En el post anterior, escribí sobre las responsabilidades que fuí tomando en la estación.

Grandes Eventos.
Para 2002, La Nota Diferente se tomó ´la demanda´ de promocionar varios eventos. Podría enumerar muchos, porqué en verdad dimos mucho a poyo a varios eventos.

La dirección de la estación entendía que debiamos llegar a otro target que le sumara a nuestro rating. Y vaya si que lo logramos. Empezando por el movimiento de música electrónica.Recuerdo el bonche de Carl Cox en el Rio Isabela, uno de los 1eros grandes eventos de Eduardo Bergés en asociación con otras personas, y que contó con nuestro apoyo. Podría decirse que fué uno de los primeros bonches en la historia electrónica local, que contó con un apoyo abierto completamente. Ya no se tenía el miedo de presentar DJs. Recuerden que desde principio de la década 90, se traian DJs, pero con un halo de misterio siempre. Recuerdo que no pude asistir al evento. Esa noche llovió copiosamente, aún con la insistencia de Anthony Grullón de que nos dieramos ese bonche. Al final, le presté mi cámara digital para que tomará algunas fotos.
También recuerdo la presentación de Pavel Nuñez en el Hotel Jaragua, en lo que sería el despegue de este artista con su producción ´Paso a Paso´. Pavel siempre ha gozado de ´payola sentimental´ en la estación, ya que a base de trabajo, ha llegado donde está. Y eso lo apreciamos y valoramos.

En fin, no terminaría de contar todo lo que viví en ese agitado 2002, iniciandome en los medios. Toda la gente que conocí, y también toda la mala fé del medio.
Fueron cosas buenas y cosas desastrosas. Pero a medida de este extenso relato, ´me la jugaré´ revelando algunas cosas. Para que entiendan que muchas veces, no todo es tan ´cool´ como se ve, o en mi caso, como se oye en la radio.

Uma palavra para o concerto dos Bon Jovi no Rock in Rio de Lisboa: PERFEITO!

Cheguei ao Parque da Bela Vista passavam 15 minutos da meia noite. Jonh Francis Bongiovi, Richie Sambora e companhia tocavam a super balada "Always". No portão já se sentia o carisma da banda que marcou, durante pelo menos duas gerações, muitos dos que se encontravam em frente ao palco mundo. Era impressionante a sensação que se tinha à entrada, mesmo sem ver o palco, de que estava a acontecer um grande concerto.

Confirmou-se.

O melhor espectáculo de palco do Rock in Rio estava a ocorrer. Os Bon Jovi estavam a brilhar. Duas horinhas, seguidinhas, sem parar, com um alinhamento que fazia uma restrospectiva musical entre os temas mais importantes e marcantes da banda. O tema que mais gostei foi tema "When She Comes", ligeiramente alterado, alteração essa que gostei imenso, pois Jon Bon Jovi teve a oportunidade de puxar imenso pelo público com o refrão "It's all right... all right". Mas no geral, penso que o tema que fez levantar mais o público, que até teve direito a fogo de artifício, foi o "Bad Medicine". O meu amigo Luis carregou este vídeo no youtube, se clicarem sobre o video poderão vê-lo em alta definição (devem escolher essa opção em baixo do video do lado direito)

Já não assistia ao vivo a um concerto com este poderio... há muito muito tempo!

Do "ground zero" (palco mundo) para a (tenda não existente este ano) electrónica, a expectativa para ouvir um dos meus DJ's favortitos era enorme. Carl Cox entraria em cena, sem que antes o brasileiro Carlo Dall´Anese desse cartas e mostrasse o seu valor. Eram 3h da manhã, e toda a gente se juntava em redor da tenda electónica, espalhando-se entre o Espaço Fashion e o Palco Sunset.

Carlo apresentou um som underground/tribal bem definido e interessante, fazendo uma boa passagem de testemunho para Carl Cox. Carl Cox entrou muito tímido, escolhendo um som muito techno, misturando mal com um "bass" fortíssimo. Mas... subitamente a tenda electrónica ficou sem som, só luz. Um problema técnico. 8/9 minutos depois volta Carl Cox, agora sim com um som muito melhor.

Contudo, o som apresentado pelo brasileiro Carlo Dall´Anese foi melhor que o de Carlo Cox. Mas é só uma opinião... Sinal mais ainda para o VJ (cujo nome não vejo mencionado em lado nenhum).

Bem resta-me confessar que só fui ao Rock in Rio porque me ofereceram um bilhete (a mim e a mais umas 20 pessoas) às 22h00 de ontem, durante um bom jantar num restaurante argentino do Bairro Alto. Ainda ponderei não ir... mas hoje, cansadito das pernas, não me arrependo nada!

Agora fico à espera que caia do céu um bilhete para o melhor dia do Rock in Rio, dia 6 de Junho. Gostava muito de ver (por ordem de preferência): The Offspring, Linkin Park, Kaiser Chiefs, DJ Vibe, Orishas, Tó Ricciardi e Muse. Não há para aí uma alma caridosa que queira contribuir para esta causa?

Según responsables "No hemos querido ir a lo seguro llenando un flyer con grandes nombres. Cerca de la mitad de los artistas que vendrán no han estado nunca antes en el Dance Valley. De todos modos, artistas como Ferry Corsten, Cosmic Gate, John Digweed, Judge Jules, Tom Harding, Jean o Danny Howels son algunos de los grandes que estarán presentes."

Dirán lo que quieran, pero el line up es de órdago! Como para pensárselo - o mejor, no - y reservar ya el billete de avión y las entradas!!
