Shortstop Yunel Escobar blew up a developing pitcher's duel between Jair Jurrjens and L.A. starter Chad Billingsley with a bases-clearing three-run double in the fifth inning, allieviating the Brave's run-scoring drought.  The twenty-six year old Cuban, with his outrageous defensive play in Sunday's win against Houston and the double tonight, is rapidly ascending to the MLB star category. 

Jurrjens went six strong innings, allowing only one run and dismantling would-be Dodger rallies at every turn.  He's 9-4, with a 3.00 era.  Yet inexplicably Jurrjens won't be at the wonderful Yankee Stadium All-Star gala next week.  He's emerged as the ace of an Atlanta starting pitching staff that has ranked in the top of the league in era throughout the year.

The only blemish for the Braves came courtesy of Julian Tavarez in the bottom of the ninth.  Atlanta signed the elderly Tavarez (Brave's fans will remember him as the Latin fellow who was sobbing like a flustered young woman when Mark Wohlers clinched the World Series for Atlanta in 1995) Tuesday morning and he was pulled Tuesday night, having created a two-run mess in the ninth.  Tavarez has been released by two teams already this year.  Desperate signing?  I don't think so.  Every team needs a mop-up man.  The Brave's current mop-up man, Buddy Carlyle, has likely earned a promotion with his recent string of scoreless outings.

The Braves will try to steal the rubber game tomorrow night against sinkerballer Derek Lowe (6-8, 4.02).  They'll look to veteran Tim Hudson (9-6, 3.19) to further discourage the anemic Dodger's lineup.

Minor League notes

The AAA Richmond Braves played a double header vs. the Pawtucket Red Sox on Tuesday night; game one was a barn burner that featured five lead changes.  Barbaro Canizares, Scott Thorman and Diory Hernandez each drove in runs.  Richmond ultimately prevailed, 7-6.  Jonathan Rouwenhorst (remember the crazy Indian pitcher with the weird hitch in his delivery from spring training?) notched the win.  The Sox won a blowout (6-1) against journeyman Braves starter Brian Lawrence in game two.

Starting pitcher James Parr pitched six shutout innings and second baseman J.C. Holt drove in the only run of the game as AA Mississippi beat the Jacksonville Suns Tuesday night.  Closer Luis Valdez recorded his fourteenth save.

A Rome Brave's first baseman Frederick Freeman went 4 for 4 with a triple and two rbi in Rome's 5-3 win over the Greensboro Grasshoppers Tuesday.  The nineteen year-old Orange, California native is hitting .308 with twelve homeruns and sixty-two rbi.  In 331 ab's, he's only struck out 47 times.  Between Freeman, Jason Heyward, and the stable of young power arms in the rotation, it might be time to take the kids out to Rome and have a look around!

It was more than enough run support for Kuroda on this night.  AJC.com reported that the Braves, after a seventeen inning debacle at home against the Astros, didn't even arrive in L.A. until 3:00 am west coast time due to a flight delay.  It was the perfect storm for the Dodgers, facing a tired Atlanta team with Kuroda pitching the game of his life.

Fortunately for the Braves, the Philadelphia Phillies lost at home to the dreaded New York Mets 10-9, narrowly avoiding a ninth-inning Philly comeback attempt.  Atlanta remains six games back of first place in the N.L. East.

L.A. fans vigorously booed former Brave's centerfielder Andruw Jones.  The star-crossed former All-Star went 0 for 2 with a walk and he's all the way down to .159.

Tomorrow Braves manager Bobby Cox will give the rock to rookie sensation Jair Jurrjens (8-4, 3.09) who'll be opposed by Dodger's ace Chad Billingsley (8-7, 3.12).  I know, I said it would be Billingsley against Campillo tonight, but by the time I figured that out, it was really to late to edit yesterday's post.  I assure you Atlanta will see the big righthander tomorrow, and if he pitches half as effectively as his teammate Kuroda, the Braves lineup will face quite a challenge.

Minor League Notes

Chuck (and duck) James got rocked for five runs in 5.1 innings Sunday in AAA Richmond's home loss to Pawtucket, Josh Anderson had three rbis in the losing effort...AA Mississippi won 4-3 on a one-run triple from first baseman Greg Creek off Chatanooga's Robert Manuel in the eighth inning; Brave's outfielder Matt Young hit a two-run homerun in the first inning.  Leftfielder Matt Diaz went 0 for 4 with two strikeouts...A Rome starting pitcher Jeff Locke turned in his second straight solid start in Rome's 8-2 win over Greensboro Monday night.  Locke allowed three hits, no walks, and six strikeouts over seven scoreless innings.  Rightfielder Jason Heyward went 2 for 4 with two RBIs.  Heyward is hitting a cool .340 on the year

Warum ging man so radikal vor ?

Landwirtschaftliche Produkte und sonstige Güter müssen Gewinn abwerfen;so bestimmt es die Wirtschaft ! Zwar hätten die Armen Milch,Fleisch und Getreide gut gebrauchen können,doch da die Nahrungsmittel nicht mit Gewinn verkauft werden konnten,wurden sie im Prinzip wertlos und mussten entsorgt werden. In vielen Städten kam es deswegen zu Hungerrevolten. Manch einer,der keine Nahrungsmittel für seine Familie kaufen konnte,holte sie sich mit Waffengewalt. Andere verhungerten. So war die Situation damals in den Vereinigten Staaten. Das dortige mächtige Wirtschaftssystem ließ Geringverdiener schon zu beginn der Weltwirtschaftskrise völlig im Stich. Die Nöte der Bürger,was Nahrung,Wohnung und Arbeit anging,hatten für die Wirtschaft des Landes keine Priorität,sondern waren lediglich Randprobleme auf dem Weg zum großen Geld !

Die Weltwirtschaft erholte sich wieder und heute sieht es so aus,als ob viele wohlhabender sind denn je und finanziell auch besser abgesichert. Trotz des existierenden großen Wohlstands haben arme Menschen oft wenig Chancen,ihre Lebensumstände zu verbessern. Meldungen über Hungersnöte und Armut in den Entwicklungsländern sind heutzutage an der Tagesordnung und viele wollen schon gar nichts mehr lesen. Doch wenn man Lebensmittelvorräte aus Politischen Nützlichkeitserwägungen heraus verrotten lässt und die Marktpolitik die Kosten für das lebensnotwendige so hoch treibt dass sich Arme nicht einmal das nötigste leisten können dann sind das die Folgen eines Systems das nicht in der Lage ist für seine schwächsten Glieder in der kette zu sorgen.

Man könnte meinen es ist sogar bewusst so, wie es ist.

Eine Frau sagte mal bei einem Tod eines Obdachlosen als Sie die vielen Polizei,Kranken und Feuerwehrwagen sah :

Es ist schon sonderbar,was man alles für jemanden getan wird,nachdem er gestorben ist ,- und vorher tut man nicht einmal einen Bruchteil davon für Ihn.

Nur sind sie im Gegensatz zu anderen Ganoven in den meisten Fällen sorgfältig durch Gesetze geschützt. Stell dir vor - Die eine Hälfte des Weltvermögens gehört fünf Prozent der Weltbevölkerung, während die restlichen 95 Prozent sich mit der anderen Hälfte begnügen müssen.

Du hältst den Zins, den wir als "Strafe" für unseren Kredit zahlen mussten, für viel, kannst dir aber nicht vorstellen, dass er der Grund für die Armut der Welt ist ? Stell dir vor, jemand hätte genau zur Zeit von Jesu Geburt nur einen einzigen Cent zu 5 % angelegt. Wie viel könnte er wohl heute von seinem Konto abheben ?

Eine Euro ? Zehn Euro ? Hundert oder tausend Euro ?

Im Jahr 1990 wäre sein Guthaben durch Zins und Zinseszins ( den Zins auf das wieder angelegte Geld einschließlich des Zinsertrags ) bereits auf ein Vermögen im Wert von 134 Milliarden goldener Erdkugeln angestiegen - und das, ohne dass der Anleger dafür hätte einen Finger krumm machen müssen !

Ahnst du, wie viel Macht jemand ausüben kann, der mehr Geld hat als er selbst benötigt ? Und weißt du, dass du, selbst wenn du keinen Cent Schulden hast, ständig Zinsen zahlst ? Jeder Geschäftsmann, der uns etwas verkauft, legt die Zinsen die er zahlen muss, natürlich auf den Preis um, den wir bezahlen müssen. Kannst du dir denken, weshalb mir gerade das Sprichwort "Den letzten beißen die Hunde" einfällt ?

While Teixeira was clearly the offensive hero, he wouldn't have had the opportunity were it not for a sensational leaping catch from Escobar in the top of the fifteenth.  With the infield in, Escobar leaped high in the air to his right and backhanded a hard hit ball off the bat of Houston third baseman Ty Wiggington to hold runners at second and third; reliever Manny Acosta then recorded the third out to escape the inning.

The Atlanta bullpen to a man (and there were several) pitched lights out from the seventh inning on;  a combination of Blaine Boyer, Will Ohman, Mike Gonzalez, Buddy Carlyle, Manny Acosta and Royce Ring allowed no runs on eight hits in the remaining eleven innings.  Starter Charlie Morton pitched well aside from allowing a third inning grand slam to Wiggington.

The Philadelphia Phillies lost an extra inning affair of their own to the New York Mets, moving Atlanta to within six games of the division lead.  The Braves will take a delayed flight to Los Angeles tonight to face the Dodgers in the first of a three game set tomorrow evening at Chavez Ravine.  They'll look to the effervesent Jorge (the Mexican Maddux) Campillo to keep the momentum alive against L.A. righthander Chad Billingsley in the opener.

I certainly don't want to jump the gun, but today's prizefight is the type of game that can turn a season around, even a season as dismal as the one Atlanta has endured to this point.  The Braves look to turn in a winning west coast trip and go into the All-Star break with a flourish.

Utility man Omar Infante left Sunday's game early having reaggravated his hamstring injury; Acosta had to be helped off the field by Brave's trainer Jeff Porter and Tim Hudson in the bottom of the sixteenth when he pulled a hamstring in an attempt to avoid bunting into a double play.

Chipper Jones and catcher Brian McCann will be participating in this year's All Star game; Jones will be the starting 3B in his first All-Star game since 2002.

InRich.com's Tim Peardell had this quote from AAA Richmond pitching coach Guy Hansen in regards to reliever Jeff Ridgeway's sixth inning shellacking Saturday night: "He needs to settle down and have a good chat with himself...that won't play for any team in the major leagues".  Guess Guy's not one to mince words...outfielders Jeff Francoeur and Matt Diaz both went 1 for 4 in AA Mississippi's Saturday loss to Chatanooga...The Ashville Tourists completed a four game sweep of A Rome with a 4-1 win Sunday...Mike Hampton threw five scoreless innings for A Myrtle Beach Saturday, his next start will be at AA Mississippi Thursday

It's taken a few days to get enough pictures together to post something, so I apologize for that. However, with five days under our belts, we've got plenty to share!

First up, a shorty about our flight out here:
It was long. We were tired. That is all.
Seriously, it was one of the longer flights I've ever been on, and stupid Continental must pride itself on having the most-cramped seating arrangements of any airline.

But I get ahead of myself. First, SFO. The weather when we left, at the height of summer, was gorgeous, especially for a San Francisco summer. Barely a cloud in the sky, a glorious 75 or so degrees. In a word, nice.

I haven't really flown from SF at all in the last 5 years or so -- just once earlier this month from SF to Virginia, but my flight was at 8am and I think I woke up at 5am to get to BART, so I can be forgiven (I've already forgiven myself!) for not noticing the Free Speech Booth, pictured below. (Free speech isn't free: "Solicitation of funds may occur"...)

Anyway. Free speech is great. So is flying on Continental, where everyone is Texan and you don't have room to even wiggle your elbows.

Seventeen hours later, we landed in Buenos Aires. The weather there was wintry, as should be expected for the other side of the world. Trees were largely leafless, it was gray and overcast. Thankfully, it wasn't that cold -- maybe mid-50s, so like a typical, pre-global-warming SF summer.

We landed around 945am, got our luggage and went through customs (very painless), and caught a cab to the rental office -- an unmarked, converted apartment in an old building that was barely big enough for Rachel and I and our 5 bags of luggage. Then we headed off to our apartment (more on which later) and started to settle in.

Rather than try the disco-nap route, we cleaned ourselves up, unpacked as much as possible, I did some work, and then we headed out to explore the neighborhood. But it's been really tough getting used to the long, long nights here, especially since mornings are not really a thing here -- for a morning person, that's sad news.

The sun sets around 5:30 or so, and it's totally dark by 6. Given that we were completely zonked from travel and not sleeping, but that the locals literally don't go out to eat until 10pm or so, we were on our own. We went to the "supermercado" -- a teeny hole-in-the-wall shop with some food, some produce, and some random stuff -- and bought goods for dinner (more on which later). Although we managed to stay awake until nearly 10pm, we also managed to sleep for 13 hours or so that night. Good times, and a good start!

People haven’t forgotten their winless performance last year, and have used this to dismiss this squad as this generation’s version of last generation’s NU. However, the UAAP has a way of turning the tables on unsuspecting individuals.

A simple win is good, a couple of wins is momentous, but getting into the Final Four is nothing but a miracle for the men's basketball team of UP Fighting Maroons. he ya! Mananalo kami! ASA. =)

Braves starter JoJo Reyes (3-7) gave up four runs in the first two innings, and he was pulled with one out in the fifth.  Manny Acosta stranded his inherited fifth inning baserunners and pitched a scoreless sixth.  Buddy Carlyle (who's era is down to a sterling 1.57) pitched two more scoreless innings to keep Atlanta close, but after Jeff Bennett gave up two runs in the ninth the score ballooned to 6-1, and the Braves went quietly in the bottom of the ninth.  Atlanta falls to 41-47, seven games off the pace in the N.L. East.

On a more positive note, AJC.com reported Saturday that reliever Rafael Soriano threw twice without pain at the Brave's complex in Orlando.  He'll rejoin the Braves so manager Bobby Cox and pitching coach Roger McDowell can make their own assessment on Soriano's status. 

Cox will turn to rookie Charlie Morton to start in tomorrow's day game, he'll face veteran lefty Wandy Rodriguez.  Morton, who got rocked by Philadelphia last week (who didn't?) looks to rebound against a less than volatile Houston lineup.

Due to time constraints, we'll have to bypass the minor league report this morning.  Check back tomorrow and we'll fill you in on all the actual minor leaguers, plus the number of Atlanta players that are currently milling around down at Mississippi.

This is a Blog Azeroth shared topic, so I can't claim the ability to think up posts that don't directly relate to shamaning yet.

Anyways, ten things I've enjoyed over the past four years:

10) Party in Goldshire. This  took place when the Darkmoon Faire was first introduced. It normally runs from Monday to Sunday of the first full week of the month, but npcs show up to start setup over the weekend. Given that we had no idea this was the case, a couple guildies and I rode down from Stormwind on a Saturday night to see what the fuss was about. Naturally, there wasn't much to see there, but the inn sold bourbon, so we ended up throwing an impromptu guild event, dragging any guildie who logged on down, while our druid drunkenly spammed general chat with "LFG to fight the moonlight!"

9) Fighting Vael. Vaelastrasz the Corrupt had a reputation as a guild killer. Getting the fight down took hard work and a ton of gold in repairs. But I loved that fight. The fact that Vael spent the entire fight telling you to run, and apologizing for killing you. The fact that you could ignore mana efficiency, the fact that one of my friends bubble hearthed with Burning Adrenaline on him and blew up in Ironforge.

8 ) The Sunken Temple. When WoW first came out, most of my gaming friends picked up copies within a month. I, on the other hand, resisted temptation for a bit, and by the time I started, most of my guildmates were already in their 40's, which sucked when it came running instances. I ran Deadmines and Gnomer with a couple of their alts, but I never really enjoyed it (the fact that I had never been out of Kalimdor before getting invited to VC, and then attempting gnomer without a healer definitely played a role, plus I really had no clue how to group, I was a hunter, what did I need other people for?). Thus, my first chance to run with the guild came when they needed a 5th for sunken temple. I was 51 by this point, having leveraged summer vacation as a college student to catch up with those suckers working fulltime at real jobs. We rocked the place, and I still enjoy ST.

7) We're going streaking! After the shenanigans at the faire (see 10 above), one of my friends decided--correctly--that the guild needed more drunken hijinks, so he organized a massive streak, starting in Booty Bay and heading north to Menethil, then taking the boat to Theramore and running to Darny, where we eventually ended making fun of that prick, Staghelm.

6) My brief flirtation with a PVP server. One summer, my brother canceled his account. Being the opportunistic brother that I am, I reactivated his account, and played around on his PVP server for a couple months. He had a lvl 60 rogue which I completely ignored, in favor of leveling his lvl 40 warlock. I actually had a ton of fun driving off horde attacks, to the extent that I transfered his lock to my account before he started playing again. Knowing absolutely noone on the server eventually got to me, though, and I ended up transfering to Zul'Jin, where I eventually leveled to 70 and then pretty much stopped playing warlock.

5) Kiting Drak. Back when people actually ran Upper Blackrock Spire, hunters were regarded as a kind of lesser class. Unless you wanted to kill General Drakkisath. A skilled hunter could drag him off, while the rest of the raid dealt with his two guards. It's no coincidence that UBRS was the only instance I enjoyed running with my hunter more than my priest. At one point, I kited Drak down to Rend's room, feigned death, jumped back up, and started running back to rejoin the party, only to catch up with Drak and get killed. It was awesome.

4) By Fire be Purged! I was a dedicated raider for roughly nine months, and saw a good number of guild first kills, but the one that really stands out is killing Ragnaros. It took my guild three weeks to get him down. Eventually, I convinced 'em to let me respec shadow, as part of a campaign to up the guild's overall dps.

3) BRD for Three. Back before the drak portal opened, one of my friends was looking for a cape upgrade for his mage, eventually settling on Spritecaster Cape, from Houndmaster Grebmar in BRD. However, convincing 4 other people in my guild to come along proved difficult (our guild's motto was "We suck at BRD," until the expansion came out and noone bothered with BRD anymore. Not to be deterred, he convinced me to come along, on my newly 60 pally. We managed to clear most of the way to Greb, but ran into difficulties with aoe packs, until we managed to drag a warlock along. At one point, I convinced him to tank with hellfire. Luckily, the cape dropped, so we didn't have to try again.

2) Fel Reavers. As part of gearing up Zigy, I needed a Glyph of Renewal, which required grinding up to revered with Honor Hold. I was having trouble finding a group for Shattered Halls, so I turned to questing for rep. Eventually, the only quest I had left was Hotter than Hell, which required killing a Fel Reaver. "Why not?" I said, and set out to kite one to Honor Hold, in the hopes that the guards there would kill him. I died once climbing up the ramp behind town, but managed to anhk and keep the reaver occupied, while watching its health slowing drop.

1) Benediction! I got an Eye of Divinity from my guild's first Majordomo kill, and promptly set out to complete The Balance of Light and Shadow, and get my Benediction. It took me close to a week, since the quest giver would despawn for two hours after any failed attempt (and I failed a lot), but I finally got the quest down.

Tomorrow .. it would be a fight between UP and NU; and between LaSalle and Ateneo. It would be in Araneta. Some games are scheduled to be played in Ultra.

lieber Dirk,

mit großer Erleichterung habe ich deine Nachricht gelesen, dass du den Hungerstreik zumindest unterbrochen hast. Ich bleibe einfach beim Vornamen.

Erschüttert hat mich das Verhalten der ARGE Gfa Vorderpfalz Ludwigshafen mbh und deren Schreiben. Es kann und darf doch nicht sein, dass in Deutschland diese Behördenwillkür herrscht. Wobei man sich fragen muss, ob diese Willkür nun wieder kam oder nach den Terror-jahren gar nie abgeschaltet wurde.

Wie kommt es, dass eine Pseudobehörde sich anmaßt, Menschen einfach die minimale Lebensgrundlage ALG-II zu entziehen ? Jeden normalen Menschen ist doch klar, dass jede Kürzung des ALG-II, der Minimalversorgung, tiefe Einschnitte in das Leben des Betroffenen bedeutet. Ganz davon abgesehen, dass diese Minimalversorgung schon lange nicht mehr ausreicht. Ich glaube nicht, dass du oder irgendein anderer Bedürftiger zu der Gruppe "unwertes Leben" gehört und wieder mit staatlicher oder staatlich geduldeter Gewalt mit Hunger bedroht werden darf. Das ist gezielte Vernichtung, Euthanasie.

Im Schreiben der ARGE Gfa Vorderpfalz Ludwigshafen mbh ist mir besonders die Ausrichtung auf die psychische Schiene aufgefallen. Sollst du auf dieses Gleis abgeschoben werden ? Soll deine Not, von einer ARGE verursacht, als psychische Spinnerei abgestempelt werden ? Dies scheint Methode zu haben, wenn ich da nur an den ersten Fallmanagerbericht über mich denke. Ein primitives, pseudo-psychologisches Machwerk schlimmster Art, dass von einem echten Psychologen einfach als "Dreck" bezeichnet wurde, von dem ARGE- Geschäftsführer "aber als Basis der weiteren Zusammenarbeit" bezeichnet wurde. Doch vermutlich ist dieser "Dreck" nun auch bei dir angekommen.

Erstaunt und auch erbost hat mich das sogenannte Hilfsangebot der Gfa Vorderpfalz Ludwigshafen mbh. Ich schätze dich nicht als Person ein, die von heute auf morgen in den Hungerstreik geht, sondern gehe davon aus, dass du der ARGE Gfa Vorderpfalz Ludwigshafen mbh mehrfach und direkt gesagt und geschrieben hast, was tatsächlich los ist. Das nun erst in diesem Notfall reagiert wird, zeigt meiner Meinung nach die weitere Entwicklung in der "Bedürftigenverwaltung" oder Geldmaschinerie ARGE auf. War es früher normal, das Aufgaben nach Gesetz und Menschlichkeit erfüllt wurden, so ist heute bereits ein Hungerstreik notwendig, damit eine ARGE sich überhaupt bewegt. Was ist dann aber der nächste, logische Schritt um diese Pseudobehörden zu normalen und menschlichen Verhalten zu bewegen ?

Selbstmordversuch in der Amtsstube ?

Persönlich würde ich dem angebotenen psychologischen Dienst aus dem Wege gehen. Dies bereits aus dem Rückschluss der bisherigen Arbeitsweise auf das Gesamtunternehmens Gfa Vorderpfalz Ludwigshafen mbh. Denn es kann doch nicht sein, dass eine Abteilung dich in den Hungerstreik treibt, nur damit eine andere Abteilung dich dann betreuen kann. Oder ist das die dort übliche Art der Arbeitsbeschaffung ? Gibt es vielleicht für die Betreuung mit psychologischen Anteil eine höhere Verwaltungspauschale oder Kopfgeld, wie nur für die reine Verwaltung "ALG-II und Miete" ?

Vielleicht hilft es, wenn ich hier an das Grundgesetzt Artikel 1. "Die Würde des Menschen ist unantastbar. Sie zu achten und zu schützen ist Verpflichtung aller staatlichen Gewalt." und den Diensteid der Beamten "Ich schwöre, das Grundgesetz für die Bundesrepublik Deutschland und alle in der Bundesrepublik geltenden Gesetze zu wahren und meine Amtspflichten gewissenhaft zu erfüllen." erinnere.

Die Beamten und Politiker entledigen sich Ihres Diensteides offensichtlich durch die Übertragung der Aufgaben an Subunternehmer, die sich als Scheinbehörde geben und ihren wahren Status verstecken. Ich denke da an das Antwortschreiben des Geschäftsführers meiner ARGE Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald, dass die ARGE selbstständig sei und es keine vorgesetzte Dienststelle gibt. Monate später schreibt er zu der verschwundenen Dienstaufsichtsbeschwerde gegen ihn plötzlich, dass dafür die Arbeitsagentur zuständig sei. Ich nehme an, dass auch bei dir ein ähnliches Verwirrspiel durchgeführt wird. Es scheint nur darum zu gehen, die Politik und Bürokratie "sauber" zu halten, indem man die Schandtaten an Dritte auslagert, um sich später darauf berufen zu können "das waren wir nicht, wir haben nur unsere Befehle/Dienstvorschriften/Anweisungen erfüllt". Sind die ARGEn die Schmuddelkinder ? Gab es das nicht schon einmal in Deutschland ? Damals, als auch ganze Bevölkerungsschichten verfolgt und vernichtet wurden und die Täter sich darauf berufen haben, nur Ihre Befehle befolgt zu haben.

Sind die ARGEn die Vorboten oder gar bereits die Erfüllungsgehilfen neuer, noch dunklerer Zeiten ?

Wir werden vermutlich im Oktober offiziell ein Projekt starten, dass die Mitarbeiter und Leiter dieser ARGEn und der anderen Organisationen dokumentiert. Dieses mal darf kein beteiligter, kein Täter sagen "Ich hatte damit nichts zu tun, ich wusste von nichts". Daher bitte ich auch dich, uns die Namen der entsprechenden Mitarbeiter und Unterlagen zur Verfügung zu stellen.

Bevor ich zum Schluss komme, möchte ich sagen, dass mich dieser Satz im Schreiben der Arge Gfa Vorderpfalz Ludwigshafen mbh persönlich getroffen hat : "Unabhängig davon ist es jedoch auch Ihre Pflicht , alles zu tun , um möglichst bald wieder in das Arbeitsleben einmünden zu können". Wieso wird dies von deiner ARGE gefordert, während meine ARGE alles unternimmt, um die über 3-jährige Stellensabotage durch die ARGE zu vertuschen ? Erschütternd ! Schaden alleine an vergeudeten ALG-II über 24.000,- Euro. So wird mit Steuergeldern umgegangen.

Da ich neben deinen Problemen, auch die anderer Menschen mit den ARGEn mitbekomme, erscheint mir diese Organisationsstruktur inzwischen wie ein Moloch, auf dessen Altar die Bürokratie und Politik wieder Menschenopfer darbringen lässt.

Ich hoffe, dass weder du und auch niemand anders, eines dieser Opfer wird.

Ich wünsche dir alles Gute und hoffe von Herzen, dass die Fortsetzung des Hungerstreiks nicht mehr notwendig ist.

The first two games could have been won.  Atlanta faced two starting pitchers with era's around 5.00.  Tonight the 1927 Yankees couldn't have touched Cole Hamels.  The loss was the eighth in nine games for the Braves vs. Philadelphia this year.  Atlanta falls to seven games back in the division, six games under .500.

In the twenty-six games since the last Philly sweep at Turner field, the Braves have gone 8-14.  They've been swept in three series in that span, and they've only won two series out of the last seven.  They've weathered injuries to their best hitter, their shortstop, two thirds of the outfield and seven pitchers. 

In a different division Atlanta would be hopelessly out of the pennant race.  They are fortunate to be a mediocre team in the middle of a weak division.  The Phillies aren't the world beaters that come to Atlanta once a month, but they're certainly not mediocre.  The most Atlanta can do at this point is go into the All-Star break on a winning note, take advantage of the opportunity to rest (and in Francoeur's case, just clear his head) and dig in for a serious run to start the second half.  No need to panic, but it's definitely time for this team to bear down.

Pe toate blog-urile de muzică şi ştiri, pe site-uri de muzică, pe la tv îşi fac apariţia Miki şi Jorge cu o piesă de piesă de care România nu a mai avut parte până acum.

Ei, ca mulţi cântăreţi din România, se fac de râs. Nu ştiu dacă le-a mai spus-o cineva. Se fac de râs prin versurile alea penibile în spaniolă. Că de când a apărut raggaetonul şi pe la noi, au mirosit producătorii muzicali că s-ar înrudi cu maneaua şi că iese piesa uşor din 3 butoane. Aşa că pune-te pe împletit codiţe a la Don Omar, ia-ţi pantaloni de rapper şi două femei care să-şi mişte motoarele în videoclip.

Ca să demonstrez ce spun, am căutat pe net versurile piesei "Te quiero" însă nici urmă de aşa ceva. Păi normal, că ei nu ştiu spaniolă, se uită la Betty la fea şi prind trei cuvinte pe care le scriu aşa: "mami te chero". Tot la fel scriau ăia de la Akcent: "Jokero". Sigur, motivând că e un joc de cuvinte ca să dea mai bine şi să se reţină uşor. E, pe naiba!

Iaca, voinica de mine a ascultat piesa şi a scris versurile. Să purcedem oleacă la o analiză scurtă că şi aşa mă aşteaptă admiterea, exersez cu Jorge alias Georgel care şi-a spaniolit numele să fie şmecher. Mă mir cum de nu şi-a trecut şi la adresă în buletin, Puerto Rico.

"Eres en mi corazon

Versurile de mai sus cică i le interpretează Georgel lui Miki. Adică:

"Eşti în inima mea

Îţi caut iubirea

Mamică vino în mine, te iubesc atât de mult."

Bineînţeles că versurile nu se leagă între ele, exact ce spuneam mai devreme, s-au uitat la Betty la fea, au prins 3 fraze şi le-au băgat repede în piesă. Marele textier este Connect-R, deci se înţelege clar ideea versurilor.

Aia cu mami venga en mi e luată din celebra piesă raggaeton "Papichulo" decât că acolo era cu papi venga en mi în loc de mami. Dacă Georgel mi-ar zice mie "mami venga en mi" i-aş trage o bucată în ochi de i-ar sări bling-blingul de la gât. Dar anumitor femei le place acest vocabular vulgar. Nu am nicio problemă în această privinţă.

Mă întreb însă de ce mai e Miki îmbrăcată într-o rochie elegantă în videoclip când ăla schelălăie la ea să se urce odată pe el. De ce mai stau lângă o maşină scumpă? Cred că ar fi trebuit să se inspire din videoclipurile Shakirei ( nu că nu ar fi la fazele alea cu dansul din abdomen) şi să se ungă cu vasilină unul pe altul privindu-se mirobolant în ochi.

Concluzie: fata e în inima lui dar el tot o caută, nu pe ea ci iubirea ei. Pe ea a localizat-o deja, e în inima lui inchisă cu lacătul iar cheiţa e în burtă. Deşi ea e acolo, ditamai femeia, el n-o simte. Nici el nu-şi dă seama bine din ce motive nu o simte: e băut, e drogat ori nesimţit. Că la câte kile are femeia ar trebui s-o simtă.

Nu cumva să vă gândiţi că aceste cuvinte şi-au pierdut sensul traduse. Nu papi, ele nu au sens nici în spaniolă, sunt anapoda.

Repetiţia din final relevă puternicul sentiment al celor doi iubiţi. Ea îi repetă la ureche verbul la viitor "va fi, va fi" în primul rând pentru că trebuia un vers mai lung ca să se potrivească pe orchestraţie iar în al doilea rând pentru că el avea vată în urechi, l-a tras curentul când a condus bolidul cu geamul deschis ca să promoveze piesa prin oraş.

Finalul poveştii de iubire pe care numai cei doi îndrăgostiţi o înţeleg (nu că am fi noi idioţi dar ei comunică aparte, prin rime necunoscute pământenilor) se termină aşea:

"Estoy soñando otra vez

Traducere:

Observaţi din nou repetiţia obsesivă, deci băiatul e chiar surd sau şi-a pus căşti ca să nu mai audă iubita mârâindu-i la ureche.

Sensul versurilor e înţeles doar de cei doi, trăiesc într-o lume aparte unde spaniola şi româna se amestecă. E un tărâm al fericirii, cu haine scumpe, maşini scumpe, feţe de Riky Martin sau Enrique Iglesias, priviri senzuale, satin, mişcări de buric, agramaţi...într-un cuvant (sau două): banul contează.

Rimele ne conduc la următoarea concluzie: femeia tot visează că o să mai fie împreună dar nu-i promite asta lui. Il amăgeşte ca s-o mai scoată la un suc.

Visează spunându-i că el este iubirea ei specială, mai are şi altele mai puţin speciale, logic că nu se dă de gol în faţa latin loverului Jorge.

Eh, şi după ce îi murmură ea cu vocea drăgălaşă toate astea îl anunţă că nu-i spune. Pe principiul îţi spun dar nu-ţi mai spun.

Toată această situaţie confuză a îndrăgostiţilor va fi lămurită de textier, adică de Connect-R, după ce va merge 5 ani la rând la Institutul Cervantes şi va învăţa diferenţa dintre ser şi estar.

Adam Eaton held Atlanta to five hits and two earned runs in five innings Wednesday night. That was all Philadelphia manager Charlie Manuel needed to turn it over to his vaunted bullpen. The Braves got back in the game to make it 5-3, but for the second night in a row the Phillies were able to plate critical insurance runs against Braves relievers Blaine Boyer and Royce Ring.

The Braves loaded the bases in the bottom of the ninth facing Philadelphia closer Brad Lidge, who was inexplicably working in the non-save situation. However it doesn't have to be a save situation for a relief pitcher to register a blown save, and Lidge nearly did. With the bases loaded he threw a first pitch fastball to Atlanta first baseman Mark Teixeira and he deposited it in the right field grandstand, roughly three feet foul. Teixeira fouled back numerous pitches until he had worked the count full, and then he struck out swinging on a devastating slider from Lidge on the outside corner of the plate. Game over. Now the Braves are in "damage control" mode, trying to save face tomorrow and move back to within five games of these explosive Phillies.

Atlanta rightfielder Jeff Francoeur went a gruesome 0 for 4 with three strikeouts and a DP grounded into. We can officially group Francoeur's extended slump in the Andruw Jones/Ron Gant category. He's down to .236 on the season.

In spite of the second straight dissapointing series vs. Philadelphia, the Braves find themselves relatively close in the division. The current patchwork pitching staff has a couple of holes, but overall Atlanta has the arms for a big second-half run. But if your going to beat these new school Phillies you'll most certainly need to score some runs; Rollins/Victorino/Utley/Howard can break down any pitching staff, including the Brave's league-leading quintet.

And speaking of good pitching, Atlanta looks to righthander Jair Jurrjens to play Smoltzy's old role of "stopper" tomorrow. He'll face lefthanded flamethrower Cole Hamels. Looks like a great pitching match-up on "paper". But anyone who's followed baseball for a while knows that the so called "paper" is apt to blow out the window when the players step between those white lines they roll out at the stadium every night. The Braves will face a somewhat more vulnerable outfit over the weekend when the Houston Astros come to call. Houston, like Atlanta, is hovering at or under .500 with a couple of All-Stars and not much else going on. It's a Brave's sweep that needs to happen.

Ich habe so viele Telefon Gesprächspartner in den Tagen wie sonst in einem Monat nicht.Und das baut auf.Desweiteren schätze ich alle die mir beiseite stehen. Ich habe seit langem nicht mehr so Herzhaft lachen können über "Al Bundy" heute Morgen als ich um 7 Uhr aufgestanden bin. :-)

Ich sehe dieses als neue Erfahrung für mich,eine Ebene mehr erreicht im Leben , so Mysteriös oder abgedroschen es auch klingen mag.

Desweiteren wurde mir aber aufgrund meiner Energie die ich zum Schreiben von Beiträgen aufbringe und des Inhaltes vorgeworfen ich sei Kaltherzig ? - oder komme Unnahbar rüber. Was ich darüber denke :

Ich bin auch wenn ich vielleicht dem einen oder anderen als Unnahbar rüber komme , genau das Gegenteil.Grob geschrieben : "Zu gut für diese Welt" Damit meine ich aber nicht das ich mich über alles stelle und anderen sagen will ich weiß bescheid im Leben und nur ich hätte die Weisheit mit Löffeln gefressen .Dem ist nicht so.

Obwohl ich natürlich eine andere Ebene habe wie vielleicht der Rest der Maße in unserer kalten Gesellschaft. Ich bin vielleicht auch anders im Denken , im Nachvollziehen , im Fühlen. Ich bin sehr einfühlsam , und reagiere auf die Stimmung die sich um mich verbreitet und das Gefühl das diese Ausstrahlt.Dazu braucht es keine Worte , ich spüre dies auch so. Manchmal sage ich sogar leider ist dies so,den irgendwann zerfrisst es einen.

Ich führe gerne Tiefgründige Gespräche über Gerechtigkeit , jeder Mensch hat eine Gewisse Sichtweise wie er Gerechtigkeit interpretiert. Ein Mensch dem keine oder wenig Ungerechtigkeit passiert ist wird nicht dieses Level erreichen das ich habe. Vielmehr aber ist es ja nicht nur das Ungerechte gegenüber mir sondern das Ungerechte allgemein. Wenn Unrecht geschieht , und ich bekomme dies mit dann kämpfe ich für denjenigen der es erlitten hat oder erleiden muss. Es ist eigentlich jeden Tag ein neuer Kampf . Schaut doch ins Fernsehen ( besser nicht ) und vor allem aber auf die Nicht nach Mainstream Art geführten Medien, hierbei auch und vor allem das Internet.

Es gibt Menschen die Ungerechtigkeit nicht sehen.

Es gibt Menschen die sie sehen , es aber ignorieren weil sie abgestumpft sind aufgrund der Fülle an Elend in unserer "Zivilisierten" Welt !

Dann gibt es noch die Menschen und zu denen zähle ich mich , die sehen es , registrieren es , verarbeiten es , machen es Öffentlich als gebe es nichts anders mehr als der feste Wille eine Änderung herbei zu führen. Ich sehe dies schon als meinen Beruf an - den Beruf kam ja mal Ursprünglich von Berufung ,also Berufen fühlen.

Das ich natürlich auch Extreme Werte habe und auch anderweitig Extreme Ansichten habe was Gerecht und Ungerecht ist ,gebe ich Stolz zu.Ich hätte mich damals in den 8 Monaten ohne Geld ,nicht am Leben halten können ,ohne Mutter , Oma aber insbesondere nicht ohne meinen festen Willen Gerechtigkeit einzufordern. Dieses aber wurde zu meiner Lebensaufgabe , unabhängig davon ob ich damit immer ein Ziel erreiche.Der wirkliche Grund liegt in mir begraben und das wird sich so schnell nie wieder ausradieren lassen.

Wer einmal "bluten" musste -vergisst das niemals !

Wer einmal sah , darf nicht die Augen zu machen !

Ich würde mich auch niemals der breiten Maße der Gesellschaft anpassen wollen , den mein Motto lautet - Im Leben gibt es etwas Schlimmeres als keinen Erfolg zu haben - Das ist, nichts unternommen zu haben.Den dafür Lebe ich ! Ich lebe nicht um nur zu Existieren und den allgemeinen Freuden des Lebens nachzugehen.Ich will mehr.Meine Erfahrungen ausbauen , und vieles mehr.

Sollte ich kritisiert werden wegen irgendwelchen Meinungen , dann nehme ich das auch keinem Böse , den wir alle sind verschieden und jeder hat für sich seine Meinung zu den Dingen.Aber wage es ja keiner mal gesehen zu haben , sich eine Meinung daraus bildend und sich einfach nicht dagegen zu wehren. Jammerer haben wir genug !

In meinen Augen Amtsmissbrauch, Missachtung des Grundgesetzes und Verletzung des Amtseides, dass man bereits als Abschaffung der öffentlichen Ordnung ansehen muss. Dies bringt mich wieder zurück zu unserem Grundgesetz Artikel 20.

Wenn jemand versucht diese Ordnung zu beseitigen, hat jeder Deutsche hat das Recht ( und die Pflicht ) Widerstand zu leisten !

Diesem Aufruf schließen wir uns nicht so sehr als mittragender Verein wie vielmehr als eine Gruppe von menschlichen Individuen an, die seit Jahren für eine solidarische Gesellschaft - und alle unbestreitbaren Vorteile für die Allgemeinheit kämpfen, welche eine solche bringen kann, wenn die ersten Schritte auf einem gemeinsamen Weg nur überzeugend und von genügend verantwortungsbewussten Menschen gemacht werden können ...

Und wer meint, dies für sich selbst nicht tun zu müssen ( was ein gefährlicher Irrglaube ist, wie die stetig wachsende Zahl der direkt betroffenen Mitmenschen schonungslos aufzeigt! ), der sollte wenigstens an seine ( und alle übrigen! ) Kinder und Kindeskinder denken, die von den derzeitigen und in Zukunft immer dramatischere Ausmaßen annehmenden "Reformen gegen das Volk" noch ungleich härter getroffen werden!

Beginnt endlich nach - und Umzudenken ... schließt Euch uns an und tragt dazu bei, dass bessere, "kostengünstigere" und dennoch ( oder gerade deswegen! ) Erfolgversprechendere Alternativen gegen den politisch-bürokratischen Irrsinn aufgeboten werden können, von dem immer nur das Großkapital profitiert, das seine willfährigen Marionetten mit lächerlichen Brotkrumen abspeist und unser gesamtes Volk ... die gesamte Weltbevölkerung ... im Sinne der "ewigen Profitsteigerung" skrupellos in den menschlichen und wirtschaftlichen Untergang treibt! - Und begreift ENDLICH , dass sich der oben genannte Macht- und Profit geil motivierte Irrsinn keineswegs auf Hartz IV-Geschädigte beschränkt, sondern jeden Menschen in unserem Land direkt bedroht, der sich nicht zu der verschwindend kleinen Klasse der schamlosen Profiteure zählen kann!!!!

Wer heute nicht aufwacht wird vielleicht morgen schon von der Realität weggewischt, die durch dieses Wegsehen und mangelnde Solidaritätbereitschaft immer mehr zur existentiellen Bedrohung für die Menschheit und unsere Welt werden wird !

But Philadelphia pitcher Kyle Kendrick was willing to give Atlanta every opportunity to get back in the ballgame. Kendrick issued two walks and seven hits in what could hardly be described as a dominant effort. But the Braves never cashed in on Kendrick's generosity, and by the end of the night they had stranded nine baserunners and lost 8-3. Atlanta's three runs came in a short lived eighth inning rally on a Greg Norton two-run double and a Mark Teixeira fielder's choice.

On a positive note, the lineup featured a return from centerfielder Mark Kotsay and third baseman Chipper Jones. Kotsay completed his rehab assignment at AA Mississippi Saturday. AJC.com reported that the Jones quad injury had healed substantially during the Brave's off day Monday.

Philadelphia continued their dominance at Turner Field. Morton clearly did not have good "stuff" from the start. He was relieved in the third inning by long man Buddy Carlyle, who by contrast to Morton pitched lights out, five strikeouts and one hit allowed in three innings. Struggling righthander Manny Acosta followed Carlyle with two shutout innings of his own. But the star-crossed Braves could do nothing in support of their bullpen's superlative effort. With the loss Atlanta falls to five games back in the N.L. East.

The loss heightens the pressure in the next two games, which are as close to "must win" as any pair of games at the start of July can be. Tomorrow Bobby Cox will give the ball to starter Jorge Campillo (3-2, 2.54). He'll be opposed by National League punching bag/Philadelphia starter Adam Eaton (2-6, 4.86). Personally, there's no other pitcher I'd want in this spot than "the Mexican Maddux". He's the perfect antidote for the powerful Philadelphia bats, especially strikeout king Ryan Howard (Philly's 1B). A lineup peppered with power hitters is easy prey for the soft-tossing Campillo.

DOHC - Double Overhead Camshafts: Cơ cấu cam nạp xả với hai trục cam phía trên xi-lanh. Ví dụ động cơ 1.8 2ZR-FE của Toyota Corolla từ năm 1997 đến nay hay động cơ của Honda Civic 2.0 tại Việt Nam
Drift: Kỹ thuật chủ động làm trượt văng đuôi xe, với góc trượt ở phía sau xe lớn hơn góc trượt phía trước, góc lái ngược với hướng đi của xe. Để có thể “drift”, người lái phải nắm vững các kỹ thuật đua xe cơ bản, có khả năng thực hiện nhanh và nhuần nhuyễn các thao tác sang số-nhả số, kết hợp với xử lý chân ga-côn-phanh nhạy bén.

VSC - Vehicle Skid Control: Hệ thống kiểm soát tình trạng trượt bánh xe.
VTEC - Chữ viết tắt tiếng Anh của "Variable valve Timing and lift Electronic Control": Hệ thống phối khí đa điểm và kiểm soát độ mở xu-páp điện tử. VTEC là công nghệ ứng dụng trên các xe của Honda và thế hệ mới có tên i-VTEC: "Inteligent - VTEC".
VVT-i - Variable Valve Timing with Intelligence: Hệ thống điều khiển xu-páp với góc mở biến thiên thông minh. Sử dụng trên các xe của Toyota như Camry, Altis...vv.
