<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It is nice to see that there is an instance that the developers are not redeveloping our natural resources.  A generous landowner has donated a 24 acre parcel which sits on the Chattahoochee River just outside I-285 to the city of Sandy Springs.  <a href="http://www.ajc.com/metro/content/metro/northfulton/stories/2008/04/25/greenspace_0425.html">See the link for more information</a>. I am surprised that the city didnot approve a high rise, high density development on this property.</p>
