If you let circumstances decide your success, then you are a puppet to circumstances.

2. A wholehearted committment--- your whole heart is committed to God, your business, your partner, that your circumstances do not control your committment. No matter what the circumstances still do what your goals are by being committed to your final goal.  Zero doubt, it is a question of when and how it will work. Jump with both feet. Whole-hearted committment.

3. A whole-hearted trust, your whole heart trust that God brought you to the business that your are currently working. Trust that you are being trained, developed and promoted to the level you are committed to. Trust in the God that brought you to the business you are working. Walk by faith. When there is an absense of trust, then there is a presence of worry. Trust God to lead you through to victory and trust him.

4. A whole-hearted belief in your future, in who you were created to become, and whom created you, and in your training you have been given, when you whole-heartedly believe, you will have a whole army, and people following you. It is by faith, that you will overcome every single bad deal in your life.

5. A whole-hearted work ethic---How many hours do you prospect? The only thing that makes you money in this business is prospecting. The more you read the script the more money you make, if you don't feel like it, if you don't have a good day on the phone. Do you quit for that day? As you are traveling do you still make your phone calls.

6. A whole-hearted persistance---trust your God in bad times, never quit, have a strong whole-hearted work ethic, with a committment and a decision to succeed. I may not have had the results that I wanted, but you have worked harder than you are supposed to and doubled the activity.

7. Whole-heartedly committed to be coachable, or do you have the attitude that you know how to do it, I don't need to learn anymore.  Is your heart postured in a way to admit you want to get better, coachable, be the best you can be.
When a team gets cocky, then they typically lose, because they think they have the full picture.

8. No Ego, What does it take to make it. NO EGO!! if it is not perfect, then I don't want anything to do with it. I don't need anybody. EGO Trips will lead you down a road you don't want to be on, decisions you wished you would have never made. For every action, there is always results, whether positive or negative.

9. Prospect, Prospect-- a lean mean prospecting machine, the NFL can not succeed unless they continue to prospect, the navy, the army, or any armed forces, succeed only because they continue to prospect. All have to continue to prospect.

10. You Must get Better at Prospecting and closing, coaching, training. You must get better with good coaching and doing it over and over. Are You lacking personal growth, and people skills? Once you get better you will love waking up everyday and look forward to make things happen. To talk to others.

11. Have a NOW Attitude, bring urgency and excitement, attracts doers to your business. Don't wait till the perfect moment to do your business. Go to it. Don't wait for the money to be perfect. Don't be a later person. Don't procrastinate, and stay stuck for another month, a year or another 10 years. Don't be handicapped mentally. Do it now, get it done now. DETOUR signs find a different way to get there. Don't look for an excuse, look for a result. Don't wait for things to be perfect, find a way around the obstacle. Don't wait for your obstacles to be removed. Find another way, to test you, if you are going to find an excuse or find a way. Then you get to your destination.

12. Learn the process of duplication. Everything you do, duplicate. use a proven system with duplication, your business will not grow outside your skill level. We all have strengths and we all have weakness. Collaborate with a system that covers your weakness and maximizes your strengths. Move into momentum phase.

Amateur to Professional Level

You are not a salesperson, you are a business developer. This changes everything, once you understand that you are in the people business not a product person.

Become a business developer. Looking to develop a clientelle, then it is done over a long term. Want to build a friend first. Who is the person you are trying to market to. Amateur way of trying to build a business, Example if you are a mortgage broker, you think you are selling loans. If you want to be set apart and stand out from the rest of the agents. Then you have to do something different from what the rest of them are doing.

How many want to go to bed and say I am good at what I do? Being confident being face to face with that prospect. Their skills run circles around you, because you have an edge and you have a way that the rest of the crowd does not have. It is something that you must have.

Do whatever it takes to get people to want your business. Or to do business with you?

How do you make that happen?

1. Personal growth, and level of dealing with people, and your level of personal growth.

personal development, people skills and communicating. When these 3 things come together it is a beautiful thing.

Creating a dynasty.

1. All about developing a friend first. A friend doesnt always insert their opinion.
Family, Occupation, Recreation, Get your prospect to talk about themselves. Not assuming to finish there sentence for them. Really by getting to know the prospect. Would you talk to you? Under the current way you build your business, would you give you your phone number.

Make the prospect feel important, and that you have their best interest in mind. Show that through your body language, you are drawing a line in the sand, you don't beg them for business.

Find out what they want and give it to them. Enthuiasm is the key. More so than your knowledge, a smile alone and be interested in others first.
