Dong Bang Shin Ki finalmente ha llegado a Los Angeles. Ellos estarán participando esta noche del 6th Korean Music Festival, en el Hollywood Bowl. El espectáculo comienza a las 6:30 pm.

Los chicos vestían chaquetas y suéteres cuando llegaron. No es exactamente un conjunto de verano. Según se informa, llegaron con Super Junior. Hubo fans que intentaron saludarlos, con globos y pancartas. Hubo un poco de confusión cuando se descubrió que utilizaron una salida diferente. Algunos fans con la suerte de su lado pudieron personalmente entregar sus regalos a los niños.

Los aficionados que asistiran, participarán en el llamado "Project Red Sea", donde los aficionados mostrarran con pasión su apoyo a TVXQ agitando un mar de globos de color rojo.

Según se informa, TVXQ cantará varias canciones, no incluidas O ~ Jung.Ban.Hap. Pero se dijo que sí cantaran las canciones como Rising Sun, Tonight, Purple Line y Balloons (y otras, no especificadas).

Korean Music Festival es un evento anual para conmemorar la inmigración coreana en los Estados, así como el aumento de la cultura pop de Corea al mundo.

BLAINE, Wash. - A 13-year-old boy hopes to win a balloon-blowing record by a nose.

Blowing through one nostril at a time, Andrew Dahl inflated 213 balloons within an hour Friday — a feat that has been submitted for review by Guinness World Records.

His father, Doug Dahl, measured the balloons to make sure each was at least 20 centimeters, the minimum diameter, and his mother, Wendy Dahl, kept the tally.

At one point he asked, "Does this count as practicing my trumpet?" His mother replied, "Only if you can play that with your nose."

Andrew's first attempt — 184 balloons in February — was rejected because his father tied the balloons. This time he tied them off himself.

Das ist die wahrscheinlich beste Slow Motion die es überhaupt gibt... ein mit Wasser gefüllter Ballon zerplatzt. Und das Wasser landet in einem hübschen Ausschnitt... das sieht aus als würden die Titten mit einem schwall Wasser übergossen werden..

La nouvelle année au temple

Ça y est! C'est 2008! Bonne année à tous! Vous devez tous encore être entrain de siroter votre champagne, de vous embrasser sous le gui (non pas tonton Patrique!!! Arrrrgggg!) ou de claxoner tous les passants au volant de la Twingo.....

De mon coté c'est déjà le matin (ou plutôt l'aprem, j'ai fait une belle grass mat) et j'ai vécu mon premier réveillon nippon...

A Tokyo pas de grandes fêtes avec la musique a donf, pas de feux d'artifice géants au dessus de la ville.
Non.
Ici les gens se réuissent (en masse) dans les temples, ils prient (un peu), ils mangent (pas mal), et ils attendent (dans le froid) le fameux "count down" (prononcé "kant danu", à la japonaise quoi!)
Donc hier soir, mon Jules et moi nous sommes allés au temple Zojoji, aux pieds de la Tokyo Tower, pour passer le réveillon à la façon japonaise et participer au traditionnel laché de ballons du temple.

Chacun attache son voeux à son ballon et attend bien sagement dans le froid que le temps passe et que minuit arrive (viiiite svp, j'ai les pieds gelés!!!!), et quand le "count down" arrive à sa fin ("San, Ni, Ichi, Zeroooooooooo!!!"), dans l'oeuphorie generale tout le monde lache son ballon et cannarde la scène avec son numérique.

Y'a autant de ballons dans le ciel que d'écrants fluorescents dans la nuit. Cliquez sur la photo pour la voir en plus grand, ça vaut le coup.

Awesome Idea, as Dave says in the quote below it took them 8000 balloons! A Lot of work. I personally would love to see such project done with a cleaner background, possibly all white, pool painted sky blue and skater in plain bright colors...would look amazing visually. How long before a major skate brand copies this idea? Can it be adapted in any way? Anyways, Nice work to davetheknave.

"I had this idea for a while to fill a skate bowl with balloons and try to ride through them. It seemed like the chances of it working were slim. I figured they might make your wheels stop. We finally tried it anyways and as you can see from this video we made of Matt Beach, it worked just fine. The popping sounds are not added in. That is the real audio of balloons popping. it took over 3 hours to blow up nearly 8000 balloons using 2 air compressors to get it full enough. location- department of skateboarding, Portland, OR."

Knew I wouldnt stay away from stitching for very long! Back to doing this kit, which I started several months ago, but put down in favour of the Lavendar and Lace item. At one point I had lost the key to this, but managed to get another copy from the distributers. After working on the latter on 18 count for so long, to move back to this one, which I think is on 14 count is a bit strange - the stitches seem so big in comparison!

Auch im Rechtsrheinischen gibt es nun ein Indoor-Shopping-Center: die Köln-Arkaden in Kalk auf dem Gelände der ehemaligen Chemischen Fabrik.

More and more indoor shopping centres open their 'doors'. This is one in Eastern Cologne, in a suburb, where once a big factory puffed its smoke into the air. There are a lot of different shops, bistros, snack bars and you can buy almost everything. The balloons in the photo were released on the opening day.

"One minute japan", C'est une illustration photographique(*) + une illustration sonore(**)

Aujourd'hui, "Le saltimbanque de Kichikoki " qui fait son "one man show" dans ce blog mais surtout dans le parc de Inokashira (Inokashira-koen) en realisant des personnages ou des objets avec des ballons. Il fait egalement participer son public, comme ici, en invitant une jeune femme qui se faisait remarquer pour son rire a gorge deployee ...

"- Si tu ris, tu me donnes 500 yen, si je n'arrive pas a te faire rire, ... je t'offre un ballon". Il fit deux grands saucissons en soufflant avec ses narines ! ... "Ooooh fantastique !"

(*) Toujours prise avec mon telephone portable, desole pour la pietre qualite de celle-ci. (**) une minute, pas une seconde de plus !
