Dengan beberapa pertimbangan yang lebih memberatkan pada manfaat yang diterima oleh petani maka diputuskan program ini akan di tempatkan di Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Untuk Kabupaten Tanah Laut sendiri, dukungan dan komitmen pemerintah daerah merupakan faktor utama untuk keberlanjutan program ini.
Mengingat program yang dijalankan ini masih baru dan perlu di ketahui oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat maka Yayasan Cakrawala Hijau Indonesia (YCHI) Banjarbaru melaksanakan kegiatan Sosialisasi di daerah sasaran.

ICT diyakini berperan penting dalam pengembangan bisnis, kelembagaan organisasi, dan juga mampu mendorong percepatan kegiatan ekonomi dan taraf hidup masyarakat.
