Sorry I didn't post yesterday and missed some things the day before. Things are kind of hectic for me right now, but things should be back to normal by next week.

Anyway, the new features were due to come out yesterday, but the team found a few bugs, and so it should come out early next week.

Squidzoid vs. Shadow Guy & Gamma Gal returned to the stage today, only with a slightly different set and a different background.

The Penguin Band will be playing at the iceberb from the 25-30! Puffle-so-cute-o has returned to the newspaper.

Features ready to launch

The team is ready to launch the new features we've been talking about. They are in the last stages of testing and plan to launch later this week! You'll be the first to know as soon as I hear the exact day!

When the features launch your help will be needed to login to Club Penguin, try everything out and, of course, to tell us what you think. If you find anything that's not working, be sure to let us know.

Here's a summary of the features we've been talking about and what will be launched:

New server selection (recommended servers and buddies easier to find)

Igloo background!

Penguin Mail (sending and receiving postcards improved)

Player Card update (sorting items by category)

Penguin Mail is ALMOST ready to launch, but before it does, we wanted to get your feedback on it. Below is a image of what it will look like. After our first post about Penguin Mail a few weeks ago we got a bunch of creative comments about designs and ways to make postcards even cooler than they are now. Many of you like the logo we posted on that blog, but asked to see more of the actual design.

Here's one view of the new Penguin Mail:

You'll definitely get the full picture when the feature launches this month--even as early as next week.This 'mailbox' will allow you to send mail to your buddies even when they're not online, save postcards, ignore postcards and delete them too. The coolest part to me is that whenever I'm in Club Penguin and receive a postcard, Penguin Mail will let me know! That way I won't miss any cool cards from other penguins!

No matter where you are in Club Penguin, you'll always be able to check your mail by clicking on the grey envelope at the top left of your screen.

As always, let us know what you think and definitely what you would like to see added in the future!

Some of my friends are going to be joining Club Penguin Cheat Central Inc.! Ironically, they don't like Club Penguin, but I still have use for them. Can't wait for them to start!

There are fireworks going on on the island. You can see them at the iceberg and ski mountain . Also, here is a preview for the new log-in feature, making it easier to find buddies,

Although you can't really tell, it's a guitar that's being held. So my guess is the following items will be in the next Penguin Style catalog (which I think will be music themed):

It looks like pretty soon we'll have igloos that open out into the outside. I think we'll be able to walk around outside, and maybe even put furniture out there. Imagine how the tent igloo would look like this. It would look like you were really camping with a giant tent.

Rockhopper is Back

Rockhopper returned today, and he brought with him the stuffed parrot as a free item and striped sash dress and gray pirate coat as member clothing items and the flamingo and ship in a bottle as member furniture items. Click here for a Rockhopper finding guide. In other news, the new Snow & Sports catalog come out today. Click on the soccer ball for hte cleats and on the page next to the one with surfboards, click on the penguin, then the seashell, then the star on the surfboard page to get the silver surfboard. Just two or three more days until I can import this blog to cpcheatcentral.

There is also a penguin with a table with an umbrella, which I think will be a new furniture Item. There is a picture of the Aqua Grabber, so I think the Aqua Grabber game will be expanded, a penguin witha tuba and glasses (new clothing items?), a penguin with a cape on the set of "Squidzoid vs. Shadow Guy and Gamma Gal," a penguin with a Messenger bag and letters (Penguin Mail), and some Red vs. Blue action.

I've been adding a lot of new things to the site, and look to add more. I have not been able to because of HTML problems, but I should soon be able to post my polls on my sidebar and add a clock showing PST on the sidebar as well. Since I can't find a working link to it, I'm going to take pictures of the Igloo Upgrade Catalog pages and put a link on the sidebar, however right now I am without a program to take the pictures. However, if anyone knows a link, I would be very appreciative! Also, Billybob says the new secret agent mission is coming soon and that Rockhopper will come at the end of the month.
