ArchView es una de las mejores herramientas que FireFox puede tener (Claro, aparte del FireNes), esta herramienta te permite el ver archivos .zip o .rar antes de bajarlos, ver su contenido e incluso seleccionar que archivos quieres bajar. La puedes obtener de este lado.

* S es el factor general de forma, que mide la caída del culo o desparramamiento de las carnes.

* C es la esfericidad o redondez de los gluteos.

* B es el factor rebote o bamboleo muscular, que mide la capacidad del culo para moverse.

* F es la firmeza o resistencia a la deformación.

* T la textura de la piel, y tiene en cuenta la presencia de celulitis.

* V es el ratio entre cadera y cintura, o simetría del culo.

Según la fórmula para las mujeres, primero se hallaría el valor (S+C)x(B+F), este se dividiría por T y a dicho cociente se le restaría V. Cada atributo se puntuaría de 1 a 5 ó de 1 a 4 con valores siempre enteros. Veamos la forma de puntuar.

Factor S: Desde 1 para culos con la forma de buñuelo aplastado hasta 5 para aquellos con forma de melocotón.

Factor B: Desde 1 para culos que tiemblan durante al menos 30 segundos cuando reciben una palmadita hasta 5 para aquellos que no se mueven ni durante las practicas coitales siguiendo la postura del perrito.

Factor F: Desde 1 para culos-blandiblu hasta 4 para aquellos duros como una pelota de baloncesto.

Factor T: Desde 1 para culos lisos y suaves como el de un bebe hasta 5 para aquellos con piel de naranja. Este de la imagen tendría un factor T de 1….

Como tenia el sistema listo, me faltaba un monitor de "cosas" asi que me puse a escribir el archivo de configuración de conky (.conkyrc). El resultado de un rato de agregar variables fue este:

Cómo pasa el tiempo!!!, yo aún ni nacía y aunque si llegue a conocer algunos de los aparatos mostrados no me creo que halla sido un estilo de vida geek muy placentero a comparación de ahora que tenemos redes sociales, mensajeria instantanea, los blogs, etc. Bueno como dicen, ninguna epoca es mejor que otra pero yo no me hallaria estando asi jeje.

They (or should I say "we") write software for engineering kinda places to emulate hardware components to test design ideas before they are built for real.  That's the 10,000 foot view of it anyway.  Apparently the whole client side of it can be rather hush hush so I won't mention any more of what goes on without getting written approval from my manager.  The actual job though is proving to be really good though.  I'm doing some serious work (or starting to anyway) and I'm working with some really nice people.  In fact, I don't think there are any not nice people in the company.  I won't say never, since that always works out badly in some comical way, but if there is a horrible person there, they are sure hiding well. The company seems very flexible in the way they approach work and hours.  The prevailing attitude seems to be that so long as you're getting your work done and you're not stopping anyone else getting theirs done, it's all good.  That also means that I need to be flexible in terms of taking conference calls at odd hours with people in other countries, but that's all good for me.

I'm also rather chuffed that I can use Linux as my development platform.  I'm running Linux in a virtual machine from Windows at the moment, but I'm hoping at some point soon to switch it over and run Linux native and Windows in the VM.  I'm also hoping to upgrade my Linux version to something a bit more recent, if my manager thinks that's ok.

Speaking of Windows and Linux, in the last post I mentioned that I had accidently killed my Windows system and was going to stick with Mandriva for a bit.  Well, I did, then I got rid of it.  And no, I didn't go back to Windows, I switched to Ubuntu.  I must say that it (version 8.04) is very slick.  I'm super happy with it and think I'll just stick with it for everything.  If you're thinking of trying out Linux, that's the one I'd recommend at the moment.

Anyway, it's getting on a bit and I really should get off to bed as ... I need to get to work in the morning.  Been a long while since I've been saying that.  Hopefully this will mean getting back to regular posting as I may actually have more to talk about.  Cheers!

In a Harris Interactive survey of 2,030 US adults of whom, 1,778 have actually flown in an airplane, a full three quarters say that cellphone usage on airplanes should be restricted to "non-talking features." In other words, email, texting, and surfing the Web. That's a pretty significant majority seeing as how the EC has cleared the way for calls within European airspace. 69% of consumers agreed that if voice calls are permitted, a special "talking zone" should be established so that other passengers are not interrupted. While the survey reflects our own opinions, take note that the results benefit sites like Yahoo! Mobile, the very company which commissioned the survey. It's also worth highlighting a comment made by a certain Miss Teen, South Carolina who said, "That some US Americans should be unable to do so, because, uh, some-a people out there in our nation don't have cellphones, and such as, maps." Good point.

(Totusi, acum sunt excited. Si incantata de primirile dragute in "lumea celor cu ochelari", pe care mi le-au facut tot felul de prieteni din messenger.)

Ma il caso non è di certo isolato, sono centinaia di migliaia i giovani prede di questi giochi online che hanno bisogno di aiuto. Le tendenze da me riscontrate in tali soggetti sono 2:

• giocare ininterrottamente per ore e ore estraniandosi dalla realtà senza possibilità di recupero: il soggetto in questione è destinato a continuare su tale andazzo fino all'età di 30 anni (quando avrà una crisi esistenziale e capirà che le centinaia di ore impiegate a giocare avrebbe potuto impiegarle per fare qualcosa di costruttivo o comunque non deleterio)

• giocare parecchio con la consapevolezza di essere schiavo di un gioco dal quale non riesce a staccarsi anche dopo vari tentativi di disinstallazione dal PC per "scappare" dal fututo che gli si prospetterebbe seguendo la tendenza al punto 1. Tale soggetto riesce a intervalli più o meno regolari ad avere una qualche sorta di vita sociale, una ragazza, a studiare, a fare attività fisica... insomma... ad avere uno stile di vita più attivo.

Ultimamente sto analizzando le ore effettive dedicate al mouse, tastiera e a una postura gobba sul pc di questi 2 soggetti con i quali condivido l'appartamento. Sull'asse delle x i giorni e sull'asse delle y le ore. Fortuna che le mattina sono praticamente sempre a lezione. I dati del fine settimana non sono in mio possesso in quanto i 2 soggetti (come me) tornano a casa non essendoci corsi universitari da seguire.

Una discriminante è anche il fatto che una partita online a questi giochi dura non meno di 45 minuti, con tutte le conseguenze del caso che si riflettono sugli impegni prefissati.

Lancio un appello a tutti i genitori di figli posseduti dai videogiochi per troppo tempo:  STACCATE LA SPINA!!!. Staccategliela! Se non lo fate li avrete sulla coscienza per tutta la vita e se diventeranno dei nerd sfigati perdenti sarà ANCHE colpa vostra.
