Lets face it, web design ain’t easy. But it can be made easier with a few adjustments to you a

Lets face it, web design ain't easy. But it can be made easier with a few adjustments to you attitude. Let me just say this first: don't touch web development if its not your thing. The reason people get into web design is to build stuff for themselves or get paid to do it.

If your going to succeed at developing for the web there are a few things you should know:

1. Web design takes a lot of hard work and dedication.

2. You need the drive and passion for it or else you'll always be the slowest, no matter what skills or tools you have.

3. You need to be constantly trying to improve your self. The web is changing every day. To be a web designer you need to be caught up with all of the new standards, versions, etc. Don't be a afraid to give up an old method just because your used to it. Open your mind, improve your self!

4. You need to use your inner creativity. Everyone is creative, its just that some people don't use their creativity and come to the conclusion that their "not creative". Everyone on earth is creative, you just need to know how to channel it.

5. You need to have patience...trust me! If you give up to easily it means you need to learn a LOOOONG lesson in patience. Try to follow through, its a great feeling.

6. Learn to gauge your time to save time. e.g. I finish the titles and meta tags now and at 3 I'll...

7. Experience. I can't stress how important this is. You can learn tons by just doing. You can also learn a lot about your self that can't really be put into words.

8. Do your best, even if its not your project. Think of every thing you do as a time capsule, a frozen snap shot in time that you can tell other people about and be proud of it. In everything you do, do your best, because it all contributes to your overall skill.

10. Learn the tricks of your trade. Take advantage of the tools. Good web tools will save so much of your time.

11. Last but not least, try to be organized. The information age is upon us and its too complicated as it is. Stay organized and you'll find that it will be easier to handle the craziness of the IT age.

These are some of my thoughts on the subject, hope you enjoy reading it.

There’s more to saving money than scoring huge bargains. To become filthy rich, you need to chan

There’s more to saving money than scoring huge bargains. To become filthy rich, you need to change your attitude toward money.

If you think about those who don’t really fit the filthy rich stereotype, you will find they have frugal ways. So, part of understanding how your personal traits can and will influence your finances is important to building financial freedom.

These ten traits will help you along the way:

Patience – Having patience means waiting until the hype of a new product has passed. Keep your car a few years longer, and wait until something you want fits into your budget instead of paying with credit cards. Patience is the difference between saving money and being in debt. Finding a good deal is the cornerstone of good finances.

Satisfaction – When you’re satisfied, you tend not to spend money on nonessential things. The purpose of commercials is to make you think that buying their product will make you happier or improve your life. People end up spending because they want to capture the excitement they see in those advertisements. If you’re satisfied with your life, your finances will be in better shape.

Organization – When you’re organized, you will be more productive and you will be able to better address all issues pertaining to your personal finances.

Discipline – Discipline is a very important part of long-term goals.

Reflectiveness – You need to be able to reflect back on your financial decisions and their results. Everyone makes financial mistakes and there are no exceptions. The key is to learn from those mistakes and don’t do them again.

Creativity – Our earning and the economy don’t always match our expectations. Many unexpected developments wreak havoc on our financial plans. When this happens, you will need to make changes to deal with these new circumstances. Creativity will allow you to make things last longer and juggle your money better.

Curiosity – Curiosity will help you study, learn and improve yourself. You can then put into practice your findings.

Risk-Taking – A huge part of building wealth is taking risks, but not uncalculated risks. You will want to weigh all your options and take calculated risks when the time is right. The stock market is one of the highest risks, but history shows that over long term stocks provide good returns.

Goal-Oriented – It is very important to set goals and work toward them. If you don’t know where you are going, it can be very difficult to get there. So, think of some money goals and get motivated.

Hard and Smart Working – Creating wealth doesn’t come without a lot of hard work. Many people hope they will hit the lottery and have all their financial problems solved. The true path to financial freedom is to work hard to earn your money while educating yourself financially.

Some people don’t possess all of these traits; but just knowing them can help you make changes so you can nourish the ones you have and obtain the ones you’re missing. In the end, they will help you with your finances and create a plan to accumulate the wealth you desire. When the time is right and you’re ready to spend your wealth on your dream home, I can help you with the process. Visit my website at www.YourMississippiHome.com for more tips and advice.

As the folks at SOULution (and damn near every other Black blog) have covered, Hilary's recent comments to USA Today leave no question as to her last ditch effort to beat steal the nomination from Barack Obama - play off America's deep-seated racial stereotypes.

"Sen. Obama's support among working, hard-working Americans, white Americans, is weakening again, and how whites in both states who had not completed college were supporting me." - Sen. Hilary Clinton

Rumor has it that Hilary's next move will be to accuse Barack Obama of winking at her, or maybe she will say he raped her.

It is deeply troubling to see such major players in the democratic party spiral into race baiting of the worse kind - i.e. Black people are lazy, white people work hard. Especially when Black support is so important to the success of the democratic party.

Although no additional evidence was needed, this illustrated yet again that Senator Hilary Clinton cares about one thing and one thing only - power.

As for me, I have to take my white ass back to working hard. All you Black folks take note.

I’ve discovered I really enjoy listening to podcasts on my way to and from work and even somet

I've discovered I really enjoy listening to podcasts on my way to and from work and even sometimes when I go running. The only thing I don't like is that I don't get to take notes and write down the fun quotes. This week I've listened to the series on Ruth. Love it. Go listen. Plus, the book of Ruth works as a great read in one session story. At the same time, a lot can be unpacked from the book.

The last sermon I listened to challenged me to think about the way I wait. Ruth met Boaz, sparks flew (even though she was dirty and had worked all day and definitely did not look her best), he fed her, gave her a job, and things looked like they were going in the right direction. Except then she just had to continue to work for 6 weeks...and nothing. She didn't demand to talk about the relationship or demand marriage. She didn't "pursue" him. She waited and worked in the field. I am so impatient! Especially with boys because I just want to know where we stand and have that be that. Like Dave Barnes calls it: The Inbetween.

Another point that resonated with me today came in the form of the statement that's said all over and I've heard a million times, but for some reason I liked it today. "Marry the girl/guy you can't live without. Not the one you can live with." Life lacks color and excitement without them.

The stars gleam

The poets dream

The eagles fly

Without you the earth turns

The sun burns

But I die without you

Every little thing that happens you just want to call that other person and share it with them. My friend in Australia summed this feeling wonderfully: I want him to experience all of this with me and share this experience with him.

Don't remember that rush of joy

Don't lose sight of who you are

Every so often we long to steal

to the land of what might have been

but that doesn't soften the ache we feel

when reality sets back in...

There's a girl I know

He loves her so

I'm not that girl

I still reach for my phone and hit speed dial 2 only to find the spot empty...even though I know the person who used to hold that spot in my life, my heart, and my phone has moved on to someone else, I still find myself dying a little inside. So here I am, trying to learn how to wait for the next number 2 who can't live without me and how to become a better number 2 myself in the meantime. Until then, I'll be calling 3, 5, 6, 9 and 7.

I've heard it said

that people come into our lives for a reason

bringing something we must learn

and we are led to those who help us most to grow

So, this entry is about my partner in crime and sister, Braelyn. Remember? She is the excellent photographer (hence the title?) These are her latest, my youngest brother, Ethan. http://havigs.wordpress.com/2008/02/28/ethans-birthday-pictures-a-week-early-but-hey/#comment-48

Braelyn and I can be best friends or our worst enemy. But through all we go through we will still be reunited by the love of one child, Euphemia.

Braelyn does not hide the fact that she has a temper. I mean we all do but Braelyn doesn't even try to hide it. That is why we love her best. She is real. Braelyn is an all down to earth type of gal. We can tease her and usually it will roll right off her back or it will come right back attcha.

Braelyn has a tendency to be followed where ever she goes. Only my family will really understand that and I hope laugh with me about it. Braelyn has a go-and-get-em kind of spirit. She has a wonderful laugh. She is THE best photographer. She can capture moments without a camera. She has a witty sense of humor. And she loves nutty butter. It's one of the few foods that very well fit her.

Braelyn also writes on fan-fiction. From what I understand, she usually writes Gilmore Girl's stories. And is a java junkie (but hates coffee). Now, I have no idea what a java junkie is but I think it has something to do with Loralie and Luke getting together.

Braelyn also works hard. Although she would prefer to sit and watch Jennifer Garner than do school, what normal teenager wouldn't? She also works at a local warehouse packaging up boxes. *the same place where I change batteries in the cups*. She is a diligent worker and every employer and employee loves her.

My greatest memory of Braelyn would probably be the many times we would play "spy kids". And actually she even started a movie called, Spy Kids" (no not the one with Alexa Vega) and I even got to see the opening credits. It was fascinating and very good. But anyway, we would creep everywhere, along the walls, down the alley, to our secret hideout. She would tell you this was all before I became so "grown-up". Hee hee. Never really harmed our sisterhood.

Braelyn and I are very much opposites. Where I am more conservative (for example- limited to no computer playtime or video games) she is more for the fun of childhood. We both think we are right and refuse to be persuaded either way. As opposite as we are... we are so much alike.

We will often reminiscence over the "good old days" where we would go on walks with Daddy. Or go to the park. Where we would play Olympics with our roller skates. Where we lived a more "strict" lifestyle. Kind of funny to think about. Especially since we were "NEVER going to be like Mumsie and Daddy!"

Braelyn and I could pick the ugliest fights. Mumsie knows that we were clever enough never to do it in front of her. But occasionaly we slipped and man did we always regret it. It was fun (in a way) for us to get mad at each other. I mean, we could stew with an excuse and avoid each other but unfortunetly (or fortunetly) the next morning we were so happily playing together and forgot to be mad at each other. Use to burn our cookies that we couldn't stay mad. Bet Mumsie was happy about that.

Braelyn was the only one in our family that had a broken bone. Her arm be exact. After 9 children so far only she has broken her bone. She also has asthma which can be very problematic if not treated quickly. She was the active one in the family and I think she still is. She rides her bike a few miles most mornings to work and likes to work out using the Leslie Samsone. While she is pretty well fit, if she misses a couple days exercise she complains that she is getting fat and lazy and gets her bottom in gear.

I have shared the deep secrets now about me and my sister. I pray she doesn't start up a blog and start writting about me. My reputation will be ruined!

--Winston Churchill

By John E. Carey
Peace and Freedom
Friday, February 22, 2008

Wednesday, USS Lake Erie’s sailors launched an SM-3 Missile that streaked into space to hit an errant U.S. spy satellite exactly as planned: right amidships of the 1,000 pound toxic hydrazine fuel tank.

The satellite was at about 133 miles in altitude and traveling at 17,000 miles per hour or 24 times the speed of sound.

In the twinkling of an eye, America demonstrated new, or at least unknown and unproven, technology and capability. The United States, for the first time, exploded a satellite in shallow space or just before reentry using tactical systems: ships and missiles and men trained to fight “in the air” were reaching into space: for the first time ever.

My Vietnam-born bride said, “Only in America.” Then she said, “The sailors did it.”

As she so often does, my wife Lien was making a huge statement with the fewest of words. She, in one breath, extolled the wonders of American technology as well as the devotion, care and brilliance of our American people: especially our often maligned American youth.

The next day, Serbian youths ransacked the U.S. Embassy in Belgrade and several other Embassies that violated their ideas about what was right and wrong about Kosovo.

I don’t recall America’s youth rioting to this extent for a while.

Sailors love, cherish, care for and maintain their ships and often high-tech and high-cost equipment with the greatest precision and detail. They are devoted, driven and professional. They are both hard working and delightful.

If you have troubled kids or a dim view of American youth: visit a U.S. Navy ship.

I’ll extend this line of thinking to U.S. Army soldiers, U.S. Marines and U.S. Air Force airmen. I’m no Ollie North but I’ve been around the U.S. military and around the globe.

I have one unshakable conclusion: our young Americans are serving superbly.

We are a nation at war.

The war is a war of ideas. We oppose no nation, no people and no religion. Yet the people with other ideas are armed and dangerous: they use improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and women and children and the mentally infirm with bombs wrapped around them.

We are using about one percent of our population to fight, with arms, the war against terror.

"Never have so many owed so much to so few."

That one percent is sacrificing life and limbs, and I mean arms and legs are lost every day, for You.

I am reminded every day of Sir Winston Churchill: "Never have so many owed so much to so few."

I am moved by the wonders of the U.S. Navy reaching into space and the dichotomies of this nation.

Some geniuses at the Pentagon, as they prepared to blast a satellite to smithereens and then watch the chucks or, as military analyst John Pikes calls them, “gravel,” of the space debris reenter the Earth’s atmosphere and burn up; said: “We need a toxic debris clean up team!”

But of course.

America needs a “Toxic Space Debris Clean Up Team.”

Never mind that junk in the form of meteors have been hitting the Earth for centuries and that satellites and their parts have been crashing to Earth since the 1950s without incident.

America needs a “Toxic Space Debris Clean Up Team.”

Funny, I don’t recall China’s “Toxic Space Debris Clean Up Team” when they blew up a satellite last year. Do you?

They have 1.3 Billion people. We Americans have a 0.3 Billion. That is about 300 Million.

We stand, in terms of history and population, in China's margin.

My wife submitted this commentary. “Only in America.”

So, with haz-mat suits at the ready, a quick response team stood on alert Thursday, the day after the satellite was destroyed, to head anyplace on Earth that the pieces of a lame satellite shot down by the U.S. Navy might fall.

And for the ultimate dichotomy: inside the “Toxic Space-Only Rocket Fuel Mop Up Kit” do you know what you’ll find?

Kitty litter.

Only in America.

Next time you have a cat stuck in a tree or sewer or a hunk of burning space debris smoldering on your lawn, dial 911.

Only in America.

American has ambulances almost everywhere. In India, they pack you into the back seat of a taxi and hope for the best.

My friends in the world community will forgive me for this. Others will castigate me. But I believe in the wonder and wonders of America.

I live in a land of Boundless Technology and Brilliant Youth.

It might not always be so.

But for now, as my wife says, "Only in America."

blog.penelope something wrote a fairly enlightening article.

Generally, she regrets being studious - your marks are not what bring you the ultimate payoff for your work.

And that got me thinking about my outrageous mission to bring my average in school from a 69% to a 90%. Impressive, right? Trying to do is was sucking the life out of me, though. I literally can't relax until everything that is 'a priority' is done, off my mind, out of the house, into the bin, flushed in the loo - anywhere but on my desk.

I thought I had all the right reasons - good marks = good college = good education = good job = good life.

While I do believe that it's really important to have a life and spend time with friends - I know that I'm happier doing so when I have my pockets stuffed with some accomplishments. I like to put my best effort into all the work that I do - it's my way of contributing to this planet. And nothing in the world, I can tell you with absolute conviction, feels better than knowing you're contributing. When you're contributing, it means you're worth something. The worst feeling in the world is the feeling of worthlessness, and the best way to get that feeling is to be worthless and not contribute. It doesn't matter if it's for school or for my grandparent's uncle, 'You reap what you sow'. You sow what you want to reap. I sow what I'd like to reap. Sow I work hard. Ah ha ha...Sowry for that awful pun. Want to read a story about it? Go on. Everyone can use a little bedtime sowy. Holy shit, puns are coming out of me like diareah. And, as we're speaking of shit...I feel like that whole concept is so unoriginal and preachy. I'm behacing like your coorporate junkie father right now, and I apologize. That was not my place.

If any of that was at all enlightening, tell me and I'll feel better. And if any of that was downright obvious, tell me and I'll be better.

Back on topic. I can acreddit lots of this thinking to the likes of Earl Nightengale, Zig Ziglar, all the bits about work ethic to Chris Rock and Conan O'brien.

I did bring up my marks. I average about 87-90%. I do spent hours at home in bed getting cozy with those raunchy, ratty 'Published: 1980' Nelson textbooks, and I do occassionally take baths if I make it that far down my 'Priorities' list. Sometimes, but only if I'm feeling daring, I might excersize. And if things are really out of hand, I call up me ol' folks and do some baking. Watching T.V. makes me uncomfortable. Playing videogames is about as relaxing as sitting on a pincushion. God help me. But I feel better now than I ever did last year, when the reverse was true.

Laziest clump of cheese to workaholic tornado - In 3 months.

Earlier I had an epiphany in ballet class. To my (unexpressed) astonishment, I realized that taking a year to reach a goal that should have taken me a number of months at most taught me a few things.

Will go into detail sooner than later. I'm under-read for my age but I do know this without a doubt:

Later always means never.

Isn't she CUTE? I think this is from her blog, I found it on google images.

Ever since Junjun and Linlin joined Morning Musume, I have liked them, unlike some people on the internet. I thought that Tsunku maybe should have put them in a separate group/duo instead of just sticking them in Morning Musume, but what's done is done, right? Anyway, when I saw the two for the first time I tried to see what kind of members they would turn out to be, what their personalities were like. (eg. Koharu is very cutesy, while Reina has something of a yankii image.)

I knew just from watching Linlin that she was very outgoing, a Ms. Personality. (and not in a bad way) Her Japanese wasn't terrible, quite good actually. She was a H!P Egg for a while, so Linlin had dancing and singing experience, had even appeared in a Hello! Project concert. I think she was prepared (training-wise) to enter Morning Musume.

However, when I watched Junjun I couldn't tell what her personality. She seemed shy, but who wouldn't be if they were new to Morning Musume (which is terrifying enough), along with the language, customs - everything. I am not saying Linlin didn't have it hard either, but I think she had a bit more preparation that Junjun.

As for Junjun's singing voice, I like it a lot! It is a lower voice, which is very useful in a large group like Momusu. She is very talented and is very hardworking as well. Junjun has made huge progress since joining Morning Musume, and I really hope she continues to try her best.

And I am also trying to find translations of Junjun's blog, if anyone has any, I would be very grateful!

バイバイ!!

I first heard about face reading as a way to improve jury selection. While I still have no clue as

I first heard about face reading as a way to improve jury selection. While I still have no clue as to how to use face reading for jury selection, since I don't know what makes a good jury for what case, I do know a lot about how to use face reading for judging your new aquaintances quickly.

One of the most useful things was the concept that a flat butt means you are lazy. If you think about it, it makes sense. People who are always jumping up or just about to jump up to do something, people who run upstairs to get the work done, or otherwise hustle, are going to develop a large gluteuos maximus muscle over time. People who are always looking to do the least possible amount of work will not develop that muscle. I have a few flat butted members in my family, so I know oh too well.

While most American woman would feel insulted if someone told them they had a big butt, they might just change their mind if they understood the difference between a fat butt and a round muscular butt. Acording to one beauty/sexual attraction study I saw on TV, women look at men's butts first to see if he is attractive. I am sure men look at women's butts too, maybe not first, but at least second or third. I think women look at men's butts first since very few men actually have a round butt (sorry men...you are just lazier this tells me :( ). Also, I think the male's job in mating is to support the woman during that fragile time just after birth of the infant, so it is important that he be able to do that.

I have also noticed that women who have all boys tend to have flat butts (and women with all girls have rounder ones). You can draw your own conclusions about how the men get the flat butts then....

As for employment screening, you can get in trouble for using something like face reading for judging applicants so be careful. A psychological test needs to be "proven" and I certainly have not done any kind of good experiments on this subject.

While having a flat butt does not mean you will be bad at a job, it can be a deterent. You must have skills and brains to overcome the lack of work drive.

I just read a great article that said that historically only 40% of men reproduced according to Y chromosome blood studies. I am thinking that maybe it made sense not to put too much effort into the raising of boys since the odds are they would not make it, so maybe if you are a lazy mother it makes sense to have a boy biologically.

So today a couple of guys went up to help big Tim out on the farm. It was moving day for the little Turkeys. We hade to move something like 15,000 little turkeys from one room into another. Turkey's are not the smartest of Birds. And they stink bad. I had to shower twice before Nicole would let me leave the house. I think I still stink.

Often today I felt like a failure. A group of us would have like 100 birds ready to go down the hall and over half of them would get away. It was very frustrating. Thanks for the pizza Tim. And please call next time you need help. I am tired and sore but I would love to help again.

Thanks to all the guys who showed up to help. Most cases many hands make work easy, but we all learned that Moving Turkeys is hard work. Check out Dirty Jobs on Monday November 12th at 3:00PM to see Mike Rowe work on a Turkey Farm.

Once a month I have to give a book report to Pastor Mike. I am really thankful for Pastors leaders

Once a month I have to give a book report to Pastor Mike. I am really thankful for Pastors leadership regarding personal growth. He is constantly challenging us as a staff to keep growing. Readers are leaders.

I am reading "Disciplines of a Godly" Man by Kent Hughes. This book as been a good read and has challenged me in many areas of my life. Today I was reading the Chapter about the "Discipline of Work." This Chapter really made me think a lot about the work ethic of many Christians (Especially teenagers). This chapter talks about disatisfied workers, workers who are wasting time at work, and then it address the work ethic of a Christian. "surveys have indicated that the work ethics of Christians and non-Christians are virtually identical." I find that quote very alarming because I have personally heard many people say how lazy Christians are.

Here are a couple of quotes from the book that should make you think:

"There is a Christian view of work which makes God the center of the equation. To be sure, God does not remove the curse and its painful, sweaty toil, but He does replace the meaninglessness."

"Those who have been saved by faith fall heir to this grand declaration: "for we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advanced for us to do" (Ephesians 2:10."

"You may feel your occupation is not holy, but it is if you see it so and do it for God's glory. You are God's masterpiece, created in Christ Jesus to do good works which God planned in advance for you."

"Christians should always do good work. Christians ought to be the best workers wherever they are. They ought to have the best attitude, the best integrity, and be the best in dependability."

I must admit that in the past I am probably just as guilty as the next guy. I have always thought that I am a hard worker, but maybe I have thought a little higher of myself than I ought. The difficult task for me now is to know and understand that part of my work is my own spiritual growth. Part of my work is prayer, Bible study, Evangelism, and Meeting with People. Its not always about the task list. I am constantly thinking about my work habits.

So how are you as a worker? Do you work hard? Do you complain much? Do you work with integrity? Are you dependable?

Colossians 3:23-Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters... WHO ARE YOU WORKING FOR?

Let work for the Glory of GOD!!!

Richard Harris began writing about some low attendance records to Council meetings and then wrote, “But many councillors have been to every meeting they were expected to and include Coun James Alexander, council leader Steve Galloway and Coun Dave Taylor. Another top performing councillor is Ann Reid.”

I know I work hard but I was not expecting this accolade. I have made pledges to the people who elected me and I will not let them down. That is why I work hard.

As part of the adoption paperwork, we each have to fill up a long and detailed questionnaire that deals with all things from your childhood and upbringing, to your marriage, to your values, accomplishments etc. Amit and I answered our questionnaires separately (mine was ten pages long!) and then read each others' yesterday night. In some things, especially regarding marriage, we had written very similar stuff, about ourselves and each other, which I think is good.

But.

Among my values, I had listed "hard work". When Amit was reading this, he said, "You know, I don't associate you with hard work."

!!!

To say I was surprised would be putting it mildly. This from the person who knows me best? I was so surprised, that, far from being upset or defensive, I was curious to know why he thought so.

He said some things that surprised me even more.

I'm the sort of person who waits for a "spark", he said, and then I work on that. That's not hard work. Hard work is slogging at something without any inspiration or enjoyment.

Again, this surprised me. First, I never saw myself as the sort of person who has a "spark" - in the sense of a spark of creativity. For instance, when I learned to play the violin over a period of many years, I was never the sort of person who was just good at it without trying. I tried very hard in terms of practising with concentration, commitment, dedication, determination... for years. I eventually became moderately good, but in my estimation, I was never brilliant.

And then, take writing. I know I'm good at expressing myself through writing. But, I classify my writing as narrative or reporting - not creative. I wish I had the "spark" to be more creative - with writing, with music - but I don't feel I do.

I even feel that I put in a lot of "hard work" for tennis. It's another thing that I'm not naturally good at, and I feel that any progress I ever make is by dint of sheer hard work.

But here's the thing - according to Amit, working at something you enjoy - music, tennis, writing, whatever - is not hard work.

"So what do you mean by hard work, or what do you mean when you say I'm not hard working," I asked him.

Once again, I was confused by his answer. He said, "See, you did your MA while you were working. That's not an easy thing to do, most people could not have done it, but you did it. So it was not hard work for you."

What I understood from him - and I may have got this not quite right - is that if I can manage to do something, without too much difficulty, that other people can't do or struggle much more with, then it is due to my intelligence or skill, not due to my hard work.

While I'm happy for the backhanded compliment to my intelligence, I still don't get it. Does it mean that if an intelligent person accomplishes something, it is not due to hard work? Or if someone naturally gifted at music or tennis or writing or photography or whatever, does well in their field, it is not due to hard work? Can't you be both gifted and hard working?

Of course, Amit has not seen me at work. I'm sure that if I were to ask those of you who've worked with me, whether you thought I was "hard working", the answer would be a resounding yes. (Leave a comment if you disagree!)

But what I ask you instead is this: What do you think constitutes hard work?
