<title><![CDATA[Pain As Pleasure]]></title>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is the aspect of the BDSM world that most cannot understand.  They ask "why would anyone want to be beaten".  It is a dumbfounding idea until you look at what is really transpiring in the brain.</p>
<p>Most can identify with the concept of the "runner's high".  This is something those who run regularly can achieve.  Basically, their body hurts until they get their second wind.  What actually occurs is the brain releases endorphins which stimulate activity within the body.  At this point, the runner begins to feel like he or she just started running.  Of course, not being a runner myself this is what I am told.</p>
<p>The pain that a sub/slave experiences is similar.  While the actualy whipping might cause a sensation we refer to as "painful", the mind overrides this feeling.  Like with the runner, the brain will release endorphins which counteract the pain.  Many have termed this entering into "subspace". A trancelike state can be achieved once these are released.</p>
<p>Another interesting conclusion is that the part of the brain which registers pain overlaps with the part that experiences sexual pleasure.  This is why many get the pain/pleasure sensation.  They feel the pain of the item being used on them while being sexually turned on.  It is a good idea to engage in sex while doing this if possible.  It will increase her pleasure.</p>
<p>Many have feared this lifestyle because of the pain element.  Like always, this is not something for everyone.  I would estimate only about 10% of the subs/slaves are "pain sluts".  Yet many find they enjoy a degree of S&#38;M.  This might be limited to a light spanking; or perhaps a paddling.  Either way, there is pleasure to be derived from implementing this into your sexual activities.</p>

Hyland Forest park is the only park in the neighborhood.</p>

This part of <a target="_blank" href="http://www.ifoundyournewhome.com/More_About_Tigard/page_1838442.html" title="City of Tigard - History">Tigard, Oregon</a> has no parks, but does have a couple schools with great playgrounds in them.</p>

There are a few parks in the area including Aloha park, Butternut park, Rosa park and Hazeldale Park.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Budownictwo rozwija się prężnie, ale nie wszystko dzieje się dzięki pieniądzom. Jeżeli buduje się szybko i dobrze, to wtedy jest szansa na rozwój. Można tak pracować, jeśli ma się do dyspozycji specjalistyczne <a href="http://www.rynekbudowlany.pl/maszyny/" title="maszyny budowlane">maszyny budowlane</a>. W pierwszym rzędzie są to maszyny do prac ziemnych. Tu przydają się bardzo wszelkiego rodzaju <a href="http://www.rynekbudowlany.pl/koparkiladowarki/" title="koparki">koparki</a> i ładowarki oraz samochody ciężarowe do wywózki urobku. Kolejny etap, czyli betonowanie również wymaga sporo sprzętu budowlanego i maszyn. Najpierw trzeba wykonać szalunki z desek lub gotowych półfabrykatów wielokrotnego użytku. Kolej na beton – jak go przygotować i dowieźć na budowę? Jeżeli nie trzeba dużo betonu to przydają się <a href="http://www.rynekbudowlany.pl/betoniarnie/" title="betoniarki">betoniarki</a> do wykonania betonu bezpośrednio na placu budowy. Aby trwała <a href="http://www.rynekbudowlany.pl/budowadomow/" title="budowa domów">budowa domów</a> musi być zaplanowany i kolejno prowadzony ciąg wydarzeń i czynności. Podstawowy krok do rozpoczęcia budowy domu to nabycie działki budowlanej. Trzeba zapoznać się z obowiązującymi na rynku nieruchomości przepisami i warunkami przed rozpoczęciem budowy. Budowa domu wymaga planowania kolejności wykonania prac, zwłaszcza, że wiele spraw załatwia się w urzędach, co pochłania wiele czasu. Zaczynamy przeważnie od zakupu działki budowlanej pod nasz dom. Jeżeli to możliwe kupujemy tylko takie działki, na których można stawiać <a href="http://www.rynekbudowlany.pl/domy/" title="domy jednorodzinne">domy jednorodzinne</a>.Te informacje sprawdzamy w urzędzie gminy, w planie zagospodarowania przestrzennego gminy. Oczywiście najlepiej jest aby działka była odrolniona i w miarę możliwościowi uzbrojona. W ten sposób sobie zaoszczędzimy na czasie załatwiania w urzędach i dość dużo kosztach uzbrojenia. W dalszej kolejności powinniśmy podjąć decyzję co chcemy budować i wtedy wystąpić do gminy z wnioskiem o w wydanie decyzji o warunkach zabudowy. Teraz nadszedł czas na projekty domów, wiele gotowych projektów jest w internecie, tam możemy wybrać <a href="http://www.rynekbudowlany.pl/projekty/" title="projekt domu">projekt domu</a> dla siebie.  Projekty gotowe wymagają jeszcze aktualizacji do miejscowych warunków. Ze wszystkimi zebranymi dokumentami możemy już wystąpić do urzędu o pozwolenie na budowę. </p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><em>smiling, ok kitten wasn't going to write on here today, she has been writing all day but kitten has a feeling someone special reads this and that she hopes is true, </em></p>
<p><em>kitten is happy, she got to speak to Master today, and it was wonderful, something that finally shows kitten more than typed words ever could, Yes He does care for kitten and for that she is grateful, lol more than grateful estatic might about cover it. To actually talk to Him after two months of longing to hear Him, converse with Him, to listen to His words instead of read them,to know that He thinks kitten is worth talking to ,, all small things but so meaningful to kitten. </em></p>
<p><em>During the conversation anothers name was brought up and Masters belief that kitten resents her and is stil holding a grudge and bad feelings,, now kitten is a slave and as such she knows she should agree with Master but in this case He is wrong, kitten doesn't hold a grudge, she has no hard feelings, in fact kitten really wants her to be happy and she knows that with Master she will be. </em></p>
<p><em>kitten thinks too many things made the relationship hard between the two and kitten is waiting to move forward, but was it all kittens feelings of doubt and insecurities or are some belonging to the other one as well ? This is something kitten will never know but kitten does know that in order to move forward BOTH have to let go of the past and not nit pick at things said or imagined, kitten is just one person, she has tits, pussy and ass just like any other woman, she is not some super human, she is just human and has a mine field of things she is working through and hell she is trying bloody hard to get to the place she needs to be and that is with Master and if it is to be then with her sisters as well. </em></p>
<p><em>Some thing are better left unsaid they say well that might be true but this needed to be said and hopefully understood for the olive branch it is ,, its not all kitten but kitten willing to take the first step,, will you meet her half way ? for Masters sake if not your own ?</em></p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><em>kitten slept for awhile last night and she now has a clear head, and with that clear head comes some rational thinking, and the decisions she has made have lifted a weight from her. </em></p>
<p><em>kitten is starting afresh,, she has re read all the things Master has told her to, she has been writing and posting as she was asked to do and she has kept herself to herself, she is talking to no one except Master at this stage as she needs to build her confidence again, it took a battering and the total extent was not known until now, kitten is not as strong as she thought she was, and she needs to build herself up again before she can face anyone or anything else happening in her life. </em></p>
<p><em>kitten knows the hospital are cross with her, she has lost another 9lb in weight and they are getting worried about her, the pills and medicines they give her work for awhile but ultimately they don't for long, too many long hours at work, no sleep and no eating are not ideal kitten knows but kitten is working towards a greater goal, going to be with Master so she does this with a smile and hope,, she knows i will take awhile but she is desperately trying to be with Him. To this end all kitten can do is try to eat a bit more and well there is one way guaranteed to make kitten sleep but,, lol,, that is not fair on Master all the time so kitten will sleep well when Master decides. </em></p>
<p><em>kitten knows that others will still doubt her but there is no need, kitten is not being drawn into any more doubts, arguments or grief,, kitten wants to live her life for Master and do as He tells her, the tasks He sets her giving her purpose and determination giving her the strength to do them. </em></p>
<p><em>kitten trusts Master to know what is best for her and that He will never hurt her, this she needs to focus on and once she is with Him then it will all be as it is destined to be,, wonderful </em></p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Vissa har ett kontor hemma och det tycker jag ser så lustigt ut. Det passar liksom inte in med kontorsmöbler i sitt eget hem. När man kommer hem så vill man ju ha tv och soffa och sådant. Och vid köksbordet ska det stå små trästolar. Min morfar hade som ett kontor hemma men han hade å andra sidan väldigt stort hemma hos sig så han kunde ha både hemmadelen och kontorsdelen men vissa har verkligen plats för det men har det ändå. Jag tycker förövrigt att han hade det väldigt smakfullt på sitt kontor. Jag var hemma hos en kompis en gång och dom hade ett kontor och det kändes så stelt på något sätt och jag tyckte bara att det var så synd att ha med sig jobbet hem på något sätt. De kanske jobbar hemma hela tiden och har det som arbetsplats och det är ju ännu mer synd om man nu jobbar på kontor.</p>

Jeśli budujemy dom, to powinniśmy przestrzegać ustalonej kolejności załatwienia spraw w urzędach. Pierwsza ważna sprawa do załatwienia to jest kupno działki pod budowę domu.
