In the case of Ms. Eve Carson of Chapel Hill, N.C., and the ATM photos, Detail 4 of ATM 3, one of the frames of a video that police thought showed only the driver, shows another hoodlum compressed behind the windshield post like a jack-in-the-box.  Zoom in a few times without any other changes and look for his left shoe above the door of the second car.  Apparently he's standing on the dashboard with his right foot which is hidden by the post.  Above the right shoe and in the area of the windshield is the dark area of his head.  Near the windshield post is his hand coming through a hole in the windshield reaching for one of two guns sticking through the post.  To see the guns it's necessary to turn up the brightness.  Only a bit of the gun barrels are visible pointing toward the rear of the car. 

      Notice above the driver's head that the hand operating the cutting tool as discussed in X Hat, is turned around 180 degrees from the position in ATM 2 even though the driver is in the exact same position and there's no sign of this jack-in-the-box guy.  Only a few seconds elapsed at most between frames and there's been a big change in the scene.

      In the upper area of detail of ATM 2 there are two hoodlums, one holding a gun in a horizontal position, the other aiming a gun over the roof.  In the lower area of detail their shadows are cast on the door panel.

     Above the side post in Detail 16 of Atm 2 there's a tree between an arm and a  head.  A piece of metal from a hole cut in the roof obscures part of his head to the right of the tree.  His arm looks like one of the tree limbs in the background, but it's against the background and shaped like an arm.  He appears to be holding a gun in a horizontal position over the head of another shooter just below it.  The second shooter is left-handed and wearing a dark hat with a white emblem on the front.  He's below a round mystery object, pointing a gun toward the entrance to Willow Drive.  This is the fourth such shooter on guard to kill anyone spoiling their party.  Zoom way in to see the gun slightly above the roof rail.  It's easiest to start at the muzzle where the sight is barely visible against the white background of a tree.  To the right of the dark barrel, a light colored area begins, against which are three fingers of his right hand.  A right-handed shooter holds a gun with his left hand.  Next is the stock below his left eye in a slighter lighter tone than his face.  If it's too difficult to see, that's not a problem.  Just look at the door panel for his shadow.

      Zoom in on the passenger's side door panel to see the shadows depicted in Detail 17 of ATM 2.  The door is open because it's not horizontal.  A clear shadow of the shooter is above the right end of the arm rest.  His gun is a little confusing due to some interference.  The other hood raizing a gun could be the slanted oval area behind the shooter.  Add one to the gangster count since the tosser may have been counted in another post.

      I could be accused of making too much of a bunch of smudgy interference, but I've been looking at these pictures day and night for nearly four months and the only interference I see are tears.

     Directly above the driver of the foreground car and sitting on the roof of the second car are two hoodlums with disguises.  Detail 15 of ATM 2 shows one wearing a dog mask with its mouth twisted toward the left resembling a smirk.  The hoodlum to the left is wearing a mask of a long face craggy man with an undersized black hat.

      In the same area of ATM 1 they are not wearing disguises.  The one who was wearing the dog mask has it pushed to the top of his head exposing his face.  He looks much like his mask with a big droopy face.  The other thug has his left hand over the edge of the foreground car while his right hand holds a gun pointed toward the entrance from Willow Drive.  He's wearing sunglasses, but only the left side of his face is visible.  He appears to be sitting in a relaxed manner and the gun is propped on the roof of the foreground car in a similar manner.  Only the muzzle end is visible.  This one makes the third thug who's pointing a gun toward the entrance along with the thug holding the tray and the shooter in the passenger side corner.  ATM 2 comes later in time, so they put on their masks to shoot which doesn't make sense because they are going to kill everybody anyway.  It was extremely fortunate no innocent person pulled into the ATMs at that time.

I have no doubt that this young woman lost her life because every day Americans are too worried with being called racist or offending someone to actually stand up and demand that instead of coddling the thuggish behavior that we condemn it and demand this be changed and all the excuses are just that, and part of the problem.  We are supposed to find out next week the autopsy results, which will show if there was sexual assault, apparently there appears to be some circumstantial evidence there was.  Let's remember her family and keep them in prayer.  Click here for Fox News' update on the case.

      Detail 14 of ATM 2 shows the driver of the second car turning his head to see what's going on.  He's moving along the crimes, transporting the guys with the guns in the back seat.  To think he doesn't have a gun is like thinking of a train without a locomotive.  In front of the driver's face is a hand on the windshield with a finger or two through holes.  So much of the windshield was knocked out they could enter and exit the car through it.  That's probably the way the thug in the skull costume entered to grab the gun from behind the steering wheel.  He couldn't go around to the driver's side because of the drilling on the ATM by the other thug so he jumped through the windshield.

   In the Area of Detail of ATM 1 outside the the steering wheel there's a female face and an image which appears to be a fist, but a closer look makes it clear it's actually her legs.

      In Detail 10 of ATM 1 the image of the face seems very small in relation to the driver in the foreground because of the way the lens handles objects in the distance.  It's focus is on users of the ATM.  Her face is to the lower right of the steering wheel slightly over the passenger's side seat in the background.  The edge of of the broken window goes over part her right forehead and her left forehead may have an injury visible as a black line.  Below the bottom of the steering wheel is an image that appears to be a hand in the shape of a fist.  Zoom in as far as possible, turn up the brightness and contrast, and notice the broken glass is the cause of the image looking like a fist.  What appeared to be fingers are her legs folded at the knees with the feet pointing to the left where they disappear under another pair of legs folded in the same manner.  There's a white streak that separates the two pair of legs.  They were laying accross the area that was the center console, which they gangsters cut away with tools.

      In Detail 13 of ATM 2 there's been some movement.  Her face is in a slightly different position, and a dark image of apparent clothing is around one of her legs below the knee.  The feet of the other hostage are now visible.  They are criscrossed with the bottom of the top foot facing down and the bottom of the lower foot facing up.  It's not easy to see because it involves noticing very slight changes in tone.  Inside the rim of the steering wheel there's a dense white circle behind interference which may be the shirt Ms. Carson was wearing.  She was found wearing a navy blue short sleeve shirt with a red circle and a white emblem inside. 

      ATM 3 shows very clearly the two hostages.

      Detail 3 of ATM 3 shows Hostage 2 above Hostage 1 in plain view.  Zooming in a little is all that's needed to see her.  Both hostages are agape, Hostage 1 more so as if she's screaming in terror at what they are seeing.

      In the case of Ms. Eve Carson of Chapel Hill, N.C., there were ATM photos released by police.  This is a close examination of them.  

     In Detail 12 of ATM 2 look past the driver, through the passenger's side window, through the driver's side window of the second car and zoom in seven times with the contrast turn up.  There's an image of a gun standing staight up as if it's resting on someone's knee.  There's a smudgy image of a hand holding it up to the right with fingers wrapped around the gun's midsection.  It appears to be an automatic type gun; it's definitely not a revolver but something with a multiple shot magazine.  In the upper right corner of the frame there's a dark outline of a thug with his face turn toward the camera.  There's another thug looking out the passenger's side window.  His back is facing the camera above and right of the gun.

     There's a different version of ATM 2 referred to here as ATM 3 which doesn't show the gun.  It's a grainier photo, but for some unknown reason it renders a perfect image of someone sitting on the floor of the second car with his back to the front and holding a gun out the passenger's side window.

Just zoom way in and turn up the contrast and all of a sudden it appears.  His legs are spread apart with the left leg along the door panel and the right leg pointing toward the camera.  He's covering the rear area with a gun that looks like a sawed-off-shotgun that gangsters are so crazy about.

      There were several false assumptions left on the public about the crimes of that night.  That there was no gang is one; there was one victim is the second; and there was no sexual assault was the third.  Those thugs in the photos were sick pathetic killers and at least the driver was planning a sexual assault.  Nobody wants to hear it, the public would be happy not to have to deal with it, but there's an obvious image that suggests it happened.  In the area of detail of ATM 2 there's a phallus in plain view and a penis next to it in not so plain view.

      In Detail 11 of ATM 2 there's a thing that looks like a penis sticking straight up from the driver's lap.  It's not a penis because there's something attached to it that looks like a small latex glove.  It also has a squarish component near the top .  Exactly what it is and what it's called is a complete mystery, but in this situation with these lunatics it doesn't suggest anything good.  It seems to be attached to a panel that has a V shape at its left end with another mystery object at the vertex of the V.  Between the phallus and the door the driver has his hand on his penis.  It's very faint and it can be seen easily enough by zooming in and doing a little fiddling with the image adjustments.

      In ATM 2 there are 3 additional unseen gangsters in the back seat falling over each other eargerly cutting away the driver's side glass with knives.  An automatic question is "How can that many people be in such a small area?"  They're idiots; they don't think like normal civilized human beings; they are part of a gang that gives them power and authority to their useless, squalid lives.  Being crammed in a stolen car with weapons and their gang buddies is all part of their nasty existence.

       Detail 10 of ATM 2 shows 5 hands with knives cutting the glass at the same time.  The biggest knife is the easiest to see.  Zoom way in, turn up the brightness and midtone, and the contrast as far as it will go.  There's a faint circle in white around two guns through the side post put there by the media or police.  Below the guns there's a large hand holding a knife along the side post.  It's pointing toward the left and it's held by a left hand as are the others.  To the right of the side post on the blade and before the fingers is a dark area which is likely tape wrapped around it since it crosses the groove.  Above the big knife is another smaller one with a narrow blade extending over the side post just as far.  The fingers around it can be seen by noticing a very slight change in tone that suggest three fingers and finger nails.  Above this knife is an even smaller one with an upwardly curved blade held by a left hand in a fist position.  His sleeve can be seen disappearing around the side post.  Below the big knife is a smaller blade held by a hand in a similar fashion.  The blade is clear enough to see that it extends the same distance as the big knife, but the fingers aren't so clear.  At the right of frame is a thug outside in plain view with a knife slicing a gash in the glass.  He was outlined and counted in another post, "Animal out the Window."  Add 3 to the gangster count, assuming one hand could be that of one of those already counted, and the total now is 19.

Actual ATM Photos

    Within a few hundred yards of the corner of South Estes Drive and Willow Drive there are 14 ATMs, which operate around the clock.  To gangsters they are just 14 boxes with money inside waiting to be cracked open, or an invitation to pluck someone out of their home or off the street and hold a gun to their head for a PIN number.  So far in this blog there have been an additional 13 gangsters discovered in the ATM photos that weren't mentioned by police, bringing the total to 15.  A gang of this size equipped with guns and cutting tools wouldn't likely stop at an attempt on just one machine, especially with so many others in close proximity.  Police have said there were no other suspicious incidents that night; so they said.

     In the area of detail of ATM 1 there's a dark blob that looks like space between trees, but it's a drill, two hands, and a gun.

     To see the images in Detail 9 of ATM 1 zoom in and turn up the brightness and contrast.  One hand is holding the drill to the window with the palm and finger tips circling it.  The other hand is holding the drill and a gun by its barrel at the the same time.  A gangster is never without his gun.  The butt of the gun is hanging straight down and pointing to the left.  The drill bit can be found by looking up from the end of the gun's butt to about where the barrel would begin.  It's pointing into the window at a 90 degree angle.  Total number of gangsters now equals 16.

      In the area of detail of ATM 1 the driver is tangled in the straps of a purse while holding glasses.  Up his sleeve is a gun and a finger clip attached to a string as a trigger mechanism.

      Zoom in five times and turn up the brightness and contrast a little.  It's all blurry because it's behind shattered glass.  The purse is open weave with straps tangled around his hand and glasses.  A billfold sticks up between the straps and looks smooth and dense as if it's made of leather.  Up his sleeve is a gun attached to his arm so the barrel end comes out just before the cuff.  There's a black finger clip hanging just outside the cuff that would be used to activate the trigger by tying it to a string.  The string would have to be cut to an exact length to go over the top of his hand and clip under a finger so if his hand were extended, he could fire the gun by just forming a fist.  This would keep his hand out of the way of the bullet.

      Detail 8 of ATM 2 shows the billfold now in his hand along with a cell phone.  Zoom in and fiddle; the billfold is the same smooth object as in ATM 1, and the cell phone is shiny just at the bottom of his fist.  If he hadn't been so preoccupied with the purse he may have escaped identification and arrest by just wearing the glasses.

North Carolina

The defense will begin its presentation today in the case of Jakiem Wilson. Wilson is accused of killing his wife in 2007 and could face the death penalty if convicted.

The Rule 24 hearing for Demario Atwater, who stands accused of killing UNC student body president Eve Carson, has been postponed. "Rule 24 hearing" refers to the proceeding at which the prosecutor formally announces whether s/he will seek death in a murder case. Atwater's co-defendant, Lawrence Lovette, is ineligible for the death penalty because of his age.

Elsewhere

In Tennessee, Paul House is off death row after serving over 22 years for a rape/murder he may not have committed. Still, House is not free. Although he has multiple sclerosis and cannot walk, House cannot leave his mother's home, must wear a monitoring bracelet, and must register as a sex offender while he awaits retrial. Prosecutors are no longer seeking the death penalty against him.

CDW reports that Texas' Lester Bower has received a stay of execution while a judge considers whether the state should bother testing the DNA evidence from his case before they kill him. On a related note, the 19th person exonerated by DNA in Dallas County was freed from prison this week after serving 15 years for a robbery/kidnapping he did not commit.

     In Detail 9 of ATM 2, above the side post there's a bright spot caused by a gash in the ATM's window; (9) is its outline, roughly.  Zoom in five times and the jagged edges are visible.  The bright spot is inside the gash and below the roof rail (11) exposing a gun hatch (12).  A gloved hand (13) is poking through the hatch with its thumb pointing to the left.  Turn up the brightness and contrast to see a thug (1) to the right of a tree (10) reaching his arm (7) to the right with a bolt cutter (8).  He's banging on the glass with the handle end of the bolt cutter at a 45 degree angle.  Half of his face is visible above the upper arm and there's a white band around his arm near the wrist.  To the right of the bolt cutter is a bent thumb (6) pressing against the glass.  It's sticking through a light colored glove that's cut off at mid-finger.  The thumb is apparently connected to a thug (2) very faintly visible near the top of the frame.  It helps here to turn up the midtone, brightness and contrast; he's wearing a dark hat with a white emblem.  To the right of him is another thug (3) reaching forward and downward holding a drill (5) into the glass.  He seems to have long straight hair and his determined, evil eyes are looking toward the end of the drill's bit.  Midway between his hand and face is the small end of a baseball (4) through a hole in the glass.  The knob of the bat is near the handle end of the drill.

      Detail 8 of ATM 1 shows the drill's bit near the elbow of the thug next to the tree.  He's banging with the scissors end of the bolt cutter at a 25 degree angle to the glass.  A dark arm comes down from the top of the frame holding the drill to the window.  Far to the right and near the top of the frame is a long white arm coming over the ATM straight toward the camera pointing to a nice location to smack.  Add 3 thugs and the total gangster count is now 15.
