♂$♀  Budgeting comes easily if a couple focuses on building a successful mixture of spousal interaction. Lots of imagination, small bits of will power, negotiable cooperation, and frequent confirmation of mutual trust can all be energized through the budgeting process.

♂$♀  Ignore what’s past. Assume decisions already made were sound at the time. Else, you would not have made them. Hindsight sees too many mistakes; those little buggers trigger spousal disputes. Why pay attention to what can haunt, irritate, and demotivate you or generate distrust for spouse or your budgeting process?

♂$♀   Pay yourself first: Save at least 10% off the top for long term savings for home purchase and retirement. Otherwise, late in life you will limp financially before physically. It’s best the other way around.  

♂$♀  At the start of the year, allocate for church giving and short-term savings to cover Christmas and vacation spending. Then, commit to not overspending on the last two items.

♂$♀  This is ADVICE: Determine the level, develop a plan, and purposely live a lifestyle at considerably less than 100 percent of income. Doing it is critical; the percentage goal is less so.

Right Age

A puppy under eight weeks old is not physically or neurologically ready to be potty trained. If your puppy is younger than eight weeks, it will only frustrate you to try to housebreak or potty train him. Resolve yourself to the idea that you will have to clean up after him for a couple more weeks until he's ready.

Paper Training

Some people choose to begin puppy potty training with paper training. Most experts advise against this because in essence, you are teaching your dog to do his business on your floor. A dog is not capable of telling the difference between a newspaper put down for his purposes and a report you've been working on for weeks that happens to be on the floor next to your chair. Having your puppy learn to use a paper, then expecting him to unlearn it when you want to housebreak him is unreasonable.

Puppy Crates

Crating your puppy can be very helpful. Dogs naturally like to den, so a comfortable crate gives your puppy a secure place to call his own. Under normal circumstances, a dog will not soil his bed so crating a puppy at night after he's been given the opportunity to go outside to potty will help prevent accidents.

Feeding

Puppy potty training begins with proper feeding. Choose a high quality dog food,even if it is more expensive. Not only does it provide better nutrition for your growing puppy, it does not have all the filler cheaper dog foods use. This filler is indigestible and causes gas as well as making your puppy need to move his bowels more often. Feed your puppy at the same times every day then take him outside 15-20 minutes after he's eaten to relieve himself.

Communicating With Your Puppy

Watch your puppy's behavior for signs he needs to relieve himself. Whining, sniffing around and restlessness all indicate a dog that needs to go. Get him outside quickly then praise him for doing well. Establish a word you will use with your dog for potty training. When you praise him, use this word. “Good boy to go potty outside” will help your dog associate what he just did with your pleasure. Dogs love to please.

I look closer at her, at the changes she is trying to undergo, and realize that it isn't really about her. She is in her own place and she is either going to change or the lack of change will destroy her as she keeps falling back in the same patterns. She wants to repeat that dance with me though she seems content to do it with psychoex as well.

Instead, I have to move on and focus on myself and get my things together. There's nothing she could say right now that miraculously change the things she has done. Only time will tell if anything will come of it and time right now isn't being optimistic.

But there is a life ahead for me, that's something the therapist is convinced of and I should not give up hope. It isn't about hope in her but hope for myself. I have trouble with that because it seems a little selfish, but it is a place I must go. I love her and I love myself, and based on that things must stay off.

It is just so hard when I was sitting in a blackened movie theater with my friends and my thoughts suddenly drifted to her. But maybe that is more the shakes of the junkie addicted to her drama then the call of love pulling me back. There is no way to be sure.

The payday is not just for the cover but other pictures too, so expect more where this came from...

We're hearing the two-part deal consists of pictures of the baby now, and one other "event" -- Christmas, Thanksgiving, vacation, etc. Our spy said Jessica initially turned down the offers of several weekly mags, not wanting to sell, but eventually caved.

The magazine contains lots of pictures that I'll post when they become available.

Late night host Jimmy Kimmel and comic Sarah Silverman have called it quits after five years of dating, reps for the couple confirm to Usmagazine.com.

The break up was mutual, a source says.

"Jimmy and Sarah will have no further comment," their reps Lewis Kay and Amy Zvi tell Us in a statement.

Vanity Fair first reported the news.

Silverman, 37, was spotted at Hugos in West Hollywood on Saturday with a male friend.

"She really looked like she was in good spirits," an observer tells Us. "She was laughing and smiling. Very animated."

But a few minutes later, Silverman – who ate organic quinoa topped with fresh fruit – grew somber and became enthralled in a heart-to-heart conversation with her pal.

"She was talking and it looked like he was listening and then advising her," the onlooker tells Us. "This went on for around 20 minutes."

Mutual friend Jonah Hill – who has appeared in comedy skits on Kimmel's ABC show – was dining in the restaurant and also stopped by to say hello.

"Jonah's appearance definitely had an effect on her," a witness tells Us. "They spoke for just a minute. And after he left, Sarah looked momentarily pensive."

Kimmel, 40, and Silverman celebrated their five-year anniversary in February by creating parodies for his show about sleeping with half of Hollywood

Silverman began the faux rivalry with her tune, ""I'm F—king Matt Damon." Kimmel joked to Us at the time that he "hope[s] they're happy together!"

Kimmel got his revenge with "I'm F—king Ben Affleck" — starring Brad Pitt delivering a FedEx package, Harrison Ford blowing the couple a kiss and Cameron Diaz making obscene gestures.

The pair met during a roast for Hugh Hefner, where Silverman told the audience he was fat and joked he had no charisma — but that didn't stop them from working together.

"He hired me to do voices on [Comedy Central's] Crank Yankers and around the second season of that we started hanging out," Silverman has said. "A while after that he kissed me."

Kimmel separated from his wife Gina in 2002 after 14 years of marriage. Silverman has said she wouldn't consider getting married until gay marriage is legalized.

C'est la première fois.

Une recherche s'est penchée sur la qualité de vie des survivants d'un cancer et de leurs conjoints. Sur le long terme : 7 ans.

Michelle M. Bishop (et ses collègues de l'université de Floride) ont évalué le bien-être de 177 couples dont l'un d'eux avait subi une transplantation de moelle comme traitement à un cancer. Les couples étaient ensemble depuis les traitements qui avaient eu lieu en moyenne 7 ans auparavant.

Alors que les conjoints des survivants rapportent une meilleure santé physique, moins de fatigue et moins de dysfonctionnement cognitif que les survivants, leur santé mentale est autant affectée et dans certains cas leur qualité de vie est davantage affectée que celles des survivants eux-mêmes.

Alors que le même nombre de survivants et de conjoints présentent les symptômes cliniques de dépression (respectivement 22% et 20%), les conjoints suivent moins de psychothérapie comportementale et cognitive (34% vs. 58%).

Ils rapportent également :

• moins de support social,
• moins de "bien-être spirituel",
• moins de satisfaction par rapport à leur relation de couple
• et plus de solitude que les survivants.

Contrairement aux personnes guéris, ils rapportent peu de "croissance post-traumatique" (changements personnels positifs amenés par l'expérience du cancer).

Une des explications : je m'aperçois, avec mes clients, que les conjoints ne font pas le travail sur soi/remise en cause/changements d'habitudes alimentaire et de vie que font les malades.

Des recherches antérieures avaient également montré que, dans le court terme, les conjoints des gens souffrant de cancer vivent autant d'anxiété, de dépression et de détresse que les malades eux-mêmes.

Les chercheurs croient que leurs résultats sont généralisables aux autres formes de cancer et de traitements.

That said, I was really proud of her yesterday.  She said goodbye to her vehicle from college...her Honda aptly nicknamed "Cindy" (short for Cinderella because of it's light blue color).  Cindy was the car she owned when we met three years ago in Orlando.  We made many of our first dates to Cocoa Beach in the car.  We also had our first "cross country" road trip together in it.  Yup, there's many memories associated with it...

But yesterday afternoon, there were no tears or anything like that.  Just excitement.  Maybe it's because we're getting closer to Idaho and didn't want to move two cars across the country.  Maybe it's the fact that Cindy is in good hands now with another Crusade Staff.  I dunno.  It was just good to see her excited about it.

To Cindy...thanks for being such a great car.  Keep running strong our friend!

Alex has admitted that his character was made by the production crew. He said "We have a lot of fun moments like Crown J and Seo In Young but those moments were cut as what the production crew want is the romantic couple".

But he said even though their concept was made, what they show in the show is all natural without any kind of scripts.

"Even though there are many cameras around us we are not bothered and just be normal. I think that is why many people are enjoying the show. If it was 100% scripted, we would have gotten the Daejong Movie Award".

"Other couples tend to look alike each other and they have the similar tastes. But we are alike in a way that we like to be considerate and careful towards each other".

We have asked Alex if they were dating for real. He answered with a laugh, "If we are, do you think I would tell you the truth?" "Maybe we (Alex & Shinae) might be the most realistic couple as people's love are all different".

Side Rant: So it is indeed true that the PD at WGM is biased! It's cool to have a general 'concept' for each of the couples but wouldn't it be better to also show more varied aspects of their 'married life'? I think that would generate more interest for the show than just maintaining one concept for each couple anyways.

Alshin was great before the separation, but now is just a bit... awkward?

Someone came to the blog when searching the terms "reasons why i don't love you" (you now know I like to read search terms). I asked myself the question why the persons searched for these terms There are two reasons: the persons want to drop his/her mate or wants to refuse dating someone and wants to get reasons to do this or the persons has been drop by someone and wants to understand, to know why. Then I asked myself that why would a people say I don't love you to someone. Let's see some reasons and try to understand.

The first reason would be physical. We must admit that appearance plays a great role in someone choosing to date someone or not. Even though it is not important to us, just because it is important to everyone else, we will take this in consideration. You say that it isn't the case?! Just remember about the case of one of your friend or people who know who dated a person, love him/her but didn't want to be seen together?! It is important to society, so it is important to us.

The second one should be the place in society. It is less rare to see people of different rank and different ethnicity dating (or even get married) but unfortunately for some people, this is still a reason not to be with someone. If may not be the case or less the case in some country but just figure that where I live, it is so the case and often the family cannot bear it and if sometimes ends badly for the boy or the girl.

I think I'll end this post with a third reason cause it is a sad post this one. I cannot bear that some persons still says I don't love you. You cannot figure how hard it can be. I never got this but I saw that people was affected with this so much even to die. I'm not kidding, some people die of love...

To continue the post, the third reason will be that something has gone wrong in the relationship, something or someone came and took the place of the other one. This apply to people already engaged like married or whatever. This can be a change like a new job, a new car (the man is more interested with the car or maybe the girl also is more interested in the car, this apply to both) or whatever thing that became more important. It can also be someone who can to live with the couple, a change like a baby or mother coming to live with them because she got health problem.

To conclude, I will say that there is no reason to say I don't love you. No true reasons exist. We can get some reason that we ourselves don't believe in it but no true reason exist except of hurting someone...

We cannot say that a perfect couple is one where there is no argument between the two. We all know that such a couple doesn't exist. Does this means that the perfect couple doesn't exist?! It would be so sad. For those who want to know why this can't exist, it is because we are not perfect, that's why we can't have a perfect couple. But for those who want to know why this exist, it is because we have a tendency towards perfection.

By definition, a perfect couple is one where even though there is argument, there is always one (if not both) that will try to settle the argument (refers to "When to argue and when to make concession?" to help (!)). Or if both are very angry, they will try not to expand the problem but try to calm down and analyse rationally (not always so easy to do though not impossible) the problem. A perfect couple will be one where no one miss the birthday or any anniversary (so easy, just use reminder on your cell phone, I do this even though I remember each birthday and anniversary). A perfect couple will be one where the other is ready to make concession for the other, to make an additional effort. Example; even when tired, I try to make an effort to help cooking (I remember the beautiful Saturday cooking with her, try it guy...) or I remember doing a massage to her one day when my eyes were almost closing by themselves (and I got to take a bus and went home). A perfect couple is one where you will see both talking all way long because they got so plenty of thing to say. A perfect couple is one where the girl cares for the guy and the guy cares for the girl. A perfect couple is one where the qualities transcend the flaws. This is a perfect couple.

To resume, a perfect couple is one where both tries to make effort to make the like of the other one perfect and the other one does it also. We cannot have a perfect couple because we are not perfect but we can make our couple be perfect for us. A little is effort is all that is needed.

I hope that the one who search these terms will get an answer because we are all living in a perfect couple, but we don't have the perfect eyes to see it.

This past weekend we met up with Miles and Carly for their hot engagement shoot (heat wise I mean) at an awesome plantation house! The heat index that day was well into the 100's but they were great about everything and I can't remember the last time I was that wet following a shoot! Awesome people, awesome photos all around good day!

For many young married couples, it is exactly because of a strong love for their unborn children that prevents them from yet having them, when they are not financially confident of being able to provide the best for them.

Unlike “days of yore” when perhaps providing a child with three simple meals a day and a host of moral values were enough to prepare them for the world, today’s society requires parents to be able to provide much more for their children.

The gift of life is not a gift to be taken lightly. It comes with great responsibility – being able to provide not only emotionally and mentally, but also financially, towards a child’s overall well-being.

Many married couples may want to have children, no doubt a decision that is sparked off by a deep love for each other and the desire to start a family.

But desire born out of love is not enough. Couples still must weigh the practical factors of having children, and they will want to make sure that they have the prerequisites for doing so in place, such as a loving relationship, a happy home, but also, the financial means to provide for a child’s physical needs, education and hopefully, be able to give them a good life.

After all, what loving parents will bring a child into the world only for him or her to suffer?

As such, financial incentives therefore serve, not as the main source of motivation for couples to have children, but rather, a catalyst to nudge them towards executing their already-made decision.

Using the carrot-and-stick analogy, the goal would be getting to the point of having children and the carrot, love. The donkey wouldn’t budge at all if there were no carrot involved. But it would certainly move a lot faster if it were on roller skates!

In any case, ask any parent and they will tell you that while the subsidies are helpful towards the increasing costs of child-rearing, it is ultimately still the carrot that budged the donkey towards its goal.
