The ‘Tarzan’ girl is going to reduce her breast size because apparently it is causing some shoulder problems.

I can very well understand the pain of the shoulders trying to hold the bra straps holding spheres of size bigger than my head, but she should very well think about the public (men’s) reaction to this drastic step.

She doesn’t know how to act and the only reason that she is even recognized is because of her boulders’ size and hell now they are being reduced.

God save Ayesha now. It’s time to go to acting school baby.

Sunday is a combo thriller/comedy/romance movie, directed by the same guy (Rohit Shetty) that directed Golmaal and is now directing the sequel. If you look at Shetty's movie that he's directed (or been the 2nd director for), you'll see one common thing... Ajay Devgan. Actually, if you look at his comedies that he's directed (the 2 Golmaal ones & now Sunday), you'll see other similarities too... Arshad Warsi, Vrajesh Hirjee & Mukesh Tiwari. Oh, and Tusshar, but he's only got a guest appearance in Sunday. And Sunday & Golmaal Returns both star Anjana Sukhani & Murli Sharma, while Farid Amiri was in Golmaal (guest appearance as the race-car driver) & in Sunday. Anyhow, back to the movie at hand.

The movie starts of classic suspense style. A guy & a girl end up at someplace, with him saying he has a present for her. She goes to see it, and sees pictures of her & obviously some other guy. The guy with her right now is mad at her, and when she turns around, he shoots her.

Cut away. You see the cops keeping an eye on a "suspect". They keep asking their leader what to do next, but he (Ajay Devgan) just sits & eats ice cream while watching cartoons. Eventually he ends up at the place, where there is a drug deal going on involving Farid Amiri. Ajay chases him down and captures him. Farid offers a bribe, and Ajay takes it... but still discards of Farid's drugs.

A third location. Ayesha Takia is doing voice-animations for some cartoon movie or something. Seeing her do all the different voices is hilarious. You quickly find out that she has issues with her memory... she can't remember things too well. Meanwhile, the body of the girl has been discovered by Anjana Sukhani & her dog.

Anjana & Ayesha go to a club the next night (maybe that night, I'm not sure). Some guys start bugging them, so Ayesha gets rid of them by unzipping the dress of some girl close-by while voicing something like "Hey sexy" in a guy's voice. The guy with that girl beats the guys up while Ayesha & Anjana laugh... and you see one of the guys staring Ayesha down. And then you have a song... with Tusshar guest-starring.

You then see Ayesha getting up the next day after having a nightmare or something. And things seem wrong (for her). There's two bags of milk or whatever by her door. She goes to the store to return the movie, and it's closed (a sign says closed on Mondays, but she doesn't see it). She goes to see her friends (Anjana, Vrajesh, amongst others) and is surprised by the fact that they have to go to a movie that day. They blow it off as her forgetting again. And they go to the theater, where Ayesha happens across Arshad again (she passed him before, after you learned that he drove a taxi, and he chased after her a bit asking for 402 rupees). And you see some other guys on the side (one of them is the guy that played Lucky in Welcome) try to shoot. They end up nailing Arshad in the buttocks.

He's in the hospital and you meet his friend, Irfan Khan, who is a wanna-be actor. He happens across Ayesha at the hospital, and starts yelling "Bhoot" (ghost). Now this really confuses Ayesha. Later on, they cross paths again... and Irfan & Arshad end up helping her get away from the guys that are trying to kill her (the same ones that shot Arshad).

Things continue to get weird. Ayesha has already met Ajay Devgan too (more than once), and you find out that their mothers are trying to set them up. That's the romantic part of the movie... a corrupt cop in Ajay trying to woo Ayesha, who hates that he's corrupt. Anyhow, Ayesha happens to turn on her recorder that night, just expecting to here Vrajesh's voice. It makes her laugh... and then she hears more things. Things she doesn't remember. Things that frighten her. She lets Anjana hear it, and then all of them (the huge group of like 10 people) go to meet Ajay. And we end up learning that Ayesha has absolutely no idea what happened on the Sunday... and learning that is key to figuring out why everyone is chasing her.

The songs are good. Missing Sunday plays during the opening credits, and is a nice song. Manzar plays at the club scene (with Tusshar), and is awesome. So are Loot Liya & Pyar To Hona Hi Hai. Kashmakash is the song with a Esha Deol guest appearance, and is alright. But the song is more for giving a meaning... it plays near the climax of the movie. I'm not a big fan of Kashmakash (I admit, I haven't heard it much though)... the rest are all awesome.

The acting was amazing. Ajay Devgan continues to go with diverse roles/movies... something you don't see much of now-a-days. And he impresses again... though it's a bit weird to see him as a corrupt cop (based on his normal roles). Arshad Warsi is hilarious again, and just plain awesome. I haven't seen much of Irfan Khan before, but he's good. Arshad & Irfan complement each other really well, and provide a nice comic touch. Especially when Irfan is trying to sing... that scene is hilarious. Vrajesh Hirjee is alright... not as good as One Two Three, but still good. Mukesh Tiwari, who I haven't mentioned yet, is amazing. He plays a cop... one who helps Ajay out. Again, not as good as One Two Three, but still amazing. His comic timing is great. And his dancing at the end is hilarious. Tusshar & Esha are just in for a song each. Anjana Sukhani & Murli Sharma get very little scope... Anjana disappears after the group goes to talk to Ajay Devgan. But the best is, no doubt, Ayesha Takia. She looks amazing... and her acting isn't too bad either. Like Ajay, she's seems to have no reservation doing some uncommon roles. She is the star of the show, and there's no let-down.

The story is interesting... and different. I mean, the major thing (having a memory issue) has been seen often, but the way the movie forms around that is very interesting. And while it is a suspense of sorts, it's a movie that I could easily sit down and watch repeatedly (of course, having Ayesha Takia in the movie really helps that). There aren't many movies like that (Dil Chahta Hai, Andaz Apna Apna & Hungama to name a few), and the fact Sunday is like that really speaks to the quality of the movie... or it speaks to my love for Ayesha Takia, Arshad Warsi, Mukesh Tiwari, Ajay Devgan & a comic Irfan Khan... but we'll stick with the first one. Obviously, there will be people that don't like the movie... they're called haters. But for everyone else, I really really recommend this movie. One of the best movies ever, in my very, very biased opinion.

Pewnej niedzielnej nocy Sehar (Ayesha Takia), bardzo ceniona artystka dubbingu, udaje się ze swoją najlepszą przyjaciółką Ritu (Anjana Sukhani) do klubu. Pod wpływem narkotyków i środków nasennych Sehar traci świadomość i następnego ranka nic nie pamięta. Na swojej szyi zauważa tylko dziwne ślady. Okazuje się, iż tej samej nocy zamordowano dwóch mężczyzn, a o ich zabicie podejrzana jest właśnie Sehar.
Sytuacja staje się jeszcze trudniejsza, gdy prowadzącym śledztwo w tej sprawie zostaje narzeczony Sehar - agent ACP Rajveer Randhava (Ajay Devgan). Z początku przekonany o niewinności ukochanej, zaczyna w końcu nabierać wątpliwości.  Czyżby przyszła żona Rajveera miała jakieś mroczne tajemnice?

Niezły film, trochę sie do pani Takii przekonałam po seansie:) Naprawdę ma zaskakujące zakończenie. Ajay nieźle zagrał, ale ten wątek romansowy można by było lepiej rozegrać. Pioseneczki nawet, nawet. A special apperances takie od czapy trochę, ale się nie doczepiam bo fajne:P. A pan aktor z wieloma wcieleniami... Polecam!

Ocena: 7,5/10

Kajal (Takia) jest stanowczą dziewczyną, która dokładnie wie, czego oczekuje od życia. Zakochuje się w Ranveerze (Hukku), idealnym dla niej mężczyznie. Kiedy jednak spotyka Arjuna (Kapoor) i coraz lepiej go poznaje stwierdza, że jej dotychczasowe przekonania o życiu nie były właściwie. Arjun uważa jednak, że nie jest wart Kajal.

Żadne arcydzieło to nie jest, lekko mówiąc. Z całego filmu najmocniejszymi punktami były dla mnie sceny z dwoma panami szukajacymi miłości, pan "mały murzyn":) i wspomniana pioseneczka z poczatku. Pani Takia niczym mnie nie zaczwyciła, chyba że walorami klatki piersiowej ("ale baba z niej!"-komentarz mego tatki:P). Pan T. Kapoor nie taki zły, ale w 2. części na morały go wzieło... Polecam jedynie jak sie komuś naprawdę nudzi i nie bedzie miał nic do roboty, ale tylko w nagłych wypadkach:)

Distinges quienes son??????

jijiji pues bueno ... porla sonrisa de la niña supongo que ya descubriste que es Ayesha takia ... pero el ñino??? ... quien es el niño??? ... pues es Shahid Kapoor, estos 2 pequeños (para entonces) inundaban las pantallas indias publicitanto una bebida energizate llamada: COMPLAN. El muchacho decia con orgullo "Yo soy un COMPLAN Boy" y la niña decia: "Soy una chica COMPLAN" ... y apuesto a que quieren ver el comercial verdad??? Pues qui lo tenemos ... espero les agarde:

Wau!!!! quien podria imaginar que ese pequeño era Shahid en verdad veo que ha cambiado ... pero no han dejado de ser lindos!!! ... XD si quieren agrandar la imagen solo hagan click sobre ella.

Otro film que acaba de estrenarse es De Taali protagonizado por: Ayesha Takia, Riteish Deshmukh, Aftab Shivdasani y Rimi Sen ( los 3 primeros en los papeles principales) Y como Haal E Dil aca tambien le traigo el review del film ... XD

Aftab, vuelve después de un largo tiempo, ha hecho un buen trabajo. Sus escenas, especialmente cuando se cae irremediablemente en el amor con sus novias es hilarante. Él es uno de los pocos actores que ha sido capaz de compartir el espacio de historietas en pantalla con Riteish en el pasado reciente y todavía tienen el suyo propio. Riteish es grande a pesar de que hace sentir que el director no ha utilizado lo mejor de sus habilidades en la película. Ayesha Takia, lamentablemente, se ve ensombrecido por los muchachos en el primer semestre y Rimii Sen en el segundo. Rimii no merece una mención como ella ha hecho un gran trabajo con el trabajo de una novia con dinero. Un paso definitivo para ellos en sus recientes películas.

Todos en De Taali se divertieron bien si usted está buscando pasar dos horas viendo una comedia sin sentido acerca de tres amigos.
