Horsetail Extract contains the very powerful supplement silica; this is an essential component of your connective tissues, and as such imperative in the restoration of your of your skin's elasticity as well as the decrease in appearance of cellulite.

Horsetail has been used for centuries to strengthen nails, hair and reduce the signs of aging in skin. Skin loses its elasticity as it ages, which is due to a weakening of the connective fibers between the skin cells and cell layers. As these fibers are restored the elasticity of the skin returns and it appears smoother and firmer. This can have a dramatic effect on the appearance of your cellulite, which is visible mostly due to loosening of the skin.

As the condition of skin regresses with age, it also explains why cellulite worsens as you age; you are not actually experiencing an increase in cellulite, you are seeing the results from weaker connective tissue. Horsetail is the most powerful natural supplement to repair the connective tissue and restore your skins natural firmness.

Caffeine works as a stimulant as well as a vasodilator; it stimulates the breakdown of fat cells and also widens the blood vessels in the area.

[wp_caption id="attachment_5" align="alignnone" width="420" caption="Caffeine"][/wp_caption]

As such Caffeine stimulates the circulation and blood flow, which helps remove toxins, fat and excess fluids. When blood is allowed to move into the region the natural metabolic pathways of the body are stimulated and you will also burn more fat naturally. Caffeine also inhibits phosphodiesterase.

These are enzymes which are responsible for the break down of cyclic AMP, which in turn deprives the body of energy. By preventing the phospodiesterases from breaking down the cyclic AMP the energy is used efficiently. Topical use of caffeine is preferred over oral use, as its effects will be localized and concentrated. Through oral use the caffeine will never reach the target area in a concentrated form.

The natural miracle berry or Miracle Berry Tablets ?

The natural miracle berry or Miracle Berry Tablets ?

Obviously, its much better to eat a natural fruit rather than a synthetic tablet ?

Well, in the case of the miracle berry there is more of an argument in favour of taking the tablet, that is because, not only is the actual miracle fruit hard to come by, it grows wild in Africa, has a short shelf life of just one or two days after harvesting and the active ingredient miraculin starts declining immediately after picking.

However, the miracle berry tablets are made from freeze dried extract of the miracle berry. The miracle berries are freeze dried immediately after harvest therefore preserving all the miraculin and the product itself can last up to one year in normal conditions.

So, even though eating the actual miracle berry itself is a more natural way to enjoy the taste trip, it seems that miracle berry tablets are much more accessible and available. The miracle berry tablet itself is not synthetic either, it is merely made from the freeze dried extract and then uses corn starch as a binding agent, without any chemicals or preservatives involved, therefore it can be said that the miracle berry tablet is just as good as the actual miracle berry, and in some way even better because the freeze dried extract of up to three miracle berries are used to make a single miracle berry tablet.

More details about this can be found in the miracle berry blog.

So maybe all this time-travelling has got to me, but I thought I’d take a look at the Warhamme

So maybe all this time-travelling has got to me, but I thought I'd take a look at the Warhammer Online novel that's due to be published in September 2008 (make of that date what you will!). How can I provide such an insight you might ask? Well, those helpful people over at The Black Library have provided a 15-page excerpt to whet our appetites, so I thought I'd read through it and see if I felt hungry.

Written by Anthony Reynolds, Empire in Chaos is set firmly in the Warhammer Online universe, which distinguishes it from many Black Library releases. It's listed as the first in a series of novels that take place in the MMORPG's universe. Now, I've not read any of the World of Warcraft novels, so this is my first foray into computer game-related fiction, and of course, I've only got 15 pages to play with her. But it gave me enough of a taste to ask my local library to order it for me (ok, so it's also my workplace, but for the record many libraries are happy to take suggestions!).

So, without further ado, here's the overview of the novel:

When Annaliese Jaeger’s* village is overrun and destroyed by mutants, she and an injured elf captive are the only survivors. As the two unlikely companions fight their way towards Black Fire Pass, Annaliese discovers within herself powers of courage and faith that inspire all around her. With a grizzled witch hunter and a dwarf warrior, the heroes battle alongside the armies of the Empire and the dwarfs, above and below the earth, against greenskin tribes and the hordes of Chaos.

The extract provided comes from the start of the novel and describes in glorious detail the mutant attack on Annaliese's village and her first interaction with the elf captive. It's very well-written and the details of the horrors of the attack as well as the inhuman treatment of the elf in captivity really drew me into the action a lot more than I'd expected from such a short extract. And it made me think more about the setting for Warhammer Online, and how it's actually a fairly horrific prospect for war to be everywhere.

The excerpt really captures how people would live and think and react within this universe, and as a fan of roleplaying (although more casual these days), it did make me smile and change how I feel about the idea of RvR in-game. I want to feel like I'm fighting for my life and that of my friends, family and everything I hold dear!

Anyway, I am looking forward to this and the rest of the series; a set of Warhammer novels that'll take place in our universe, one we'll shape. 15 pages doesn't take long to read, why not check it out and see what you think?

* Yes, she shares a surname with Felix from the Gotrek and Felix novels.. will be interesting to see where this heads.

CHM is a Microsoft Corp baby. This file format according to me is one of the best things to have hap

CHM is a Microsoft Corp baby. This file format according to me is one of the best things to have happened to computing world. CHM file format facilitates archiving of millions of html files into onesingle file, including the images and all. Now, Linux boxes and mac boxes don`t have built-in support for handling CHM files. The most probable reason if it`s exclusion by default from Linux boxes may seem very obvious to you. (read: I <3 MICROSOFT but SOME PEOPLE HAY8 IT). So, no worries, ample tools are available for using CHM files on LINUX and MAC.

Linux users have at their disposal xchm, gnochm and kchmviewer for reading CHM files. All these are available in the default software repositories of the various popular Linux Distros. Fedora 9 users may find an application called Okular already installed. This will take care of the CHM files on Fedora 9 boxes. Other tux users can simply install any of the above mentioned three softwares via their respective repo-tools (YUM for Fedora/RED-HAT/SuSE/Mandriva tch tch and apt-get for debiansa nd ubuntus). Now lets see how we can actually extract the html files from the CHM files. (YES, this can be done). Just follow the following instructions:

1) Install a package called libchm:

for debian/ubuntu:
$ sudo apt-get install libchm-bin

for fedora/redhat/suse:
$ sudo yum -y install chmlib

2) use this command to extract the contents of a file called test.chm to the directory
chmtest/ (works on all distros)

==> $ extract_chmLib test.chm chmtest/

Windows users may also try this extraction of HTML files from CHM files with the use of an
inbuilt utility called hh.exe. In the command line type:

hh.exe -decompile chmtest test.chm

to extract the contents of a file called test.chm to the directory chmtest.

MAC Users may try the hack by following these instructions:

Install the chmdump using port on ur box:
$ sudo port install chmdump

Then extract a CHM file with:
$ chmdump test.chm chmtest.

<?php

$marca = "Ferrari";
$origem = "Los Cabos";

$carros_collection = array("marca"=>"Audi","ano"=>"2008","modelo"=>"A4");
$busu_collection = array("origem"=>"Lapa","destino"=>"Liberdade");

extract($carros_collection, EXTR_PREFIX_SAME, "tidoc");
extract($busu_collection, EXTR_SKIP);

echo "<BR/>$marca, $ano, $modelo, $tidoc_marca";
echo "<BR/>$origem, $destino, $tidoc_origem";?>

O resultado vai ser:

Ferrari, 2008, A4, Audi

EXTR_OVERWRITE, EXTR_PREFIX_ALL, EXTR_PREFIX_INVALID, EXTR_IF_EXISTS, EXTR_PREFIX_IF_EXISTS, EXTR_REFS.

Recomendo dar uma lida na documentação: http://www.php.net/manual/pt_BR/function.extract.php

Ever

Did you know that Waiora's AgariGold with H1X1 is much more than mushrooms and bamboo?

Every cell in the body is comprised of proteins, the building blocks of life. Amino acids are the chemical substances that make up protein. Our bodies use 22 amino acids to make the 50,000 different proteins we must have to be healthy. Of the 22 amino acids there are eight that are essential for human nutrition. An essential amino acid is one that cannot be synthesized from other available resources, and therefore must be supplied as part of the diet. You can find these amino acids in a wide variety of food sources; however, you can find ALL eight of them and then some in Waiora's AgariGold with H1X1!

The eight essential amino acids are:

Tryptophan - a precursor for serotonin and melatonin

Lysine - a lysine deficiency can result in a deficiency in niacin (Vitamin B).

Methionine - supplies ulphur and other compounds required by the body for normal metabolism and growth

Valine - needed for muscle metabolism, tissue repair, and for the maintenance of proper nitrogen balance in the body

Leucine - a branched chain essential amino acid that stimulates muscle protein synthesis and may be the major fuel involved in anabolic (tissue building) reactions

Lsoleucine - a branched chain amino acid that is important for blood sugar regulation, muscle development and repair, hemoglobin development and energy regulation

Threonine - important for antibody production

Phenylalanine - serves in the body as a precursor to the catecholamine family of hormone, which include adrenaline and noradrenaline - the activating substances in the central and peripheral nervous systems

AgariGold with H1X1 features a patented blend of the Brazilian Agaricus mushroom with another powerful Agaricus strain, which has resulted in a hybrid more potent than the original Brazilian Agaricus alone. This unique and highly powerful hybrid has been combined with Sasa Bamboo, possibly the world's most efficacious antioxidant, to create Waiora's groundbreaking AgariGold with H1X1, a revolutionary, life-enhancing superfood! In addition to the eight essential amino acids, AgariGold with H1X1 also contains more than a hundred other essential nutrients for health including vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, enzymes and essential fatty acids.*

* These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Found wandering in a field as a child, Lee Ross was given a name by the state and placed in a foster

Found wandering in a field as a child, Lee Ross was given a name by the state and placed in a foster home–without anyone realizing she wasn't entirely human. All her life, she's tried to dismiss the odd dreams that have plagued her, dreams of monsters creeping through the night and a man, fighting demons by her side. But the bruises she wakes up with are all too real to ignore

Then the man from dreams appears in the flesh. His name is Kalen and he insists that her destiny lies in his world, the world of her dreams. To save their people, he must convince Lee to give everything she knows, follow her heart and cross into the Under Realm, even though once she does, she'll never be able to return.

Just a quick note: this is from the unedited review copy.

Jealousy had a good, tight hold on Kalen and even though common sense told Kalen he was overreacting, he couldn't stop. He kept replaying those moments over and over in his mind, Morne bent over Lee while she stared at him with a look akin to fascination. Their focus on each other had been complete. For a few moments, nothing else had existed, not the war, not the world around them and not Kalen.

He wasn't sure what pissed him off the most. Morne touching her—or that complete and utter focus that blinded them to all else. He'd known Morne for years—the enigmatic stranger had appeared in their midst not longer after Kalen's father had died. Mistrustful of the man at first, Kalen had slowly grown to trust him, gotten to know him.

Kalen also knew his people. Women went nuts over Morne. It was almost like there was something inside of the man that called to women. Even in the middle of war, the man wouldn't ever have to spend a moment alone, if he didn't want to.

Morne barely seemed to notice. Kalen could count on one hand how many times he'd seen the man voluntarily touch anybody unless he was doing a Healing. So why in the name of the saints was the bastard touching Lee?

When Kalen had stumbled upon them, there had been something weird hanging in the air. Some odd, intangible connection. Kalen wasn't sure what pissed him off the more, that bizarre tension in the air or the fact that Morne had been touching her.

It had just been her face. Morne's hand cupping her cheek, his fingers pushed inside her hair, their faces close but not touching. Staring at each other. Lee had looked hypnotized. It wasn't something that could be called innocent, but neither had there been anything overtly sexual about the encounter either. Still, anybody touching Lee was enough to enrage him.

Kalen growled and spun away from her to prowl the tight confines of the small cabin.

He couldn't believe…He bounced back from the disbelief to the irrational fury. He swung back around to her and closed to the distance between them. Fisting one hand in the soft, silky shirt she wore under her cavinir, he jerked her up onto her toes. "Why did he touch you? What did he want?"

Her soft blue eyes weren't so soft as she glared at him. They blazed like blue flame and fury flushed her face a delicate pink. She closed her hand around his wrist and tugged in an attempt to dislodge his grip. "I don't know what he wanted. And would you quit acting like you found us rolling naked on the ground?"

Oh, now that was the completely wrong thing to say. That image exploded in Kalen's mind and he jerked Lee forward. Her soft, strong body crashed into his as he lowered his mouth to hers. "Don't let him touch you again, Lee. You hear me?"

Don't you just want this? Goodness knows I do. Comment to be entered to win a copy of a Bratty Book that's available on Fictionwise to the tune of 6USD. And there's Shiloh's guestblog too!

'Slight, this is the stupidest fucking job I have ever been on and you are the main fucking reason for that.
Before he knew what he was doing he had a six inch blade protruding from the small man's eyeball and Slight was trying to choke the life out of him.

He yanked, it snapped, and he wiped the blade -- all very expertly done considering he had hardly drawn any breath since Slight's meaty fingers had cut off the air supply running through his windpipe. He stabbed the little bastard in the throat and pulled it out, feeling gristle and meat slide on the blade.

The target span on his heel, gun on the end of a wrist poppingly fast motion that had bullets spraying towards the dying form of Slight and the soon-to-be-dead-if-he-didn't-get-his-arse-in-gear Grit. Grit dropped and rolled and had his weapon in his hand at least as fast as the quarry had managed, but the guy was gone -- running towards his vehicle no doubt; now clued in to the fact that there was someone out trying to kill him.

Grit got up and gave chase but he knew it was useless -- fuck Slight and his neanderthal bullshit. A botched job meant a besmirched reputation, no money and a pissed off client. Some pissed off clients hired someone else but some of them put that on hold until they had dealt with the failed assassin. Grit, at present, had no idea what kind of client Jake Grimoire was, but he had a feeling in his gut that he was not going to like the outcome of this one at all. Slight's associates might also represent a major obstacle to remaining alive as well. There was likely to be one hell of a lot of blood shed. Grit was ready. Time to get back to home base and make some hard and fast decisions.

Anti inflamasi

Membantu penyembuhan sinusitis (Beta Gamat Emulsion)

Meningkatkan Kesuburan pria dan wanita (Beta Gamat Emulsion)

Mempercepat penyembuhan luka (radang, Jerawat, Luka bakar)

Meningkatkan stamina dan daya tahan tubuh

Menghaluskan kulit (Gamat Vitagel)

It could be .iso.001, .iso.002 ... or .part1.rar, .part2.rar ... or .r01, .r02 ... etc etc.

There're two possibilities to extract these files. 1. These are slpitted files during compression using winrar. Put all files in one folder. Just extract the first file, it will extract everything. 2. These are splitted files using splitting software such as cutncopy, hjsplit etc. We need use them to joint all files together.

There're some explaination links:
