#4 of the Life Simplified series is now complete.

I'm thinking I may extend this series.

Like my husband so kindly pointed out, there are 12 sheets and I've only used 4 of them.

That, and I'm really enjoying working on them.

I'm hoping to do up another set either today or this weekend.

I'll post them of course when they're sketched out.

Let's start with Billybob's news. As many know, tomorrow, Spetember 5th, the wig and clothing catalog in the Gift Shop will both be updated. And as few know, Rory the constuction worker will be starting some mysterious project on the stage. What will happen? Nobody knows. Also, just this Tuesday, The Aqua Grabber was updated. Now, when playing, you will have more air time, making it easier to navigate the ocean blue (or ocean purple, thanks to the gallons of cream soda spilled into the sea) for a longer time.

And now, for my news. Apparently, my mom just got a new laptop, and it came with a web cam. Now, I can take pictures for my blog. I will begin adding photos tomorrow evening. Until then,  Au Revoir!

I love aqua shoes. I can't help it. Its one of my favorite colors. Aqua leather + cute cutouts and peep-toes = adorable.

Cute chunky spectator pumps in perfect nuetrals. Chic and trendy-looking at the same time, likely to look good for the long run.

This shoe is for real punk fashionista, not wannabees. I love tough fashions but I'm still too girly for these. I know there are girls who can wear this shoe well without letting the rest of the outfit go too far. This much skull hardware makes these quite special.

I never get tired of a bright multi-colored pump. They're just so entertaining to see. And how about the cool angle this ebay seller gives us on the shoe?

Today Billybob gave us a sneak peek of the new September catalog which will be coming tomorrow.

To me it looks like Paint Overalls, a Sherlock Holmes kind of a hat, jeans, and a bandanna.

In other news Aqua Grabber is now updated so that we can get more time out of the air that we have!

Pertama cek alas kaki yang biasa anda pakai. Pake sandal teplek memang praktis tapi bagaimana kalau anda bekerja di bagian yang menuntut anda tampil formal? Lupakan high heel nan cantik meruncing. Ganti sepatu anda dengan pump berhak gak lebih dari 5-7 cm dengan hak yang kokoh yang tidak membuat anda tergelincir bila harus melompat dari metromini.

Kedua : Bila gerah pakai blazer, copot dan lipat saja. Nanti baru dipakai setelah mendekati tempat kerja.

The thyroid gland, whose secretions govern metabolism, sits within the throat chakra. Metabolism involves two processes, catabolism and anabolism. Catabolism is the breakdown of certain substances in order to release energy. Anabolism builds new tissue from less complex substances. Just as the thyroid gland breaks down food and synthesises it to build and maintain the physical body, the throat chakra breaks down the energies that travel through it and synthesises them to build and maintain the energy body. It is also through the throat chakra that we speak, the most characteristically human form of expression.

The most common colours in the throat chakra are aqua or turquoise. Like the other chakras, the throat chakra is comprised of spiralling energies, but unlike the others, when I look deeply into this chakra's spiralling energy, I see chambers of energy as well. These chambers extend up and down the throat like bridges that connect the brain to the torso. Seven columns carry the energy of the other chakras through the throat, facilitating communication in both directions. The energy may flow up or down any one of them, and it may simultaneously be moving upward in some columns and downward in others. The three chambers on the left side of the throat are catabolic. Their function is to break down energy. The three chambers on the right are anabolic, They build and synthesise energy. The seventh chamber, which is in front, maintains a balance between these catabolic and anabolic processes, which sets your metabolism. The energies that cross the right and left brain hemispheres also cross at the throat chakra.

The two basic behavioural difficulties people have that are connected with the throat chakra are that they can't speak up or-they can't shut up. Speaking up is an anabolic process-putting things together and expressing them. Keeping quiet is a catabolic process-receiving and assimilating. If there is too much energy in the catabolic chambers, the person has difficulty speaking up. If there is too much energy in the anabolic chambers, the person has difficulty knowing when to remain quiet.

A feisty, articulate, outspoken young woman came for a session. She had strong opinions, was willing to express them, and was admired for her assertiveness. Her sense of timing and appropriateness, however, left much to be desired. Her body's timing was also speeded up, as if her engine were too rewet.

She had been fighting chronic sore throats for years. She had been to both traditional and non-traditional healers, and she was well aware of the paradox that this vulnerability in her body happened to be in the area of her greatest strength. But the apparent paradox had a straightforward explanation. When I looked at her throat chakra, I could see that her anabolic chambers (synthesising, building up, giving out) were glowing with an exceptional brilliance, but her catabolic chambers (breaking down, receiving) looked weak and lifeless.

She experienced herself as having "the truth," but she couldn't receive others' truths. Her anabolic nature was so blatant and intimidating to others that her life was devoid of intimacy. And when she would hurt others with cruel words, she would then judge them for not wanting the "truth."

While I could help her with her sore throat, I felt the symptoms would return and told her so, but she could not hear me. The energies in her throat chakra were speeded and not receptive enough to my interventions. I personally do not have a particularly strong throat chakra, and some people don't hear me. She was no more receptive to my words than her throat chakra was to my interventions. Her sore throat did return. I sensed that the key to helping her was to involve her heart chakra. The heart chakra can feed the throat chakra and infuse it with better timing, appropriateness, and finesse. In the second session, spinning and scooping energies up from a deep place in her heart chakra, I tugged and pulled them toward her throat chakra. In essence, I was hoping that the power of caring might give balance to her compulsion to speak the "truth."

I also had her place both hands on her throat so she could become aware of how there was so much more energy on one side than the other. In the centre of the throat chakra is the hyoid bone. It works like a gyroscope, setting the balance between the right and left cerebral hemispheres and between fast and slow metabolism. Her hyoid bone seemed stuck, like a throttle that is always open. I taught her how to bring better balance into her throat chakra by stretching and pulling on her neck and hyoid bone. Finally, her tempo and timing slowed and she began to respond to what I would say to her.

As her timing became more balanced, she was also able to give others time to speak and to give herself time to weigh her words and her tone. People began to like her better. She also received another benefit, an unexpected loss of weight that resulted from a better metabolic balance. The "proof in the pudding," however, was freedom from her chronic sore throat.
