Hotel de Crillon in Paris is one of the oldest and most exclusive luxury hotels in the world. It is located on the foot of the Champs Elysees at No. 10 on the north end of Place de la Concorde.

L'Occitane en Provence is an international retailer of body, face and home products.  The company was founded in 1976 by Oliver Baussan and is based in Manosque, France.  The name L'Occitane means "the woman from O'ccitania" - O'ccitania being the region we know today as Provence.

My favorite soaps and skin creams are by L'Occitane.   A list of my four favorite products are:

1) Lait Corporel (Body Lotion)

2) Savon Verveine (Verbena Soap)

3) Savon Lait (Milk Soap)

4) Creme de Miel (Honey Cream) - You'll smell so sweet like honey you may want to eat yourself. It's extremely sticky, but you'll feel so soft after it absorbs into the skin.

Fauchon is a luxury food shop in Paris, similar in stature to Fortnum & Mason in London, Fauchon was founded in 1886 by Auguste Fauchon.  There are many stores in France, as well as worldwide, but their flagship store is located on the place de la Madeleine in the 8e arrondissement of Paris.

When ever I visit Paris I love any excuse to visit this beautiful store.  There I'll pick up a few pink boxes filled with delicate chocolates to bring back to my friends and family.

In the U.S.A Fauchon chocolates can be found at various Neiman Marcus stores.

Καμιά δεκαριά μέρες είχα να φάω με τέτοια όρεξη και μη μου πείτε κι εσείς ότι είμαι ερωτευμένη, όπως μου λεν φίλες εδώ... η αλήθεια είναι ότι σ' αυτές τις μέρες από 64 κιλά κατέβηκα στα 60 αλλά πρέπει γι αυτό να 'μαι ερωτευμένη; Όχι πως δεν θα το θέλαμε να 'μασταν αλλά πού τέτοιες χάρες...

Τέλος πάντων - άλλα ήθελα να γράψω...

Για το facebook ήθελα να πω και όσοι από εσάς δεν έχετε εγραφεί εκεί σπεύσετε να το κάνετε γιατί έχει φάση!

Μεταξύ των "φίλων μου" εκεί είναι και η First Lady of France, η Carla Bruni αλλά και ο αγαπητός όλων μας, ο Silvio Berlusconi και με ρωτάν διάφοροι αν τον τύπο αυτόν τον γουστάρω, κι εγώ απαντώ:

1- δεν πρέπει να γουστάρουμε όλους τους φίλους μας - εκεί έγκειται η μεγαλοσύνη της ψυχής μας, στο να ανεχόμαστε τον διαφορετικό και τον δύσκολο...
2-Μια χαρά τον βρίσκω τον τύπο αφού "μία από τα ίδια" είναι και αυτός με την μόνη `ευχάριστη` διαφορά ότι αυτός με τα καμώματά του μας κάνει και γελάμε - έτσι για να σπάσει και λιγάκι η σοβαροσύνη μεταξύ πολιτικών...
3- δεν χρειάζεται να είναι κολλητός μου φίλος για να τον έχω στην λίστα μου - ούτως ή άλλως στο facebook "πλακάκια" κάνουμε...
4-αν οι Ιταλοί τον εκλέγουν εμένα δεν μου πέφτει λόγος να μην τον συμπαθώ....

Κι άλλα ένα σωρό θα μπορούσα να γράψω αλλά με τον τέλειο καιρό που σήμερα έχουμε στην Στοκχόλμη θέλω οπωσδήποτε να επισκεφτώ τον κηπάκο μου που καιρό έχω να δω!
