4) Agora você pode remover com segurança o anel de brilante ou de plástico. Note como ele encaixa embaixo ba PCB, e como o cabo LCD passa. Isso pode ser um pouco complicado para remontar depois, então se você se lembrar de como estava antes, vai ser bem mais fácil colocar de volta.

5) Você pode agora ver a parte de trás da placa onde está a o visor LCD. Devem ter dois parafusos nela. Novamente, remova-os com a chave de fenda e coloque-os em um (outro) container! Não os perca! Voce precisa deles! Depois disso, voce pode tirar a placa do plástico. Lembre-se, o cabo LCD marrom é frágil, não quebre-o! Sem ele seu mp3 não funcionará.

3. Instale os drivers e faça o windows detectar o player

Primeiramente, desinstale o "mp3 player tools" que voce havia instalado antes. Instale a versão 1.45 disponível em Ferramentas.
Desplugue o player e remova todos os drivers relacionados as portas USB no gerenciador de dispositivos.(device mananger)
Agora, clique em "procurar por mudanças no hardware". Após as instalação dos novos drivers USB, plugue o seu player.
Se voce tiver problemas com os drivers, estes podem ser obtidos no mesmo local onde você instalou o " MP3 player utilities"(arquivos de programas/MP3 Player Utilities/), nas pastas "Windows98Drv", e "Dissipate/drivers".
Se voce seguir todos esses passos e o windows ainda não reconheceu o seu mp3 player, voce pode tentar apertar todos os botões ao conectar o seu mp3 player. Tente todos os botões, e mantenha-os pressionados. Se não der certo, você pode tentar conectá-lo em outro computador.
Se nada funcionar, não se desespere, você ainda pode tentar curto circuito na memória para colocar o player no "recovery mode", um modo de segurança.

4. Instale um update program compatível

Pule esse passo se o mp3 update tool funciona.

Si ya habian buscado una actualización del firmware para este modelo en particular (el modelo ENRTR-104 es muy distinto) se habrán dado cuenta que en la página de encore-usa.com ni siquiera esta listado el modelo ENRTR-104-2. Esto es por que (según mis fuentes <yo mero> ) este modelo no lo fabrica Encore, si no que lo fabrica TP-Link, y Encore solo le pone la marca y el nombre (y si no es asi el hardware y firmware que manejan es el mismo). Fue del sitio de TP-Link de donde baje este firmware mas reciente y es 100% compatible con el router encore (yo actualice el mio y no he tenido ningún problema ).

Es un proyecto open source que basicamente aprovecha las propiedades del procesador de la cámara y permite usarlo al máximo. Y es que mi querida Canon Powershot A630 tiene un procesador DIGIC II que es el mismo procesador que tienen algunas de las canon reflex digitales de primera linea. Es decir que ese mismo procesador es capaz de procesar mucha mas información de la que actualmente hace en mi cámara.

Entre los features que puedo agregar con este software:

• Capturar fotos en formato RAW (ahora voy a poder hacer HDR reales, no mas fakes)
• Más información en la pantalla LCD (Zebra!, indicador de batería, de profundidad de campo, histograma, y unas cuantas cosas mas!)
• Settings adicionales, como tiempo de exposición (hasta 65 segundos) o sensibilidad por fuera del rango oficial
• la posibilidad de correr programas (scripts) programados en una especie de BASIC (sabía que algún día lo volvería a usar :P )
• Correr otros programas de terceros, incluso juegos!

Todas estas cosas y otras mas se logran, y sin modificar el firmware, porque funciona copiando unos archivos a la tarjeta SD que se cargan al momento de prender la cámara.

Si tienen una cámara Canon fijense si existe una versión para su modelo, toma 5 minutos bajarlo y tenerlo andando, despues me cuentan...

Obviously the fault was causing the wireless hardware on my machine to do something that affected everything else.

Checking the router home page revealed that the new firmware had indeed been downloaded overnight.

So, if anyone else has had a problem with Intel-based laptops and BT HomeHubs, installing the new firmware may well sort out the problem.

1. First off check for the latest firmware here, and see which CDA contains the latest one.
2. You'll need a software called XS++. It's free, and it's probably the most useful app you've ever used. Kudos to the author.
3. Start XS++.
4. Turn off your P1i, take the battery out and reinsert. Press 'C' as you connect the USB cable and when your PC detects the phone, release the button.
5. Tick the 'Smartphone Connect' option in XS++ and click Connect.
6. Now time to do a backup in case something bad happens. Tick the GDFS option and then click on the Backup button.
7. Your P1i should be disconnected after the process is completed. Reconnect by doing instruction 3.
8. Now for the fun part. Tick the Flash option, and choose the CDA you wish to change to. I recommend World Generic 1 (WG1), as it's the one SE rolls out with the latest updates and changes. The current one is now R9K009, which is offered on WG1, WG2, HKG, and numerous other regions.
9. Click Run Script. Wait until the process is done - your phone should disconnect at this point.
10. Now run Sony Ericsson's Update Service. Just let everything work on it's own - the updates should download and you should be left with a brand new, "World Generic 1 / or whatever region you changed to" P1i.

So there you go. There are other ways to change your CDA and your firmware, but this is by far the simplest method of doing so.

Habe meinem LG GSA-4081B DVD Brenner gerade eine neue Firmware verpasst, in der Hoffnung das er nicht mehr so komisch rumrödelt wenn er die Drehzahl der DVD senkt.

Firmware war auf der LG Seite recht flott gefunden, genauso reibungslos funktionierte der Download. Das aufspielen der neuen Firmware war auch ein Kinderspiel.

Nun besitzt der Brenner nicht mehr die Version A101 der Firmware sondern die Version A104.

Nur geändert hat sich nichts. Rödelt immer noch komisch rum. Werd den Brenner vielleicht die Tage mal öffnen. Eventuell ist das Problem mechanischer Natur.

You'll have to wait for a Blu Ray disc that has the ethernet firmware on it. The current Blu Ray player they are offering doesn't have firmware update support, or ethernet, making it effectively dead in the water. It's also expensive.

• PS3 households spent around 15 percent of the time they devoted to using their PS3s watching BD movies in 2007's last quarter. This rose to 23 percent in January and February of 2008.
• The proportion of US PS3 households using the PS3 as a BD player is up from 53 percent to 80 percent in the same period of time.
• In the course of Sony's campaign to encourage people to watch BD movies on their PS3s, the number of PS3 households buying BD movies rose from 10 percent to 15 percent.

With the growing installed base and more people becoming aware of what their PS3 systems can do, there's really little surprise over these figures. And of course, the best reason to get a Playstation3? Darth Vader, of course. Join the dark side!!!

Hoy Apple nos ofrece la actualización del firmware de los iPod Nano 3G. La versión 1.1.2 parece que soluciona algunos errores, aunque realmente no sé qué errores porque yo no le he encontrado ninguno... Y, esto sí, Apple nos prepara para el alquiler de películas vía iTunes, del cual hablamos y opinamos ayer. Así que cuando conectéis vuestros Nano a iTunes os aparecerá la actualización ya dicha.

Aprovecho para comentar un tema sobre el iPod Nano, me parece un gadget perfecto. Es decir, que ni el iPhone me parece tan buen gadget como el Nano 3G, por diseño, por fucionalidad, por tamaño, por interactividad. Para mí es el rey de los iPod. Tenía ganas de decirlo si no lo había hecho ya. ;)
