<p>Tavuk göğsü`nü Pres yapin duz bir sekil alsin ve peynirli kremayi uzerine surun . ( Etleri ince ve uzun sekilde keserek peyniri ve baharatlari surup yuvarlayin ve acilmasin diye kurdani uzerinden gecirerek sabitleyin, Bu sekilde daha guzel olur.)<br />
Etleri orta ateste kizartin, ( Kizartma derecesini – Az kizarmis veya cok kizarmis- kendiniz ayarlayabilirsiniz, istege gøre kizartin.).<br />
Patatesleri yikayin ve haslayin dilimler halinde kesin.</p>
<p>Sebzeleri biraz tereyagi ile orta sicakliktaki ateste 5-10 dakika ølunceye kadar kizartin. Uzerine baharatlari ilave edin.</p>

<h3><span style="color:#ff00ff;">1.</span>Tuz ve kara biberi  kuzu buduna guzelce surup ovalayin .Sarimsaklari ince dilimlere bølun, Bir bicak yardimi ile eti delerek sarimsak dilimlerini ve kekik yapraklarini o kestigimiz yere yarisina kadar batirin.</h3>

<p><span style="color:#ff00ff;">2.</span> Isiya dayanikli firin kabina sogan ve havucu koyun, uzerine kuzu budunu koyun, Ete kizartma termometresini batirin ( Dikkat edin kemige degmesin, yoksa derece sizi yaniltabilir ), Bunlarin uzerine yaklasik 1 Litre su koyun.</h3>
<h3><span style="color:#ff00ff;">3.</span> 125° C  2-3 saat pisirin. Isi termometresi  70° C yi gøsterdiginde pembe,  76° C yi gøsterdiginde yari pismis olarak gøsterir, ( ama siz iyice pisirmek isterseniz kontrol edip istege gøre biraz daha pisirebilirsiniz. )</h3>

<p><span style="color:#ff00ff;">4.</span>Pistikten sonra, kesmeden ønce aliminyum kagitta bir 15 dakika kadar dinlendirin,</h3>
