Hello Gorgeous!

This week we are learning all about Microderm Abrasion. So, how does it work? There are micro-fine crystals in Mary Kay’s formula that instantly go to work polishing dull skin. Dull skin makes a face look older and more tired. Using Mary Kay’s Microderm Abrasion reveals younger, fresher looking skin.

What do you do after to use Microderm Abrasion? Replenish. Replenish your skin with an exclusive triple tea complex. This serum nourishes, instantly smoothes and softens skin.

Just the facts:
In a 12-week clinical study dermatologist panelists saw the following results:
• 83% had a reduction in fine lines and wrinkles
• Up to 25% improvement was seen in skin elasticity
• 100% had softer, more supple skin
• 46% saw an improvement in skin tone

Now that’s science supporting beauty!

Stay young!

Hello!

I can't emphasize enough how important it is to consider this business opportunity. I have some more information for you regarding commission:

Team Building:

Runway fashion at its most exotic and eccentric can be found during Tokyo Fashion Week. Bunnies and Rabbit ears on the girls is just the start. Designer Naoto Hirooka -or H. Naoto to the fashion world, has style that simply cannot go unnoticed.

Anywhere from Gothic Lolita, I must admit a fondness that I have for it, to the punkier styles, H. Naoto's creativity soars. There is no fear to be playful and I love to see the mark pushed further from up and coming designers.

Viktor & Rolf won my heart with their twists on style design, and quite similarly has H. Naoto in such respect.

His dark and interesting designs have even given Hello Kitty a bit of a makeover- dressed and styled to fit the line.

Is there anything grander than cheese- I think not. It plays nicely with wines and fruits, not to mention quite well on its own. Local cheese shops are a gem if you have one available. The busier the better- as the cheese does not sit and is constantly receiving new orders.

But then what do you do when that option is not available? Packaged and processed cheese doesn't have to be the answer- all those chemicals and preservatives aren't cheese after all. Believe it or not, there is an alternative- and a GREAT one at that.

Take a look over at Venissimo.com. A world quality selection at your fingertips and soon to be at your door.

As a reference alone, their information is incredibly valuable. Everything from tasting notes to what to pair your cheese with. It is all there for you.

Lost and confused of where to start- select a category or type and you are on your way. When I saw the category of "stinky cheeses" I knew I was in the right place. Mmmmm... I am hungry just thinking about it now.

Absolute favorite of all favorites when it comes to drinks and and exotic fruits is the Lychee- and a martini especially. I used to bring a bowl of frozen lychees with me when I would lay out on the beach, a favorite luxury of mine. Great anywhere, too- not just out in the sun, and should be often practiced. But I cannot help but involve another love of mine: vodka. They work so beautifully together with just the right balance of smooth and delicate hint of sweetness.

Oh the lovely wonders of the lychee, or litchi depending where you may go. A friend of mine from Japan recognized the fruit as the litchi rather than lychee. She loved them too, and I do not think you could ever eat too much.

Making your own at home is quite simple, provided you can find the lychee- fresh is most desirable, however the canned version are an alright substitute. You can use the juice they are kept in for the drink as well. Maaza provides a great Lychee juice that is delicious on its own.

Look for the lychee next time you are out and about-sorbet, martini, juice, or the fruit alone are all a delightful indulgence.

If its appearance alarms you- worry not, you don't eat the red pointy shell, only the delicate fruit inside. There is no intense acquired taste about it either, I have yet to find anyone who doesn't enjoy them- even the pickiest of eaters.

Bring a little luxury into your drink.

Pure divine fruit preserved in the traditional way of Southern France, still today is within grasp in a delicious way. Of my travels, Nice has such a wonderful feel that can really be noticed at the Confiserie Florian through their creations. Keeping true to history and tradition, the factory is more than happy to guide you through the process- samples along the way a delight to enjoy.

A favorite of mine is the ostrich eggs- a velvety smooth chocolate wrapped in a fragile candy coating. Its all the right textures and balances that melt in just the right way- impossible to ignore or save for later, I devour them in an instant.

Fruit and Chocolate is grand- however do not miss the selection of candied flowers and liquors. Rose and Violet have always been a favorite of mine as a child- simply beautiful and delicate.

Nice alone is quite beautiful, and the Confiserie Florian is a direct reflection. Visit their site www.confiserieflorian.com and you can have them delivered to your home- such a convenience especially when the flight is so long.

Candy lovers everywhere, this is one to indulge and adore.

The name alone comes with a statement and the design follows. Classic beauty with the wow gorgeous factor-talk about being noticed. Out of all my sunglasses my heroine in beige Oliver People's have that old Hollywood glamorous feel that cannot be ignored- I wear them more than any other pair and I have quite a few. They go with anything- from the most casual to the most formal- I love it.

Where to go from there? My next fun loving pair will be the Dior Sunglasses that have the pull out ear wrap around. They are beautiful with very distinct lines that appeal to me. They aren't for everyone- they can swallow your entire face. Proportions are key and must be kept in check, the face is no different.

With an oval face shape you are pretty safe with any style. Always try them on before purchasing. How they look on the shelf and how they look and most importantly feel on- can change drastically.

Have fun and have as many pairs as you like in as many shapes and colors as you like. Don't limit yourself.

Who says a little eye protection cannot be pretty? Not to mention make you feel pretty too- now that's gorgeous.

Just to keep up with the hot trend Zeitgeist, I check in from time to time. Here's an update on things which have caught my eye recently.

in the movie citizen kane who or what is rosebud I'm bemused. There's no location specified (as was the case with the Steven's Point trivia contest), so the trend would seem to have been widespread. To have that lengthy a query without any similar looking relatives hanging around seems unusual. So I'm guessing someone with a national asked that question...

How does it feel to be one of the beautiful people? Now that you know who we are... can we sell you something? How about some music, for instance?

Caroline Kennedy Sweet Caroline Neil Diamond

Pattie Boyd Layla Eric Clapton

Lisa Bonet It Ain't Over Lenny Kravitz

Vanessa Marcil The Most Beautiful Prince

Marisol Thomas Smooth Rob Thomas

Delilah Hey There Delilah Plain White T's

Kim Porter Last Night Diddy

Paula Patoon Lost Without You Robin Thicke

Guy Ritchie Miles Away Madonna

and just because it's my blog, I'll add in a bonus track (not from People magazine) ... Prudence Farrow Dear Prudence The Beatles (I'll bet you thought I'd go with Goodbye Norma Jean, didntcha, huh?)

The whole Miley Cyrus Vanity Fair thing. The usual... titillation of the prurient interests of the average American internet surfer with a scandal involving a cute young thing. So what else is new?

The Jimi Hendrix sex tape. C'mon. The quality can't be that good, we're talking about a 40(+/-) years old original video here, something which has only now come out? Anyway, if you must watch it, you can compare any "rig shots" with the model in the middle below- immortalized by Cynthia Plaster Caster. Kathy Etchingham (Hendrix's longtime girlfriend, for whom The Wind Cries Mary was written more versions here) says the facial resemblance is not quite right.

So... shell out the $40 at your own risk, fans.

Okay, enough circuses. How about some bread? As in stimulus checks (that trend seems to have been most popular on the 25th), Anwar and Anwar oil, hypermiling, prime rate, fed rate cut and rice shortage. If you don't see how all of the above are related on an underlying level, stick around and read through some of the media and consumerism posts I've made. Perhaps the light will dawn. And, of course, some of my thoughts on solutions might be of interest as well.

Indian cricket has always been colorful - the glam, the girls, the money, the fans, the poor perform

Indian cricket has always been colorful - the glam, the girls, the money, the fans, the poor performances and finally, the controversies. Cricket was known to be a gentleman's game, and over the years, has become more a Man's Game. The match-fixing controversies that plagued Indian cricket is still reverberating in the heads of all the die-hard followers of the game. Just when the dust seemed to have settled, the Einsteins at the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) agreed to the ridiculous Indian Premier League (IPL), and killed what was left of Indian Cricket's hope.

All right, I know the saying: If you can't beat them, join them! Fine, I agree, I live in a cricket crazy country and I'm somewhat of a die-hard fan myself. So, I went ahead and watched a few matches in the IPL. And when I was thinking that it probably is not a bad idea to have players from all over the world, mixing with each other, playing with each other, sharing their experience and thoughts and ideas, the idiot-child Harbhajan Singh throws every ounce of shame out the window and slaps Sreesanth in the middle of the ground!!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't players on the same team supposed to at least pretend to like each other? Say and do whatever you want to them in the dressing rooms, but not on the field, in the open, in the era of long tom cameras and satellites that can see every hair on your neck! I was shocked and disgusted by the incident! In a country like mine, where cricket is not just a sport but a religion, players acting in such an indignant manner is unacceptable. Suspending Harbhajan was perhaps the best thing to do.

He has always been an idiot-child, getting into unwanted troubles and being more verbal than sportive. I think its time the BCCI woke up to the ground realities happening around them and stop concentrating on those sexy cheerleaders - Indian Cricket is dying, and the players are getting more and more self-centered everyday. Idiot-child is barely 24 and already a millionaire thrice over, so what can we expect? Keep him in check or throw him out!

I want Indian Cricket to be revived! Enough glamor, enough showing off wealth. Let's play some cricket, and for once, play it in the spirit of the game.

The Atlantic Monthly offers a good assessment of the media's reaction to Jeremiah Wright and his condemnation of racist U.S. policies. The uproar of many white pundits was less to do with the content of Wright's message - as demonstrated by their rampant de-contextualizing - and more to do with how that message shattered their dearly-held conceptions of who Obama is.

Many white people finally realized Obama cannot be colorblind because he, in fact, is a black man with the lived experiences of a person of color in a racist society. And because of that, he may very well - let's hope - share some of Wright's opinions.

No matter the rhetoric he employs, Obama cannot be "post-racial" in a world that still churns profits and white comfort out of oppressions based on race.

His glamour explains a campaign paradox: how a man who wrote a race-conscious coming-of-age memoir about his search for a black identity could be touted as a “post-racial” candidate. The allure of his origins obscured his own account of his inner life.

That’s one reason the revelation of his religious mentor’s racially charged sermons proved so potent. Obama’s association with the Rev. Jeremiah Wright revealed to white audiences that the senator is a self-defined black man who listens sympathetically to—and might even share—the angry grievances of other African Americans. His rhetoric may be inclusive, but he is not colorblind. He does not, by his mere existence, make America’s racial divisions disappear.
