghe, M.D., at the Academy of General Medicine of Belgium has verified improvements in cosmetic appearances ranging from wrinkles to gingival shrinking; psychological factors ranging from reduced stress to improved confidence, alleviated depression and general improvements in self-esteem. There is almost no function of the human body that would not be positively improved by the introduction of low-dose homeopathic growth hormone. By low-dose homeopathic I am referring to a basic over the counter treatment protocol that is 100% safe and 1000% more affordable then the high-dose injectable form of HGH. Homeopathic HGH is as gentile as it is powerful in its ability to stimulate metabolic function.

Homeopathy, by definition, encourages the body to clear itself. In contrast allopathic, (modern medicine) artificially and forcefully suppresses symptoms of disease. This is often toxic to the body. Homeopathics use tiny amounts of a substance which encourage the body to bring itself into balance. Actually, homeopathy has two basic levels of potency; for good reason. High concentrations inhibit; medium concentrations suppress; and low or minute concentrations stimulate. The two most common designations for these potencys are decimal potency, denoted by an “X” (10) and the centesimal potency denoted by a “C” (100).

Most homeopathic GH formulations are found in a base of purified water, alcohol, glycerin, lactose or sucrose. These ingredients are combined with growth hormone and succussed, (shaken, preferably by hand) up to 100 times making a 1x potency. Another one part of this potency is then combined with 9 parts of the basic mixture and again successes by hand 100 times for a 2x potency, and so on and so forth.

It is very important that all succession is by hand. Though time consuming, and labor intensive this is the only true homeopathy. There are a lot of products out there from manufacturers using machines and should be avoided. Seccussion by machine does not render a high quality product as the electromagnetic fields, the magnetic energies from the machinery, can penetrate the GH (and the other ingredients) distort their efficacy. According to homeopathic principles, the seccussion process actually makes the GH potent and dynamic, so it is even more bioactive in the body. The homeopathic process actually energizes.

Benefits of homeopathic HGH

Homeopathics are safe and effective.

Because it is secreted by the pituitary gland, GH is not foreign to the body.

Medical studies show that small amounts of GH taken at frequent intervals work better. This is one of the basic principles of homeopathy.

Homeopathic GH does not interfere with other medications.

It is available over the counter; without prescription at a fraction of the price

Homeopathic GH gently encourages the pituitary to release and supplement GH. This balancing act is called homeostasis.

Homeopathic GH products made of liquid are superior as they penetrate faster and more thoroughly over a larger surface area.

The hand seccussion process makes the GH more potent or dynamic. Only use hand seccussed formulations.

The pituitary gland excretes GH at certain times, (the first 90 minutes of sleep: four am, during heavy exercise). Molecular GH must be injected at certain times to try and mimic the GH pulsing. Since homeopathic GH is serially diluted and potentized at successive levels, it continues to work in the body in a “time release” manner. It doesn’t matter when you take the homeopathic version. People could still get very good results if they wish to take GH at other than the suggested times.

The homeopathic theory of dilution and seccussion teaches that molecules can penetrate the cells more easily.

Top quality homeopathic products are checked for purity both at the beginning and the end of the manufacturing process, thus assuring quality.

Since the inception of homeopathy in the late 1800’s no homeopathic remedy has ever been recalled because it harmed anyone.

Homeopathy is safe, effective and gentile and an FDA ruling in 1938 is a testament to these features. The FDA has no “official opinion on the efficacy of Homeopathics, other than concern with safety, purity, ingredients and claims.

Homeopathic factors seem to continue working in the body even when someone does not take them every day

Over 200 years of research in homeopathy seems to show that it creates gentile, positive chain reactions, which promote general health.

It should be mentioned here that homeopathic growth hormone is not intended for those who have not yet completed their long-bone growth. Most people complete this phase between the ages of 20 and 25, though some not until 30.

So is HGH the modern fountain of youth?

Since 1990, researchers from managed to move it from a natural hormone to one which is made readily available in pill, tablet and injection form. Today, there are many companies that sells natural HGH supplements. Some do not have the HGH chemical composition but had HGH like properties and behaviour.

HGH energizer is one such natural HGH supplement. It is not synthesized HGH but made from 100% natural herbs and ingredients. Not only is it natural, it is considerably cheaper than other HGH supplements on the market.

Natural HGH supplements such as HGH energizer aim to stimulate production of human growth hormone by the pituitary. Natural HGH supplements are popular among middle aged and elderly consumers since it cost less and still work to regain energy and good health though at a slower level.

Wallace reflects on the consequences of the steroid era, where no one is safe from being accused of PED use (even if they've come clean before).

It was the coolest, most important moment of my young career.

I was covering the University of Texas alumni game in 2007, where there are always some recent players and a few of the classic Texas Exes. But Roger Clemens was usually too busy or being too careful to attend.

But that year the Rocket was there.

I'd always liked Roger Clemens, and after coming to his alma mater his status in my book was about as high as it gets. A day before the game, legendary Longhorns coach Augie Garrido said Clemens had been at the annual golf tournament. I was still skeptical, but when the Texas people announced five minutes before game time that he would be throwing out a ceremonial first pitch it finally hit me - I'm going to meet the great Roger Clemens.

My reporting partner, Brad Gray, and I hauled ass down to the field to try and score an impromptu post-pitch interview.

So, after watching him warm up with his youngest son and a very soft first pitch, Brad and I looked at each other and wondered what to do. We were used to working with media relations, who - while they had the power to tell us who we could and couldn't talk to - would bring players to us.

"Can we just go up there and ask to talk?" Brad asked.

"He's a pro ... so ... yeah, I think so," I replied and hoped he wouldn't just walk past us.

We approached him, introduced ourselves as reporters for The Daily Texan and asked if he would be kind enough to talk with us.

"Sure, c'mon down here to the dugout," he said.

Clemens put on his leather jacket and answered our questions, some of which were tough ones about if he would pitch that season and Nolan Ryan's hospitalization. Though he talked through us just a little, he was courteous and didn't cut any answers short.

Immediately after the interview, I called my father and told him I'd just talked to THE Roger Clemens. I'm sure I sounded like a 12-year-old and it wasn't a very manly thing to do, but I didn't give a shit. My entire season was made.

After that interview, I wrote a story for the Texan. The quotes from that story was picked up by the Associated Press (which put it in most major newspapers) and ended up in Sports Illustrated's "Clemens Watch" box the next week.

I was absolutely stoked. I saw him a few more times on the Texas sideline during some games last year. By that time the steroids talk had just started, but I still had faith that he was telling the truth.

It's easier to do when you've actually met someone, trust me.

Obviously I don't believe a word that comes out of this guy's mouth anymore. The most recent news that there are receipts that show he received HGH in the mail just makes me even more angry that I ever looked up to him.

I obviously don't look back on that story in the same light anymore. While it was still a big deal in my professional career, meeting Roger Clemens is not a personal highlight anymore.

Now hearing his name just pisses me off.

The shipments, which conceivably coincide with Clemens' wife's usage for an SI Swimsuit Issue, would support Brian McNamee's claim of Clemens' direct involvement in said usage. According to the New York Daily News, Radomski addressed the package to "William Roger Clemens in care of Brian McNamee." They assert that McNamee did not sign for the package.

Without getting into all the "allegedlys," since this story is more tired than a string of Dane Cook commercials, here is a point to ponder.

How much money does it take to run a congressional hearing? I'm not sure, but I assume that its substantial and taxpayer-funded. Clemens initiated that hearing. He then potentially perjured himself at that self-imposed hearing, necessitating the cost of a federal investigation and the costs associated with a court case stemming from it.

So, basically, while our country is in the midst of military action and mired in an economic crisis, millions of taxpayer dollars are tied up determining whether Roger Clemens is an asshole, or a lying asshole.

PERJURER AND DEFILER OF 15-YEAR-OLD GIRLS "MR. CLEMENS" TESTIFIES BEFORE CONGRESS

Today's New York Daily News has a story that blows pitcher Roger Clemens and the chance that he WASN'T lying to Congress pretty much out of the water.

Confessed steroid dealer Kirk Radowski has reportedly provided the government with proof that he shipped HGH to the house of the former MLB pitcher. While testifying before Congress, Clemens earlier this year denied UNDER OATH that he ever used performance enhancing drugs.

Radowski, who received probation after cooperating with MLB and the Feds, produced shipping invoices for two orders of HGH that he sent to Clemens' house in Clemens' name. Radowski's records and testimony back up former trainer Brian McNamee and his contention that Clemens used illegal performance enhancing drugs.

DNA test results on used needles and other steroid items used by Clemens also will reportedly implicate the pitcher and subject him to possible charges of perjury and lying to Congress.

Radomski says he found the shipping invoice recently under a broken tv.

But this year something magical happened, Josh Hamilton hit 28 home runs in the first round and he's not on HGH. His source of strength is the Lord.

Hamilton's story is one of drug addiction and finding God after being down in a dark hopeless place. Since 2005 his baseball career is on the up and up and his future is bright. His performance in the derby brings his personal testimony to the mainstream press.

Unfortunately, derby rules are ridiculous and Hamilton did not win. But I can't help but feel that God is glorified through all of this. Sadly, few people realize that God is the one who gives us talents that we are given to praise him.

In 1989, Upper Deck released the first pack-issued ultra premium baseball cards. These cards were different than their cardboard counterparts. The surface was smoother, the stock was brighter and seemingly stiffer, and on the back was an embedded anti-counterfeit device, the almighty hologram. Even the packs were different. No more wax. Now we were going to rip open "foil" packs, which further solidified this brand as the product to have. And while the best card in this set has, and always will be, card No. 1 (Ken Griffey Jr.), it is this Mark McGwire card that caprured my attention as a youth. Not yet 10 when these cards hit the market, I was in awe when I saw this McGwire. I grew up in the Bay Area following the A's (and Red Sox) and McGwire was my favorite hitter. So the day I pulled one of these McGwire's my thoughts about baseball cards changed forever. To fully appreciate this card, you'd need understand the context in which it was pulled, and have a keen eye for what is depicted here. In 1989, I believe these packs were fetching close to $2, which was four times the cost of an average pack of baseball cards. So when I was lucky enough to scrounge up enough cans and bottles to recycle to buy a pack, I cherished every card I pulled. What made this McGwire pull even sweeter was the fact that one of my best friends at the time absolutely cherished McGwire, more than I did, but I was the one to have this card. Roger Clemens is and always will be my favorite player, but growing up a baseball fan in the Bay Area in the 80s and 90s, watching the Bash Brothers do their thing was special. Anyway, back to the card ... At first glance this card doesn't really appear to be special. And truthfully, it's not. It's a common McGwire that books for like $1.50. But the image used here was captivating. Typically we saw McGwire in on-field posses, in the middle of the swing and what not. But here he looks like Paul Bunyan walking out of the forrest. And at age 9, McGwire was Paul Bunyan to us. He was larger than life. He was hitting home runs further than anyone else, and this card captured that comic book hero-like image that I, we, held of the player we later came to know as Big Mac.

The first high-profile case of the usage of performance enhancing drugs was Seabiscuit, a champion thoroughbred race horse made popular today by the 2003 film, Seabiscuit.

Red Pollard riding atop Seabiscuit, horse growth hormones (HGH), and various anabolic steroids.

A symbol of hope during the Great Depression, Seabiscuit rose from anonymity to become a dominant racehorse. Tragically, Seabiscuit sustained a career-threatening injury, which he miraculously sprang back from.

It was his surprising comeback in 1940 that sparked the curiosity of sports reporters across the nation. Not only was the comeback remarkable, but the horse's physique had noticeably changed since he was last on the track.

Not until Red Pollard's death on March 7, 1981 did he reveal that he and the trainer, Tom Smith had indeed given Seabiscuit anabolic steroids and horse growth hormone.

The side effects of using HGH and anabolic steroids haunted Seabiscuit for the rest of his days. Up until his death in 1947, Seabiscuit experienced male-pattern baldness,

From as far back in time that we have recorded, man has always sought a way to extend life and live forever. Up to this point, nothing short of the Holy Grail has proved to be viable for this purpose. Then came along HGH (Human Growth Hormone), a way to turn back the clock.

The human growth hormone (HGH or Somatotropin) has produced increases in the levels of insulin-like growth hormone 1 (IGF-1). There is a direct connection between the level of this hormone in a human’s body, and their age. As observed by many scientists, if this hormone could be kept at the levels of youth, then would the aging process be slowed down, or even stopped altogether?

The discovery of this new hormone has resulted in many private sellers attempting to make profit from the sale of this product in various forms.

19. Bruce Lee

I already told you how cised I get for guys that open their own dojos. Bruce Lee founded his own martial arts philosophy. And I quote the good book:

"Remember that Jeet Kune Do is merely a name used, a mirror in which to see "ourselves". . . Jeet Kune Do is not an organized institution that one can be a member of. Either you understand or you don't, and that is that."

That's deeper than the Force. If I could be a member of the Jeet Kune Do, I would. But one can't. Besides being completely shredded and the sickest kung-fu artist ever, Lee could spring a 235 pound man several feet with a 1 inch punch (seriously), perform one-hand push-ups using only the thumb and index finger, and throw a grain of rice in the air and catch it with a pair of chopsticks. Then again, Daniel-Sahn kinda one-upped him by catching a fly with the chopsticks, so take the grain of rice with a grain of salt.

_____________________________________________________________________

18. Greg Valentino

If I could have any nickname in the world, here are my top three:

3) The Shlonginator

2) Richie Rich

1) The Man With the Biggest Arms in the World.

Unfortunately, my favorite nickname already belongs to Greg Valentino and his awesome guns. Greg Valentino knows the potential of the human body. That with the right amount of discipline, we can all achieve a Roman sculpture-like physique. Funny though that he's straight up disrespected in the bodybuilding world. If I were trying to get huge, I'd hate on Greg Valentino too. Look who accomplished my goals before me. Greg Valentino.

Their chief complaint is that he juiced. Look, I don't know anything about that. I mean, he looks okay to me. But if juicing gets you arms like that, so perfectly chiseled and well-defined... shit, stick me in the biceps right now. Cause if being awesome is wrong, me and Greg don't want to be right.

Kimbo's business is leaving guys with bloody eye sockets like Joe Victim in the vid. Back before his debut in MMA, Kimbo walked through the gate of a backyard. A dozen or so of the shadiest guys you had ever seen all had cash neatly arranged on the patio. Joe Victim stepped, and then got beat down. Lastly, Kimbo collected his duckets. And that, my friends, is how Kimbo rolls.

Check out :26 in the video where Kimbo gives Bloody Eye Socket Man three free punches.

Then check out the very last frame of the video where Bloody Eye Socket Man becomes Bloody Eye Socket Man.

16. Steve Irwin

Awwwww Crikey! Steve Irwin was a naturalist, an animal lover and an environmentalist. Steve Irwin was also a bona fide lunatic. The way he called animals "gorgeous" was downright creepy. Be that as it may, when Steve Irwin slipped into those little khaki shorts, no man or beast could handle the Croc Hunter. Just ask that busta, Argo. And a man that can take a croc down, then stand above it and say, "you just got served, mate," is monster himself.

_____________________________________________________________________

15. Tiny Lister

He's not really tiny, silly. What he is though, is a man who suffers from possibly the worst lazy, cockeyed, Shaq eye I have ever seen. However, since he's 7'13" and tough as a piece of burnt steak, the only one who has ever mentioned it to him is the mirror. I know 14 is high on the list, but in reviewing his service to this country through various entertainment outlets, I feel justified in a ranking this high. His role as Zeus in the epic "No Holds Barred" opposite Hulk Hogan is nothing short of mesmerizing. In the Fifth Element, he played the president of the United States which I found a little less believable, but made me excited about the future of this great nation should it head down a similar path where a man like Tiny one day stands at the helm. And then, of course, there's "Friday," where he played Debo. Something tells me he didn't need to do a lot of research for the role. But his line, "stop bein' a bitch and c'mon," will go down in history next to "Rosebud."

In the last post I wrote about attaining big arms. In this post it will be talking about putting slabs of muscle onto your chest.

In some ways building your chest is a lot like building the muscles in your arms. The biggest difference is in the fact that your chest muscles are a larger group than the ones that make up one side of your arm.

So for example.. when we compare your chest to your biceps, it can be agreed that the chest is larger than the bicep muscle itself. This means that the chest can handle a much greater workload than the biceps or the triceps because it's bigger.

The main objective here is that in order to build a huge chest we need to stimulate it accordingly and that's something a lot of people lose focus on when trying to reach that goal.

In order to understand this in more detail, let's go to: How To Build A Ripped, Rock-Solid Chest
